Wisconsin – As usual, as more time passes, more information is coming out in regards to Tyler Peterson and his hissy-fit he had with his AR-15 rifle. The conflict was in regards to his ex-girlfriend and him thinking that she was messing around with one of the people at the house. After confronting his girlfriend at the house, the argument became heated. He went out to his car, grabbed his rifle, then went back in firing 30 shots. Six people died, with the seventh victim surviving only because he played dead after being shot 3 times, even after begging Tyler to stop shooting him.
Tyler then drove around, made false police reports, visited friends and family informing them of what he had done before ending up at a cabin. After a shootout with the police, in which Tyler may have been shot in the arm by a police sniper, Tyler then shot himself in the head with his .40-caliber Glock, THREE FRIGGIN’ TIMES!

Wisconsin – 20-year-old sheriff’s deputy, Tyler Peterson (pictured, left), entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence at around 3 a.m. where a group of youths were gathered for a pizza and movie party. He then opened fire, killing six of them before he was taken out by a Crandon SWAT sniper. The dead have been listed as Jordann Murray, 18, the suspect’s former longtime girlfriend; Katrina McCorkle, 18; Leanna Thomas, 18; Bradley Schultz, 20; Aaron Smith; and Lindsey Stahl, 14.

22-year-old Amber Hill is accused of drowning her two daughters, 2-year-old Ceccies Hill and 4-year-old Jonelle Cintron, in a bathtub. She then called the girls’ father, 23-year-old Jamie Cintron, at work and informed him that the girls “are at peace”. When he arrived at the apartment, he found his daughters laying in the bathtub and pulled them out.
“Both my daughters are laying here dead! Why? Why are my daughters dead?” a weeping Cintron screamed into a telephone while making a 911 emergency call to police.
Friends and neighbors claim Amber Hill did not have a mental history while many others said she was suffering from depression and was taking medication. Hill would not answer any questions aside from providing her name, age and address. She showed no emotion when she was taken away by police.

MONROEVILLE, Pa. – Demi Cuccia, 16, experienced some bad luck at an early age by picking a goddamn psycho, John Mullarkey Jr., 18, as a boyfriend. Experiencing an on again, off again relationship, friends described the couples situation as “delicate” with John being the extremely jealous type. Cuccia’s mother had forbade her from seeing John, but while she was out Wednesday, John made a housecall. Neighbors heard screaming and yelling so they went to investigate. That’s when Cuccia staggered out of her home bleeding from her chest and exclaiming that John had stabbed her. John then walked outside and proceeded to slit his own throat. Cuccia died from her injuries, one day after her birthday, and John remains in critical condition, though police described his prognosis as poor.…

CHESHIRE, Conn. – Two men broke into the home of William Petit Jr., 50, a prominent doctor, kidnapped his wife Jennifer Hawke-Petit, 48, and forced her to withdraw money from a bank early Monday morning. Jennifer was able to notify bank employees that she and her family were being held hostage and notified police. When police arrived at Petit’s house, the observed two men leaving in a station wagon while the house was engulfed in flames. After striking a couple police cruisers on their way out, the two men, not identified, were apprehended.
Inside the house they found a severely injured William Petit Jr as well as the dead bodies of his wife and his two daughters, Hayley and Michaela.
Petit, a well-known diabetes specialist, was in stable condition at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, his injuries nor the cause of his family members deaths, have been released. Authorities would not release the names of the suspects. The two men are due Tuesday in Meriden Superior Court.…

In a nutshell, when Jasmine Richardson was 12, she and her boyfriend, 23-year-old Jeremy Steinke, murdered her mother and father along with her 8-year-old brother after the girls father forbid her to see Steinke any longer. The case was reported pretty heavily for a multitude of reasons, her age, his age, the callousness of their actions before, during and after the murders, plus the fact taht the girl was a “goth” girl who frequented nextopia.com as well as vampirefreaks.com. During her trial, she stuck with the story that she was being controlled and afraid of her boyfriend and did what he told her. Her defense stated that she didn’t know her boyfriend was on his way over to her house the night of the murders. The night he stabbed her mother, father and then slit 8-year-old Jacob’s throat after she was unable to carry through with his orders to stab him.…

UPDATE 11/11/08 – Candace Clark, now 24, pleaded no contest to being a party to second-degree reckless homicide on Monday. She also pled guilty to multiple charges including child abuse related to the murder of Tammie Garlin and the torture of Garlin’s eleven year old son. Clark will serve about 47 years in prison and then will face up to 45 years of continued supervision.

Tennessee - While the news has been populated by what Britney Spears is doing with her hair, or whether Paris Hilton will see jail time for driving without a license – all newsworthy items, for sure – have you read about the case that is about to go to trial regarding a couple by the name of Channon Christian, a 21-year-old University of Tennessee student, and her 23-year-old boyfriend Christopher Newsom?
It’s amazing if you haven’t as it involves two young people being abducted, raped, tortured and murdered by another group of people in house in a Tennessee neighborhood. The investigation into their deaths led to the arrest of Lemaricus Davidson, 25; his brother, Letalvis Cobbins, 24; George Thomas, 24; and Cobbins’ former girlfriend, Vanessa Coleman, 18, and Eric Boyd, 34.
Even more details have been trickling out in the manner of Channon and Christopher’s death. Christopher was gang-raped, possibly had his genitals cut off, shot and burned. This was all done in front of Channon. Channon was also was gang raped over several days, urinated on, made to drink household cleaner, had a breast removed, possibly while still alive, strangled and then cut into multiple pieces.…

Illinois - More details are being released in regards to the murder of Jimella Tunstall and her three children.
Friend of the family, Tiffany Hall, clubbed the pregnant Tunstall in the head repeatedly with a table leg, dragged her into a bathtub and then cut her fetus from the womb. Mrs. Hall then drowned all three of Mrs. Tunstall’s children in the same bathtub, 2-year-old Ivan Tunstall-Collins, 1-year-old Jinela Tunstall and 7-year-old, DeMond Tunstall.
The grisly details in the September slayings were revealed at a hearing where a coroner’s jury concluded that the deaths were homicides.
Hall admitted to investigators that she “had been thinking about taking the baby for some time” before actually going through with it. Hall confessed to her boyfriend who then notified police, who then found Tunstall’s body in a plastic container behind the residence. The 3 children were later discovered in the washer and dryer of Tunstall’s apartment. Investigators had searched the apartment before, but had not looked in those locations for the missing children.…
