BRUSLY, Louisiana – A family began to suspect that someone was peeping into the window of their 16-year-old’s daughter’s bedroom window. They initially thought it may just be kids playing a prank, but to be on the safe side they contacted police. A hidden camera was installed outside the home to hopefully capture the culprit(s) the family felt had been lurking around the home. What they ended up recorded was equal parts disturbing, pathetic and hilarious. Well, hilarious to me. What they captured was 22-year-old Charles Kazmir peeping into the teen’s window. With his pants off. Jacking off. Charles Kazmir later admitted to looking into the girl’s bedroom and bathroom windows on seven different occasions. Kazmir has been charged with seven counts of criminal trespassing, obscenity, voyeurism, peeping tom and criminal mischief. I am sure his parents are extremely proud of their son and any chance he may have had scoring with chicks in his area just fell about a bazillion points.

Something I thought was odd is the fact that Charles felt the need to completely remove his pants. Not sure if there is more of a thrill to doing that or not, but if I were peeping in some chick’s house to toss one off on the bricks while she takes a piss, I’d want to be in a position to bolt if the need arises. I mean, he couldn’t just pull his dick out and masturbate? But kinda glad he decided to go all “free willy” as a dude wearing nothing but a shirt and socks is a funny sight. Chicks can pull that off and look hot as hell. Dudes, well, not so much.

Hopefully Charles has learned his lesson and that if you are gonna do this kinda shit, do it in your car during morning traffic. Prefereably at traffic lights. Get them on your driver side, turn and stare at them while you do it. As an added bonus, be sure to keep your eyes and mouth wide open with your tongue hanging out occasionally licking your window. Bob up and down real quick too. They love when you do that.

Robert and Debbie Haydrucka rent an apartment from Louis. They live in that home with their 8-year-old son and their 16-year-old daughter. Louis lives in a camper behind the home. On Wednesday, the couple’s children noticed some blinking lights in the ceiling and went to notify Louis. As the two were walking past Louis’ camper, they glanced in the window and saw a video playing on a computer monitor showing the inside of the teen girl’s bedroom. *shudder*

When deputies arrived at the home, they discovered cameras in the girl’s bedroom and in a bathroom ceiling. The images were being sent to a computer inside Louis’ camper. Oh, you skeevy bastard. Louis Bosco, 44, was charged with felony eavesdropping. He pleaded not guilty, posted $20,000 bond, and was released from custody. Though the family has been granted an order of protection, Louis will undoubtedly return to his camper behind the residence. The family is worried there may be other cameras installed in the home that haven’t been discovered. Personally, this girl would’ve been moved the fuck out of that house about 15 minutes after Louis made bail.

Lemoe Lemapu – Haaarrr!!!  Imagine you are a school bus driver who bumps into a child accidentally.  Imagine that child gets a bloody nose.  Imagine this pirate on steroids and baconators is a family member of that child and is convinced you did it on purpose.  Yeah it was like that.  Lemapu assualted that bus driver and sent him to the hospital.  You know, I once tried to fix my daughters hair like that and she took it down because she thought she looked stupid.  Go figure.

Christopher T. Hooey – This sick fuck gets off on upskirt pictures of 5 year olds.  Not only is he pervy, he’s as dumb as a box of hair.  He used the flash on his camera as he bent over and stuck the camera under the little girl’s dress.  Did he want to get caught?  When he was confronted and the police were called, he deleted the pictures, bit the memory card in half and threw it in the trash.  He did admit he took three pictures for personal enjoyment.  Ick.

Kenneth Capazzola - Old boy here set off the hinky meter of a parent in his area, and for good reason too.  Seems Mr. Cappazzola, 54, has quite a few friends that range in age 12 to 16.  He was charged with offering the minors cigarettes and alcohol, and threatening a couple of them with violence.  The investigation isn’t over though.  I for one am happy to hear this, something isn’t right about a grown man hanging out with children.

DENVER, Co - I know this is a few days old now, but I just had to get his face on the front page. In a nutshell, Wesley Cox was busted peeping in a couple’s home with a video camera back in October. During the investigation, they found that Wesley had been quite busy. Police found a bunch of women’s underwear in his home and video footage Wesley had taken of naked women…including some footage of him masturbating INSIDE people’s bedrooms. 

Wesley was then charged with unlawful sexual contact and trespassing. Police ended up posting pictures of the items they confiscated, as well as some video stills of a particular bedroom he had been inside, in hopes of locating the victims who didn’t even know they were victims. One of the garments was a cheerleader’s outfit from Boulder High School. One woman came forward and stated “Holy shit, that’s MY bedroom on the local news!”  She even gets a double crotch kick. First she sees her bedroom on the news, and second she learns some asshole was in it jacking-off with her underwear.

Now, after six women came forward and identified the photos of their underwear, Wesley Cox was rearrested on Monday and charged with four counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of first-degree trespassing. They are reporting that there are even more possible victims (with more charges for Wesley) and have released even more photos of Wesley’s stash. Guys like Wesley slay me. I know this is serious…I know the fact that he had graduated from looking to actually breaking in and entering people’s homes is a sign of escalation that could have continued ratcheting up to more damaging activities. But I cannot help but chuckle at the absolute pathetic-ness of having to break into a woman’s home so they can lay white stripes across a strangers unoccupied panties. I hate to see what this guy would do if he ever had a chance to do so across a face or back of a super model like I do on a daily basis. He would cum so hard he would fall over dead from dehydration. 

But seriously, when you guys looked at Wesley’s pic, did any of you go “Oh wow…he looks so normal” or were you like me, and completely devoid of surprise. Sort of like reading an article about a man charged with eating his murder victim, and the picture that goes with the story has a man giving the devil horns, fangs and a swastika tattooed on his forehead. Although, the more I look, this guy looks like everyone currently working in our IT department. 

Anyway, Wesley now has to face his friends and family in regards to his embarrassing hobby. And good luck with that, Wesley. Personally, I would rather my 15 minutes of fame be about me burning down a church full of puppies than this shit.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – Is David Mitchell Clark your electrician?  Did he ever install electrical outlets in your house?  If you live in Anaheim, Fontana, Corona, or the San Bernardino Mountains in California, you might wanna have a look at your bathroom walls.  David Mitchell Clark may have been watching you.

So far, six victims have been identified, but investigators say that there are definitely more.  Clark, 34, got caught red-handed (red-tooled?) in August when he left a power tool next to a toilet while he was working in a client’s home.  Problem was, the tool had a camera attached to the end.

When confronted, Clark said that he had to use the camera attachment so he could lower the tool into the walls and view footage while he works – kind of like microsurgery, only with walls and peeping.  He conveniently didn’t mention that he left the cameras inside the walls.  Or the downloaded video he was obtaining.  Because David Mitchell Clark is a perv like that.In September, a female resident of the home where the tool was discovered (pun intended) still felt uneasy.  So she called police, who came out to search her house.  To everyone’s surprise, officers found a video recorder with an audio receiver installed in the woman’s attic.  There was footage on the camera hard drive of a woman changing clothes in her bathroom in a totally different house.  When police went to the bathroom to check it out, they found a wireless camera installed and hidden in the plate of an electrical socket.

Turns out that Clark, working under the name DMC Electrical Services, was putting the cameras in the homes of women who hired him.  He’d then drive by the homes later and wirelessly download the video and images off the cameras.  When police searched Clark’s home, they found footage of at least six victims.

Clark was arrested and taken in for questioning, where he admitted to the counts they could prove – but also said he’d done this to many women.  His reason?  He thought “they were hot”.  Clark told investigators, “It was an opportunity that I should have never considered, but I did it, and it’s going to ruin my life.”

And your victims will never change clothes, shower, pee or do anything without wondering who’s watching. Thanks for that, David Clark, you heartless bastard.

Police believe there may be at least twenty other victims in the San Bernardino area.  If you have used DMC Electrical or know someone who has, please call authorities at 909-477-2859.

David Mitchell Clark is charged with two counts of first-degree residential burglary and two counts of disorderly conduct.  He pleaded not guilty last week, and remains in custody at West Valley Detention Center on bonds totaling $285,000.  Clark is scheduled to be in court today.  I think a few years without privacy is a very good idea.

The little girl’s parents found the chat and IM logs and did what actual, normal parents do – they flipped out.  Then they contacted the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Child Predator Unit via their handy-dandy hotline number.  (Just as an aside here, that hotline number is 1-800-385-1044.  Pennsylvians, learn it.  Know it.  Use it if necessary.  It helps guys like Brad Shermer get caught.)

Oh, but wait, you guys.  My story, it gets better.  Or worse.

Federal agents showed up at Brad Shermer’s house on September 16th, with the Pennsylvania State Police and a search warrant in tow.   The agents took four computers and some zip drives, DVDs, and other storage devices.

During that search, agents found a hidden video camera installed in the bedroom of a 13-year old girl.  Who, no doubt, is Shermer’s daughter or stepchild.

So, yeah.  It’s not bad enough he’s online trying to molest the kiddies between humiliation sessions.  This bastard was spying on a child living in his home.   I do not even want to think about what else he was doing to her with that hidden camera set to “record”.

Are you ready to throw this guy into prison forever now?  Yeah, I am.

Brad Shermer is charged with one count of unlawful contact with a minor and one count of criminal use of a computer,  and one count of invasion of privacy.  That’s just to get the ball rolling while the investigation continues, so more charges are very likely.

Shermer was arrested and is being held at the Montgomery County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond, which means that someone has to front the full amount to get his sorry ass out of there.  I am hopeful that won’t happen before more charges are filed.  He’ll be in court for a preliminary hearing on September 23.

Ew.  Just EW. Shermer, Illinois will never be the same for me again.  Thanks, Brad, you tiny-wanged assclown.

Portland, OR - Jonathan Jennings likes lots of things. He likes Harry Potter, Myspace, weed, lithium, relationship drama, child pornography, and drilling holes in stuff.  Jennings, 28, was arrested on Monday after he allegedly drilled holes in  two public restrooms and used them to spy on unsuspecting young boys.  Then he left his child pornography behind. 

Generally, I loves me some (adult, legal) gay boys.  They are fun.  And I would have had this article up about three hours sooner except that I started reading Jonathan’s Myspace blogs and those of his ex-boyfriend, and I got sucked in like I was watching a borderline personality disorder soap opera.  Some of the titles of Jenning’s blogs are hysterical, like “OH MY GOD DAMN SON OF A BITCH WHAT THE HELL!!” and “For The Love Of God T. What Are You Trying To Do, Trying To Take This Where You Don’t Want It?”

For a little while, I wasn’t totally sure that the Myspace I was reading belonged to the right guy.  He’s articulate, he even spells pretty well.  And while the Portland media has described Jonathan Jennings as “homeless” and a “transient”, the Jonathan Jennings on the Myspace appears to be neither.  Until I read the blogs, and the picture captions, and a portrait of the real Jonathan Jennings began to emerge.

Jennings appears to be a bit of a hustler, living with friends or a housemate here or there since his breakup with a long-term boyfriend in January.  He’s been in the psych unit for his bipolar disorder.  And he had an outstanding warrant from his home state of Indiana that landed him in jail for awhile.  Because I object to paying Indiana for docket information, I’m not sure what the charge there was; but I do know he is not a registered sex offender in either Indiana or Oregon.  Yet.

Jennings had been hanging around the Tualatin Community Park and the Tualatin Public Library lately – enough to be noticed there.  And in the mens’ rooms at both places, holes began to show up in the walls and dividers.  Peepholes.  Peepholes through which little boys could be viewed, doing what little boys do in restrooms. Fingerprints from the three holes drilled were taken, and they matched up with Jonathan Jennings, who had been printed during his arrest on the Indiana warrant.

Tualatin Police Department Captain Larry Braaksma had this to say:

“After securing a search warrant for a residence Mr. Jennings frequented, a surveillance unit spotted him near the Tualatin Public Library and followed him to the Tualatin Community City Park. He was taken into custody a short time later after exiting the men’s restroom.”

And, when officers went into the restroom, they found that the repaired holes had been reopened.  Oopsie. A search warrant was executed which also turned up some “electronic storage media” containing child pornography.  I’m gonna guess it was on an iPod or on DVD. Whichever, the electronic media was sent to the Oregon State Crime Lab for comprehensive analysis.

Jonathan R. Jennings was arrested at the scene on Monday and booked into at the Washington County Jail on $2000 bond.  He is charged with two counts of encouraging child sex abuse and criminal mischief, and more charges may be forthcoming.  Jennings remains in jail today, but maybe when he gets out, he and his friends can come tell us exactly what he was doing with those holes. Oh, glory!

Columbus, OH - Daniel Scott Fowler, 39, is a business analyst with the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System.  He’s a single father of two daughters.  And he is way handy with videocam equipment and the kiddie porn distribution.   Not so handy with avoiding detection by police, though.

Last November, Fowler popped up on the radar of an investigator with the Upper Arlington Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children task force.  It looked like Fowler might be spreading a little pre-teen porn around the internet, but then he didn’t show up again for awhile, but there wasn’t enough to really go get the guy at that point.  Also, the task force was actively working another case and didn’t want to bust Fowler yet in case they needed him.  Even so, Fowler’s IP was red-flagged and officers kept an eye out in case he showed up again.

Sure enough, Fowler tripped the kiddie porn rift again in July, and this time, the officer had what he needed to get a warrant.  On Tuesday morning, police conducted a raid of Fowler’s South Columbus home.  And holy cats, they got an eyeful.

Daniel Fowler had five girls between 12 and 17 in the home with him at the time of the raid, most of whom were relatives – two of the girls were his own daughters.  During the search of the house, officers found multiple hidden cameras.  Ewwwwww!  This perv was spying on – and filming – underage girls in several areas of the house.  Bathroom, bedrooms, you name it.  What a disgusting filthy asshole.

And the child porn – oh, the child porn they found.  Lots of it.  Sexual activity involving pre-teens, mostly, although there is so much evidence investigators say it will take over 100 hours just to skim through it.  Four computers were confiscated, as were over 100 videotapes and a few hundred DVDs.

The investigation into what Fowler might really have been up to is just beginning, but it seems apparent that every young girl who has ever spent time with this man is a likely victim.

Daniel Scott Fowler is currently charged with two counts of possession and dissemination of child pornography and one count of creating sexually oriented content involving a minor, although more charges are likely as the investigation continues.  He was taken to the Franklin County Jail on Tuesday, but is currently out on bond.  I bet he gets to go back in pretty soon.

King’s Park, NY – Dunkin’ Donuts at King’s Park comes with a little something besides a Turbo Hot with cream and Splenda. That DD also comes with a ladies’ room bathroom-cam, courtesy of its soon-to-be former employee Danish Qureshi. Qureshi, 25, has the Borat-like hobby of watching the ladies “make toilet”. He also sells them donuts, but he didn’t get arrested for that.

I’m not even gonna get into how funny it is that a guy named Danish works at the Dunkin’ Donuts. Besides, I am pretty sure Danish is totally fired, since he got caught with the surveillance monitoring computer. Basically, Qureshi installed a webcam style surveillance camera in the ladies’ room, and would monitor the footage from a laptop in his car parked outside. I will respectfully refrain from any jokes about cream filling or handwashing, but you know you’re thinking it, and so do the Dunkin’ Donuts lawyers.

What’s funny is that police were alerted to the camera by “a resident who has similar surveillance technology.” Um, okay. So the resident with his own surveillance setup caught the bathroom-cam on his own computer and called the cops – but what was that guy watching? Let’s just assume it’s his front door, or the DD line traffic. Because you wanna know what time to go down for the special donut and a Turbo Hot, right? I’d totally pay attention to that.

Qureshi was arraigned Sunday on a charge of felony unlawful surveillance for the purpose of sexual arousal. He is being held in the Suffolk County Jail on $15,000 bond , of which 50% must be paid in cash.

GREENSBORO, N.C. –  Donei Zabedra-Ilario, 20, is a peeping Tom.  And apparently it has not occurred to him that on the internet, the porn is free.    Jeremy Lynn and his girlfriend were snuggling in bed on Saturday night when Lynn heard a rustling under the bed.  He thought it was his dog.  He was wrong. 
When Lynn looked under the bed, he found Zabedra-Ilario lying there.

“I was like, what the crap?  When I dragged him out, his belt, his pants were undone — the whole nine yards,” Jeremy Lynn said.  So he gave Zabedra-Ilarios a well-deserved beatdown and called the cops.

Zabedra-Ilario told police that he wanted to see a woman naked and had planned to spend the night under the bed.  He also told police he’d peeped on women at eight other locations, and has now been charged with secret peeping in all of those incidents.   Zabedra-Ilario was arrested for peeping on a woman in a Wal-Mart restroom last November, and is a suspect in at least two other peeping incidents.

Zabedra-Ilario has been charged with nine counts of secret peeping, one count of burglary, and one county of giving a false name. He’s being held in the Guilford County jail on a $27,000 bond.  And when he gets out in a year and escalates to rape, we’ll feature him again.
