OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma police say the suspect in the deaths of four people has turned himself in. 28-year-old David Allen Tyner surrendered to the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday and now faces six murder charges. He is a suspect in the deaths of Jennifer Lynn Ermey, Casey M. Barrientos and Millie Barrera and 22-year-old Brooke Phillips – one of the prostitutes featured on the HBO reality series “Cathouse.” On November 9, their bodies were found in a burning home where Phillips and Barrera had been shot to death – Phillips was shot six times. Both women were pregnant (hence the six murder charges.) A motive is not known at this point, but Tyner supposedly knew one of the victims. There may be more arrests to come as police do not feel Tyner acted alone. Radar Magazine has a lot of articles about this case and it looks like Phillips hung out with a pretty rough crowd. I’m not familiar with Phillips or the show “Cathouse” and I’m lazy. Anyone care to enlighten?

Fayetteville, North Carolina - I’m sure a lot of you have already read about this, but over the weekend the mother of missing five-year-old Shaniya Davis was arrested. Antoinette Davis has been charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse, prostitution, filing a false police report, and resisting, delaying, or obstructing police. Davis is being held at the Cumberland County Jail on $51,000 secured bond. Police say that the little girl was sold into prostitution by her mother. They say that 25-year-old Davis allowed her daughter to be taken “with the intent that she be held in sexual servitude.” The charge came after the arrest of 29-year-old Mario Andrette McNeill. Police said McNeill can be seen on surveillance video at a Sanford Comfort Inn showing him carrying Shaniya Davis towards an elevator early Tuesday morning – before Davis reported her daughter missing. Shaniya is still the subject of a nation wide Amber Alert and what all of this info implies is absolutely horrific. I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around it. How about some of you quit praying to that God of yours for all that stupid, self-serving bullshit so he can keep an eye out on all these kids he supposedly loves so much. Thanks!

Denver, CO – This is Mark Matthias. He likes the young stuff. Likes it so much, that he’s willing to pay for it. It is alleged that Mark, for the past 10 months, has been paying a woman an undisclosed amount of cash for the privilege of sexually assaulting her 14-year-old daughter. The girl told authorities that her mother would call different men and tell them that “fresh meat was available.” For a fee, of course. A look at the woman’s cell phone records pretty much backed up the girl’s claims – according to court documents, a review of the records revealed “an extensive contact list.” Mark was but one regular customer – it is unknown, at this point, how many men were forced on that child. The child said her mother would call Mathias and tell him it was time to come over – once there, Mark would talk to her mother for a bit before the assaults took place. The teen’s mother has already been charged with pimping and pandering of a child. Mark Matthias, 48, has been charged with sex assault on a child, soliciting for child prostitution, and sexual assault – pattern of child abuse.

Philadelphia - That was the Facebook status of Susan Finkelstein after her arrest on charges of soliciting prostitution and related misdemeanors. Married with children, current Penn grad student in liberal arts and onetime assistant PR director at the University of Pennsylvania, Susan posted an ad on Craigslist.com: “DESPERATE BLONDE NEEDS WS TIX” (read the ad here) that simply states “Diehard Phillies fan — gorgeous tall buxom blonde — in desperate need of two World Series tickets. Price negotiable — I’m the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!” Police happened to come across her ad while looking for illegal activities and had an undercover cop give her a call. They arranged a meeting at a Bensalem bar on Monday night.  At the bar, Finkelstein was willing to engage in various sexual acts in return for a ticket, said Bensalem Public Safety Director Fred Harran. Then, she asked if the ticketholder had two tickets, and he claimed he did and she was willing to up the sexcapades.

But of course, she didn’t get to show just how far she was willing to go, nor did she get the tickets she was looking for as she was placed in handcuffs. Finkelstein describes herself on her Facebook as very, very liberal.

Personally? I was wondering why everyone was even reporting on this. Including me. But I don’t have anything better to do at the moment. I did find one news article where the police were surprised by all the publicity as well and tried to downplay the arrest. “It’s only a prostitution arrest. It’s not that big a deal,” Harran said. He is afraid people will think Bensalem police “had nothing better to do.”

Finkelstein’s attorney, William J. Brennan, said what happened was not a crime. “She was looking for tickets, not sex,” calling Finkelstein a “live-and-die Phillies fan” who simply wanted tickets for herself and her husband. Which she ended up getting from Wired 96.5 radio station. They gave two tickets to Finkelstein and her husband for Game 3 in Philadelphia. Oh, and because I know some of you may be wondering, seats for tonight’s opening game in Yankee Stadium go for anywhere from $249 to $9,500.

Awwww! I love happy endings! Seriously, I do. Surprisingly, the people in the mall who occasionally give free massages do not. In fact, I found out sometimes happy endings can be very illegal.

DELRAY BEACH, Florida – Police have made an arrest in connection to a string of prostitutes getting there asses beat by a John. The beatings were so severe that most had facial bones broken. Police arrested 28-year-old Dane White and have accused him of beating at least 13 whores and believe there could be more. A multi-agency investigation was used to catch this guy, as he employed tactics that made it difficult for him to be identified. He allegedly picked up hookers from different areas and used different vehicles when he did it. These attacks have been going on for a year, and he was simply using the women as surrogates for his girlfriend. “He was currently going through a separation with his girlfriend.. and he loved her truly, he couldn’t harm her so to take out his frustration and anger he vented it on other people,” said Delray Beach Detective Gene Spano. How romantic. White’s bond was set at $250,000 dollars and more charges of sexual battery and aggravated battery are expected. Watch some video after the jump.

Oklahoma City, OK–Times are tough in this economy…unless one is rife with cash, there just isn’t a whole lot of dough for the ‘extras’ anymore. People are cutting expenses everywhere. They are cutting back on vacation time, using public transportation to save gas, watching movies at home instead of at the cinema, etc. Hookers, I’m sure, are feeling the pinch as well. Unless they are offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal or accepting coupons, it must be tough to make a buck. Lahoma Sue Smith has it all figured out though. According to the police report, undercover officers noticed Smith “trying to catch a date” by flashing her headlights. I know squat about Oklahoma, or hookers for that matter, but is the flashing headlight thing a dead give-away that the person in the vehicle is a hooker, or what? Here in Oregon, they just walk up and down the street. Maybe our hookers aren’t quite up to date on whole headlight thing. I’ll have to look into that. Anyway, whatever signals she was putting out, they worked. When officers caught up with her, she had her shirt open and the man in the passenger seat was pulling his pants up.  The guy told police that he was having marital issues and knew he could pick up a hooker in that particular neighborhood. He also informed police that though he wanted ‘company,’ he had no money. Soooo, he offered Lahoma Sue a box of Frito-Lay chips he had in the back of his car and she was willing to barter. The chips were said to be valued at $30. When asked if she had been busted for prostitution before, Lahoma Sue said, ‘Yes. Two or three times.’

Lahoma Sue Smith, 36, was ordered to pay $1,142 after pleading no contest to prostitution charges. Interestingly enough, based on ‘officer discretion,’ the snack provider wasn’t charged. CHARLES COUNTY, Maryland – Mr. Cousar answered a Craigslist ad a woman had posted offering massages. When the pair met at a Charles County hotel on April 12th, he paid her $200 for the massage and some sexual activity. The problem is, aside from Craigslist being the best place to find a whore now days, that Cousar wanted this woman to do some “oddly grotesque” things. Now, that was a direct quote from a police spokeswoman who has probably heard of everything, so I am assuming that Cousar’s requests were in fact “oddly grotesque“. Considering that even the whore refused to do them is also very telling. But Cousar wasn’t taking no for an answer and shoved a gun in the woman’s mouth and forced her to do them anyway.

Just looking at that guy’s mugshot makes me shudder at what horrors that whore must have went through. But thankfully, he didn’t kill her (although if he forced her to play the dirty trombone I am betting she is wishing he had) and left the room once done. She called police and through some cell phone activity, were able to track down Cousar and arrest him on first-degree assault charges. They are pretty sure they have pinned yet another attack on him that happened in Febuary, and feel that there may be even more victims out there waiting to come forward.

Miami, Florida - If the name isn’t familiar to you, the face has to be.Vince Shlomi is the television pitchman for various products such as the ShamWOW and the Chap Slop food processor. last month Vince, 44, was at the Luigi nightclub having a drink at the bar with a high-priced hooker, Sasha Harris, 26. She offered to have sex with Vince for $1000, a price he agreed with , and the two walked the short distance to Vince’s $750  Setai hotel room. Once inside, and Sasha in possession of Vince’s 1000 dollars, Vince alleges he tried kissing Sasha, an act met with the usual hooker response of biting his tongue… and not letting go.

I am sure many of you readers have found yourself in a similar situation, God know I have, but Vince took the somewhat knee-jerk reaction of punching Sasha in the face (amateur!) This tactic worked eventually, and after several punches, she let go of Vince’s tongue allowing him to run to the hotel lobby and call police. Vince gave his side of the story, admitting to his role in his and Sasha’s relationship, but she stayed mum. Sasha Harris suffered facial fractures and lacerations as a result of the fight, and police retrieved 930 from her purse that night. You can see from his mugshot that Shlomi also suffered facial injuries and he was treated at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Both Shlomi and Harris were arrested for felony aggravated battery but prosecutors decided not to file formal charges against them.Sasha was contacted by The Smoking Gun, who attempted to ask her a couple questions, including if she was a hooker, but she refused to answer only stating that she is considering filing a lawsuit against Shlomi.

Anyone else find it strange that a hooker would take 1000 dollars from a man while in his hotel room, and then decide to just bite the guy’s tongue? I truly hope we get her side of the story as I am betting it will be an interesting one (she also happens to be one of the better looking prostitutes we have featured on D’D). When I hear of hookers\whores\call girls successfully charging 1000 dollars for their services, I am always reminded of the line stated by Della Reese in the movie HARLEM NIGHTS, in which she – a madam of a brothel -  describes having a prostitute whose “pussy is so good, if you threw it up in the air it would turn into sunshine.” Ha!

Christina Kendall and Matthew Bennich

Dothan, AL-The nasty tub-of-shit you see above is 38-year old Christina Kendall. She is a prostitute. The fugly man next to her is 40-year old Matthew Bennich. He is one of her clients. I really could care less if these two fucktards want to hook up and bump uglies together. I would rather witness my dog puke up her dinner and watch her re-eat what she spewed a thousand times than have any visual of these two douchebags going at it inside my head. What I do care about is the fact that Kendall made her 14-year old daughter participate in these excursions and that is why she has earned herself a place on the front page.

The story begins two years ago when Bennich allegedly met Kendall online and then met her in person to have sex. Kendall brought her daughter, who was 14 years old at the time, along for the ride. This nasty whore of a mother allowed Bennich to engage in sexual acts with her daughter and when the girl was not involved in the sex, she was used as a lookout.

These sexual liaisons occurred several times in the back of Kendall’s van in a parking lot, at Bennich’s home near Hokes Bluff and at Kendall’s home in Oxford. In exchange for the romps, Bennich gave Kendall products from the company he worked for. No, I have not found out which company this was, but believe me, I want to know the answer to that riddle just as bad as you.

After receiving reports of the incidents, the sheriff’s department interviewed Kendall and her daughter, but they both denied the allegations. Thankfully, due to other undisclosed reasons, Kendall’s daughter was removed from her care.

Recently, the Etowah County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the Calhoun-Cleburne Children’s Center. Kendall’s daughter, who is now 17-years old, finally broke her silence with the protection of counselors at the Daybreak Crisis Recovery Center.

On February 17, 2009, Christina Kendall was arrested at her home with the charge of sodomy under aiding and abetting. She has been released on a $100,000 bond.

Matthew Bennich was charged with rape and sodomy. He was being held in the county jail on a $60,000 bond.

Investigators believe more charges will come along with more arrests. They plan to do everything possible to find every person who had any contact with Kendall and her daughter. Hopefully, someone who knows one of these two disgusting beasts will come share some more insight on this case.

San Antonio, TX - Sean Michael Block and Jennifer Richards thought they had it all figured out.  They’d pimp out Jennifer’s five year old daughter  to an adult male.  In exchange, they’d get a used car, a furnished apartment for Jennifer and her kids, and free child care for Jennifer’s ten-month-old until that child was “old enough” to sell it for mama, too.   Well, the best laid plans of perverts and greedy whores oft go awry. 

Jennifer Richards, 24, moved from Phoenix, Arizona to San Antonio last year.  While working as a waitress at a San Antonio Cheesecake Factory, Jenn met Sean Michael Block.  Block, a bartender at the restaurant, is 40, married, and the father of a fourteen-month-old child himself.  Not that any of that stopped him from becoming sexually involved with Richards.

Richards and Block together decided that a fun thing to do would be to sell Richards’ little girl to an adult man for sex.  According to Block, Richards felt that sex with a grown man could be a “positive” experience for her little girl, and that Richards herself would enjoy sexual gratification from the encounters.  Oh, well.  Guess that makes it a win-win for everyone but Jenn’s little girl, huh?

Trouble was, the guy to whom Block pitched this idea didn’t want into the kid-raping business.  Instead, he went to the FBI and showed them his text message from Block: “Nice piece 5 yrs old belongs to my gf and she wants to sell it.”

That made the FBI sit up and take notice, as did the emails Block sent with links to Russian child pornography sites.

The FBI arranged for some surveillance and were able to obtain both taped conversations and computer data from the couple.  Not only were the twisted pair planning to blackmail the informant for more money,  Sean and Jennifer were also making plans to kidnap, rape and “carve up” a teenage runaway.

According to investigators, Sean Block first hit the kiddie porn radar back in 2004 and again in 2006.   But until now, there wasn’t enough evidence to go get him.  Agents say that luckily, neither of Jennifer Richards’ children were actually sold for sex. Authorities aren’t saying whether either little girl was sexually abused, but both children have been removed from Richards’ custody.

Sarah Block, Sean’s wife, filed for divorce on Friday and is seeking an order of protection for her own child. Good for her!

Jennifer Richards is charged with using interstate facilities to transmit information about a minor.  Sean Michael Block is charged with distributing child pornography, and more charges may be forthcoming.  Both perverts are being held in federal jail in San Antonio and appeared in federal court on Friday.  Block was ordered held without bond; Richards’ detention hearing was delayed and she is due in court tomorrow.

FORT WORTH — Last Thursday night, a police officer spotted Amy Joan Wilkins, 26, emerging from a Port-A-Potty in Lincoln Park. What caught his interest was that Wilkins was with a 56-year-old homeless man and they were sweaty with their clothes in need of adjustment.

The officer suspected they were bumping nasties in the portable biffy. Perhaps she thought her denial would pass the smell test and make it less nasty. Wilkins excused their actions and appearance by saying they were only smoking crack. The officer searched Wilkins and found a crack pipe with what looked like a small amount of cocaine residue inside.  

Before heading off for her liaison in the outdoor john, Wilkins had left her two young children – a 2-year-old boy and a 6-month-old girl – in the care of a sitter. It was her choice of sitters that has added to her charges. It seems she chose the closest available warm body in her rush to the bathroom. A witness told officers that Wilkins had left two children in strollers with a homeless person at a nearby gravel parking lot .

Police found the children about five blocks away from the park in the care of a 17-year-old boy. He was was trying to feed the screaming and crying baby a bottle of formula. He said the children were not his and that their mother had gone around the corner with a man. After talking with him, officers suspected he was mentally challenged but definitely knew he was not capable of taking care of the children.

In addition to those two children, Wilkins also has a 3-year-old-son. Authorities aren’t saying where that child was stashed while mom was steaming up the inside of the temporary toilet. The two younger children were medically examined as a precaution and all three kids have been placed in foster care. She may have a fourth child, a 9-year-old boy, but CPS officials are mum on that and on if they have a previous history with Wilkins.

Amy Wilkins has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and 2 counts of abandoning and endangering a child. Donnie D. Wright was ticketed for violating the park’s curfew and released.

Las Vegas, NV - Nichole Elizabeth Yegge, called “Nikki”,  would have turned 18 on August 8, this coming Friday.  But she won’t have a birthday party or a night out with friends this weekend, because she’s dead.  Nichole’s body was found in a shallow grave in the desert outside Las Vegas last week, her teeth knocked out, her tattoos sliced off.  On Sunday, Anne Osburn, 21, and Gabriel Yates, 31, were arrested for Nichole’s kidnapping and murder.

Nichole’s life wasn’t all sunshine and roses in any event.  At just 17, she was being pimped out by Yates and Osburn via Craigslist ads and little black book contacts.  Her relationship with her charismatic pimp and his pretty young wife was rocky.  Anne Osburn had just given birth on July 6 to Gabriel Yates’ baby daughter, and there were undercurrents of jealousy in the apartment where Nichole was living with the pair. Police say that both Nichole and Anne were involved in romantic relationships with Yates.

Nichole’s own family had reported her missing in June from her Henderson home.  Her last Myspace update was on June 11, and it appears that before that time her life had been more normal.  Teen angst, no doubt, and a fantasy of independence likely played into her decision to run away.  Nichole was a Juggalette, an Insane Clown Posse devotee who painted her face in the Dark Carnival style made popular by the band.   She wanted to be free, I’m sure, of parental restrictions.  Whether she knew Osburn and Yates before she ran away is unclear.  It’s certain that she had no clue what life on the run with the couple would bring.

On July 23, tensions in the pimpin’ apartment took a violent turn.  During an argument, Yates hit Nichole, and she started to cry, but then got mad. Nichole told the couple that she was going to turn them in to the police for “pimping out an underage girl”.  As she started for the door, Yates hit Nichole again and knocked her down.  And then Anne Osburn choked the girl to death.

The couple then broke out all Nichole’s teeth, sliced off her tattoos, and shoved her body into a hockey bag.  They took Nichole in her makeshift body bag to the desert, where Yates buried the runaway teenager in a shallow grave.  Afterward, they took the teeth and tattooed skin pieces to a lake for disposal.  Just like that, Nichole Elizabeth Yegge was gone.

A tip from a friend of the couple’s was called in on July 28, and FBI investigators from as far away as Alabama spoke with people who knew Yates and Osburn. On Saturday, August 2, police followed Yates into the desert and found Nichole’s gravesite.  The next day, Gabriel Yates and Anne Osburn were arrested.

Gabriel Wayne Yates and Anne Marie Osburn are each being held without bond at the Clark County Detention Center.  They are each charged with first-degree kidnapping and first-degree murder, and are scheduled to appear in court for arraignment on Wednesday morning. No word on where their baby daughter is now.  Here’s hoping her life turns out better than Nichole Yegge’s.
