In 2008, a 6-year-old girl reported that Michael lifted up her skirt as he was bucking her seat belt. At the time, investigators determined that even if allegations were proven to be true, no crime had occurred under state statutes. In January 2009, a 5-year-old girl told her parents that Michael spanked her. The child’s mother informed deputies, who, in turn, contacted DCF. DCF refused to take a report because a bus driver isn’t considered a caregiver. Where the case went after that isn’t exactly clear, but I’m guessing there just wasn’t enough proof to warrant further investigation. In this particular incident, Michael Bowersock, 27, is being held without bail on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 12.

This is also why I never got into teaching. I’m just too handsome. I’d be like Dr. Indiana Jones standing in front of the classroom while some young girl in a schoolgirl’s uniform blinks at me with “LOVE” and “YOU” written on her eyelids. Why even put myself in that situation? There are only a few entries on the list of things that can have a man gamble the respect of his peers, his established career, and his loving family all in one shot. Hot, teen-age ass is at the top of that list.

Daryl admitted to sexually abusing the child and told detectives that he chose that particular girl because she was too young to tell on him. Once the kid got old enough to possibly tattle on him, he stopped. When asked if he regretted his pervy actions, Daryl replied the the child was very young and won’t remember a thing. Though he has no prior convictions, Daryl admitted to detectives he was just 12-years-old the first time he molested a child. Something tells me that his most recent victim is just one in a horrifically long line of victims. Nasty fucker. Here’s a run-down on his charges: 60 counts of possession of child pornography; 1 count of accessing a computer without authority; 8 counts of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12; 5 counts of lewd molestation; 1 count of battery on a child by contact with bodily fluids. He sits behind bars without bail. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending. Detectives are still trying to identify the other children whose images were found on Daryl’s computer.

That same night, brother and sister were sitting in the living room when they heard their 3-year-old sister screaming and it sounded like it was coming from Thomas’ room. The kids couldn’t enter the room to check on the toddler because something was blocking the door. I don’t know what happened next, but the kids state that they later found the toddler sitting outside of Thomas’ room – her face, arms, and chest were red, her pants were sagging and her diaper was ripped open. The boy child finally told his aunt and his dad about the incidents on January 9th. Thomas was arrested on the 12th. And this is where it gets really fucking weird…

Thomas initially denied touching the 8-year-old inappropriately, but eventually copped to it. He told officers that he didn’t actually penetrate the child’s vagina, but humped her “until he was ready to ejaculate, then pulled out and ejaculated on her panties and back.” He stated that he had been molested as a child and had a dream about it the night before violating the girl. When he awoke from the dream, he wanted to “make someone feel the way he felt.” He also admitted that in December, he forced the child to disrobe and lay naked on the bed so he could see what it looked like. He was interrupted by the sound of another adult in the home that day and told the child to get dressed.

Thomas further stated that on one occasion in November, he caught the 10-year-old boy humping his toddler sister – the 3-year-old mentioned in this story. Thomas said he stopped them, took the boy aside and told him he “needed to get it out of his system.” Thomas told the boy he needed to use baby oil when he did it – to make it feel better. Thomas and the boy went back to the room and Thomas told the kid to put baby oil on his penis. The kid wasn’t real comfortable doing that in front of Thomas, so he hid inside a closet and applied the baby oil. Then he proceeded to hump the toddler again while Thomas was chatting on the computer. After the 10-year-old dismounted the toddler, Thomas oiled up, pulled down the child’s diaper and began humping. He stated that he did not vaginally penetrate the child. He also stated that he failed to ejaculate “because she smiled at him while he was doing it.” Oh. My. Fucking. God.

Thomas stated that he likes porn. A lot. He likes to masturbate while watching porn. A lot. He admitted to showing the 10-year-old porn on the computer. Thomas says that he feels uncomfortable around girls his own age and often has problems getting an erection with them. When asked about other possible victims, Thomas stated that, as a juvenile, there were several occasions where he had sexual encounters with other juveniles who were related to him. When asked to rate his “urges” to molest children on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being an uncontrollable urge, Thomas answered with a 9. Would Thomas feel the urge to do this again if let out of jail? Thomas answered that question with an “I’m not sure.” Bond was set at $250,000. If convicted, he could spend a minimum of 10 years in prison. Yeah…this one can’t be fixed. Put him under the jail, would ya?

If that doesn’t make the bile rise up into your throats, check this out. Police seized at least six cameras, 100 DVDs and VHS tapes, dozens of reel-to-reel films and a small computer data storage device that contained videos of multiple forced sexual acts with child patients that included intercourse, oral sex and fondling. Some videos show the doctor yelling orders at toddlers, some of whom are crying or trying to run away. A detective who viewed the assaults described in court papers the 6-foot, 225-pound Bradley as having a “violently enraged expression on his face” in one video involving a 2-year-old. In my world, if you have actual video of this kind of shit, citizens should be able to legally blow his brains out.

Manuel Vega and Krish Carter

When the cops arrived on scene after receiving a report of the suspected molestation, they noticed a messed up Chevy in the driveway. The car was trashed – the windows had been smashed out and there were two bloody chunks of concrete on the front seat. At about that time, Luke came stumbling out of a wooded area behind the home – his head and face bloodied and swollen. Manuel and Krish tried to convince officers that Luke had wrecked the Chevy but deputies discovered otherwise. Witnesses reported seeing Manuel and Krish break the car windows with concrete before yanking Luke out of the vehicle and beating the living shit outta him. Manuel finally fessed up. As Manuel was being arrested, he asked one officer, “That is my son, man. What would you do?”

Manuel Vega, 27, and Krish Carter, 43, are being held without bond on charges of attempted murder. Luke Petruschke has been placed in a medically induced coma. Police said they plan to charge him with lewd and lascivious molestation if he recovers.

Some more information coming out. Manuel only knew Luke for a few months according to his mother. They fished and played cards together. “I pray that [Petruschke] lives for my son’s sake because if he dies, my son will be in jail for a long time,” she said. “We will not drop these charges. He will pay for what he did to my grandson.” She added that Vega is a good dad who just “lost it.”

Sgt. Greg Gasse of Davie Police says no shit. “Vega went out to confront Petruschke as he was leaving in his car…a neighbor Krish Carter joined in and the two of them threw rocks and debris. It went beyond detaining him. It went well beyond what they should have done.”

Vega has a prior criminal history that includes convictions for grand theft, burglary and cocaine possession. When asked how her grandson was doing, Vega’s mother responded that he seems to be ok, although he has asked for his father. “Manuel has been in jail before and done his time, but he loves his son and he cares for his son dearly,” she said. “I’m pretty sure he’s driving himself crazy because he can’t see [his son], talk to him and give him a hug. I know Manuel is destroyed in there thinking about this.”

As for Stibal, he admits to some of the charges, but not all. He confessed to having child porn on his PC, as well as being alone with some boys (a violation of Boy Scout rules) as well as giving some of them back rubs which I am pretty sure is also a violation of Boy Scout rules. He did not admit to giving any young boys blowjobs to the point of ejaculation as described in the complaint. Stibal was in jail Wednesday, with bail set at $1 million without conditions or $500,000 with conditions. All of the charges he is facing are felonies.

The Boy Scouts have commented on this as well:

“The safety of our 100,000 youth members and participants is our highest priority. The BSA seeks to prevent child abuse through a comprehensive program of education for both youth and adults, chartered organization leader selection procedures, criminal and other background checks, barriers to abuse such as “two deep” leadership requirements, prompt reporting and swift action. …We continue to fully cooperate with the prosecutor’s office in their investigation of this matter.”

They also state that a background check was performed on Stibal, and he passed it. Some think that the Boy Scouts of America could probably decrease the amount of times they have to release statements like the one above by concluding applications that look like this:

Of course that would be ignorant as the majority of men who fit that description have no desire to taste boy dick. I think people would be surprised if they researched the characteristics of a child molester. They are not this guy’s. Statistically, child molesters are white male pedophiles, married and religious. That makes a “weeding out” process pretty fucking tough for the Boy Scouts, dontcha’ think? In fact, if the Boy Scouts REALLY wanted to cut down on molestation cases, their leaders would all be Asian homosexuals who are unemployed and do not believe in God. But obviously, false assumptions trumps actual statistics every time.

Some of you may not be aware, but a lawsuit was filed back in 2007 by two brothers who were abused by their scout leader when they were kids. For the first time, Boy Scouts of America were forced to hand over all of their documentation detailing sexual abuse by Boy scout volunteers. The previously private records show the Boy Scouts have ejected at least 5,100 adult leaders nationwide for sexual abuse allegations since 1946.  On average, the Boy Scouts ejected a leader once every three days between 1971 and 1990. From 1991 to 2005 they ejected 15 a month, or one every other day – this after they implemented background checks and training.

Obviously that number doesn’t sound to bad when compared to the number of leaders not giving Little Johnny the Merit Badge of Receiving Adult Cock, but still, they have an obvious dilemma. The problem is that I just don’t think there is any real easy way to solve it.

This brings up the discussion that rears its head here on occasion. Obviously we have no idea who all witnessed this or what the age and physical capabilities of the bystanders where, so I am will not judge the people who stood around and watched – you know, the other shoppers there who had working legs. But it is interesting to read stories like this and wonder what you would do in a similar situation. Sure we get a lot of gung-ho “I’d do the same thing” type talk (I’m one of those) but do we truly know what we would do when faced with putting our very lives on the line for a stranger?

Either way, I am just glad that Cameron did what he did and if you ever find yourself rolling around NC, let me know and I’ll buy you a beer. When Morbid was asked if he had any comments in regards to Kevin Salyer, he stated, “Bwuahahahahahahaha! Jesse Laramee and Jane Marcy

Seems Jesse had a partner in those vile shenanigans – 25-year-old Jane Marcy. She was driving the van while Jesse was violating the child. When questioned, the nasty cow admitted that she was aware of the sexual abuse. She was aware that Jesse raped a 7-year-old child. She was aware and obviously OK with that shit. The source article doesn’t state exactly who the children belong to. It wouldn’t surprise me, though, to find that Jane is their mother. Wouldn’t be the first time some skanky bitch offered up her kiddos to the penis.

Brian Mark Hopf

This is the story shithead told officers: It was his turn to feed baby so mom could get a little rest. He was feeding the infant early Monday morning when he accidentally poked her in the eye. The poke got the baby crying and screaming so hard she stopped breathing. So, he had to perform CPR to get those lungs pumping again. When investigators asked him about the trauma to her little head, Brian began crying and said that he accidentally tripped and fell while walking up the stairs and bonked her noggin on a door frame. During all of these little accidents, Brian neglected to call 911 or alert any of the other four adults in the home. (Baby’s mother, Brians father, step-mother, and step-brother were all present somewhere in the home). The baby was taken to the hospital only after her mother noticed a large bruise on her left eye. Doctors report the head trauma could be attributed to multiple blows to the head. She is not expected to survive.

As to the bruising on her thighs and genitals and the tears to her anus, I’m guessing Brian didn’t have a brilliant answer. Oh, but I’m sure it was an accident though. Also, during the interview, Brian admitted to abusing meth. Surprised? Nah. Me either. Brian is no stranger to law enforcement – he has a history of domestic violence against his baby momma, a history of drug abuse and theft.

Now the abusive dick is sitting behind bars on a $500,000 bond. Brian Mark Hopf, 25, is facing child abuse charges that could be upgraded to homicide. Police are waiting for further tests to confirm whether the baby had been sexually abused. Fuck off, Brian. Do the world a favor and hang your sorry ass with your bed sheet, swallow your tongue, bash your brainless head into the bars until it’s nothing but an unrecognizable pile of goo, anything. Just quit breathing. Asshole.
