WATONGA, Okla. – I hate to break up the light-hearted mood brought on by our latest dookie-lube and vagina-purse stories, but we got another dead kid in the news and a person in custody.
Not a lot of details yet, but a mother returned home at around 3 or 4 a.m. Wednesday morning to find her 8-year-old daughter, Rosalyn Reynolds, was missing along with her 20-year-old cousin, James “Icey” Daukei. She also found a bathroom with blood in the toilet, on the walls and on the floor.
The missing girl’s family began searching for her and about an hour later, her dad located her dead body in a field behind the apartment complex, along with Daukei. Rosalyn’s mother was told he was in the process of burying her body, but that hasn’t been confirmed by officials. Either way, when confronted by the child’s father and two other men, Daukai took off running.
He was taken into custody later that morning after someone seen him walking along State Highway 8 and charged with Rosalyn’s murder.…

HYDE PARK, N.Y. — Just before noon last Saturday, the body of 18-year-old Kathryn Filiberti was found on the side of the road near Greentree Park.
Police were giving out little info at the time, but now it is being reported that Filiberti, a freshman at Dutchess Community College, was stabbed multiple times in the face and the chest and that police are currently questioning two people.
A teen who identified himself as Filiberti’s boyfriend stated he was not happy with the investigation into his girl’s murder. “I do believe (police) are trying, but I think they could try harder. I just really want to find” her killer, 19-year-old Mike Delarm said.
He also added he was the last one to see her alive at a party the night before she was found dead. He says that she left the party because someone was there that she did not like. He says they argued about it and she left to walk home alone. “I could have stopped her from leaving,” he said.…

ANDERSON, S.C. — Police were called to the Sanders Ferry Boat Ramp near Lake Russell on Tuesday morning after a fisherman found two people dead inside a Toyota 4-runner.
The deceased were identified as 36-year-old Jason Sanders and his wife, 23-year-old Candace Sanders, both from Georgia. They had both died from gunshot wounds.
Today Anderson County sheriff’s deputies said they have arrested Jason Sander’s 17-year-old son, Landon Thomas Sanders, and have charged with two counts of murder.
At a news conference, Anderson County Sheriff John Skipper did not reveal a specific motive but did say that there was an on-going dispute between Landon and his parents that ended at the boat ramp when Landon shot his father and stepmother from outside the vehicle.
Police also arrested Danny Wade Scott, 24, and Thomas Riley Madden, 29, charging them both with accessory to both murders.

RIO LINDA, CA - Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. A man has been charged with murder after using an axe on a man he incorrectly suspected of burglarizing his home.
When 29-year-old Steven Zinda arrived home in the early Sunday morning, his house was in the process of being burglarized. The intruder fled and Zinda took off after him wielding an axe.
At the same time, 20-year-old David Valdez was also having some bad luck after getting his SUV stuck in a ditch across the street from Valdez’s home while on the way home from a party. He was standing outside of his vehicle using his cell phone to call his girlfriend and his mother letting them know he would be home as soon as his friends showed up to help him.
That’s when he was approached by the axe-wielding Zinda and did like most of us would do if a strange, agitated man wielding an axe started coming towards you on an empty street at four in the morning — Valdez ran like hell.…

New York --While I continue to fight connection issues today, here are a couple stories that were meant to go up yesterday. Starting with the 400-lb Bronx man who was found murdered in his apartment, stuffed inside a duffel bag.
The body of 52-year-old Angel Rondon was found after a neighbor called 911 to complain about the putrid smell coming from his sixth-floor apartment. Inside Rondon’s flat, police found an apartment covered in blood with cleaning products scattered throughout. They also found a bloody hatchet on the kitchen floor and inside the kitchen closet, they found the large duffel bag containing Rondon’s body, leaking a steady stream of blood.
I know, you’re thinking that must have been one hell of a duffel bag to be able to hold the dead body of a man who weighed 400 pounds. But it seems that the killer(s) simply played a bloody game of Jenga, dismembering the poor man before stuffing his parts in the bag. GAGETOWN, Mich.— A 17-year-old has been charged with murder after police say he intentionally struck another teen with his vehicle and dragged him for almost a block following an early morning fight.
Cody Kalis, 17, is facing an open charge of murder after he allegedly hit 16-year-old Zachary Harp with his vehicle intentionally then fled the scene following a fight at a house party early Sunday morning. He’s also been charged with manslaughter with a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing death.
“Witnesses say he intentionally ran over Harp with his car and dragged his body almost a block,” said Tuscola County Sheriff Lee Teschendorf. “When another person ran to the victim’s aid, the car came around again and struck them, causing minor injuries to the other person.”
Flight Care Helicopter transported Harp to the hospital, but he would die from his injuries later that afternoon.
His family says Harp was just trying to do the right thing when he was killed. Zach’s principal at Owendale-Gagetown High School said Zach had a reputation for standing up for his classmates. “The mood in the school has been somber.…

LANSDOWNE, Pa. - Police have arrested 28-year-old John Joe Thomas in connection to the January beating death of 70-year-old Murray Seidman.
Thomas, a longtime friend of Siedman’s, was the one who reported finding Seidman’s bloody body in his apartment. Police reportedly found him crying in a hallway stating he could not go back inside the elderly man’s apartment because there was too much blood. And there was a lot of blood. Police would find Seidman laying face-down in his living room dead from having his head bashed in. He had been dead for five to ten days.
On Friday, Thomas was arrested and charged with Seidman’s murder. Thomas, who was the sole beneficiary of Seidman’s will and Seidman’s constant companion, was brought in for questioning after he allegedly told an unidentified person that he had used a sock filled with batteries and rocks to beat Seidman to death.
Thomas admitted to committing the crime, stating that Siedman had made sexual advances towards him over a period of time and that after going home to pray about it, Thomas was received instructions on what he must do via Leviticus 20:13, the Bible verse loved by bigots and Christian hate groups everywhere.…

Bethesda, MD – I hadn’t even heard of this story until today. It started on March 12 when the manager of a Lululemon Athletica arrived to open the store. Inside he found one of his employees, 30-year-old Jayna Murray, beaten and stabbed to death. Her co-worker, 27-year-old Brittany Norwood, was bound and injured, but still alive.
Norwood told police that she and Murray had returned to the store after closing to retrieve a wallet Norwood had left behind. They were followed inside by two men in masks wearing gloves who raped and beat them before leaving them for dead. Police are now saying that is all a load of crap and late yesterday, police arrested Norwood and charged her with murdering Murray.
Norwood’s story was shaky to begin with, but was initially chalked up to just being a stressed out victim of a violent crime. But the more police investigated, and the more the forensic results came back, the more the evidence pointed away from two unknown assailants and right back at Norwood.…

BLAINE, Minn. — Here’s a couple of stories for your Saturday that I was working on yesterday bit didn’t get the chance. Starting with the group of people at a party that suffered a mass overdose of a designer drug that led to one teen dying.
Police say that up to eleven people, ages 16 to 21, were at a house party Wednesday taking the designer drug known as “2 C-E” that can be purchased legally via the Internet and it’s a reported hallucinogenic. Some of the people in attendance snorted it, while others mixed it in drinks but police feel none of them were aware of what constituted a safe dosage.
It didn’t take long until 911 calls were being made from people at the party because of obvious medical issues some were suffering after taking the drug. By time emergency responders arrived at the home, some had already fled the scene and were suffering from overdose effects elsewhere. Eventually police were able to contact all involved and get them to the hospital, two of them in critical condition.…

BELLE ROSE, La. – Police have arrested a 12-year-old boy, a man and his ex-wife in connection with the beating and strangulation of an 84-year-old woman whose body was found in a canal on Monday.
Anna Mae Hidalgo was reported missing by family members on Sunday when they were unable to get in touch with her. Police would search her home and find signs of a struggle. Nearby, her car was located abandoned with blood inside. On Monday, a helicopter spotted Hidalgo’s body floating iin a canal.
Autopsy reports showed she suffered from blunt force trauma to the head, but died from strangulation.
During the investigation, 23-year-old Raven Blanchard came forward and admitted her involvement and implicated her ex-husband, 30-year-old Dean Hue, as well as a 12-year-old boy. The boy and Hue also admitted to their involved in Hidalgo’s murder.
All three have been charged with first-degree murder. Blanchard and the boy face an additional charge of felony theft. Hue is the adopted son of Hidalgo’s niece and has a long history of drug related arrests.…

Dallas, TX – Police have filed murder charges against that prick who accidentally killed an elderly woman in a Walmart parking lot while stealing her purse.
Last Wednesday, 76-year-old Sabra Leavy was walking in the parking lot of a Dallas Walmart when she was called over to a truck driven by 28-year-old Rogelio Cazta Belmonte who reached out and grabbed Leavy’s purse. As Belmonte drove off, poor Leavy got tangled in her purse straps and was dragged for 40-yards. When she finally fell to the ground she was ran over by the truck’s rear wheel and left in the parking lot in a crumpled heap.
It would take three days, but Belmonte would graduate from being a lowly thief to a lowly, murdering thief on Saturday Leavy finally died from her injuries, injuries that included a shattered pelvis. Police would identify and arrest Belmonte on Saturday, charging him with capital murder. He was still in jail today on a half-million-dollar bond. ALGONA, Iowa — You all may not remember Michael Swanson. We reported on the 17-year-old last November after he went on a crime spree that left two female convenience store clerks dead. He’s back in the news today because like his last court appearance, Swanson finds all of this quite humorous.
Swanson was again seen laughing and smirking as he walked into the Kossuth County Courthouse yesterday. The teen was in court as the prosecution and the defense argued on whether or not Swanson should be tried one time for both murders, or tried separately for each.
Swanson’s attorney plans to use an insanity defense in both cases, which may also explain the idiot’s antics in court.
“It is absolutely better for us to try this once instead of twice. It is an all or nothing defense and to do that once is better than having to do it twice,” said Charles Kenville.

MUNFORD, TN -- As he was being led out of jail, the teenager accused of beating an elderly couple to death with a baseball bat told reporters that he was sorry for what he had done.
Jacob Brown, 16, has been charged with two counts of premeditated first degree murder, two counts of felony first degree murder, and aggravated burglary after police say he brutally murdered 80-year old James Walker and his wife, 75-year old Bertha Walker.
According to TBI agent Mark Reynolds, Brown said that before he murdered the couple, he had been in the Walkers’ house using the bathroom. He apparently left, and later came back with a baseball bat hidden under his coat. Reynolds said Brown never gave a reason for the attack, other than to say he was angry.
But a neighbor of the Walkers’, Scott Locke, testified that he and Brown had conversations about their nosy neighbors. Locke said Brown suggested killing them, but he thought it was a joke. That is until Brown sent a text message that reportedly said, “You wanted your nosy neighbors dead, right?” Then, later that afternoon, Locke said Brown told him, “It’s done.”
Locke would later tell prosecutors the dead couple weren’t even the neighbors he was joking about with Brown.…

CRANSTON, RI – Back in 1975, Michael Woodmansee, then 16, kidnapped and murdered 5-year-old Jason Foreman. Eight years later he would be sentenced to 40 years in jail after pleading guilty to second-degree murder and kidnapping. Now it is being reported that Woodmansee is set to be released 12 years earlier than expected.
Because of a longstanding law, Woodmansee has earned up to 12 days off his sentence for every month he behaved and held a job during his last 28 years in prison. This prompted outrage from the Foreman’s family, leading to his father, John Foreman, going on air and promising he would kill Woodmansee if he is released.
Speaking to WPRO’s John DePetro John Foreman said, “I do intend, if this man is released anywhere in my vicinity, or if I can find him after the fact, I do intend to kill this man.”

NEVADA — A high school senior has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of one of his missing classmates was found buried in a shallow grave.
Micaela Costanzo, 16, was reported missing on Friday after failing to return home from track practice the day before. On Saturday morning, a searcher found a freshly dug grave on a rural road near Utah that ended up containing a body that was positively identified as Costanzo’s.
Hours later, the victim’s former boyfriend, Kody Cree Patten, 18, was arrested on suspicion of murder after a cooperative investigation between the West Wendover Police Department, the Elko County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI. The vice principal of the high school, Craig Kyllonen, indicated the Patten and Costanzo were friends and used to date.
Patten was in school on Friday and reportedly attended a vigil for Micaela over the weekend. His Facebook is sparse, his last wall post from January stating” “i cant freakin believe this shit! i try my freakin hardest and you blow it out the fuckin window like it dont mean shit!”
The disappearance of Costanzo, a popular athlete at West Wendover High School, prompted more than 100 volunteers across the state to search for the teen. The searcher who found the grave said he was driving on a rural road near the Utah border Saturday when he noticed some ground had been dug up and called police.…
UPPER MERION, Pa. – A man with a history of mental illness has been charged with the stabbing deaths of his mother, father and twin brother on Saturday.
Police were responding to a domestic disturbance call at the home of 70-year-old Joseph McAndrew, 64-year-old Susan McAndrew. The couple lived there with their two sons Joseph and James McAndrew, both 23.
When they arrived, they found Joseph outside in the driveway covered in blood. Inside the home, reportedly in the kitchen, they found the dead bodies of his family. All three had been stabbed to death. Police described the bloody scene as ‘violent’ and ‘gruesome’ adding that it was apparent the three had fought for their lives.
Joseph, who has a history of mental illness, was taken into custody and charged with three counts of first-degree murder. Detectives removed several knives from the home, including a samurai sword.
A friend of James told reporters that he had just recently mentioned dealing with his twin brother’s mental instability. “[He said], ‘I have to go back home and deal with his paranoia.’ I said, ‘what do you mean?’ He said, ‘my brother thinks everybody is after him,’” the friend recounted.…

JACKSON, Miss – Preliminary autopsy results show 3-year-old Tristan Robinson was alive when he was placed in a hot oven by his mother and died from “thermal injuries.”
For those of you who have not heard, 24-year-old Terrie A. Robinson was charged with murder after police discovered her son cooking inside an oven while responding to an emergency call at Robinson’s apartment.
No matter how he got in there, or why, I was really, really hoping that it would be shown the little boy was dead already. Looks like Cthulhu was in his usual asshole mood. I just cannot imagine what that little boy went through in his final moments and it makes my head hurt trying to.

ORLANDO, Fla. — A mother and her boyfriend have been charged with murder after police say they beat her 3-year-old son for an hour after becoming upset at the boy for wetting himself.
Because of the bruising, doctors initially though 3-year-old Noah Fake had died from meningitis. But a medical examiner has determined the boy died from blunt-force trauma to the head.
When brought in for questioning, detectives say his mother, 26-year-old Robin Greinke, confessed. She told them that she and her boyfriend of a year and a half, 33-year-old Steven Neil, had been drinking before they attacked the boy for an hour after he had wet himself.
“They explained how they tossed the little boy around,” said homicide detective Chris Dillion. “They were upset with him and they tossed him and spanked him and punched him.”
After they finished beating the snot out of the kid, they ate pizza and watched a movie while the little boy fought for his life all alone. Detectives said Neil convinced Greinke to wait until the next day, when Noah wasn’t breathing, before finally calling 911.…

ARLINGTON, Texas — Yesterday afternoon, a man reported to be the pastor of NorthPointe Baptist Church was found dead inside the church and his female assistant was severely beaten.
A relative of one of the victims asked someone to stop by the church after repeated phone calls to one of the victims went unanswered. That person called police when they looked through a window and saw someone on the ground.
Police arrived a short time later and discovered the dead body of 28-year-old Clint Dobson, the church’s pastor, and his severely injured assistant, 67-year-old Judy Elliott. She was rushed to the hospital where she is in critical condition.
Investigators reported that Elliot’s vehicle is missing. It’s a four-door, cream-colored 2007 Mitsubishi Galant, said Tiara Richard, a police spokeswoman. The Texas license plate number is DFR-352. If you see it, police ask you to alert authorities and do not approach anyone who may be inside the vehicle.

FLUSHING, NY – Police have charged a woman with the stabbing death of her son, who was suffering from cerebral palsy, before trying to kill herself.
Rene Vera, 38, was found dead with stab wounds in the family’s apartment after his mother, 57-year-old Migdalia Vera, called 911 saying her son had been hurt. She told police that her son had been depressed and had asked her to help him put a knife in his chest.
But the DA says this was no mercy killing. He says that after an argument, Vera picked up a knife from the kitchen, stabbed her son twice in the chest and then held a pillow over his face for at least two minutes.
Afterwards, Ms. Vera tried to kill herself by cutting her wrists and stabbing herself. She did not succeed and was in stable condition on Thursday night at New York Hospital Queens. She has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
Personally, I have no problem buying someone with cerebral palsy would welcome death.…
