BOCA RATON — Nancy Bochicchio, 47, and her 8-year-old daughter, Joey Bochicchio-Hauser, were killed during an apparent robbery outside the Sears store at Town Center. They were discovered by mall security shortly after midnight Thursday in a black 2007 Chrysler Aspen SUV with the motor still running. The SUV was parked in a merchandise pickup area near the south side of the Sears department store. An undisclosed amount of money was taken. Some of the public posted on Internet message boards calling on patrons to boycott the Town Center during the holiday season. Some are angry that police did not publicly state that the people found dead had presumably been killed during a robbery, and that they were a mother and young daughter, until at least 15 hours after the crime occurred. Police have increased after-hours patrols at the mall.

LAKE WHALES, FL – Leon Davis is a 33-year-old piece of shit. Even though he’s been arrested four times on 14 separate counts of grand theft since February, he was still on the streets and able to hold an insurance office.
After getting Yvonne Bustamante and her pregnant sister-in-law, Jane Luciano to open the safe, he restrained them with duct tape, doused them with gasoline and then set them on fire.
The women freed themselves and ran from the burning building as “chunks of flesh melted from their bodies.” This is when Davis finally decided to use his gun an fire at the women.
Both women would die from their injuries, including Luciano’s 6-month-old son was was delivered via an emergency C-section at an Orlando hospital.
Davis also shot a man in the face who was coming to the women’s aid. Brandon Greisman will require surgery after losing the tip of his nose, but is expected to survive.

BOISE, Idaho — Ethan Windom, 17, killed his mother, Judy Windom, 42, on Jan. 25, 2007. The Borah High School student killed her while she slept in her bed. The special education teacher at Eagle High School was beaten and stabbed to death. Judge Copsey sentenced Ethan to life with no possibility of parole, a sentence she has only handed out once before in her career. The reasoning for this come from the statements made by Ethan himself.
Ethan told investigators that the murder was “No problem at all.” Ethan used a weight to repeatedly hit his sleeping mother in the head, “until she stopped making noise.” He then took a knife and stabbed her in the heart and other locations. Texas – Kimberly Dawn Trenor, and Trenor’s husband, Royce Clyde Zeigler II are both facing capitol murder charges after a Texas grand jury upgraded the charges. The couple are charged with the murder of Riley Sawyers, Kimberly’s two-year-old daughter. I’m sure everyone knows the details by now, but in a nutshell, Riley was murdered by the couple after a fucked up discipline session. They hid the death by stuffing her in a plastic storage bin and dumping her in the Galveston Bay where she was later found by fishermen. TORONTO, Ont. – Aqsa Parvez was a normal 16-year-old Muslim teenager who was balancing the line between wanting to be an individual as well as fitting in with her peers while also living under the strict guidelines set forth by her religion. WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP, Pa –48-year-old Mark O’Donnell has confessed to the violent murder of his girlfriend’s 14-year-old daughter, Ebony Nicole Dorsey, 14, and has been charged with the sexual assault and murder. Authorities say O’Donnell, who is married but is also the boyfriend of Ebony’s mother, had dropped off Ebony along with his own daughter, Kyra, at his apartment so that she could babysit. After a night of binging on crack, he returned to his apartment at approximately 5:30 in the morning.
According to O’Donnell’s account later to the cops, when he arrived back at his apartment, he saw his daughter on the sofa with no potty-training pants on and Ebony bending over to change them. O’Donnell told detectives he yelled at Ebony over her changing the pants in the middle of the night and then slapped her in the face. LANCASTER, Pa. — Or so that’s what the courts decided. She is guilty of smothering Silas, two, and his brother, Miles, aged four months, at her parents’ farmhouse in Pennsylvania. Silas’ s hands were still held behind his back by a pair of handcuffs when police found his body. Afterwards she allegedly made an anonymous call to the emergency services, telling an operator: “I did something really bad. I just killed my kids.“.

Pittsboro — Barbara Scott is charged with with one count of murder and two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. The victims were all elderly women. Barbara had once been employed as a housekeeper by Margaret Murta, 92, and her roommate Mary Corcoran, 82. Barbara was at their residence at an upscale retirement center to discussing a money dispute. With them was a friend of the elderly pair, Rebecca Fisher, 77, who had been asked to sit in and witness the discussion. Things got heated, and Barbara sprayed the women with pepper spray and began beating them with a cane-like object. Murta died Wednesday evening at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill, and Corcoran and Fisher remained in the intensive-care unit.
Barabara, who owns her own cleaning service, has had run-ins before including a 2001 conviction of misdemeanor larceny and obtaining property by false pretense in connection with the theft of checks from a 90-year-old man.…

BRUNSWICK, Ga. – A Curtis Collins aka “C-Real”, a 22-year-old rapper, was working in the Gutta Entertainment recording studio when he was shot in the head and killed. Seems as if a gun was on a table nearby, and a curious, unwatched 3-year-old grabbed the gun and fired it. He was pronounced dead at the emergency room of the Brunswick hospital of Southeast Georgia Health System shortly after. Police have not said how many adults were in the room, or why the gun was left out, but it is being reported that the gun was a small .22 caliber pistol and the toddler was the only one with gun powder residue on his hands. Omaha, Nebraska – Robert Hawkins killed eight people and wounded five others Wednesday at the popular Westroads Mall in Omaha, Nebraska, before committing suicide. ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Christopher Erin Rogers Jr killed his father, Christopher Rogers Sr, 51, with a machete and then attacked his father’s girlfriend Elann Moren, 55. He used the machete because he could not find his father’s gun. He stated that he was angry at his family and believed they treated him poorly.
He then took his father’s truck and drove to Anchorage. He abandoned the truck, and came across Jason Wenger, 27, sitting in his vehicle in his driveway. Rogers killed him by shooting him multiple times, but fled the scene without stealing the vehicle. Rogers then spent Sunday sleeping in the woods until he shot Liz RUmsey, 33, who was walking along a trail in a upper-middle-class neighborhood. He asked her for the time and then shot her in the back when she looked “nervous.†He then shot Tamas Deak, 43, multiple times during his second car-jacking attempt before leading police through a short car chase through morning rush hour. He was stopped after police rammed his vehicle.

INDIANAPOLIS — One month after being placed back in the custody of her biological mother, 3-year-old Tajanay Bailey was dead. She had been beaten and tortured to death by her mother, Charity Bailey and her boyfriend Lawrence Green, both 20. Over the course of Thanksgiving week, while you spent time with family and friends, they are accused of hanging Tajanay in a closet for wetting herself, kneeing Tajanay in the head, punching her in the chest and whipping her with a belt. Police said they and paramedics were called to Bailey’s apartment, an apartment that was in squalor, after Tajanay stopped breathing. The girl was pronounced dead at a hospital about 30 minutes later.
Tajanay had been in with a foster mother, Janice Springfield, for most of her life. Tajanay’s foster mother warned the state’s child welfare system that the girl would be in danger in Bailey’s custody. The girl and her 6-month-old brother had been removed from Bailey twice before. AUGUSTA, Ga. – Jeanette Hawes, 22, walked into the Food Mart store in south Augusta on Thursday and entered the restroom with her two children. Shortly after, workers and customers heard screams coming from the bathroom. They knocked on the bathroom door asking if everything was ok, but was met with silence. The police were called and once at the location, forced their way into the bathroom.
Inside they found Jeanette on the floor covered in blood holding a steak knife. She had killed Jordon Hawes, 1, and Shakayla Hawes, 3, by stabbing them both repeatedly in the chest. Store clerk Amanda Thomas states that Jeanette was a regular customer, but did not seem right that day. She also stated that when she was being led out by police, she seemed detached and showed no emotion. Jeanette Hawes was charged with two counts of murder and with possession of a knife during the commission of a crime. She was lodged in the Richmond County Jail.

El Dorado – The physical description of a body found matches that of missing college student Emily Sander, El Dorado Police Chief Tom Boren said. The body of was found 50 miles east of El Dorado. Sander, who attended Butler Community College, was last seen Friday leaving a bar with Israel Mireles, 24. Authorities are looking for him and his 16-year-old pregnant girlfriend. Sander made national news after it was revealed that she was also Internet porn star, Zoey Zane. Not a real shocker, as I am pretty sure everyone figured this was a body hunt as soon as news of the blood and missing bedspread were released. Still a shame, though. I am curious about the cause of death as well as the relationship between Emily and Israel and if they just met, or knew each other previously.

Justing Hawkins set at a fire at his office at AT&T Solutions before he went to Greenspoint Mall Tuesday and saw Joanna Gonzalez, 20, open the Body Luxuries store. She was on the phone with her boss when Hawkins came at her with a gun.
“She just kept repeating, please don’t hurt me, please don’t hurt me,†said store owner Sonya Hill. “And I started screaming Jo, what’s going on?”
Hill called Mall security. But they backed off when Hawkins dragged Gonzalez to the back of the store with a gun to her head. Police feel he took her to a back room to sexually assault her, as she was found only wearing a bra and panties. The sexual assualt didn’t happened, police say, but Hawkins did shoot her in the head. He then used the gun on himself. While in the store, Hawkins called his ex-wife who lives in Ohio:
“I pretty much miss you and I wish I would have actually stayed with you,” Hawkins said on the tape.…

BETHANY, Okla. — Barnes was last seen on Friday at 7:30 p.m. when she told her mother she was going out with a friend. Barnes was not reported missing by her mother until Saturday.
A first-degree murder warrant was issued for Eric Phan, 20, a student at Southern Nazarene University, according to Bethany Police Chief Neal Troutman. He has turned himself in to police. Police said they believe Phan and Barnes met at a local park to discuss the possibility that Phan might be the father of Barnes’ unborn child. Spent bullet shells were found in a car belonging to Phan.
Troutman told Eyewitness News 5′s Adam Slinger that officers and volunteers searching the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refugearea should be prepared to find a body.

MESA, Ariz. — Tiffany Hecker, 19, states she thought she may have been pregant, but wasn’t sure. She found out when she gave birth to Jeremy Lee Davidson while on the toilet at her parents house. She took the baby out of the toilet, held it for a little while, then promptly placed the infant back in the toilet so she could release the placenta on top of it. She then took the boy back out of the toilet and placed it on some towels on the floor and told her mother. Her mother then told her to throw it in the trash. That’s right, she was told by her mother to throw the baby in the trash. Hecker did as she was instructed.
But Hecker stated that this wasn’t right and retrieved both the baby and the placenta, placed them in the trunk of the family car and drove to a Chandler hospital, where staff called police. An autopsy of the infant’s body determined Jeremy was born alive and had not died naturally; the baby’s death was ruled a homicide.…
