Denver, CO – Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a sex offender who has failed to register. Judging by dude’s mugshot, the task shouldn’t be too difficult. Jacob Medina was convicted of sexual assault on a child back in ’06 and is considered a sexually violent predator. After serving his time, a whole three years, he was released back onto the streets. As a condition of his release, Medina is required to register as a sex offender. When he failed to do so on August 4th, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Kansas City, MO – Police say Cortez Moorman, 25, was hauled into the cop-shop Sunday night to answer to an attempted rape allegation. The victim told police that Moorman offered her a ride from point A to point B – thinking Moorman was a friend of a family member, she accepted and hopped into his car. Louisville, KY – After being called out on a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in an elementary school parking lot early Sunday morning, officers discovered the two occupants of the car were in a rather compromising position. Titusville, FL – How long does it take to rehabilitate a sexual predator? Apparently, in Florida, it takes 13 years. Thomas Spioch, 52, was originally sentenced to 315 years for molesting a 14-year-old boy and then plotting to kill seven witnesses. Through the great appeals process and thanks to a psychological evaluation that determined he is no longer likely to reoffend, Spioch is free. Spioch was convicted in 1997 of 28 counts of molesting a 14-year-old boy and plotting to kill seven witnesses in the case. Following appeals, his sentence was reduced in 2007 and Spioch already had served most of it. The state then invoked the controversial Jimmy Ryce act, a civil law for violent sexual predators, to hold him at a treatment facility in Arcadia. Spioch had been at the facility since 2007. He will be on probation for 12 years and, of course, will be receiving sexual offender treatment. We all know how effective that is and since his doctor said he wouldn’t reoffend, we can all breath a little more easily. Um, how long do you suppose it will be before Spioch graces our site again?…

ERIE, PA – We had just received an email asking us to post a story of the possible abduction of 2-year-old Elizabeth Neimeic. Early Sunday morning, her parents discovered her missing when they went to wake her. The bedroom window was open and all of her clothes were missing from her dresser. I did a quick search for some more information, and sadly this one did not end well. Using fingerprints found at the scene, police were able to match them to Aaron Lee Noyer on Sunday. He would confess that he entered the home to rob it but encountered Neimeic. Noyer admitted that he took the girl from the home, sexually assaulted her and then strangled her. He is in custody and charged with criminal homicide/murder, aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault, kidnapping, burglary and abuse of a corpse. During their investigation police learned that the suspect had also molested his oldest daughter who moved out of the house when she turned 18. She had attempted to stop her father two years ago by going to her pastors at Church on the Word and informing them of the abuse. A meeting was setup between the victim, her father and pastors Daniel and Laura McCluskey. At this meeting the father admitted to the sexual abuse and the pastors advised the girl to forgive her father since he was remorseful. CINCINNATI, Ohio - Larry Cottrell was in court on Tuesday recieving his sentence after pleading guilty to public indecency charges. He was accused of masturbating in front of some kids running a neighborhood lemonade stand.
The children were running the stand to raise money for their church when Cottrell showed up and ordered two glasses of lemonade. “My daughter passed a second glass through, and that’s when I saw him masturbating in his vehicle,” the children’s mother said. He was arrested after she called police and provided them with Cottrell’s license plate number.

FALL RIVER, Mass. - Fall River Police Chief Daniel S. Racine is calling a recent abduction and rape of a woman one of “the worst acts of violence in recent memory.” Police say that on Sunday night, a 58-year-old woman was watering plants on her front porch when 38-year-old Angel Cruz pulled up and dragged her into his car. The victim’s son watched from an upstairs window and ran out to help and was dragged 50-ft down the street after grabbing on to the back of Cruz’s car. Cruz took the woman to his apartment where he allegedly raped her. An hour later he dropped her off near her home where police found her walking home visibly upset. Cruz was identified and arrested after the the victim was able to lead investigators back to the apartment the sexual assault occurred. Cruz has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated rape, assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness. Spokane, WA – Police began looking into Pamela Ortega’s online shenanigans back in April after a tipster in Europe contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and said the woman offered her young daughter to him for sex. It gets worse. Ortega is accused of molesting her own two children, an 8-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy, and a neighbor’s 2-week-old infant, and broadcasting it live via web cam. Ortega has ‘fessed up to the vile deeds, admitting that after she watched one of her skeevy cam pals molest his two young daughters, she returned the favor by molesting her own daughter. Smithfield, NC – On July 16th, Jonathan Richardson showed up at the hospital with his girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter, Teghan Skiba, and claimed the child had fallen off the bed. The law got involved once doctors discovered Teghan had numerous bruises, human bite marks, cuts, severe head trauma and signs of sexual abuse. Teghan held on for a few days, but the injuries were too severe – she died on Monday. Police allege that over the course of several days, Jonathan tortured, beat and raped the child in the barn they called home. Johnston County Sheriff Steve Bizzell says it’s one of the worst cases of abuse he has ever seen. Teghan’s mother, Helen Reyes, recently decided to shack up with Jonathan in the barn behind his grandparents’ home.
