Hawthorne, CA - Last Wednesday afternoon, Danielle Graham’s boyfriend, Hakeem Funtua, asked her if she would keep an eye on his pit bull puppy, Gucci, while he attended to some family matters. For some reason, that request totally pissed her off. After arguing with the boyfriend for a bit, Danielle grabbed the pup by her collar, said “Fuck this dog,” dragged her into the street and tossed her into oncoming traffic. Gucci, 3-months-old, landed on a passing car and rolled underneath before being ran over. She didn’t survive Danielle’s bitch fit. And wouldn’t you know it, a couple of Hawthorne police officers witnessed the entire event. When the officers attempted to arrest Danielle, the nutty bitch put up a fight. While she was struggling with officers, Hakeem decided to jump into the brawl to rescue his damsel in distress. After a dose or three of pepper spray and the arrival of back-up officers, both Danielle and Hakeem were cuffed and hauled off. On Friday, Danielle, 21, pleaded not guilty to charges of animal cruelty and battery with injury on a peace office. She remains jailed on $50,000 bail. Hakeem, 23, was charged with resisting arrest and released on $10,000 bail.

Colorado Springs, CO - Police were called to a Colorado Springs McDonald’s Wednesday evening after getting a report that an intoxicated man with two children had passed out in the play area of the restaurant. When officers arrived and made contact with the drunk dude, 28-year-old Joshua Alger, two things were determined – he was, indeed, intoxicated and he had a warrant out for failing to appear in court on an obstruction of justice charge. At that point, deputies called the children’s mother and requested that she come and retrieve the kiddos because daddy was going to jail. And then it got stupid. Joshua started to get a little pissy and allegedly began threatening the arresting officers. He tried to get his kids in on the action as well, telling them to “bite the officers’ faces off.“ I have to assume that wasn’t exactly the way he phrased it. Joshua continued with his fit and a wrestling match with the cops ensued. After being taken to the ground, and after allegedly kicking an officer in the face, a taser was employed – zapping the fight right outta him. Joshua was booked on charges of felony assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana. Way to create memories, dad.

Chicago, IL – At about 9:30 p.m. Sunday evening, 31 year old Fernando Cooper and an off-duty police officer got into an altercation outside Gibson’s Bar and Steakhouse. Despite the officer’s identification of himself as a police officer, Cooper kept going, causing cuts and bruises to the officer about the eye with several punches and “severely” biting the officer’s nipple. Um, were they nude? Isn’t Chicago a little nippy this time of year? Both men were treated for cuts and bruises. According to a doctor, the officer “lost a body part.” I’m assuming this means his nipple. The cause of the dispute was not immediately known. Now, get this – aside from misdemeanor resisting arrest and panhandling in a prohibited manner charges, Cooper has been charged with aggravated battery and attempting to disarm a peace officer. WTF? Are the officer’s nipples considered deadly weapons? Someone please explain.

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla – After being told by a police officer that she could not park near the Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade’s main route, 37-year-old Latricia Samuel got pissed. Reports say she drove south on NW 8th Avenue as the parade made its way north in her direction. Police officers had to jump out of her way and three children, including two babies in strollers, were almost hit by her vehicle. Several police cruisers chased her down, catching her after she crashed her vehicle. She was arrested has been charged with charged with seven counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, an additional six counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing law enforcement and resisting arrest. Her bail was set at over $65,000.

In the early morning hours of New Year’s Day, cops pulled over Jorge Garcia, 39, after receiving a tip that he was armed. Along with Garcia, some other people who he had been at a party with earlier also pulled over. The crowd became hostile when officers tried to arrest Garcia who was in the road yelling obscenities before getting back into his car. When police ordered Garcia out of his vehicle, Garcia continued to act irrational and verbally abusive. One of the officers pulled out a Taser but Garcia was having none of that. He reached in the backseat and grabbed an infant that he used as a human shield. Holding the baby in front of him, he repeatedly told police to “Tase the baby.” Police were able to get the infant away from Garcia unharmed – and then two officers Tased his ass. He is now facing child neglect charges to go along with resisting arrest. He was released from the Volusia County jail on $6,500 bond. Garcia’s wife Tangeca was also arrested for resisting arrest. A third man was also arrested for not complying with officers.

I am now partially blind and mostly stupid. But, because I am a saintly woman and hope to spare you from the seizure inducing background, I put my mad copy and paste skillz to work and give you this, from her About Me section – ” i feel that im a very good mother and a devoted friend. i love to party and get drunk as possible. if you like what ur hearing so far log on to me.” Now, let’s think about that first sentence for a minute, shall we? If, indeed, she were a ‘very good mother’, chances are her mug wouldn’t be gracing our awesome website. Right? Right. Kyra is here today because she is accused of punching her 10-month-old baby in the face, causing the child’s nose to bleed. When the cops arrived on scene, Kyra refused to hand over the bloodied baby. Instead, she held the child in her left arm and attacked the officers, punching and scratching, with her right. Feisty, huh? I did hope to read somewhere that she was tased once the baby was safe, but no such luck. Kyra Gates, 25, was booked on charges of child abuse/neglect, assault on an officer, assault, criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer, and resisting arrest.

Panama City Beach – Like many other acts 23-year-old Andrew Grande aka Dustin Michaels performed, this one was also caught on camera. The video is after the jump, but it is a bit disturbing. His decision to swallow a bag of weed may have been a boneheaded one, I still cannot help but feel sorry for the dud as he chokes to death in front of a camera crew. For those of you who would rather not watch a guy die, just after 2AM Friday police were called to the Executive Inn where it was reported Grande assaulted a female. When deputies arrived, accompanied by a camera crew from Zoo Productions (the people behind “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader“, “MTV’s Busted” and “Speeders”), one of the deputies tried to arrest Grande but he resisted having cuffs put on and stuffed something in his mouth. Not aware that he was choking, cops shoot Grande with a taser. Grande pulls the taser probes out of his body and shoves his hand in his mouth trying to dislodge the bag of weed. Deputies realize what is happening and begin trying to save his life, but are unsuccessful. All three of the deputies who responded are now on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

I wonder how many people thought they were being clever when they made the too easy crack about Andrew being a gay porn star and dying by choking on something? I know of one other mistake Andrew made before shoving that bag in his mouth and that is using the screen name Dustin Michaels (and no I didn’t know that off the top of my head ya’ lame fucks, I actually had to go look through my gay porn stash) and not keeping his last name. Just seems more fitting. Something like B.J. Grande or Max Grande.

Despite His Looks, Jason Marshall is Not Prince Charming

Mountain Home, Arkansas Armed with a face only a mother could love, a criminal past, and an axe, Jason Marshall pretty much fucked up his parole. Monday, police received a couple of distressed phone calls regarding a domestic disturbance, the second of which the victim stated she and her children were able to escape their abuser but needed medical attention. An ambulance was dispatched to intercept the patients, Elizabeth Marshall (41) and her 9-year-old son at an intersection and they were transported to a nearby hospital.

The big question here: WHY? Perhaps better asked: HOW? Seriously, Jason, who’s 29-years-old, had a colorful background of domestic abuse which landed him in prison once before. It’s not clear if Elizabeth is the same wife that was attacked with a knife previously – if so – maybe lessons aren’t easily learned there in Mountain Home. I could possibly see sticking around after that if he were the catch of the century and it’s hard to imagine that being the case here.

Jason is accused of whooping up on Elizabeth and then, as her 9-year-old son was coming to her rescue, Jason allegedly picked the child up and slammed his head against the wall. As they were fleeing, Jason picked up and threw an axe, just missing Elizabeth and striking her car. I doubt that story was hard for the police to swallow because when they arrived at their home, Jason put up a little protest and had to be tasered. I’m wondering, if when he was going after the cops, any of them looked at him and thought, “IT IS ALIVE”. I may have shit my pants.

And even though there was another throw-down in the booking area of the local jail which caused some damage, police were able to arrest Jason on domestic battery, aggravated assault, and resisting arrest. I might have suggested beating him with an ugly stick but man, that shit molded onto his face.

Tulsa, OK – Have you ever had one of those days? The kind of day where everything and everyone just annoy the shit out of you? Have you ever been so annoyed and pissed off that you just wanna beat the hell out of someone with a harmonica? No? Am I the only one with that strange urge? Nope. Meet 52-year-old Decai Liu. He must suffer from intermittent harmonicidal urges as well. According to police, Liu’s roommate was preparing for work on Saturday when Liu barged into the bathroom and started whalin’ on him with a harmonica. When officers arrived at the home, they found the roommate bleeding from cuts to his head and face – he told police, “I don’t know what his problem was.” (Maybe it wasn’t the roommate he intended to injure, but the harmonica. I feel the same way about banjos – I see or hear one, I want to kick it). Anyway, to make matters worse, Liu put up a fight when it was time to get cuffed and headbutted an officer. Out came the pepper spray – down went Liu. On Thursday, Decai Liu was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $6,500. There is no word on the extent of the roommates injuries. Now, let the puns begin…

Sheboygan, Wisconsin – I’m not sure how many of you watch COPS or not, but for those of you who do, it is a well known fact that police do not give a shit about your stage of dress (or undress) when they haul your ass to jail. If they decide to get your naked ass a pair of shorts or not is really depending on how big of an asshole you are, as well as the cop you asking to get them. Julia Laack, 36, found this out when she attempted to disrobe to keep cops from taking her to jail after she got busted for shoplifting beef jerky and a lighter from a gas station. But naked or not, Julia was not going without a fight.

It all started after Tidy Car employees at a gas station watched Julia — in the store with her husband and two children — stealing beef jerky. They were going to let her get away with it at first, thinking she was a down and out mother trying to give her a nutritious, delicious treat that she was not able to afford. But when she got to the counter, she also started applying the five-finger discount to some lighters. Police were then notified.

When officers arrived at her house, they heard her berating her children, even going as far as blaming one of them for what was transpiring. When police made their way into the home, Julia stripped to her underwear in front of her children and told cops they could not take her to jail because she had no clothes on. Learning that this was not the case, she tried to punch a cop in the nuts. Not satisfied, she kicked an officer in the balls. When she would not stop trying to kick and bite the arresting officers, a spit hood was placed on her. She was able to remove it long enough to spit into the mouth of a female officer. Le Gag.

Once under some form of control and placed in the back of a police car, she got out of the seatbelt, removed her underwear and began placing her nasty ass on the window and told a female officer her children are going to die. Julia has been charged with two counts, one for theft and a second for misbehaving with police officials. So she learned that cops don’t care if you are nekkid, and that, with a blood alcohol level of 0.112, it is pretty easy to turn a simple shoplifting charge into a possible 5 years of jail time.

Oakhurst, CA – When I came across this little story, three words came to mind: What. The. Hell? Here we have 37-year-old Krista Arceneaux – yes, a real looker, ain’t she?! A bit rough for 37, but with the right makeup, the right lighting, and a couple cases of Corona, she’d rank about a 5.5 or so. Krista was sitting outside of a bar last Wednesday evening when she spied a 6-year-old boy walking across a parking lot with his family. Whether it was because she was inebriated to the point of complete retardation or because she harbors some secret desire for little boys, Krista bolted from her chair, ran to the little kiddo, told him he was sexy, and laid on one him – tongue and all. Needless to say, the kiddos parents weren’t exactly thrilled with Krista’s nasty little show of affection and confronted her, sending her scurrying back to the bar. And that’s about the time Krista came a little unhinged.

A female acquaintance who had accompanied Krista to the bar beat feet when the screaming started. When the cops arrived and cuffed the crazy bitch, Krista started getting all violent and shit. She screamed, she cussed, and made a total ass of herself before deputies finally got her nutty ass into the back of the patrol car. After threatening the life of one deputy and his family, Krista attempted to kick in the window. While on the way to the cop shop, Krista repeatedly spit on the officer driving the car. I totally lack patience for any asshole that brings bodily fluids into the mix. One lugie on the back of my neck and I would have gladly pulled the patrol car over, dragged the little bitch outta the back seat by her eyebrows, and inflicted a whole heap’a police brutality on her dumb skank ass. Luckily for Krista, it looks like she made it to the jail house unscathed.

Now, the tard is facing charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, resisting arrest, and possession of marijuana. Bail has been set at $100,000. Authorities have not disclosed the level of Krista’s intoxication at the time of the incident.

Boynton Beach, Florida I’m sure it’s safe to say all of us have walked the same routes to and from someplace so often we become completely aware of what’s in it’s proper place and what’s missing. When I was young, walking home from school was filled with common sights. The same older people who volunteered their time to make sure we all crossed the highway safely, the old lady sitting on her porch with fresh baked cookies or a bowl of candy for us as we returned home. That whole experience gave such a sense of normalcy and general good feeling to those of us passing by. And we’d always look if these people were not within sight, waiting for us. Yet I somehow cannot help but feel sorry for the children who lived along the route of Franklin Davidson, the pervert who liked to call attention to himself to all youngsters crossing his path, only to wave his privates in their general direction.

Hell, he was just being friendly, don’t you think? Waving like that? Ah, perhaps not. I think it went beyond friendly when Franklin started demonstrating a little self gratification from his patio and from behind the pane of glass. Yes sirree, Frankie allegedly was yanking his wanky in front of these children – like on a consistent basis. Hell, he’d even go so far as to invite them in, as if offering them a front row seat…a ‘welcome to the show’ kind of thing. Only problem is, the children got a little fed up with Franklin’s obvious attention desires. They started rebelling against his offers of sexual favors so much so, they started telling on him.

The police attempted to speak to him at his home but adult interaction wasn’t quite what Franklin was seeking. Actually, he refused to open the door. And since he wouldn’t answer the police questions, they decided to set up a little surveillance and caught him red handed. (and I’m sure, red faced) As they tried to apprehend him, he went a little freaky on the police and caused a brief struggle. He was subdued and quickly arrested.

Flash Franklin Davidson (50) was charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition, one count of attempted sexual battery and one count of resisting arrest without violence. According to the police report, his victims ranged from the ages of 8 – 16.

And for all the Monty Python fans out there: ”I wave my private parts at your aunties and fart in your general direction.” Sorry, couldn’t help it!

Daniel Wood Was Stunned Into Flames

Lancaster, OH- Around 8 p.m. Monday, officers responded to report of a man running into traffic and yelling threats to a crowd outside a Kmart store. When the officers arrived, they found 31-year old Daniel Wood holding a aerosol can of electronics cleaner in his hand and witnessed Wood huffing from it. Wood must have still had a few braincells left, because he beat feet as soon as he seen the officers approach. When the officers caught up to him, Wood kicked at them and tried to bite them while he continued discharging the aerosol can into his mouth. I wonder if he felt like he was walking on sunshine?

It had only been one day since the officers received their new Tasers and Wood’s erratic behavior gave the officers a chance to test out their new weapons. One of the officers deployed his stun gun and Wood was hit in the chest and one of his arms with the charged prongs. I imagine at the time the officers’ main objective was just to get Wood’s crazy ass under control, but they forgot one important detail. The numb nuts was still holding an aerosol can and there were vapors in the air from him continuously trying to get his fix. That was when the officers learned how extremely flammable Wood can be. Yes, folks. Flames were ignited and Wood ceased huffing and began puffing out clouds of smoke.

The officer quickly shut off the Taser, approached Wood and patted out the flames on his body. Wood was not seriously injured and received medical care before he was taken to jail. He was charged with resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer and abusing harmful intoxicants. Of course, the Manson-looking menace has a history with the po-po which consists of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and alcohol and drug charges. Wood was released about 11:30 p.m. that night and rearrested Tuesday when he failed to show up in court. In all seriousness, I really hope this guy gets some help and will one day find the strength to overcome his addictions.

Stun Guns have a potential danger because they can set their targets on fire. Makers of stun guns warn that such fires are extremely rare but can occur. The written policy for Lancaster’s seven new Tasers says that the devices shouldn’t be used when flammable materials are evident. Lancaster Police Chief David Bailey said his officers acted appropriately given the situation and Wood’s combative behavior. “There was no recognition on the part of these officers that this would be the result,” Bailey said. “They didn’t know the vapor was present and would flash. … It wasn’t as if the suspect was doused in a chemical.”

Crazy Cliff Said, “Come On In For Some Fun!”

Bonita Springs, FL- Around 9 p.m. last Wednesday, two teenage girls were walking past Clifford Burk’s home when he told the girls that he would like to have sex with them and watch their boyfriend have sex with them. Cliff said, “My wife left me and is in Ohio. I am Crazy Cliff. Come on in for some fun.” The frightened girls beat feet and rushed to one of their homes where they informed a parent who then called police. The teens described the man as an older guy with a scruffy face and large belly. The were even gave a description of his car along with the license plate number.

When police knocked on his door, a completely nude Burk opened it and began cursing. An officer asked him to kindly put on some clothes and Burk complied. When he came back, he began cussing once again and used degrading words to describe the girls and said they were liars. “At least I didn’t kill them,” Burk told the deputies. He said all of this, of course, before the deputies even had a chance to explain why the fuck they were even there. Don’t you just love dumb-asses?!

Burk then attempted to get all grabby with one of the deputies two times and it was then that they placed him in handcuffs. During his booking in jail, he continued to be vulgar and show disruptive behavior. Clifford N. Burk, 48, was charged with resisting a law enforcement officer without violence and his bond was set at $5ooo. The Sheriff’s Office sex crime unit is continuing the investigation into a possible sex crime.

Justin Shine Didn’t Get To Finish What He Started

Hanover, Massachusetts–Her mother reported her missing at 1:00 Saturday afternoon…she had last been seen at 12:30. Police began a door-to-door search for the 6-year-old child when, about an hour after she was reported missing, an officer spotted her. She was bloodied and shackled at both ankles with an “official piece of equipment that you may have seen prisoners going in and out of courthouse in.” She had been riding her bicycle around her apartment complex when a monster grabbed her, carried her off into his lair, shackled her, and attempted to rape her. Somehow, the girl managed to escape her captor, 26-year-old Justin Shine.

The shaken girl was able to point out the apartment where she had spent the last terrifying hour. That apartment belonged to Justin Shine’s ex-girlfriend, Holly Hersh. Inside the apartment, police said they found evidence that Shine had tried to rape the girl. “It’s sick! It’s demented!” said the mother of two. “That poor little girl has to suffer the rest of her life. My kids have to suffer the rest of their lives. I can’t go back and live here.” Hersh claims that she had kicked Shine out of the apartment two weeks ago because he had been abusing drugs. Shine, who fathered a child with Hersh, allegedly broke into that apartment on Saturday before he kidnapped and tried to rape the 6-year-old child. The victim was a friend of Hersh’s 7-year-old son and had met Shine on previous visits to the apartment. “It’s sad and it’s disgusting how someone could do that and take a child’s innocence,” said Hersh. “He’s a loser and a deadbeat. I hope he rots in hell.”

Shine put up a bit of a fight when it was his turn to be shackled. After a tussle with the boys in blue, he was hospitalized with what police said were self-inflicted wounds. Oh, I do hope he tried to sever his junk with a dull spork!! Justin Shine was charged with kidnapping, attempted rape, assault and battery and resisting arrest. As of Sunday, there was no word of his condition.
