Naples, Florida – While performing a welfare check on Saturday, detectives found the murdered bodies of Guerline Damas, 32, and her children Michzach, 9, Marven, 6, Maven, 5, Megan, 3 and Morgan, who would have been a year old next week. The one person not located was Mesac Dumas, 33. He is now a person of interest in the murder of his wife and five children. Investigators located his car at the Miami International airprt and believe he is now in Haiti, where he has family. It is being reported that Mesac Damas was charged with domestic battery charges back in January. You can read the report here. (warning – it’s a PDF) The problem police face now is that the Haiti government will not extradite Damas unless it is proven, without a doubt, that Damas committed the crime. Dunno who killed this family but unless Mesac has a very convincing story of some Haiti gang members who murdered his family and now he is on some Charles Bronson Death Wish type mission, things are looking pretty obvious, especially since police have been to their home on multiple occasions for domestic violence related calls. Hearing the deputy in the video state that this is the “most horrific, most violent event this community has ever experienced” has my brain reeling at what the hell the murder did to this family.

Hamilton, OH – Asuncion “Suzie” Avila-Villa is one callous, putrid, vile, waste of skin. Nature mistakenly saw fit to bless this worthless sack of shit masquerading as a human being with the ability to create a little human, and what does she do with that gift she managed to create? She allegedly abused him, neglected him, crushed his tiny skull, and threw him in the trash can. Then the wretched beast thought she could lie her way out of it. On Monday, the gargoyle called 911 and tearfully reported that her baby’s daddy had taken off with her precious little gift on Sunday and she hasn’t seen either one of them since. Boohoo. Sniff. Well, right away, shit didn’t add up and cops were suspicious from the start. And for good reason – the child’s tiny body was found in a trash can in the alley behind the degenerate’s apartment complex on Tuesday. Little Israel Santos was just 5-weeks old. Autopsy confirmed that he had died from a crushed skull prior to being thrown into the trash. He also had a broken arm and appeared to be malnourished, weighing only 9 pounds, just one ounce more than when he was born. He had been dead for two days when he was found. Villa, 25, was arrested and charged with murder, endangering children, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. The child’s father is not considered a suspect in the case.

Orlando, FL- On August 11, 4-month-old Ashley Diaz was rushed to the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children for unknown reasons. An hour later a doctor pronounced the little girl dead. The Medical Examiner’s Office has not yet determined exactly how Ashley died, but investigators believe her mother, 21-year old Katie Furtaw, may have that answer. You see, little Ashley’s body was covered in what appeared to be bite marks. There were bite marks on both her upper arms, both sides of her neck, her left elbow, her left inner thigh and her right upper thigh. Ashley also had a bruise above one of her eyes.

When investigators first asked Furtaw about her daughter’s injuries, she said she never noticed any marks and knew nothing about them. Days later, police asked her again in a second interview how Ashley got her injuries, Furtaw changed her story and said she occasionally “nibbles” on the baby in a “playful manner.” On Friday, police once again asked Furtaw to explain her daughter’s injuries and the bitch cried and again said she playfully nibbled on her daughter. Furtaw admitted that she had seen the bite-marks, but didn’t think they were serious. Detectives continued to question Furtaw’s bullshit explanations and that was when she began crying hysterically and finally admitted to biting the child out of frustration.  Fucking Bitch!

Furtaw said Ashley would not stop crying after she was fed and had her diaper changed. She told the investigators that she did not know how to deal with it and bit her daughter out of frustration between 5 and 10 times. The Medical Examiner’s office may take several more weeks to determine the cause of Ashley’s death. Meanwhile, her bitch of a mother was arrested for aggravated child abuse and then released from the Orange County jail after posting $5,000 bond. Reporters have attempted to reach Furtaw, but the phone number listed in her arrest report is conveniently no longer in service.

Gun Barrel City, TX- There’s not a whole lot of info. on this one, but I believe these two deserve their fifteen minutes of shame after what happened to their baby boy. Investigators were called to the East Texas Medical Center in Gun Barrel City on May 5 and found a deceased 4-month old child in an emergency room. Officers noted that the baby boy was severely underweight. The boy’s bones were visible through his skin and his eyes were sunken into his head. The child had been taken to the hospital after he was found not breathing. After a three month investigation, the parents of the child have been arrested. Shawn Davis Wagner, 22, and Kristina Faye Tello, 21, are now charged with manslaughter after an autopsy report revealed their son, Hayden, died of starvation and his death was ruled a homicide. They are each being held on a $1,000,000 bond.

BURLINGTON, Vermont – Police received a 911 call from a distraught man on Sunday who claimed that he had just stopped 23-year-old Valerie Beale from stabbing their infant to death because it would not stop crying. He was injured in the process and claimed that she stated she was “going to put a smile on its face“. She was arrested near the scene and is now facing attempted murder and domestic violence charges. I am pretty sure I found her Myspace (it was pretty easy) and if it is – whew, are people gonna have a field day with that one. No more info at this point, will update if as soon as more is available.

San Antonio, TX – Well folks, this is one of those stories that is going to make your stomach turn.  Not much shocks me anymore, but every once in a while, a story will come along that makes me want to head straight for an underground bunker with some rations and wait out the apocalypse.  Early Sunday morning, Otty Sanchez’s mother went to check on her daughter and new grandson and walked into something horrible.  A scene that probably resembled something straight out of the goriest horror flick.  She found Sanchez cradling the decapitated and badly mutilated body of 3 1/2 week old baby Scott Wesley Buchholtz-Sanchez.  Pretty bad huh?  Hold on, it gets much much worse.

After walking in on the grisly scene, Sanchez’s mother took the dead baby from Sanchez and dialed 911.  When officers arrived, they found the body of the infant laying on the bed in a pool of blood.  The child had not only been decapitated, he had been skinned and gutted.  Oh, and body parts were missing.  The body had to be removed in two bags.

Police found Sanchez sitting on the couch screaming “I killed my baby.  I want to die.”  She claims she was hearing voices and the devil made her do it.  She used a kitchen knife and possibly a sword and machete to kill the baby.  She then stabbed herself in the chest and abdomen.  When asked about the missing body parts, Sanchez said she ate them.  Ate. Them.  Gimme a sec.  I feel faint.  Ugh.

Sanchez was detained and taken to the hospital.  When she is released she will be charged with capital murder which means she will be facing the death penalty.

No word yet on whether this was a bad case of Postpartum Psychosis or if she was on some sort of really bad drug.  There also is no mugshot to be found yet and I am dying to see what she looks like.  Not sure if it will help much, but putting a face to the act may help me process it better.  One thing I do know for sure, Sanchez’s mother will be needing some major therapy.  This definitely qualifies as one of those things you can not unsee.

St. John, MO – If ever there were a perfect tool for parenting, it’s the pacifier. On one hand, I can’t tell you how many hours of much needed sleep I can attribute to the beloved binky…with a couple of my own children, and later, my grandson. On the other hand, binkies can be a real pain in the ass – especially if the kid really doesn’t want to be corked. My son, who never was a fan of the pacifier, was a world class binky spitter…he could pop that thing out of his mouth and across the room in the blink of an eye, without a break in the screaming. I did what many parents do, let him scream until he wore himself out or walk the floor with him until he fell asleep. It never crossed my mind to tie a blanket around his little face to keep that cork in his mouth. Authorities believe that is exactly what Stacey Johnson did to her 2-month-old son, Tyler.

Last Friday, at about 7:30 p.m., Stacey put Tyler to bed. Apparently, Tyler wasn’t quite ready for bed and began to fuss. After popping the infant’s pacifier back into his mouth time and time again, Stacey grew a little frustrated. She put the binky into the boy’s mouth and tied a receiving blanket around his head, covering his mouth and nose, to assure the binky stayed in place. Tyler was finally quieted….for good. When Stacey went back into the room at around 12:45 to check on him, he wasn’t breathing. Tyler Goss was pronounced dead at the hospital…the ME determined the cause of death to be suffocation.

Tyler’s father, Darren Goss, thinks Stacey was tired and confused that night and wants to make it clear that he is standing by his girlfriend. “Everyone wants to be like she did this on purpose. And I think her intent was only to quiet him down. I don’t believe she just thought she had one child too many.” Darren wonders if Tyler’s death could have been prevented. Ummm, duh? Of course it could have been prevented! I don’t believe Stacey intended to kill the baby, but I don’t believe it was fatigue and confusion that killed Tyler, either. I think it was his mother’s laziness, period. “I can kinda understand what she was probably trying to think of,” Darren said. “I mean she could have just woke me up but she was trying to let me sleep and didn’t want anybody else to wake up so just did the best thing she thought, but it just happened to be the wrong thing.” Stacey has three other children, so she isn’t new to the whole mommy thing. Speaking of her other children, it is reported that DCFS has had contact with the family on several previous occasions, but nothing came out of it.

“I’m very shocked that something like that has been said,” said Stacey’s mother, Teresa, of the charges. She believes her daughter is innocent and the charges against her are false. After all, Stacey pulled the receiving blanket trick with Tyler just last week and Tyler didn’t die that time. “I think she did it to keep the pacifier in his mouth. And by tying it around his face and his mouth I don’t know if she was in the right state of frame to where she thought it was going to suffocate him,” she added.

Stacey Johnson, 30, confessed to what happened during her third interview with police. She is being held on $200,000 cash only bond and is facing charges of second-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child. Her surviving children, ages 1, 3, and 6 are staying with relatives for the time being.

Galloway, NJ – I rarely tire of pure selfish acts. For some reason they astound me. No one has found the answer to the million dollar question: What the fuck were they thinking? And so as I read these stories, I often play their scene over in my head trying to catch a glimpse of their motives. What exactly is their reasoning? Why don’t they seem to think about consequence? How can one individual possess complete unadulterated stupidity? Meet 27 year old, Tracy Posner. Although I tried, I couldn’t manage to wrap my mind around this New Jersey girl’s actions.

Some women like the attention pregnancy brings about. My sister-in-law was the biggest pregnancy-attention-whore I’ve ever known. At least she had the brains to make an attempt at parenting, so unlike most of whom we feature on these pages. Ms. Posner, on the other hand, must have viewed motherhood as something that would cramp her style. After all, she had a job at the *gasp* mall. How cool is that? So once the belly growing days had ended and the labor commenced, Tracy apparently decided to be self sufficient and deliver that baby herself at home. Maybe she stayed at a “Holiday Inn Express” – felt qualified and shit. It’s hard to say. What brings her the Dreamin’ Demon is the allegations of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s office. Those guys certainly know how to ruin a girl’s fun. Tracy Posner was arrested Monday while she was at work. The prosecutor has charged her with aggravated manslaughter and child endangerment in connection with the death of her daughter.

Seems like Tracy gave birth, wrapped the baby in a towel, put the towel in a plastic bag, and promptly put her under her sink. She put her daughter UNDER THE SINK! Bury her or something semi-normal sick fucks usually do. But under the sink? With like cleaners and stuff? Holy shit! Anyway, I digressed from this intriguing story. She tipped herself off the following day when she went to the hospital with some kind of ailment and the doctors (who I imagine were trained and didn’t need the magic of a “Holiday Inn Express”) discovered the placenta still inside of her! Although this all went down in February, apparently the death examiners were very busy and the authorities couldn’t follow through with the arrest until the autopsy had been completed and reviewed. And so I’ve tapped my time to chose Tracy Posner as my favorite selfish bitch of the day. Congratulations, Tracy.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma–Willis Lambert was released from prison just 14-months ago. You see, Lambert pleaded guilty 10-years ago to abusing his then-2-month-old son, Isaac Lambert. Willis admitted to using “unreasonable force” on his son, who had bruising around his eyes, a broken collarbone and a broken leg. Police received a call from Willis early Tuesday morning after he discovered his infant daughter had stopped breathing. He said he put the baby in her bassinet at about 9:30 p.m. Monday, but when he woke to use the restroom, he noticed she was very still, so he placed his hand on her chest. That’s when he woke up Rachel’s mother and called 911. So mom was sleeping while the baby was shaken to death by a convicted child abuser? Interesting. Willis Lambert, 37, was booked on a complaint of first-degree murder. He is being held without bond. Let’s throw away the key this time, shall we?

Lambert told investigators that he and the baby’s mother have been dating for 12-years now, and they were supposed to get married next week. Damn…the honeymoon is over before it even started. Boo. Fucking. Hoo. He said he didn’t live at the house with the baby but had spent the night. Two other children were removed from the home after Rachel’s death.

BOARDMAN, Ore. – See the tears that have formed on Araceli’s face? Tears just about to spill over and run down her cheeks? Well there are a few possible reasons for their creation. She is either remorseful for what she did to end up on the front page of dreamindemon.com, she regrets that she got caught and is facing a slew of charges or they are coming from the fumes that emanated from the porta-potty she dumped her newborn into.

Dave Marshall, a sanitation worker for C.B.’s Portable Restrooms, found the body of a newborn in the tank of a porta-potty on Sunday after it had taken to the town of Hermiston for cleaning. Marshall pushed a black plastic wand into the hole beneath the toilet seat to vacuum waste and felt something odd, said C.B. Kreutz, the company’s owner.

“He looked a little bit closer and he saw what he thought was like a doll,” Kreutz said. “And of course, it felt kinda heavy. … He looked closer and saw that it had an umbilical cord.”

The origin of the toilet was eventually traced back to farm workers outside Boardman and then to 21-year-old Araceli, a migrant worker who had been weeding vegetables on a farm for the last several weeks. While she did show a Social Security card to Atkinson Staffing Inc, a company that provides farm labor for Oregon, government records show no legal resident of the United States with Velasquez-Espain’s name and date of birth. This company also has a policy that requires pregnant women to provide a doctor’s note stating it is ok for them to work.

Velasquez-Espain is being held at the Umatilla County Jail on a $2 million bail facing a handful of charges that the prosecution has thrown at her. These include aggravated murder, murder, manslaughter, abuse of a corpse, criminal mistreatment and concealing the birth of an infant. I figure she concealed the pregnancy for obvious reasons, to keep working. I’m hoping that the baby was born dead. This still wouldn’t excuse the fact that she dumped it in a shit-filled toilet – but that’s a lot better than knowing a newborn died because it got a mouthful of human waste.

Gretna, Louisiana–At just 17 years of age, Arnold Ross already has quite a few accomplishments under his little belt. Assuming that one knew of Arnie’s checkered past, I have to wonder why one would feel comfortable leaving an infant with him. Arnie’s 34-year-old girlfriend, yes…I said 34-year-old girlfriend…felt confident enough with the little thug to let him watch over her infant. Arnie was babysitting the 8-month-old child last Saturday, when the child suffered an untimely and violent death.

Arnold grew frustrated with the crying infant and started to beat the shit out of him. Literally. As he was beating the tiny baby, the baby pooped on himself. Well shit…now Arnie had a big mess on his hands. In an attempt to clean up the mess, Arnie stuck his finger in the child’s ass. Was he going for the ‘deep-clean’ or what? Yes, aside from the multiple fractures the child suffered from the beating, he also had tears in his rectum. Arnie initially told police that the infant, Da-Von, fell down the stairs and just stopped breathing. A neighbor, however, reported hearing loud noises coming from the home. Under Louisiana law, Arnold Ross can, and will be, charged as an adult. He is being held, without bond, on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated rape.

Beaverton, Oregon–Korena Roberts is, in three words, in-fucking-sane. Even before you read the story, check out that mug and tell me you don’t agree. 911 dispatchers received a call Friday afternoon regarding an infant in distress. When EMT’s arrived at the home, they found a man, Korena’s boyfriend, performing CPR on an unresponsive infant. Korena informed the EMT’s that she had just given birth to the baby. Rescuers observed a large amount of blood in the house and decided to get Korena and the infant to the hospital, post haste. Sadly, doctors were unable to revive the newborn. They then turned their attention to Korena. After all, she had just delivered a child, right? Wrong. Imagine their surprise when they discovered Korena had not given birth at anytime in the recent past. Well, that’s odd. *insert creepy psycho music here* Officials at the hospital informed the Washington County Sheriff’s office of the discovery and deputies returned to Korena’s home and started looking for anyone who might be injured, or, you know, missing a baby. During a search of the home, officers made a gruesome discovery…the body of a woman in the crawlspace of the kitchen.  Korena was placed under arrest on an accusation of murder.

While detectives were trying to figure out the victim’s identity, a man called police to report that his pregnant girlfriend, 21-year-old Heather Megan Snively, who was in her third trimester, was missing. The man was the baby’s father. Heather’s relatives believe she met her killer after seeing an ad for baby clothes Korena had posted on Craigslist. Jon Hall, Snively’s grandfather, said he believes that his granddaughter had no previous contact with Korena. “The story I got was this woman she met on Craigslist had baby clothes and (Heather) wanted baby clothes,” Hall said Sunday. “This woman came and picked her up and was supposed to take her to her house and give her baby clothes. … I don’t think she’d ever met her face to face before.” The baby, who wasn’t even supposed to make an appearance until July, and most definitely not underneath these circumstances, was to be named John Steven.

Korena is the mother of two young children, who were not home at the time of the killing. Korena’s boyfriend is cooperating with police and is not expected to be charged. An autopsy was performed on Sunday to determine how the baby was delivered, and whether he died before or after birth. The results of that autopsy, which are to be released today, could result in another murder charge. Korena Roberts, 28, is being held in the Washington County Jail and is scheduled to be arraigned today.

Fetal abductions and attempted fetal abductions aren’t as rare as one might think. Wikipedia lists about 13 abductions in the US between 1987 and 2008. Hell, we’ve had one featured right here on the Dreamin’ Demon. Why couldn’t Korena have crossed paths with the likes of Danielle Payne? Or Ashley Johnson? Or Erica Kelley? Colorado Springs, Colorado–Willie Allmon is a savage, rotten, worthless motherfucker. This putrid piece of shit has no business wasting oxygen or space. Allmon is a registered sex offender with violent tendencies. And, someone trusted that repugnant asshole enough to leave a baby with him….

His prior criminal history tells a story–in ‘88, he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated incest and sexual assault. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sex offense. It is believed that he fondled a child. Again, in ‘88, his then-wife petitioned for a protection order, claiming that he choked and threatened her and held her against her will. The pair parted for good in ‘98, after he told her he had a gun close by and would use it on anyone who got in his way. In ‘02, a female relative was granted a permanent restraining order against Allmon after accusing him of sexually abusing her. So, tell me…given his track record, who in their right fucking mind thought it would be ok to leave baby Isiah with this monster?

Allmon had a couple of bullshit stories ready for the telling. First, he claimed Isiah fell off the bed, and when he went to change the child’s diaper, he passed out. When he came to, he was on top of Isiah, and the child was gurgling and his eyes had rolled back into his head. In another version, Allmon claims he accidentally banged Isiah’s head on the kitchen counter and dropped the child while attempting CPR. A medical examination told a different story…doctors reported the child was suffering from severe head injuries and showed signs of having been raped. Isiah was placed on life support last Monday and died the next day.

Willie Allmon, 52, was initially arrested Tuesday on suspicion of felony child abuse, but was released after posting $25,000 bond. An arrest warrant accusing him of first-degree murder was issued after the child died. Willie Allmon…I hope you rot, you revolting pile of excrement…but only after being anally raped a few hundred thousand times. Asshole.

Albuquerque, New Mexico–On March 15, a mother found the body of a boy buried under the swings of Alvarado Park. For days the police asked the public for any information that could help not only identify the boy, but also aid in piecing together the puzzle of how a young boy ends up buried in the sand of a public park. A composite of the boy was released as well as pictures of the clothes he was wearing. Now the identity of the boy has been discovered, as well as his murderer. What happened to that boy was a bit more heinous than I could have imagined.

The boy is 3-year-old is Ty Toribio and his murderer is his own mother, Tiffany Toribio. Police arrested the 23-year-old woman after family members contacted them stating that the description of the boy on the news matched the description of her son. She confessed to killing her son, and the story she told was pretty heartbreaking.

Toribio and her son were kicked out of a friends house in the early morning hours of May 15. She and Ty went to the nearby Alvarado Park where the two lay down in the sand after the sprinkler system shut off. Once Ty fell asleep, police say that Toribio decided that she did not want Ty growing up like she did – unwanted. So using her hands, she covered his mouth and nose and suffocated him. But then she did something absolutely unbelievable. Racked with guilt, she used CPR to revive him. Once he began breathing, she changed her mind and killed him again. She then buried him under the climbing gym’s hanging bridge.

“What makes this story especially sad was when asked the reason why she took Ty’s life, Tiffany said that she did not want him to grow up with no one caring about him the same way that she had grown up with no one caring about her,” said Police Chief Ray Schultz.

It is being reported that she has attempted suicide while in jail. She is a single mother with no record who had recently been kicked out of her mother’s home and her friend’s apartment, reportedly she withheld affection from Ty and did not pay attention to him. Julie Gonzalez, who lives near the park, said the boy’s mother was “always partying”.

Howe, Oklahoma–Little Aiden Furney, all of 3 1/2 months old, arrived at the Eastern Oklahoma Medical Center in Poteau late Saturday evening…he was unconscious and unresponsive. The little guy was in pretty bad shape–he had ligature marks on his neck, a little blunt force trauma to the back of the head, and a fucking shoe imprint on his tiny chest. An adult-sized footprint.

This wasn’t the first instance of abuse…I know, you’re shocked, right? Further examination of the baby revealed old fractures to his arm and head. The infant was airlifted to a Tulsa hospital shortly after his arrival at the emergency room. Aiden Furney was broken and couldn’t be fixed–he died early Monday morning.

Wonder who that footprint belonged to? It belonged to his father, 22-year-old Aaron Hinson. Hinson told authorities that he ‘accidentally stepped on the child.’ Someone please tell me how one could ‘accidentally’ step on a little human being. Am I missing something? Were there 10 or 15 little ones strewn through the couple’s mobile home like land mines? And, did he ‘accidentally’ try to strangle the child? I’d truly like 5 minutes alone with Aaron to ask him. Originally charged with child abuse, Hinson’s charges were upgraded to murder after Aiden’s death. The degree of murder will be determined by the district attorney. And mommy? She got hauled in too. For allowing her accident prone boyfriend to break her baby, Kayla Furney, 20, is facing failure to protect and child abuse charges. A 2-year-old child was removed from the home and placed in protective custody. DHS is launching an investigation to determine if she, too, has been abused.
