CRESWELL, Oregon – Well, here is another neighborhood road rage incident in which one neighbor was telling another neighbor that they need to slow down while driving through the neighborhood and ends up paying for it with his life. On Saturday morning, Steven Thurston, 59, got into an altercation with Jarrod Pardun, 28 over his reckless driving down their street. As Pardun drove by, Thurston yelled something at him. Pardun did a U-turn and the two got into a verbal altercation that ended when Pardun used a shotgun to shoot Thurston while he stood in his front yard.

A neighbor who lives across the street heard the gunshot and looked out in time to see Thurston hit the ground. “I heard him scream he was shot and dial 911. So I just immediately called 911.” But it wouldn’t matter as he was pronounced dead at the hospital. One neighbor stated that Thurston fell in the same spot where he would often be seen playing with a young child on a spread out blanket. Going by this report that stated “The little girl had said that daddy’s shot,” I am assuming the child in question was the man’s daughter.

The two men had gotten into altercations before over Pardun’s driving and even other neighbor’s had asked for Pardun to slow down. Pardun lived only three blocks from the shooting and has only had brushes with the law stemming from his non-payment of child support. He was arrested at his home without incident, booked in the Lane County Jail, charged with intentional murder. That’s some shit, huh? One minute you are out watering your grass or washing your car on a Saturday morning, and the next some fucking retard with a shotgun kills you in your yard in front of your kid.

I suffer from a bit of road rage. Ask anyone who is on the phone with me while I am driving. But I remember following this guy after he cut me off. I routinely cuss at or flip-off other motorists who inconvenienced me, but when I was younger I would follow people to really give them the business. I followed him thinking it would go like they all go, with us trading insults back-and-forth before going our separate ways. He ended up pulling into a side street and stopping. As his door opened, I opened mine, already mentally coming up with new variations of the word “cocksucker”, but he came out with a pistol drawn.

I’m sure I felt like this guy did the seconds before he got shot, but luckily this guy didn’t say or do anything at all aside from standing there pointing a fucking pistol at me as I stood frozen half-in, half-out of my car. It was almost comedic as I slowly slid back into my vehicle and then got the hell out of there. But I learned my lesson. People are NUTS.

New Orleans, Louisiana -  Young mother, 17-year-old, Darrion Scott, was out on a nice Wednesday afternoon with her toddler when she decided to hop a bus.  After getting on board she was informed by the bus driver, Hanella Johnson to fold her baby’s stroller and keep it out of the aisle for safety reasons.  However, Scott thought the rules didn’t apply to her and flat out refused.  She plopped her ass in a seat and kept the stroller next to her in the aisle.

Johnson repeatedly requested that the stroller be folded and stowed away.  About 15 minutes later, Scott blew her top.  Bus rage, I guess you could call it.  She took the top off her baby’s bottle and doused the driver with milk.  A scuffle broke out between the two.  Scott pulled out a knife and plunged it four inches into Johnson’s torso, just below her right breast.

Long story short, Darrion Scott never did fold the baby stroller.  The injured driver was able to radio in that she had been attacked.  Police arrested psycho mom and her child was released to a relative.  Ms. Johnson is now recovering at home.  RTA is not allowing her to speak about the incident.  Darrion Scott is chilling at the grey bar hotel slapped with a $25,000 bond.

Daniel Robbins Begins A New Chapter

Here is a winner for you. Daniel Robbins, 22, got into a road rage accident in 2005. He chased after a car he said had cut him off. His passenger was 16-year-old Jessica Rogers, his brother’s girlfriend. During the chase, Robbins managed to hit a pole, leaving Rogers partially paralyzed. As a result of his actions, Robbins received a whopping 180 days in jail, but was released early under the stipulation that he be placed on probation with certain conditions attached. Two of conditions being that he not drink or do anything illegal, but Robbins decided to smoke marijuana and drive illegally and on Friday, Robbins got so plastered at a party that police had to be called to escort him home because someone at the residence didn’t want him there any longer. 

As he stood in court to answer to these actions, Assistant Mercer County Prosecutor James Scott told Superior Court Judge Charles Delehey that Robbins “continues to show that he doesn’t (respect) the privilege that probation offers him…He continues to flaunt the law. I am asking that you sentence him to the maximum sentence of 18 months in prison.”

Judge Charles Delehey, being a kickass judge, agreed with him stating Robbins “seems to be a person who is indifferent to society’s rules. We know that prison is not a place for rehab. But … you failed to observe the terms of probation. The court can’t ignore what transpired here. The court extended an opportunity and that opportunity was wasted.” and then proceeded to give him the max. 18 months in prison.

And you know, before anyone says they think that this sentence is a bit harsh for someone who just broke probation…and has now received more time for that than had they just finished out the original sentence. Boo fuckin’ hoo, you coddling shit. To show just how deserving Robbins is of this new sentence, he stated in court that he is “emotionally disturbed, I can’t handle my own life. I don’t have a car. I destroyed my father’s last name. I feel terrible about this whole thing and I hurt every day. I’ve been taunted, assaulted.  It’s not an excuse. People point their fingers at me. It’s hard for me to be a strong person. I’m very weak. I admit that.”

He then explained how he has remained unemployed because he slipped on ice and hurt his ankle. He said this while Jessica sat in court with her father. Sat in a motorized wheel chair I should add. Jessica’s father Scott Rogers, who I like, stated “I imagine it is hard to be him. Think about how hard it is to be Jessica. He doesn’t have an idea as to what hurt is. All I hear from him is ‘I, I, I.’ He hurt his ankle. Jessica can’t walk. I’m glad he got the maximum sentence.” Me too, Scott. Although had things been done my way, he would had been in prison already from the original charge.

But Jerome Ballarotto, Robbins lawyer, wants everyone to realize that everyone has Robbins all wrong. He wasn’t sending a big ‘fuck you’ message to the courts when he violated his probation stating, “It’s not like he’s thumbing his nose at the system. It’s not a total failure. It’s a partial failure.” Laugh Out Fucking Loud. Partial failure.

Know what type of people I hate more than pedophiles? Whiners. The “Woe is me” person that spends to much time bemoaning the state of their lives. Everytime I hear someone go in to just how terrible their life is, I just want to shove a pacifier in their mouths, slap them across the face and tell them to shut the fuck up. You got kids lying around with flies in their eyes, men living in tents in the woods beside I-277, people making due without sight, sound or even their arms and legs…and I’m supposed to give a shit that your husband didn’t like your goddamn pot roast? That you may not be able to pay your cable bill this month? You cant find a job, but wont apply to Wal-mart? Cry me a river so I can laugh at how funny your face looks when it scrunches up like that.

Wanda Francois (Myspace) and Eddie McIntosh III

Winter Haven, Florida – Eddie McIntosh III, 26, is no stranger to getting in trouble.  He has a criminal history that goes back to 2001. He served more than a year in jail in 2002, than another year in 2005, for B&T and assorted crimes. He lived with his girlfriend Wanda Francois, 24. On Saturday, they got into an argument that ended in her death.

Wanda Francois was later found on a lawn with a fatal head injury. After McIntosh got his family behind him and a lawyer, he gave himself up. He is now claiming that he and Wanda were arguing, and that he tried to leave. She blocked his way, so he moved her out of the way and got in his car. She supposedly jumped onto the hood of his car. That didn’t stop McIntosh. He drove off with her holding onto the hood at speeds between 50-60mph, swerving his car to throw her off. He finally succeeded and hauled ass as she lay dying.

Of course McIntosh minimizes his actions. He states that he saw Wanda stand up and use her cell phone after flying off the hood of his car, so it was okay to leave. The M.E. disputes that she could have even stood up given the severity of her head injury. The story McIntosh is peddling is not adding up. It wouldn’t be the first time a suspect lied. He is being held without bail at the Polk County Jail.

Kansas City, MO - Khaihilah “Killa Khi” Woodson almost lived up to her nickname on Friday.  Woodson, 24, led Kansas City police on a wild chase, running cars off the road, speeding through red lights and nearly hitting a police officer.  Her two sons, ages 6 and 8, cowered in the back seat, shaking in fear as their mother gave batshit a whole new definition.  Did I mention she was totally naked the whole time?  Yep.

Khaihilah Woodson has a record several pages long.  In fact, she’s currently out on bond awaiting trial on charges of drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.  Her other arrests include unlawful use of a weapon, DWI, driving while revoked, more drug possessions, theft, and resisting arrest.  She’s on the receiving end of a restraining order involving a child.  She’s on probation for at least three offenses right now.  And yet, somehow, she had custody of her two young sons.   Way to protect those kids, Missouri!

Friday’s Naked Police Fun Run began when 911 dispatch got a report that Woodson was running around naked outdoors at an apartment complex.  As officers were responding, the witnesses reported that Woodson, still in public and still nude, had put two little boys in her car and was driving away at a high rate of speed.

Officers decided to pursue Woodson because she had kids in the car, but Woodson wasn’t having any.  She sped through Kansas City, narrowly missing an officer who was trying to get spike strips down.  After hitting a second set of spike strips, Woodson’s car gave it up and officers ran up to get her kids out.

The boys were crying and “visibly shaking from fear”, according to officers.  “Killa Khi” was slumped behind the wheel.  She was naked, high, and stank of angel dust.  Now that’s some parenting for ya, right there.

Khaihilah Woodson was arrested and charged with two counts of felony child endangerment, felony resisting arrest with risk of harm to others, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked. She is being held on $75,000 bond with a no driving stipulation.

Yeah, that’ll stop her.   Missouri, you best be taking those babies away before she kills one  – or both – of them.

UPDATE – 65-year-old James Patrick Wonder of Miramar was arrested and charged with the murder of Donald Pettit.

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – On Tuesday morning, Pettit, 52, and a man got into an argument with another man standing outside of his car in the parking lot of the Pembroke Pines post office. It may have been over a parking space. The gunman then pulled out a gun and shot Pettit in the head. Even more tragic is the fact that Pettit’s 12-year-old daughter was in the car at the time. The gunman then fled the scene. Pettit’s daughter heard the shot and got out of the car to find her father lying on the ground bleeding. She used a cell phone to call 911.

Pettit who was married with two children, was also a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agent. He als served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and spent 15 years as an investigator with the Food and Drug Administration. He was unarmed at the time of this incident.

The shooter was described as being in his 50s or 60s, 6 feet 1 inch tall with white, slicked-back hair, saggy cheeks and a medium build. Police said he was driving a green or gray Chrysler 300. A $275,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to his arrest.
