Putnam County, FL – It’s been almost 7 months since Haleigh Cummings disappeared off the face of the earth. During that time, police have followed up on more than 4,000 leads – Haleigh’s dad, Ronald Cummings, married his 17-year-old girlfriend, Misty Croslin – Haleigh’s 6th birthday has come and gone. On August 18, Haleigh’s birthday, authorities announced they believe Haleigh was kidnapped by someone she knew. As of right now, Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, and bio-mom, Crystal Sheffield, are not considered suspects. Ronald’s wife, however, is raising suspicion. Why? Because the girl couldn’t pass a polygraph test, or any other test, for that matter, to save her damn life. In an effort to clear her name, Misty contacted EquuSearch founder and director Tim Miller, and asked if he would administer a lie detector test. “She said she did not trust the cops and asked me if she could take a lie detector test or something,” Miller said. “I told her that was out of the realm of what we did, but this was something that she felt would be helpful, and so we arranged it. This is the first time I have ever been put in a position like this. It has ended with Misty not speaking to us. ” On August 19, the wheels were set in motion.

A polygraph was administered. Misty failed – miserably. In one of the polygraph questions, Misty is asked, “Have you intentionally withheld any information about Haleigh’s disappearance?” Her answer, “No.” According to the polygraph tech, that answer showed a deception rate of 99%. When asked if she knew the whereabouts of Haleigh, she answered, “No.” According to the polygraph tech, that answer indicated a 95% deception rate. You see where this is going? When questioned if she knew who took Haleigh, her answer was, “No.” But, that answer indicated a 46% deception rate. Upon learning the results of the polygraph, Misty asked to be hypnotized. Miller arranged and paid for the hypnosis and a voice analysis to be done. Though she asked for it, Misty was somewhat skeptical of the idea of hypnotism. “All I heard is that you can make someone say something they didn’t,” Misty informed the hypnotist. “They said that I may know the person that did it. I may know the person that did it, but I don’t know whether they came in my home. I never heard that they were coming to take Haleigh.” Private investigator T.J. Ward stated that “the attempt to hypnotize Misty failed because she seemed to be fighting going under.” Two down – one to go!

Moving on to the voice stress test, administered by Ward. “In my opinion, as to the results of the test, she knows something that occurred on the night of Feb. 9 and to Feb. 10 as far as Haleigh going missing,” Ward said. According to Ward, almost as soon as Misty’s lips started moving and sound started coming out, he could tell she was being deceptive. “The system works with involuntary changes of the voice and works off of stress, and I can see from pertinent questions and answers that she’s given me and her responses that not only was she not telling me the truth there was a lot of inaccuracies and there was a lot of things that she didn’t tell me completely that I can detect in the course of the test,” he said. And though the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will neither confirm nor deny this, Ward stated that Misty had, indeed, failed the polygraph tests given to her at the police department as well. Interesting….

Let’s jump to August 28. According to several news sources, while Misty was undergoing and completely failing the battery of tests being administered, she made a comment that indicated she may know where to search for Haleigh. She told investigators they needed to double-check a patch of ground marked by a single plastic rose. “She said there was a place that was not searched very well and that we should look for a red rose, and she gave us the location,” said Steph Watts, who recorded the sessions for EquuSearch. “We went and we looked, and we found it, and the next day we took Putnam County investigators back there,” Watts said. “I don’t think they are going to dig where the rose is and find the body, but the fact that they went with us shows that they are following up on every lead.” EquuSearch is making plans to return to the area in the near future.

Chicago, IL- Considering the criminal record of RSO Michael Barnes, 49, I do not understand why any woman in her right mind would want to have this man in their life, let alone, leave their child in his care. In 1980, Barnes was convicted of molesting and murdering a 13-year old child. That year, he was sentenced to 4 years for indecent liberties with a child and 28 years for first-degree murder. Then in 1995, Barnes was once again sentenced to 10 years in prison for unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. Sounds like the only thing this guy is good at is costing tax payers money while he continues to prove he’s not worth a damn dime of it. Somehow, this career criminal was released on parole in May 2004 for God knows what, overcrowding in the prison, good behavior, ignorance on the parole board, and once again he is facing more prison time for severely burning a 2-year old child.

Michael Barnes

Around 8:30 a.m. on July 20, Barnes’ girlfriend came home to find her 2-year old son, Khanerion Toney, screaming in pain. The child’s mother realized her son had been severely burned from the waist down and she took him to the hospital. There, she told authorities that Barnes had said the boy had soiled himself and he had given the child a bath. Barnes said at first he did not notice any burns after he bathed the child, but later on admitted that the child did struggle during the bath due to the water being scalding hot and the Assistant State’s Attorney says Barnes did it because he was angry over the boy soiling his pants. Little Khanerion had second- and third-degree burns on his shoulder, entire back, buttocks, genital area and both legs. Khanerion is in the pediatric intensive care unit of the hospital and doctors are still trying to determine if he will need skin grafts.

Detectives went to the home and arrested Michael Barnes. He was charged with aggravated battery of a child and he is being held without bond. During the hearing, Barnes continued to interrupt the judge despite his attorney’s advice and said of the boy and his mother, “That is my woman. That is my stepchild.” Okay…WTF ever, dude. I have a feeling some very similar statements will be made in reference to you when your child-murdering-burning-ass makes it way back to the gray-bar motel where there’s plenty of slippery soap, but never enough rope. Sheriff’s deputies had to push his defiant ass back to a lockup and he is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing today.

Axton, Virginia It’s after midnight on a Saturday, a time for all good college kids to be hitting their drinking prime or making their way back to their dorm room looking for the perfect opportunity to sneak their love for the evening into the comfort of their room. But for Timothy Carter, activities after midnight on Saturday were a bit more adventurous. Guided by the loving hand of his father, Timothy was lured home only to find daddy had flipped and that his basic survival instincts would be put to the test after his father turned the gun on him. 

Saturday evening Timothy Carter received a phone call from his father asking him to drive the 90 miles home from Radford University, simply stating his mother really needed to speak with him. Upon arriving at his parent’s house, William Carter lured his son into the basement of their ranch-style home where his mother, Bonnie (56), and his brother William Carter Jr. (28), lay dead on the floor. Seems like dad wasn’t so good at keeping his secret for his plans for Timothy as he quickly opened fire on him as well, shooting him in the back. Of course, the natural reaction would be an attempt to flee from the insanity, which he tried but his father was insistent he stay and shot him a second time. I can’t even begin to imagine the thoughts running through one’s mind in this situation and I’m sure Timothy had plenty, the best one being to play dead…which he did.

When William retreated away from the basement and into another portion of the house, Timothy was able to escape to safety at a neighbors where a call was placed to 911. The surviving son explained how his father had used trickery to lure him into the horrifying scene. As authorities arrived, the house was ablaze. The bodies of Bonnie and William Jr. were recovered, as well as William Sr. who had shot himself after attempting to create the family funeral pyre. The firearms were also recovered from the crime scene along with evidence of the premeditated murder-suicide in the form of a “putting final affairs in order” letter. Timothy is still hospitalized and listed in fair condition.

Dallas, Texas Honestly, how many times have we jokingly threatened our children with “I’m going to hang you by your feet”? Better yet, how many times have our children bounced off the walls and we secretly entertained the same idea? Or plotted it out, complete with the story we’d tell Child and Family Services once someone ratted us out? For me, maybe only a couple of times regarding my children, several times over concerning my husband. But that’s a whole other story right there! To actually act on that impulse takes either great nerve, great stupidity, a chemical imbalance, or a nasty mix of the three.

Tie that concoction in with a domestic dispute situation involving a woman with small children and you end up with a story like Dante Tyler’s. Who knew “reaching out and touching someone” could be the trigger.

I know a lot of women check their husband/boyfriend’s cell phone to check up on him and vice-versa. Me? Hell, if he’s yacking in someone else’s ear that basically means I have to spend less of my time tuning him out. But some people get ape-shit crazy when they see an “unrecognized” number in that log. This may very well have been the case with this loving couple. Something happened Wednesday night regarding the “phone” because a big ole’ fight broke out between Dante and Shequintearria Tinnon.

Dante (23) is accused of choking Shequintearria, 21 (I shall refer to her as SheShe for obvious reasons) and if that wasn’t enough (and it rarely is), two counts of child endangerment. Poor Sheshe, being distraught and shit, ran out of the house and to a neighbors thus leaving behind her two children, ages 1 and 3. After mommy took a much needed hiatus she made the decision to return to the house.  Guess what she found? I’ll give you a hint…it has to do with her children…

Sheshe returned to the house and heard screams coming from a closet. Children’s screams. I’m pretty fucking sure they weren’t screams of joy either, because what she found was her precious babies hanging upside down from an iron pole…by a chain hooked onto handcuffs around their ankles. Who the fuck actually goes through with something like that? And to use handcuffs around the ankles to suspend them? Damn, my ankles are getting sharp pains just thinking about that shit.

I’ve read two different sources for this story. In the first, the authorities had suspected this was the case but were unable to confirm the account. The second source states it happened. Sheshe was able to free her tiny pinatas and fortunately, she returned in plenty of time to prevent any other unfortunate scenario. And yes, she called the cops.

It was reported Dante had a gun and had barricaded himself for about three hours in that house and it proved to be quite a spectacle. The police deployed an entire tactical team. He had no gun and now he’s getting some socialization in jail. Hopefully Bubba and Bo will play the same games with Dante, but hang him from the head instead of the feet.

As for the children, they’re just fine and the police returned them to their mother.  What a vicious fuck Dante is. And if Sheshe takes him back after this, she deserves a lump on her skull as long as her fucking name.

Columbus, Ohio – Okay folks, a little something about me. I was raised in the emergency medical field and became licensed. Later in life I decided I’d step up the game and became a certified firefighter. If there’s one thing I don’t take lightly, it’s our pledge of service and the code of ethics. Nothing pisses me off more than hearing of some ass-wipe posing as “one of us”. I know one fuck-up does not ruin a profession’s reputation but I guarantee you, we don’t view it that way. And so it is David Santuomo, firefighter, who is the log I’m tossing into the blaze.

David is a romancer and a tight wad. Story is, Davyboy was fixin’ to take his girlfriend on a cruise but had a bit of a problem deciding what to do with the two pooches he adopted from the Capital Area Humane Society. Now apparently he didn’t want to spend money on having them kenneled. Hell-fucking-no people. That’s good money right there. Think of all the baubles he could buy – or the booze – the lap dances from old ladies when his girlfriend is passed-out drunk. We’re talking some serious mad money here. Nope, kenneling was out. What about the neighbors? Bingo! For some reason this free service and courtesy was not even considered, even though the neighbors volunteered.

What to do. What to do. Think strong, brave man, think. Shoot them? Perfect. And that’s what he did. Shot them dead. This man who crawls into a burning building to save people and animals shot his fucking dogs because he’s a selfish prick.

Here’s how the authorities say it went down. The biggest coward of a firefighter I’ve ever head of, laid down a plastic sheet in his basement, tied the two dogs to a pipe with their bodies partially suspended. With me thus far? He then shot them multiple times with some sort of homemade silencer attached to his gun. And get this, he dumped the carcasses in a trash bin behind his fucking fire station. If that wasn’t enough, he bragged about it to the other guys on the department. Joked even. No remorse what-so-ever. Those great men immediately turned him in.

Equally disturbing is the sentence he received. After pleading guilty to two counts of animal cruelty and one count of possessing a criminal tool (the homemade silencer) that fucker got off with 90 days in jail, $4500  restitution, $150 in fines, some community service. (no firearms – random home inspections, etc. over a five year period) He was also ordered to write a letter of apology to a firefighters magazine and to the readers of the Columbus Dispatch. Oh, and those 90 days? They’re allowing him to serve them in 10 day stints over a two year period. How considerate.

David, I hope the flames of hell are constantly burning your ass and your days of humiliating the fire service are long over. You’re a disgrace to all who have given their lives for the things you selfishly took.

Great Falls, MT – Being from the Midwest means I’ve had to build a tolerance to the many jokes regarding the stereotypical redneck. I’ve always joked about NASCAR fans and perhaps it’s a personal defect of mine: not being able to understand it as a dynamic and action packed sport. I can neither become excited about the prospect of being a driver going around and around in a circle for an extended amount of time nor sitting in the stands watching the cars go around and around for the same amount of time. What I do enjoy is the three seconds I give the TV channel as I’m flipping through. The camera men and producers never let me down as I await the cars approaching the crowd side of the track and the “human wave” of fans standing whooping it up and saluting their favorite driver with their Busch beers.

Meet Michael Dauwalder, drunk driver extraordinaire.

Friday evening, Michael got a little shit-faced and headed to the parking lot of the local Popcorn Colonel looking for friends. His friending attempt started with asking people to smoke some pot with him, anybody and everybody…ended with nobody. Not one dope smoking fiend took him up his kindly offer. What’s a drunk man to do but step up his attention gathering tricks! Reports to the police state Michael started driving in circles not only exhibiting his steering expertise, but his mathematical skills as well. Each time he passed the South end of the parking lot, he yelled out his lap number. That’s multi-tasking. Damn NASCAR drivers aren’t expected to keep count, they’ve got some overpaid individual in a coveted position waving different colored flags. My buddy Michael is a smart smart man, being able to do all that and remain drunk.

Finally having enough (perhaps he was just dizzy) he asked advice on how to perform a “burnout”. LOL. Michael, I think you’ve already achieved that! With the car still running and his door wide open, he stumbled out and graced a nearby gas station with his presence where the police decided to pay him the attention he earlier craved. “I’m drunk as hell” he told them and promptly asked them to take him to jail. See, I told you he was smart!

NASCAR Dauwalder was charged with a felony DUI Monday as he made is initial appearance in the Cascade County District Court. Damn, I hate it when friend whoring comes at such a cost.

Chandler, AZ – I’m assuming everyone has heard of the “Darwin Awards“.  The actual awards are given to those who have taken themselves out of the gene pool by ridiculous and more often than not, preventable accidents. In other words, idiots who remove all doubt.  ”Honorable mentions” are awarded to the survivors. Folks, we have ourselves a fine candidate for “honorable mention”. Nathan Ryan, obviously at wit’s end with his life, decided upon a well-laid suicide plan, McGyver style. Armed with a 24″ sword, a tee shirt and a motor vehicle, he set his plan in action.

Here’s where it gets technical.The handle of the sword was butted up against the instrument panel of his car with the rest running through the steering column. Ryan, (27) the Mesa MENSA, tied the blade in place utilizing his tee shirt and scouted a neighborhood for a solid target. His plan:  ram his car into a wall which would thrust him forward thus driving the sword through his body.

What he lacked:  brains.

The object he chose to hit was a blocked fence surrounding a backyard swimming pool. His car rammed through the wall, the airbag deployed and bent the shit out of the sword. What did he get out of the deal?  Wet…and a nick to his neck. He was taken to the hospital with injuries which are not life threatening.

Nathan, I’m hoping someone sets you before a computer and you end up here. I’m sure our readers may have a few suggestions for your next excellent adventure.

Could the real reason why you two dumb-shits chose not to report this when it happened is because the owner of the daycare is Anthony Dinatale’s stepmother, Kathy Dinatale? I bet you both lose braincells every time you fart. Durrett and Godinez, a.k.a. dumb and dumber, also told authorities that Anthony Dinatale had a tendency to “hang around” for up to an hour when he came to pick up his son, which they thought was odd. You want to know what I think is odd? That a victimized 5-year old girl showed more intelligence during this entire incident than two grown adults who stood around with their thumbs up their asses to prevent the possible loss of more braincells.

After Kathy Dinatale learned of the incident at the end of the workday on March 20, she said she spoke to the victim and then called her stepson on the telephone. She questioned him about the incident and he denied everything. After the girl’s mother learned of the incident on March 20, she reported it to authorities.

On March 24, investigators arrested 29-year-old Anthony J. Dinatale. When questioned by deputies, Dinatale denied being in the bathroom with the victim or taking pictures of her with his cell phone. Just to show he had nothing to hide, he gave deputies permission to analyze his cell phone.  Like I said, stupid is contagious because after some testing, the officers retrieved two photographs of young girls’ genitalia that had been deleted. Derrr! How dey do dhat?

Dinatale tried to come up with a bullshit explanation, but when he realized the investigators were not buying his cock-and-bull story, he confessed to taking the photos.“His main concern is he didn’t want to be labeled a pedophile,” said Detective Scott Peterson, “because he doesn’t want to lose his own child.” Sorry. You’re shit-out-of luck there, asshole. I call them like I see them. Your sick and perverted ass needs to be kept as far away from children as possible, especially your own!

Authorities also conducted a forensic analysis on Anthony Dinatale’s home computer, which turned up negative for child pornography. “I think we caught him just in time before it got to another level,” Peterson said. Yeah, but I still think Florida needs to start thinking about more useful ways of feeding those alligators.

However, Peterson said they are still looking for a second victim. One of the photos found on Anthony Dinatale’s cell phone was dated March 18, the date the 5-year-old reported being molested. The second photo was dated March 6. “He couldn’t tell me or he wouldn’t tell me where that second picture came from,” Peterson said. “That’s what we’re trying to determine at this time.”

Anthony Dinatale is facing two counts of manufacturing child pornography and one count of lewd molestation, all felonies. Anthony Dinatale was also convicted in 2001 of burglary and grand theft.

She had liposuction and a breast implant done to make her fun-bags a little more fun.When Cindy failed to return for her follow-up appointment, the doctors at the Pacific Center became concerned. They tried to call her, but her phone had been disconnected. When they received a phone call from a very angry man wanting to know why they were charging his  credit card $15,000, the doctors realized they had just been robbed by the boob-bandit.

The facility contacted authorities and soon discovered that the name and social security number Cindy had given them were as fake as her boobies. Not about to be scammed by this sexy swindler, the doctors decided to do some detective work on their own. After all, they still had Cindy’s old melons.

Apparently, implants have identification numbers that physicians keep records of. Using physician forensics, the doctors checked Cindy’s old implants for the lot and style numbers encoded on each side. Then they ran a search on the numbers and found there was only one plastic surgeon who used both of those numbers. After police provided a photo line-up to the doctors, they were able to identify their cleavage crook who’s real name is Yvonne Jean Pampellonne.

Huntington Beach Police issued a $20,000 arrest warrant for Yvonne Jean Pampellonne. Pampellonne surrendered with her attorney in court Tuesday and was released on $20,000 bail. She will be arraigned May 27 in a Westminster courtroom on charges of commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft.

If only Pampellonne had known there are other ways to get some new knockers without breaking the law. The money goes directly to the doctor performing the plastic surgery.

Aaron Flynn

On March 13, after a subsequent traffic stop, Aaron Flynn, 26, was stopped in Newton County driving a 1993 Geo Tracker registered to Ricchio. It was found that Flynn had a suspended license. The vehicle was seized and Flynn was arrested. When officers questioned Flynn about why he had Ricchio’s vehicle, he stated he had been living with Ricchio, on and off, and had done some work for her. He said he had not seen her since Monday. Flynn posted bond and was released that same day.

The following day, police were alerted by a family member that another vehicle of Ricchio’s, a Ford Taurus, was seen at a home in Newton County. Officers investigated the car at the residence and discovered both human blood and hair residue in the trunk. Aaron  Flynn was found inside the home. He was taken in for further questioning and during the interview police questioned Flynn about $300 that was missing from the victim’s bank account after her disappearance. Flynn gave the police a false alibi of how he obtained the money and he was arrested for theft.

The next morning Flynn said he wanted to talk to the detectives and said that he believed he knew where Ricchio’s body was. Flynn took police to a wooded area in north Newton County, a private farm in Sumava Resorts, and there Ricchio’s body was discovered in a shallow grave covered with sticks.

Also arrested were two cousins, Chris Henderson, 30, and Matthew Henderson, 23. Flynn was friends with both of them and police believe they were with Flynn on the day of Ricchio’s disappearance. They got in the car knowing that Ricchio was in the trunk.

After the autopsy, officials stated Ricchio died from blunt force trauma to the head and neck.What investigators believe happened is that Ricchio was pushed to the ground and a shovel was placed at her throat. Someone then stepped on the shovel. Investigators are still trying to determine when Ricchio was killed, but believe she was killed on the farm where her remains were found. Just the thought of someone being murdered like that, especially by someone they knew…chills me to the bone.

Aaron Flynn, who was initially charged in Jasper County with theft, forgery, criminal confinement, fraud and kidnapping, is now being charged with felony murder in Newton County with his bond set for $110,000. If convicted, Flynn could get 45 to 65 years in prison and fines of up to $30,000. Christopher and Matthew Henderson are being held in the Newton County Jail on charges of aiding a criminal.

As Flynn was being escorted by officers into court last Friday, he said loudly to the press, “Put in the newspaper that I’m sorry.”After being read the charge and possible punishment in the courtroom that day, Flynn said he would plead not guilty. Before leaving the courtroom, Flynn hugged his mother and told her he loved her. Boo-fucking-hoo baby huey!

On March 13,2009, Miguel Alejandro Torres-Delarosa was watching his 2-year old son and his 4-year-old daughter while their mother was at work. Sometime during the day, the the 2-year old needed a diaper change. Miguel changed his son into a fresh diaper and, wouldn’t you know it, the little tyke shit his pants again just after his father had changed him. How infuriating! In fact, this little accident got Miguel so outraged he took a belt, tied it around his son’s throat, and began to strangle him. Oh, how I would love to do the same to you, you psychotic son-of-a-bitch.

When Miguel returned the children to their mother later in the evening, she immediately noticed the boy’s eyes were swollen and he had marks around his neck. When the mother questioned Miguel about her son’s injuries, his lame-ass excuse was that he didn’t know how the boy had gotten them. I guess Miguel is either not too bright or has never heard of the Dreamin Demon because we’ve had some pretty creative excuses in the past.

That night the mother consulted her friend, who was a nurse, and then took the child to the emergency room. After an examination, doctors confirmed the child had been choked or strangled. The doctors said if he had gone any longer the child would have died. The authorities were notified and detectives with the Palm Bay police special victims unit began an investigation noting that the incident was more than a severe case of child abuse. Ya think?

Torres-Delarosa is being held at the Brevard County Detention Center without bond. He was charged with attempted murder and aggravated child abuse. The boy will continue to be evaluated by doctors to determine if he has any other internal injuries. Let’s hope those babies never have to see this worthless piece of shit of a sperm donor again!

Jaslyn Hayes

Memphis, TN–There isn’t a lot of information on this case, but what is being reported is enough to make a person sick. Little Jaslyn Hayes is 3-years-old. Like many children her age, she may not have grasped the whole concept of potty-training-she’s just a little thing, accidents happen. As a mother, I have changed countless sheets in the middle of the night…it’s not a big deal. To mommy’s boyfriend Antonio Manzi it is. That little accident pissed him off so bad, he kicked Jaslyn in the stomach. Twice.

Jaslyn didn’t just wet the bed, she also *gasp* spilled her orange juice. And for that she was kicked in the stomach by a grown man. What’s more, her mother, Brandi Carrington, the one person she should be able to count on to love and protect her, failed to seek medical treatment for Jaslyn for almost a week. This wasn’t the first time Jaslyn was abused at the hands of Antonio, he admitted to striking her several times with a leather belt.

When Jaslyn was admitted to the hospital, it was determined that she was suffering from internal bleeding and trauma. She was bruised. She has already undergone two surgeries and because of the internal damage she suffered from the beating, it was necessary to remove part of her GI tract. Just a week ago, Jaslyn was in a coma. It is now being reported that doctors have removed her catheter and she is up and responsive. The extent of the damage to her little body is still unknown…she faces a long road to recovery. Her father, Jonathon Hayes, is watching over her at the hospital. She is now in his custody. Get better quick baby girl!

Antonio Manzi, 22, waived his right to an attorney and freely admitted to abusing the child on at least two occasions. He told investigators that he was alone with the child during the incidents of abuse. He is being held on a $150,000 bond at the Weakley County Detention Center, facing charges of aggravated child abuse.

Brandi Carrington, 23, admitted to seeing the bruises on the child and failing to notifiy anyone of the abuse for five days. She was arrested and later released on $1,000 bond. She was charged with failure to report child abuse-brutality, neglect.

Oumar Lam (Myspace)

Seattle, WA–Relationships can be a real pain in the neck sometimes…just when you think everything is peachy keen, you return home from work one day only to have your boyfriend slit your throat and try to murder you in a ritualistic fashion. Maybe being single isn’t so bad after all.

When Heidi Gardner arrived home from work on Sunday, she found her live-in boyfriend, 31-year-old Oumar Lam, lying naked on a couch near a candle-lit altar. Ok, I have to admit, naked guy on the couch…no problem. Altar? Problem. Anyway, Heidi retreated to the bedroom to change clothes. She stopped for a minute to pet her dog when Lam attacked her from behind. He pulled a pillowcase over her head and covered her mouth in an attempt to smother her. He then sliced her neck open with a kitchen knife. He began screaming at her in another language. Let me pause in the story to point out that Lam claims to be from Dakar, Senegal. The official language of Senegal is French. Was he screaming in French? I have no clue, whatever language he was speaking, no one understood.

Heidi tried to fight him off, to no avail. Lam dragged her into the living room and toward the altar. Then he stabbed her some more…in the chest, lower back, and shoulder. Heidi managed to get a hold of her cell phone and dialed 911. She ran to the bathroom to rinse the blood off…Lam followed. He tried to throw her in the bathtub. He kept screaming, ‘Die, die and go alone. You have to go by yourself.’ I don’t know about you, but I am totally creeped out just imagining it.

Heidi feared Lam was going to sacrifice her life in some kind of religious ritual. She grabbed her coat and ran from the apartment. She started banging on doors and screaming for help. Lam, still stark naked, caught up with her and dragged her back to the apartment. Several neighbors witnessed the scene and called 911.

Officers arrived at the home to find Heidi weak and dizzy from blood loss…she was holding a shirt to her neck, trying to staunch the flow of blood. She still had some fight left in her though, and she darted out the door. When officers tried to arrest Lam, he became even more agitated and began speaking in an unknown language again. When questioned by investigators, Lam wouldn’t explain why he was trying to kill his girlfriend.

On Wednesday, prosecutors filed first-degree assault charges against Lam, with sentencing enhancements for domestic violence, and the use of a deadly weapon. Requesting that bail be set at $1 million in the attack, Deputy Prosecutor David Gross described the incident in court documents as a ‘vicious attack (that) shows that the defendant is an immeasurable threat to the community.’ Ya think? Bail has not been set in the case because Lam has refused to attend two hearings. He is scheduled to be arraigned February 8, and faces 10 to 13 years in prison if convicted. Not nearly enough time, if you ask me.

Heidi underwent emergency surgery after the incident and is expected to recover. Heidi, if you happen to read this, I wish you a speedy recovery girl…I’m glad you’re still among the living.

Update: 2/13/09-Mariana Garcia was arrested in Mexico. Because she is a Mexican citizen, extradition could take months. Three children were also found, including the two who appeared in the video, and are now in protective custody in Texas.
Update: 2/2/09-Adrian Navarro surrendered to police at the San Antonio International Airport Saturday night. He’s being held on $250,000 bond at Travis County Jail. Authorities are still searching for Garcia.

Adrian Navarro (Old Myspace) & Mariana Garcia

Austin, TX–Adrian Navarro, 29, and Mariana Garcia, 23, are on the run. Authorities are accusing the pair of videotaping and photographing themselves sexually assaulting two children…one of them a toddler. Police believe that the couple is trying to leave the Austin area, with at least two of the girls depicted in the videos and photographs.

As part of an unrelated incident, police were given permission to search the home of Adrian and Mariana. Authorities were looking for stolen property and stumbled upon a computer hard drive and numerous pornographic pictures showing girls younger than 13. Adrian told officers that the case belonged to an out-of-town relative and he hadn’t gotten around to tossing the pictures in the trash. He gave officers permission to search the hard drive then poofed into thin air with the children and Mariana.

The hard drive revealed over 500 photographs and 15 pornographic videos of children under the age of 18. One of the videos shows Adrian engaging in a sex act with a child under the age of 5, with Mariana nearby, giving the child instructions. In another video, Mariana is seen holding a toddler while Adrian sexually assaulted her. One of the victims referred to  Adrian as ‘Daddy.’ Police said Wednesday they are still trying to determine the identity of the children and do not know their whereabouts. Anyone with information, particularly the identity of the children, are asked to call the child abuse tip line at 512-974-6880.

Adrian and Mariana have not yet been arrested. When authorities catch up with them, they will both be charged with aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony which carries a sentence of five to 99 years or life in prison, and a fine up to $10,000. Navarro is also charged with promoting child pornography, a second-degree felony.

Parma, OH–Parents, let’s say you have a 12-year-old son. Much like other boys that age, he loves to play video games. You get him a subscription to XBox Live. Over the span of a year, he meets and develops some sort of friendship with a fellow gamer. One day, the friendly gamer shows up, unannounced, at your local Greyhound station, asking if he can hang at your place for awhile.

That is exactly what 19-year-old Codey Hawks did. After a year of playing games with the child, and on occasion the child’s father, Hawks packed his bags and moved from Burton, MI to Parma, OH. On January 15, Hawks called the child’s parents from the bus station. He told them that he had joined the National Guard and was going to ship out in February. Could he stay with them until then? Their answer? Yes. They let the traveling pedophile move into their home.

It took them almost 2 weeks to get suspicious. The confronted their son and their suspicions were confirmed. Hawks had been sexually assaulting their child. Um….fucking DUH! The police were called, Hawks was arrested and hauled off to Cuyahoga County Jail. He is now facing multiple charges of rape and gross sexual imposition.

I was checking out some commenting going back and forth between Hawks and one of his Myspace friends. It looks as though he had been planning the move since December. From December 31: ‘finishing talkin on myspace then going to sleep getting drunk tomorrow then movin down to ohio in 20 days for college and other things.’ Again, the same day: ‘im gonna go to ohio state and im parting at a friends house and theres more then the college reason why im movin down to ohio lol.’ When his friend wrote back, ‘what other reasons besides college? He replied, ‘cant tell u that one lol.’ Well, now we know. Sick fuck.

And to the parents….what the fuck were you thinking? You both fail, on a grand scale.
