Ozark, Arkansas - Now before you go by just the title alone, understand that the girl’s mother called the police. The camps are pretty evenly divided on this one, but before you pick one – here is what is being reported. The girl’s mother called police because she could not control the girl and wanted her taken to a juvenile facility. When officer Bradshaw arrived he witnessed the girl kicking and screaming. The girl’s mother, Kelly Hamlert, told him to use a Taser if he needed to – which he did after the girl kicked him in the nuts. The father is livid and feels that if an officer cannot manhandle a small child, then he doesn’t deserve to be one. But I am siding with Bradshaw’s superior who said, “”Well, if he tried to restrain her, he might hurt her by restraining her.“  But I guess the real lesson learned here is don’t call police to handle your kids if you do not want them to act like the police. Hell, if she had kicked me in the manjigglies I would have Tased her in the face. But I guess that’s another reason why they wont allow me to be a police officer. Anyway, what’s your opinion? Taser or a sound beating?

ALBUQUERQUE – Acting on a tip from California, Bernalillo County sheriff’s deputies went to the home of Edward Christy, 57, and took a peek through one of his windows. What they saw was a young girl tied to a chair by her wrists and neck with Christy taking pictures. The girl ended up being a runaway 16-year-old from California who had met Christy over at AgeMatch.com (you can see his profile here), a kinda creepy site that matches older men with younger ladies. I found her profile as well , but there are no pics. Christy states the relationship was a consensual one and that after exchanging naked pics and pleasantries online, the girl threatened to kill herself if she could not be with Christy. Fearing for her well-being, Christy drove to Cali and picked her up. On the way back, he picked up some bondage gear and a dog crate for the teen. What a gentleman!

Both Christy and the teen admitted to having sex a couple of times and though he initially denied knowing the girl was actually 16 and not 19 as her online profile claimed, email exchanges later disproved his claims. Christy is now charged with rape, sexual exploitation of a minor and custodial interference. He is being held under a $200,000 cash-only bond.

Mendota, California - Very little information on this one, but here’s what I got. Alex Christopher Mercado, 4, was reported missing last Friday evening. Alex had been left in the care of an older sibling when he disappeared. About 24 hours after little Alex vanished, his body was found stuffed in the clothes dryer of a neighbor’s home. The body had been placed in the dryer after he was killed. Though police aren’t releasing the cause or manner of death, it is being reported that a 14-year-old boy has been taken into custody and charged with murder. We will update this story as more information is made available.

Hanover, Virginia – Omar Abdelaal just turned 16 – now, he’s looking at 20-to-life. Omar is accused of attacking another teen with an axe, sloughing off the left side of the kids face. The victim, just 15, had to have his face sewn back together with about 120 stitches. The entire attack was captured on video surveillance at a frequent teen hangout called Tractor Supply, Co. According to police, two groups of teens were arguing in the parking lot when Omar and his friends walked away and entered the supply store – the victim and his friends weren’t far behind. At some point, Omar broke away from the entire group, grabbed an axe from a display, removed the protective cover, and attacked the other teen. On the surveillance video, the victim could be seen facing Omar with his hands at his sides when he was hit.

In his statement to police, Omar stated that he hadn’t felt threatened and wasn’t provoked by the victim. Guess he was just feelin’ froggy then? Damn. A friend of Omar, Hunter Kusterer, tells a different story. He claims Omar acted in self-defense. Hunter said that he, Omar, and another friend were hanging out at a fast-food joint when a truck packed with the victim and five other teens pulled up. “Then they turned their truck around and one of them came out to us, the one who later got hit with an axe, well, he got in my face and started a fight with me or something and he said that I had said something to him and I said I don’t know what you’re talking about…. and they were yelling “go to tractor supply. They have razors for sale so you can go cut yourself”", said Hunter. After the truck drove off, the trio headed over to Tractor Supply, Co. “When we were in the parking lot, the guys were sitting there in their trucks and they yelled the same stuff at us.” Hunter went on to state that the other boys followed them into the store, taunting them. “And they kinda cornered us in there and said stuff to us and they pulled knives and took them off the shelf and they were saying “you can cut yourself with this, it works very well.” And that’s about the time Omar lost his cool and started choppin’.

Omar Abdelaal, 16, is charged with aggravated malicious wounding. Prosecutors plan to try him as an adult.

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla – On Tuesday, 15-year-old Michael Brewer had skipped school and was visiting a friend outside the Lime Tree Apartments complex. As he sat by the pool, he was approached by five other teens who began yelling that he was a snitch and to “pour it on him“. When Brewer tried to walk away from the group, police said 15-year-old Denver Jarvis splashed him with a jar of rubbing alcohol and Jesus Mendez, 15, used a lighter to set him on fire. Brewer ended up jumping in the pool to extinguish the flames, but the damage had been done. He suffered second degree burns over up to 80 percent of his body and was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital. All of this stemming from a dispute over $40.

It is being reported that Brewer owed 15-year-old Matthew Bent, $40 dollars for a video game. For repayment, Bent tried to steal Brewer’s father’s bicycle on Sunday night. “Off my front porch– walked right on to my front porch,” recalled Michael Brewer Sr. “We pressed charges and had the kid arrested,” said Valerie Brewer, the victim’s mother. Bent was arrested, taken to a detention center and released to his parents on Monday, police said.

Steven Shelton and Matthew Bent, both 15, and 13-year-old Jeremy Jarvis all face charges of aggravated battery. Jesus Mendez, who police said actually flicked the lighter, faces charges of attempted second degree murder.

Brewer’s sister Malissa Durkee said she knows the teens who attacked her brother. “I’ve seen all of those kids,” Durkee said. “I’ve met all of those kids that did that and it just tears me up to know that they would hurt my brother like that.”

CBS 4 News was able to get one of the accused’s parents to talk to them about the incident. Patricia Hollis’s son is one of the teens accused in the attack. A police report says that her son helped surround Brewer:

HOLLIS: “I feel so sorry for (Michael Brewer), I really do. And it’s sad. It really is.”
CBS4: “As far as your son’s involvement?”
HOLLIS: “That’s sad too. For him to even be in an atmosphere like that.”
CBS4: “Did he have anything to do with it?”
HOLLIS: “As far as I know, no he didn’t. Wrong place at the wrong time.”

One hell of a price to pay over a video game. I hope they make examples out of all five of the teens charged. We handled things a bit differently when I was these kids’ ages. Speaking of, here are three of the accused:

One kid I had an issue with for some dumb reason or another, asked if he could have a glass of water after a game of football in my front yard. Sure, no problem. I went inside and grabbed a large plastic cup and then went into the bathroom and dunked the cup into the toilet. Whoever had used the toilet last did not give it a courtesy flush as their were still bits of toilet paper floating around. Well now they were floating around inside the plastic cup as I added some ice cubes to it. That’s the kind of revenge I like – watching a kid I dislike unknowingly drink toilet water with bits of used toilet paper swirling around in it – not setting his ass on fire.

Click hear to listen to the 911 calls. But let me tell you, it is heartbreaking and I would advise you NOT to listen to them. You hear Michael in agony screaming for someone to help him. It is extremely disturbing and absolutely enraged me beyond the point of being mentally healthy. If I was this kids’ father, I would kill every one of those motherfucking kids. I know that is a knee-jerk reaction and would solve absolutely nothing – but my kid is around Michael’s age and if I were to hear this shit, I would go insane. But not before I did something really stupid to four kids.

It is not known if this kid is even going to survive. Doctors fear his organs are going to start failing. There are little signs that Michael Brewer’s condition is improving, his mother said Thursday: He responds to her voice. He makes motions with his hands. He likes it when his mom rubs his feet.

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. - Eight teenagers have been charged with possessing child pornography after they were caught sexting – or for you technological lingo impaired, recording sex acts on their cell phones. Administrators at Susquenita High School caught three students with cell phones containing video and pics of other juveniles performing sex acts on each other. Currently, the law in Pennsylvania will not require these juveniles to register as sex offenders. But that may not last long as Pennsylvania is in the process adhering to federal law that would require juveniles found guilty of child pornography to register as sex offenders. If that isn’t controversial enough for people who think this is ridiculous, the law can be applied retroactively and applied to past cases. All I can say about this is THANK GOD I didn’t have a camera-enabled cell phone when I was a teen.

BARNESVILLE, Ohio – When these two kids decided to raise some hell, they did it right. I am surprised they actually were able to get away with as much as they did without anyone noticing and that it seems as if they have almost no supervision. Police pulled over a Pontiac Grand Am at around 3 a.m. Friday and found the 12-year-old boy behind the wheel with his 8-year-old brother in the stolen car. After questioning the boys, they readily gave the officer a laundry list of unlawful behavior they had been up to over the last 24 hours.

Here is what these two hellions had been up to, starting on Thursday:

1. Stole a wallet
2. Broke into two dump trucks.
3. Stole a fire extinguisher from one of the trucks
4. Sprayed stolen fire extinguisher into a parked vehicle.
5. Broke into another vehicle and started it but didn’t drive away.
6. Took the keys with them “because it had a bullet on the key ring and they stated that they were going to try and fire it off,” according to the police report.
7. Broke into another vehicle
8. Went to a tire shop and tried to start an all-terrain vehicle.
9. Went to a high school and broke into about six school buses.
10. Took a fire extinguisher from a bus
11. Set off stolen fire extinguisher inside another bus.

The 12-year-old is was taken to a juvenile detention center and his little brother was released to his mother – who I am sure has some questions to answer herself.

Clermont, FL – Writing a story about some asshole setting his current/ex girlfriend on fire is nothing new – sadly enough, it happens more than one might think it would. What is shocking about this particular story is not only the violence of the act, but the ages of the parties involved – just 14 and 15-years-old. Calva Haskell, 15, is accused of stabbing 14-year-old Taylor Mack several times before squirting some kind of flammable liquid on her and setting her on fire. At about 5:30 Wednesday morning, Taylor snuck out of her house to meet and talk with Calva, who is believed to be her ex-boyfriend. The topic of the conversation is unknown, but, shortly after the two met, Taylor was running to a neighbor’s home screaming for help. After the attack, Calva returned home, where he was later arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder. Calva has no previous criminal history, is said to be a popular kid, and is active in school and sports. What the fuck happened in this kid’s brain to set him off like that? Authorities don’t have a motive as of yet, but, friends of both kids seem to think it’s because Calva had moved on after the relationship, had already hooked up with another girl, and was upset that Taylor still had feelings for him. Officials report that Taylor is listed in serious condition – the details and extent of her injuries are unknown. I’ll update this story as more details become available.

Richmond County, GA - Teenagers scare the crap out of me. I have a couple teens myself, and I’m not even ashamed to admit that since I joined the Dreamin’ Demon, I have slept with one eye open on more than one occasion. (Usually after the removal or restriction of certain electronic items and/or extra-curricular activities). You just never really know what’s going on inside their head. Hell, they don’t even know half the time. I’m not sure if it’s psychiatric issues or just pure rage that caused 14-year-old Eric to shoot his stepsister – maybe a combination of both with a side of drug use? Anything is possible. What we do know is that Eric’s stepsister, a woman he considered his best friend, is dead. Really dead. Eric made sure of that when he fired 10 shots into her head while she slept. Damn. Talk about overkill.

According to Eric, he had a terrible dream Friday afternoon. In that dream, he and his stepsister, 22-year-old Patricia Troglen, had an argument. When he awoke, he was enraged. He retrieved a .22-caliber rifle from his stepfather’s room, approached Patricia, who was napping on the couch, fired at least 10 shots into her head, and fled the home in Patricia’s car. The car was found later – abandoned at a local convenience store. After a county wide search, Eric was found at a friend’s home and was taken into custody.

Authorities say that Eric has been in and out of trouble for quite some time – it is also believed that he has a history of psychiatric problems. Eric’s bio-dad, whose name has not been released, had this to say:

“He and I just got reunited after 13 years. He does have problems. I have noticed that by talking to him. I believe teenage hormones and peer pressures led to all that went wrong Friday morning. Eric wouldn’t talk to a psychiatrist. His mom begged him and he wouldn’t talk. All he could say was, I have anger and that’s all I’m saying.”

Eric Whitehead is charged with murder, theft, and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Authorities believe that Eric was the last person to see Patricia alive and that he acted alone. He will be charged as an adult.

Charleston, West Virginia–OMFG. Demonites, I have been writing for this site for quite some time now. I have written about some pretty weird people doing some pretty bizarre things. It has gotten to the point where nothing shocks me…not eye-ball munchers, not horse fuckers, not even Destinie Duvall. But the Mallos? These fuckers threw me for a fucking loop. Never have I seen such dysfunction in one oddball family. You see, it all started with the death of Phyllis Phares. The 82-year-old woman was killed in her home on June 14. On June 15, authorities had a suspect in the murder, a 14-year-old boy who lived across the street from Phares. On June 17, the boy was charged with first-degree murder. He is also facing sexual assault charges in an unrelated case. That was just the beginning of the arrests…..

Alexander Doran, Carolyn Mallo, and Trina Mallo

While authorities were questioning the teen on the death of Phares, they happened to notice that the boy was living in a fucking pig sty. When they served a search warrant on the home on June 15, a 6-year-old child was asleep in a bedroom with dozens of knives and cleavers. Seems the Mallo home is unfit for man or beast…and especially unfit for Trina Mallo’s two young children, a 6-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. Inside the now condemned home, among the thousands of roaches:

A large knife with a six- to eight-inch blade was lying on the kitchen floor.

Two swords were in the back bedroom, easily accessible to the children. Police also found fixed-blade and lock-blade knives in the home.

Shards of glass were on the floor.

Outside the house police found a freezer filled with three feet of green, murky water. “It was described by one family member as where they cut up fish,” according to the complaint.

Several bottles of prescription pain killers and muscle relaxers were found throughout the home. One was a prescription for the sedative benzodiazepine prescribed to Alexander Mallo. The pills were spilled out onto the floor in the back bedroom.

There were large holes in the floor of the room designated as the children’s’ sleeping area. The holes were large enough for the children to fall into, according to the complaint.

Two large piles of what was apparently human feces were also in the room, according to the complaint.

A large bucket of a black, unknown liquid was on the kitchen floor.

Fecal matter was smeared on the toilet in the bathroom. “The sink was not accessible due to the sheer amount of trash, dirty clothes and other debris cluttering the room,” according to the complaint.

On Thursday, June 18, the parents and sister of the teen were arrested. Alexander Doran, 67, who also uses the last name of Mallo, Carolyn Mallo, 55, and Trina Mallo, 27, were all arrested and charged with child neglect causing risk of injury. The children were removed from the home on Monday and a petition has been filed in circuit court to get parental rights revoked. The investigation is continuing and more charges may be filed on some more serious allegations. We’ll get to that in the next paragraph. For those of you not keeping track, that is one family, four arrests, within three days. We ain’t quite finished yet….

Another fine family member, Alexandrio “Mikey” Michael Mallo, 23, was arrested on Tuesday, June 16, and charged with first-degree sexual abuse. On June 10, a report was made that stated Alexandrio had been molesting his 7-year-old nephew, Trina’s son. He also liked to smack the kid in the nuts with a ruler. Nice. You still with me? This would be arrest #5. Wait, what’s this? Another family member under arrest? No. Fucking. Way.

Farris Mallo and Alexandrio Mallo

Yes, another trashy Mallo, 29-year-old Farris Eugene Mallo. This Mallo was arrested on Friday, June 19, and charged with three counts each of sexual assault and burglarly. What, pray tell, was he up to? Well, over the last few months, he allegedly broke into the home of his ex-wife, who lives just a couple houses away from the pig sty, on at least three separate occasions, and raped her. And that’s #6. Wow. Just…wow.

Back to the 14-year-old…while some news outlets are releasing his name, until he is actually charged as an adult in the crime, I won’t. He had been charged previously with one count of first-degree sexual abuse and one count of second-degree sexual assault in a case unrelated to Phares’ murder. Holy. Hell. These turds should’ve been flushed a long time ago.

Rhia Almeida was a happy child who was enjoying her summer.  She went to a friend’s house in search of a playmate.  She had gone there often, usually with her brothers.  This time she was alone.  Her friend wasn’t home, but his older brother Little Loretto was.  Two hours later her broken body was found in a wash by children riding bikes.  Rhia’s face was so battered that identification was hampered.  It takes a lot of rage to destroy someone’s face.  There were other injuries on her small body as well.  That information isn’t being released at this time.  Her death was brutal, her killer vile and inhuman.

Little Loretto was arrested and booked on suspicion of the first-degree murder of Rhia Almeida and is being held in the Pima County Jail.  For all his pissing and moaning  on his MySpace about not getting any sex, I think that’s going to change for the freak with the little penis.  Size doesn’t matter to the boys in cell block D.

Yes, 21-year-old Scout leader Joseph Reid, and three others, have all been stripped of their Scout status because they’re assholes. Last week, at Camp Shands, Reid and three other scouts ambushed a fellow Scout. Reid approached the victim and asked him to accompany him back to his campsite. On the way, three other Scout’s jumped out, tackled the victim, and duct-taped his mouth and arms. The victim was then led off into the woods. He was told that he was going to be “taught a lesson” for making some derogatory remarks about another scout earlier in the week. The four boys gave the victim a choice, he could either get beaten up, or he could drink urine. Before the victim could answer, Reid ripped the duct tape off his mouth (ow) and poured urine down his throat. Eventually, the victim made his escape and informed other Scout leaders of the incident. When deputies arrived, they found evidence backing up the victim’s claims. Duct tape, two bottles of urine, and a Blackberry cell phone with a recording of the nasty attack. Good luck talking yourself outta this one, kiddos.

Along with Reid, three other Scouts were taken into custody and charged. 16-year-old Harrison Reid, 15-year-old Kyler Brower and 16-year-old Nicholas Larsen were also arrested. All four are looking at charges of kidnapping and aggravated child abuse. Joseph Reid is being held in the Putnam County jail. The others have been turned over to the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.

The victim’s mother had this to say about her son, “Mentally he’s not ok. It’s not normal to be twelve and go through that.” She also stated that the child has undergone numerous medical tests to make sure his physical health hasn’t been effected…the test results are due back next week.

Bronx, NY –  Cheyenne Cherry is a 17-year-old teen who readily admits that she hates cats.  Some people like cats, some don’t, but they usually won’t kill them in slow hideous ways, unless they are a serial killer in the making. Cherry was hating on her ex-roommate Valerie Hernandez and decided to get some revenge, a “prank” she is now calling it, for whatever reason.

Accompanied by an unidentified juvenile, she broke into the apartment and trashed it out royally, slashing furniture and throwing bleach on the walls. For the piece de resistance, Cherry snatched up her former roommate’s kitten, Tiger Lily, tossed her inside the oven and cranked up the heat.  Not wanting to hear a dying kitten crying and scratching at the oven door, the duo hauled ass after ripping off some DVDs and packages of noodles.

Neighbors noticed smoke coming from the apartment and smelled what they thought was food burning.  They called in a report.  Firefighters soon found the roasted remains of Tiger Lily smoldering in the oven.  After being apprehended, Cherry claimed the incident was only a prank and not even her idea.  When asked about putting the kitten in the oven to die, she nonchalantly stated that she “hates cats”.

Animal lovers haven’t taken too kindly to Cheyenne Cherry killing a kitten.  Petitions are being drawn up to have her charged as an adult, especially after she has steadily been building up a juvenile record.   She has since deleted her MySpace, shortypopoff11, not being able to handle the “luv” coming her way.

The kitten killer was arrested in connection with the kitten’s death and charged with arson, burglary, criminal trespass and felony animal cruelty.  She has since been released to her mother and is hiding from animal lovers.  Justice for Tiger Lily!

His criminal history includes arrests for possession of crack, possession of marijuana, obscenity, battery on a law enforcement officer, three counts of battery on a teacher, theft, illegal carrying of a weapon, and assault. Hell of a resumé there, kid. Now he has a couple more notches on that belt…murder and rape of a child.

Assuming that one knew of Arnie’s checkered past, I have to wonder why one would feel comfortable leaving an infant with him. Arnie’s 34-year-old girlfriend, yes…I said 34-year-old girlfriend…felt confident enough with the little thug to let him watch over her infant. Arnie was babysitting the 8-month-old child last Saturday, when the child suffered an untimely and violent death.

Arnold grew frustrated with the crying infant and started to beat the shit out of him. Literally. As he was beating the tiny baby, the baby pooped on himself. Well shit…now Arnie had a big mess on his hands. In an attempt to clean up the mess, Arnie stuck his finger in the child’s ass. Was he going for the ‘deep-clean’ or what? Yes, aside from the multiple fractures the child suffered from the beating, he also had tears in his rectum. Arnie initially told police that the infant, Da-Von, fell down the stairs and just stopped breathing. A neighbor, however, reported hearing loud noises coming from the home. Under Louisiana law, Arnold Ross can, and will be, charged as an adult. He is being held, without bond, on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated rape.

Phoenix, Arizona–Cynthia Roberson was devastated when she lost her job back in April. How was she going to put food on the table? Pay the rent? Make the payments on her Chevrolet HHR? Since prostitution is out of the question, for obvious reasons, she came up with another brilliant idea…she’d turn her two young sons and their friends into thugs and learn ‘em in the fine art of armed robbery. Fan-fuckin-tastic, Cynthia!

Roberson, dubbed “Ma Barker” by investigators, her two sons, ages 12 and 14, and five others face charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault. Roberson and her gang of thieves all occupied the same filthy apartment. Police believe she guilted all of the parties involved into committing robberies to make the rent and car payments. Police have identified at least 20 violent robberies in which Roberson and her little gang were involved, and believe they are responsible for as many as 20 more. In all 20 cases, Roberson drove the get-away car, a very identifiable gold Chevy HHR. Each time the crew robbed, a victim was injured. One victim was hospitalized with a concussion. In another robbery, a 13-year-old boy was beaten into submission and forced to empty his pockets. The kid had no money and no cell phone, his pockets contained nothing but a single orange lollipop.

In one robbery, Roberson, fine mother that she is, actually coached her 14-year-old son when he had difficulty getting a victim to hand over a cell phone. That victim ended up getting hit upside the head with a gun. Police said different boys and men were involved in each robbery, but that all of them, including the 12-year-old, used a gun or a pellet gun in the crimes. Police don’t know how much money the crew made, but said the figure couldn’t be very high, considering they usually made away with nothing but a cell phone or a bit of cash.

Roberson’s 12-year-old son has been placed into protective custody, but still faces charges, and her 14-year-old son now sits in a juvenile detention facility. Two other juveniles, ages 14 and 16, are also sitting in juvie. The other *ahem* adults in this little scheme are as follows: Jorge Elias, 18, Tony Vaughn, 20, and Jason Moore, 20. A search of the apartment revealed a sawed off shotgun, two pellet guns, a sub-machine gun, and several stolen items from the reported robberies. All of the adults are facing several armed robbery charges…Roberson, 51, is getting extra charges thrown on, including child abuse and conspiracy.

And what does Roberson have to say about all of this? She shifted blame to the guys, saying that she thought they were doing gang initiations when she saw them beating up others as she waited in her car. This woman is a revolting, steaming pile of malodorous human excrement.
