Man Who Got Daughter Pregnant Sentenced To One Year In Prison

LANCASTER COUNTY, SC – I didn’t know impregnating your biological daughter was illegal in South Carolina, especially having visited the state and figuring it was a rite of passage, but apparently it is. I also learned that, in some situations, the punishment for raping your daughter and getting her pregnant is less than had you been strolling down a South Carolina street smoking a joint.
Fred Lee Montgomery, 47, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor after admitting he raped his 13-year-old daughter on multiple occasions 14 years ago and got her pregnant in the process. His daughter, 27-year-old Tia Stevens, would give birth to her own brother at the age of 13.
On Monday, a judge sentenced the proud father of his own grandson to 15 years in prison, but suspended all but one year. Stevens was understandably upset with the verdict. ”It was a slap in my face,” said Stevens. ”To wait 14 years and all a person gets is 1 year? A pat on the back, telling them it’s okay to molest your daughter, impregnate her, and for her to have a child, a blind child?…

Nice, CA – The California woman charged with having sex with her teenage son has pleaded no contest to incest and other felonies.
Earlier this month we reported on 32-year-old Mistie Atkinson, the woman who was caught having sex with her biological, teenage son. She was arrested and charged with incest, oral copulation of a minor, contact with a minor for a sexual offense and sending harmful matter to a minor after police found her in a hotel room with her son.
Atkinson has not had contact with her 16-year-old son since she gave him up 14 years ago, but the pair reunited in a most devious way late last year after Atkinson contacted him via Facebook.
Within two months the teen’s father, who has sole custody, filed a restraining order against Atkinson after the conversations between her and her son became as increasingly inappropriate as they were sinister.
“She started to have a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship with him, not a mother-and-son relationship,” the man said, according to court documents. “It got to a point where their conversation began talking about harming me and killing off her boyfriend she was (now) living with.”
Police say they have proof Atkinson sent her son nude photos of herself and engaged in explicit conversations that included the two running away together. Even more damning are the videos police recovered from the teen’s cell phone that show Atkinson blowing her son’s horn as well as the two engaging in sexual intercourse.…

Nice, CA – A woman in California is facing a myriad of incest related charges after allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with her 16-year-old, biological son.
Mistie Atkinson, 32, has been charged with charged with incest, oral copulation of a minor, contact with a minor for a sexual offense and sending harmful matter to a minor after police found her in a hotel room with her son.
Aside from sending nude photos of herself to her son and engaging in explicit conversations that included running away together, police say they also have videos captured from the boy’s cell phone that show his mother allegedly performing oral sex on her son as well as engaging in sexual intercourse. Both were aware they are biological mother and son.
Atkinson has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is currently being held in the the Napa County Jail on a $200,000 bail. The boy’s father, who has sole custody, has obtained a restraining order against her.

Covington, LA – This happened last month, but it is local to me and as a mother of one child with another on the way, I had to get this guy on the front page.
The FBI say that over an eight year period, 66-year-old Charles Edward “Chuck” Reese, the CFO for Champagne Beverage, paid two women $750, 000 for sexually explicit videos of themselves along with their children, relatives, and even their pets.
The investigation into Charles Reese’s activities began when Photobucket.com alerted authorities to inappropriate media that had been uploaded by a user. One video showed a woman engaged in a sex act with a boy around 2-years-old. One subpoena later, and the FBI were able to identify the woman as a 28-year-old living in Vidor, Texas. The boy in the video was her own son.
The woman also happened to be dead, having passed away in a hospital for reasons that have not been disclosed. Investigators were able to retrieve the woman’s cell phone regardless, and found that it contained even more sexually explicit videos involving other children.…

LONGVIEW, Wash. – Think you got it bad? Imagine spending nine years in prison for raping your own daughter even though you were innocent of the crime.
That’s exactly what happened to one a man in Washington who spent nine years in prison after being convicted of raping his 11-year-old daughter in 2002.
Thomas Edward Kennedy, 43, has always maintained his innocence, before and after a jury convicted him of three counts of first-degree child rape. He still had six more years to go behind bars when all charges against him were dropped and he was released from Stafford Creek Corrections Center last week.
The reason? His daughter lied.
Cassandra Kennedy, now 23, went to police in January and admitted to detectives that she had falsely accused her father of raping her because she was angry over her parents 1991 divorce and was disappointed with her father’s increasing absence.
Cassandra told detectives she got the idea from a friend whose stepfather was sent to prison for a child sex crime.
“I thought that is what I would do to make my dad go away,” she told police. ”I wanted him away so he would stop hurting me.…

Portsmouth, NH - According to police, a 52-year-old woman reported that a man who had tortured, raped, sodomized, drugged, and threatened her over an 8-year period as a child approached her in a supermarket and asked her if “she wanted to pick up their ‘affair’ where they had left off.”
This inquiry by Souran Manougian, 81,led to his arrest on 25 felonies.
A police affidavit described a pattern of behavior and manipulation that Manougian – who is known locally as “Buddha Babe” (?!) – is alleged to have used on the victim, who is a relative.
The court documents describe the abuse beginning in 1966, when the woman was 7 or 8 years old and – according to police – include her being forcibly raped and sodomized by Manougian who told the girl it was his responsibility to teach her “how to be a woman.”
Manougian is alleged to have told the victim that he would kill her, her mother, her grandparents, her dog, or “anything she loved if she told the police.” The woman reportedly described Manougian once showing her a badge and saying he was “a special officer” with the city police department and that she “would never be believed” if she told anyone what he’d done to her.…

Montgomery County, TX – Amanda Billiris, 23, was arrested after relatives caught her getting her turkey stuffed by a 15 year-old relative on Thanksgiving. Nice.
If you’re not slinging hot yogurt all over your monitor yet, you’ll be happy-in-the-pants to know that Billiris was a big fan of riding motorcycles. In fact, she apparently suffered a head injury in a 2009 crash that left her in critical condition.
Whether or not her incestuous and sexy adventure has anything to do with her injuries is unknown. What is known, however, is that the thought of her having the mental capacity of a snow cone and a sex drive that couldn’t wait is making me harder than level 6-2 of Ninja Gaiden.
For this little incident, Billiris is facing a sexual assault of a child charge, which is second-degree felony. For this she looking at 2-20 years in girl-jail and possibly a fine of $10,000.

Hereford Township, PA — Not a lot of information on this one, but 39-year-old Richard Marsolick was jailed after police accused him of raping his 6-year-old daughter and her 9-year-old friend earlier this month.
According to police, Marsolick, along with his son and daughter, had checked into Cab Frye’s Motel after losing power at their house due to a hellacious snowstorm on October 31.
Police say they were registered at the hotel until November 4. At some point during their stay, Marsolick’s daughter had one of her friends stay with them for a night. It was during that overnight stay that Marsolick allegedly had sexual contact with both girls.
Investigators have not specified who made the accusations and under what circumstances, saying only that the allegations were just recently brought to their attention. Charges were filed after interviews with both girls.
Marsolick is being held in lieu of $750,000 bail, charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, incest, corruption of minors, indecent assault, endangering welfare of children, sexual assault and indecent exposure.…

Deja’s legal woes began in July after authorities reportedly learned of allegations that he had been sexually abusing his adopted daughter for approximately four years. Police then learned the young woman has a 3-year-old child fathered by Deja. Police reports say Deja became upset when he found out that his now 20-year-old daughter had a new boyfriend. This reportedly prompted Deja to kick his daughter out of the house. Deja then attempted to hire his brother as a hit man to kill his daughter and her boyfriend. It is believed that the brother – who is, of course, the woman’s uncle – tipped off authorities.
On October 12, Deja was arrested and held on $7 million bail on charges of solicitation to commit murder and criminal sexual assault.…

Memphis, TN – I’m a little late on this one, but police in Memphis have arrested a man and accused him of raping his mother.
Reports are that a 37-year-old man asked his 57-year-old mother to come into his room and help him change a light bulb in his ceiling fan.
Once his mother was in the room and holding a table for her son, he allegedly grabbed her from behind and tried to sexually assault her. She managed to fight him off for a little bit before he wrestled her to the ground and raped her. She was eventually able to escape and call police.
This happened back in August, but there is no explanation as to why the man wasn’t arrested until earlier this month and charged with aggravated rape. The unidentified mother f*cker is being held on a $500,000 bond.
Speaking of raping your mom… could you imagine being Sofía Vergara’s son and seeing her walk around the house in her underwear or bikini? I could only imagine what a moral quandary that must be.…

DUBLIN, Ohio — Let me apologize upfront for the obscene visual of a mother performing sexual acts on her 10-month-old son that I just now put in your head, but that’s exactly what the news is reporting one Ohio woman did — in front of a camera.
Police say that on August 30, 24-year-old Ashley Jessup recorded herself performing sexual acts on her baby, then sent the video to her boyfriend in Michigan.
That man’s former girlfriend found the video and contacted police who arrested Jessup the next day. Police say she did admit to the crime.
She’s now facing life in prison if convicted on two counts of rape, one count of endangering children and one count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
Spontaneous applause from strangers broke out in the courtroom after the charges against her were read.
She’ll be back in court on Monday for her arraignment so I’m sure we will have more details then.
Police are also reviewing the information to see if there will be any charges filed against the boyfriend, who already has had some equipment seized from his home.…

Phoenix, AZ - James Stark, 58, experienced the business end of the Arizona justice system when he was sentenced last week to 7-consecutive life sentences – and an additional 102.5 years in prison – for molesting his granddaughter.
Stark was arrested January 2010 after his 8-year-old granddaughter told a family friend of the abuse and that led to a police investigation. Prosecutors said that Stark had been living in the same home as the victim’s family since November 2008. The Buckeye (Arizona) Police Department investigation led by Det. Joseph Kirby established that Stark molested the girl for more than a year. This means that the molestation must have begun almost immediately.
When the victim’s mother learned of the situation – presumably from the family friend – she took the 8-year-old to the Buckeye Police Department. A statement from the Maricopa County attorney said:
In a subsequent forensic interview the 8-year old disclosed the defendant had performed a variety of sexual acts on her. These acts included showing her pornography, teaching her how to masturbate, digital contact, digital penetration and oral-genital contact.…

Saskatoon, Canada - A 36-year-old father who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting his teen daughter has been sentenced to 2-1/2 years in jail in a Saskatoon provincial court. The man’s identity has not been released.
According to court documents, the man had intercourse with his daughter last summer, and touched her vagina and breasts in another incident. The documents released as part of the court judgment said that the dad did not agree with his 15-year-old’s choice of boyfriend, so he told her to have sex with him in a deal to keep the boyfriend.
In her decision, Judge Donna Scott says that reasoning “makes little sense, and certainly provides no excuse. Rather, it was a form of coercion in gaining the co-operation of his daughter to participate in the offending behaviour.”
The defense blamed physical abuse by his parents, sexual abuse by a babysitter as a toddler, sexual abuse by a priest while at residential school, and a peanut allergy. I just threw that last one in.
As for the daughter she is now living with her grandmother.…

Cincinnati, OH — Lenny Love Jr., 29, was arrested for the rape of his six-month-old son earlier this year.
Very few details on this one, but the few we have are enough to make me wanna puke in my lap…
According to authorities, a witness filed the incident report against Love on Thursday, July 1st. He was taken into custody several hours later.
Love reportedly admitted to police that he raped the infant back in March – while fully aware that he was HIV positive.
He has been charged with two counts of rape, one count of felonious assault and one count of possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $600,000.
There is no word on the infant’s condition at this time.…

Washington, DC — On November 27th of last year, 17 year-old Ebony Franklin was reported missing by her mother. On the 29th, her body was discovered by a pedestrian in a trash container located in an alley. Franklin had been stabbed fifteen times and dropped head first into the receptacle.
The girl was supposed to have been spending the weekend of the 26th with her father. In fact, the two were supposedly meeting that day so he could give her some Christmas presents. Dear old dad, however, apparently told the girl’s mother she had to decided to spend the weekend with her boyfriend. Several calls and texts were later made from Franklin’s phone, to her mother and others, including this: “Remember, the bitch told on my man nowyoo get her out the trash.”
Police say that this was an attempt by the girl’s father, Rodney J. McIntyre, to point investigators away from him. After being questioned several times since November, police have arrested McIntyre and he has been charged with first-degree murder as of Monday.…

Cochise County, AZ - I don’t know how you screen nannies in your house, but one would think a nanny who loves children would be an asset, right? That’s what Clayton and Elizabeth Cherry thought. Galveston, Texas - I told you this would happen. There, I’ve said it, we can move on. Travis James “TJ” Mullis, 24, was sentenced to death today for the murder of his three-month-old son, Alijah James Mullis.
On January 29, 2008, Alijah’s tiny body was found lying face up on a berm just above Galveston Beach. His head had been stomped, his skull crushed. Alijah’s body was found by a man who was birdwatching in the area. He thought he saw a doll, and moved in to see Alijah, dead, eyes open, wearing one sock. Although Alijah had been dead only a few hours, ants were already crawling on his skin. The man was ill, police were called, and within a few hours a call came in from a hospital – police needed to call Caren Kohberger. Her boyfriend had left with their baby, and hadn’t come back. Alijah was never coming back.
Caren and Travis lived in a trailer with another couple and their children – one of whom, an eight-year-old girl, had been the recipient of Travis’s desire to play with children – not in a nice way. As it turns out, so had her brothers – Mullis had attempted to get all of the kids to take off their clothes in the days and weeks leading up to Alijah’s death.…

Iowa City, IA — Very little information on this one, and because of the nature of the charges, the names of all parties are being withheld. A woman and her 15-year-old daughter were taken into custody last week after police learned the teen girl had been sexually abusing her younger sibling and broadcasting the alleged abuse over the net, while the woman did absolutely nothing to stop it. Police were investigating the allegations against the teen when the dirt came out on mom. Police said the woman knew the teen had performed sex acts on her 6-year-old sibling in a bedroom while allowing others to watch via webcam. Despite this, police said the woman continued to allow her children to be unsupervised in a closed room with a computer and webcam. Mom has been charged with a single count of child endangerment and has since been released from the Johnson County Jail on her own recognizance. The teen has been booked on charges of second-degree sexual abuse. Both girls have been separated from each other and their mother, and each are undergoing counseling.…

COLUMBIA, SC – Just when I thought our ‘incest’ tag was being neglected, a political science professor at Columbia University was charged with incest after being accused of having a consensual, three-year sexual relationship with his daughter. David Epstein, 46, was allegedly giving his 24-year-old daughter a bit of hot beef injection between 2006 and 2009. It is also being reported that the pair exchanged some twisted text messages back and forth. University spokesman Robert Hornsby said that Epstein “is now on administrative leave and will not be teaching students.” Epstein was married to Sharyn O’Halloran, a senior academic at the University, but some online publications are pointing out that his Facebook status no longer listed him as such and that the pair have recently divorced. Epstein’s lawyer wants to remind everyone that these are just allegations and nothing has been proven at this point. If convicted, Epstein could face up to four years in jail. Now here is my question…if the affair was consensual and his daughter of legal age, why isn’t she being charged as well?…
