Benjamin Hilburn Got Mad At Dad, Shot Him In Head With Shotgun
November 6, 2009 by Morbid
Belen, New Mexico – The story of any son getting so angry at their father that he would shoot them in the back of the head is tragic enough but this story is compounded by the fact that Benjamin Hilburn was only 10 when he pulled the trigger. Benjamin would state in the 911 call that he was angry at his father, 42-year-old Bryon Hilburn. He would expand on that later, telling investigators he felt his father was too harsh with him and punished him too much. In August police say Benjamin shot his dad in the back of the head with a shotgun while his 6-year-old sister was in the room. Benjamin, now 11 years old, is in the custody of his mother and has been charged with first-degree murder. It is quite possible he is the youngest person to be charged with murder in New Mexico, a state that does not charge anyone under 14 as adults. Continue reading to hear the full 911 call as Benjamin desperately tries to get someone to the house to save his dad. [Read more...]

October 21, 2009 by Morbid
Monroe, New York – Police have possibly thwarted a 15-yer-old boy’s plan to attack Monroe-Woodbury High School on the anniversary of the 1999 Columbine School shootings. Police arrested the teen on Monday after police executed a search warrant at his residence and found four bottles filled with gasoline, a torch, machete, black trench coat, three propane tanks, two computers, items that could be used as fuses and several other electronic devices. The teen had actively been seeking a military assault-type weapon that could “hold as many rounds as possible.” He admitted to his plan in a police interview, nonchalantly explaining what he intended to do. “He said that he had a lot of hatred toward a lot of the kids who attend that school,” a Monroe Police Department press release said. He stated he had been bullied by students and had been told that he resembled Columbine shooter Eric Harris. His parents were clueless of his motives, or the materials located in the garage. September 22, 2009 by Morbid
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – On September 11th, a 17-year-old boy was taking a break from cutting the grass when he heard a the cries of a little girl. He then spotted the body of a 6-year-old girl lying bleeding and naked in his neighbor’s backyard near a trampoline and a fence. The teen alerted his 16-year-old sister as well as some neighbors and 911 was called. During their investigation police brought the teen and his family to the West Valley City police station for further questioning. The boy’s father, Don Bullock, who adopted the boy when he was 6, was a bit miffed at this stating his boy should be treated as a hero. “It turned into they were interrogating him as a suspect. I think that was wrong. We know he had nothing to do with it He did the right thing, he got that girl some help.” Well it turns out that the teen will be treated as something else entirely after he confessed to not only finding the little girl, but also being responsible for luring her into his yard, choking her until she passed out, sexually assaulting her and then giving her the old heave-ho into the neighbor’s yard. Labrina Brown Does Not Cry Over Spilt Milk
August 13, 2009 by thinkgoat
Milwaukee, Wisconsin – Crimes of passion are often referred to as temporary insanity. I sure even people with a sweet disposition reach a snapping point and react severely when the heat of the moment reaches its pique. And so it’s always interesting to see how crimes of passion play out in court: How they’re defended and how they’re prosecuted. Not knowing if this next case will use this as part of its defense, I think it’s safe to say maybe it should be. Add this and the fact the perpetrator is a 13 year-old girl from Wisconsin, where state law dictates that children over the age of ten, charged with first or second-degree homicide, must be charged in adult court. Eric Whitehead, 14, Accused Of Murdering His Stepsister
August 9, 2009 by Jaded
Richmond County, GA - Teenagers scare the crap out of me. I have a couple teens myself, and I’m not even ashamed to admit that since I joined the Dreamin’ Demon, I have slept with one eye open on more than one occasion. (Usually after the removal or restriction of certain electronic items and/or extra-curricular activities). You just never really know what’s going on inside their head. Hell, they don’t even know half the time. I’m not sure if it’s psychiatric issues or just pure rage that caused 14-year-old EricEric reviews
to shoot his stepsister – maybe a combination of both with a side of drug use? Anything is possible. What we do know is that Eric’s stepsister, a woman he considered his best friend, is dead. Really dead. Eric made sure of that when he fired 10 shots into her head while she slept. Damn. Talk about overkill. [Read more...]

The Mallo Family Puts The Trash Into The Term White Trash
June 29, 2009 by Jaded
Charleston, West Virginia–OMFG. Demonites, I have been writing for this site for quite some time now. I have written about some pretty weird people doing some pretty bizarre things. It has gotten to the point where nothing shocks me…not eye-ball munchers, not horse fuckers, not even Destinie Duvall. But the Mallos? These fuckers threw me for a fucking loop. Never have I seen such dysfunction in one oddball family. You see, it all started with the death of Phyllis Phares. The 82-year-old woman was killed in her home on June 14. On June 15, authorities had a suspect in the murder, a 14-year-old boy who lived across the street from Phares. On June 17, the boy was charged with first-degree murder. He is also facing sexual assault charges in an unrelated case. That was just the beginning of the arrests….. [Read more...]
