New York, NY -- A whopping 26 people have been arrested on child porn charges in New York City in connection to a massive operation involving several law enforcement agencies.
The Manhattan DA’s Office of Cybercrime and Identity Theft Bureau, with help from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations Child Exploitation Group, used special technology to observe transactions made on peer-to-peer networks. Before any of you go spouting off about Big Brother, let’s take a look at how close some of these people were to children, and just how extensive and horrifying the cumulative collection was. Then you can tell me these animals have rights.
Of the suspects arrested, two were National Guard members. There was a banker, a business man and an architect. One was a butcher (no word on any bakers or candlestick makers) and another a bartender. Scarier still were the maintenance worker, handyman and building super. SARASOTA, FL — Police have arrested a priest during an undercover investigation into indecent activities being reported on Caspersen Beach.
The Sarasota Sheriff’s Office says during their investigation on Tuesday, Father Bernard Chojnacki groped an undercover detective and exposed himself. The 36-year-old then stated his desire to perform a sexual act before getting his ass arrested and charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs and Battery. Which, to be honest, I thought was a chapter out of the Catholic Priest Indoctrination Manual.
Choknacki was appointed the position of Parochial Vicar of St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Port Charlotte back in 2009. Kansas City, KS — Mark A. Thomas, 26, of Kansas City has been arrested for the second time in less than a month – this time accused of sodomizing a 4-year-old girl.
The incident reportedly occurred in November 2009 in a downtown Kansas City hotel room. Court documents say Thomas checked into a room overnight with a woman and her two children. The court documents go on to say that while the girl’s mother was out running errands, Thomas came out of the shower, told the child to take off her pants, and touched her vagina.
In response to the accusation, Thomas maintained that it was just a misunderstanding. According to court records, Thomas told police that he was, in fact, a “bad tickler” and that his “finger slipped.”

Jacksonville, FL — Michael Fiorelli, 44, was recently arrested in connection with voyeurism at a Kohl’s in southern Duval County and at the Southpoint Marriott hotel, and it appears as if he will have trouble coming up with a believable alibi.
According to police, in addition to being captured on surveillance video and witnesses recording his car license plate number at both places, his court-ordered tracking bracelet places him at the scene of the crime.
Jacksonville police reported they were called to a Kohl’s department store on April 20 to investigate after loss-prevention associate watched on camera as Fiorelli loitered in the lingerie department and then entered into the dressing room area. Police said workers followed Fiorelli out of the store and recorded his license plate number.
Then on May 11 at a Marriott hotel, a 23-year-old woman who was taking part in a nursing convention encountered Fiorelli slipping off of the toilet seat in the stall next to her, police said. Fiorelli reportedly ran from the bathroom to his car.…

NEW YORK, N.Y. — In a case similar to one reported earlier, Gavriel Bidany, a Rabbi and father of 11, was found guilty of molesting a 23-year-old female Israeli military officer on an overseas flight. The proceeding occurred in a Brooklyn federal court on Thursday.
On March 27, Bidany reportedly fondled the sleeping woman during a Delta flight from Tel Aviv to New York. According to court documents, Bidany was sitting next to the woman on a Delta jet last month and reached out from under his blanket to fondle her as she slept.
Bidany claimed that, if there was touching, it happened inadvertently while he slept. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Sarratt countered, “If these were random reaches of a sleeping man, why is it the defendant had such precise accuracy, reaching private areas?”
Defense lawyer Saul Bienenfield argued that the victim would have pummeled the defendant with self-defense skills learned in the Army if she was attacked. Sarratt rebutted that the victim “acted perfectly and with remarkable poise despite the defendant’s repeated violations of her “personal space” by calmly reporting the abuse and moving to a different seat.…

Allentown, PA – A 61-year-old man accused of masturbating in front of a child is facing additional charges after police found a stash of child pornography inside his residence.
Police responded to John Kohler’s home earlier this week after receiving a report of an exposure in progress. Kohler was apparently seen standing on his porch “masturbating at a child” walking down the street.
When officers made contact with the alleged wanker and requested proof of identity, Kohler invited them into his apartment to wait while he retrieved it. Once inside, the officers reportedly found several very illegal photographs taped to the walls and Kohler’s headboard. Additional images were found on his computer and various videotapes and DVDs in the apartment.
Kohler later admitted to exposing himself to the child outside of his apartment. He’s currently behind bars on $750,000 bail, charged with 50 counts of possession of child pornography and one count each of indecent exposure and open lewdness.…

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – As further proof it is an absolute free-for-all in Wisconsin, Kevin A. Lang, 48, a former Marshfield Clinic physician, has been charged with five felony counts of second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim. This because of his alleged tendency to have patients hold his penis while they were coming out of sedation. According to court documents, Lang also forced one woman to touch herself inappropriately.
Lang, a former gastroenterologist, gave up his hospital privileges when confronted with accusations by hospital officials. He reportedly admitted to inappropriately touching 11 other patients between 2003 and 2007.
Lang waived his right to a preliminary hearing this week in Wood County circuit court and stood mute when asked to plea. The judge then entered not guilty pleas on his behalf.
The incidents leading to the charges allegedly occurred between 2005 and 2009 – all of the victims were female. Lang is also named in six civil suits stemming from the claims.
The Wisconsin Medical Examining Board found last year that Lang had inappropriate sexual contact with a woman in 2009.…

Orlando, FL — An officer with the Florida Highway Patrol contacted the Orlando Police Department early Tuesday morning after he reportedly witnessed an old geezer molesting two young girls underneath a highway overpass.
According to the trooper, he wasn’t sure what he was witnessing at first, but it appeared as if an older man was forcing two very young girls to fondle him. He turned his vehicle around and grabbed a pair of binoculars.
Sure enough, the old geezer, later identified as 71-year-old Luigi Lubin, grabbed one of the kiddo’s hands and placed it on his groin. Longmont, CO — Jesse Paul Hodgson, 37, a Colorado firefighter, pleaded guilty this week to one count of felonious attempted sexual assault and misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual contact and indecent exposure. These charges are related to his arrest for exposing himself to a teenage girl.
Prior to his dismissal, Hodgson was the spokesman for Mountain View Fire Protection District which is based in the Longmont, Colorado area.
The release states police began investigating Hodgson based on a report filed in September 2010 by an adult female relative. That relative alleged that Hodgson attacked her in his home on Memorial Day 2010 when she was “extremely intoxicated.” The woman alleged previous instances of Hodgson requesting she watch him “pee in his diaper,” groping of her breasts and genitals and his requesting she watch him masturbate. According to her statement to police, she requested that he stop his behavior but her requests were ignored. BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Pa – Police have arrested a 34-year-old man, accusing him of giving a 14-year-old girl a tattoo in exchange for sexual favors.
Police were called by the teen’s mother after she noticed her daughter had a tattoo on her pelvic area. The teen admitted she tattoo was given to her by Walter Meyerle, a man with a lengthy criminal history who met the teen when he dated her aunt. Investigators believe Meyerle has a tattoo studio in his home and told the girl he would give her the tattoo in exchange for sex acts.
Meyerle has been charged with four counts of indecent assault, two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, three counts of statutory sexual assault and four counts of aggravated indecent assault. He’s currently cooling his heels in the Bucks County prison on a $1 million bail.

A patron at a Florida Home Depot witnessed a man place his Blackberry in a basket and then position very close to the ass of a female shopper wearing a skirt. The witness alerted the woman and her husband who then confronted the man later identified as 52-year-old James Enos.

Rosemount, MN — Richard Michael Marquardt, 35, is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl by making her wear diapers and urinate on herself while he took pictures and video, which police say he then shared online.
On January 20, the child reportedly told her mother that Marquardt, a family friend, took pictures of her naked. In an interview with a social worker the next day, the child stated that Marquardt had been taking pictures of her since she was 4 – telling her that it was his job and that he enjoyed doing it.
Later that day, during a search of the skeevy bastard’s home, authorities seized a computer and a cell phone. A forensic examination of Marquardt’s computer revealed photos and videos of the girl, dated from August 2006 through August 2010. The photos, taken at Marquardt’s home, a restroom at the zoo and several local parks and playgrounds, showed the girl in soiled diapers and clothing. Middletown, OH – Michael Hall is behind bars today in Middletown, Ohio, being held on $100,000 bond for the alleged rape of a 10 year old girl.
