Long Beach, California I am not a believer in the “after life” but in case I am totally wrong, I sure hope Neely Dinkins burns in hell soon. He is charged with hitting two toddlers while driving drunk. He drug them both for a block before one of the children, a 2-year-old boy, became dislodged. His 1-year-old sister was not so lucky. She remained lodged in the wheel well of his SUV – still in the wagon she had been sitting in – where she remained even after Dinkins parked his vehicle at his home a mile away. Where he ran inside like a cowardly bitch.

Friday evening these two children, a little 2 year-old boy and his 1 year-old sister, were being pulled in their red wagon by their parents. Using crosswalks are suppose to be fairly safe, no? I mean, cross with caution still, but lights are in your favor, all is good until some drunken form of evil smashes your life forever. I cannot even summon up words to describe the accused. Nothing seems appropriate.

After (allegedly) hitting them, the two children and their wagon became entwined with Dinkin’s SUV. After about a block he stopped, backed his vehicle up a bit and dislodged the 2 year-old boy and part of the wagon. Unfortunately for his 1 year-old sister, it would be another mile before her little body would be discovered in the wheel well.

The witnesses were screaming in total disbelief. Screaming for him to stop. As Dinkins passed another motorist, the child was described as looking like a rag doll…and he was being followed by one witness in another vehicle. Dinkins pulled into his driveway and according to a neighbor, claimed he said, “I think I hit a baby” as he ran through his front door. The neighbor verified the fact this fucker wasn’t lying by walking over to the SUV and seeing the little girl dressed in blue stuck up in there.

Neely Dinkins appeared for his arraignment and officials responsible for transfering him from the jail to the courthouse state he was downright indignant. He was very unapologetic and angry – the two things that haven’t changed since his arrest Friday evening.

Dinkins is no stranger to the legal system. Although his prior arrests have not had to do with previous DUI’s, one of the terms of his probation for drugs was that he abstain from any mood altering substances. (Drugs and/or alcohol) Police state Dinkins’ blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

The 2 year-old little boy is alive.

33 year-old Neely Dinkins has been charged with second-degree murder, driving under the influence causing injury and/or death, driving under the influence, hit-and-run causing injury and/or death, and driving on a suspended license. His bail was raised from $100,000 to $1.3 million.

I wish there were less human rights organizations who might be apt to stop the torture of this fucker. After reading this story, no matter what your stance on the death penalty is, I’m fairly confident you are as sickened as I and wish there were some form of justice that would inflict as much pain as Neely has.

TULSA, OK - On Nov 12th, 2007 a woman had a motorcycle accident outside of Backyard Bar. Four people who witnessed the crash ran out to assist her. It is at that point that a drunken Kimberly Graham plowed into the group in her Dodge Ram Pickup, killing ever single one of them. She then did the noble thing and fled the scene leaving them strewn down Memorial Drive to die. She was later arrested after turning herself in and charged with five counts of first-degree manslaughter. On March 12th of this year, jurors convicted Kimberly Graham on all five counts plus one count of leaving the scene of an accident. Yesterday, Judge Thornbrugh sentenced her to 107 years in prison. 20 years for each victim and 7 years for leaving the scene.

DeAnna and Ronny Coatney, Casey Jones, Anita Foote, and Shannon Lacey all died that night because of drunk-driving moron. Most of you know my thoughts on people who kill others while driving drunk (I think they should get murder charges), I am still glad that the jurors agreed with prosecutors on this and that obviously, so did the judge.

Graham’s attorney’s tried to say it wasn’t her fault because all of the victims were crouched low in the dark street, but that contradicted police officer Jason Willingham who said, “This section of road is a decent lit piece of road, short of putting a fire truck out there, I don’t know what else you could do.” Graham even admitted to police that she was drunk and that is why she left the scene, telling officers she had one mixed drink, two shots, and six beers that night. But when she took the stand during the trial (which is never a good thing in cases like this) she told jurors that she was not drunk and had overestimated the amount she drank that night. Right.

She also never apologized or address the victim’s families even though she was given two chances to do so. But who gives a fuck. Let her pay for her mistake and hopefully she will have enough time to think about the damage she has done – including to her own friends and family – while spending the rest of her life in a cell. Hopefully cases like this can get some of you dumb fucks to think twice before endangering my life when you get on the road after drinking. Most of you suck at driving anyway (yeah, you too), the last thing you need is alcohol.

Grand Prairie, TX- Shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday, 27-year-old Vincent Paul Riojas was driving his 2004 Chevy Cavalier east on Main Street in Grand Prairie. Riojas must have been under the influence of something that night, because his car drifted across the center line and collided into a bicyclist head-on. The cyclist, 59-year-old Ronnie Monroe Keller, was thrown onto the hood of Riojas’ car, flew up over the roof and then crashed through the back window where his body became partially lodged in the back seat of the car. Obviously, if Riojas had immediately sought medical assistance for his victim, you would not be seeing his mugshot on the front page today. Sadly, denziens, Riojas did no such thing and that makes him a fucktard.

What did Riojas do? He drove his car to his home, which was a few blocks from the crash scene, and hid the damaged vehicle in the side yard of his residence. His clothing soaked with Keller’s blood, he ran into his home, saw his family, and immediately ran back out. Worried family members hurried outside and that was when they seen Riojas’ damaged car. His mother looked inside the vehicle, saw Keller’s bloody body hunched over in the back seat, and called 911. She believed her son may have been in a fight and that the man in the car was a friend who had also been injured. On their way to Riojas’ home, police noticed noticed a mangled blue mountain bike in front of auto-body shop on Main Street. After one look at the vehicle, they were pretty positive that Riojas’ car had been involved in the wreck with the bike.

Keller was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police later found the little fucktard hiding beneath a neighbor’s car. Police are now waiting on a toxicology report to determine Riojas’ blood-alcohol level at the time of the crash, but the results won’t be back for about a month. Riojas was charged with intoxication manslaughter, resisting arrest and failure to stop and render aid. He was also wanted on an unrelated felony warrant. Riojas was convicted of multiple drug charges in 2006 in Dallas County and sentenced to five years in prison. He was released in November 2007 under supervision until Aug. 2, 2010. He now sits in jail on a $150,000 bond. Police say a surveillance video from the auto-repair shop shows Riojas’ Cavalier hitting Keller’s bicycle at 9:04 p.m. Saturday. Riojas’ mother called 911 at 9:20 p.m. and it was about 20 minutes later when Keller was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police believe with the seriousness of the injuries, Keller would have had a greater chance of surviving if Riojas had called for help immediately after the wreck.

Omaha, Nebraska–Ana Rodriguez de Lopez-Cardenas, 35, is dead – run down in front of her two young children – because Courtney Antillon is a jealous, trifling, bitch with a volatile temper. Monday evening, after being involved in a minor traffic incident with Courtney’s boyfriend, Israel Francisco-Gonzalo, Ana was standing outside of her vehicle exchanging insurance information with Israel. To make matters worse, as Courtney sped off, she glanced into her rear view mirror and noticed a couple of kids run up to aid the woman she had just plowed into. Those kids were Ana’s two children – Stephany, 13, and Joseph, 8 – they had all just finished eating at an ice cream shop. “I remember hitting her,” Courtney said. “I seen two people run to her. I didn’t know they were her kids.” Ana suffered massive head and internal injuries…she died later that evening.

Now, get this, not only were Ana’s kids witness to the accident, so was one of Courtney’s. She had her 2-year-old son, Ivan, in the car with her at the time of the accident. After plowing into Ana, Courtney was on the phone with her mother, Debra Perez, asking her to come and pick up Ivan. “I just hit a woman and she’s not getting up,” Courtney told her mother. Courtney abandoned her car…she needed some time to think. After collecting Courtney and Ivan, Perez said she drove Courtney to her grandmother’s house to see her 5-year-old daughter, Samantha, before she turned herself in. “She was kind of aiming at him to scare him,” Debra said of the accident. “Not to kill anyone, just to scare him and get his attention. I think she did it without thinking, and then when she hit her, she freaked out.” Great scare tactic, Courtney.

From jail, with tears running down her face, Courtney said, “I’m scared. But I want whatever happens to happen. If I get a life sentence, I get a life sentence.” I, for one, am keeping my fingers crossed. She claims that she did not try to run her boyfriend down. The evidence and witness accounts, however, say she did. Courtney Antillon, 20, now faces numerous charges, including manslaughter, felony second-degree assault (for running over her boyfriend’s foot), failure to render aid, and leaving the scene of an accident. Bail has been set at $1 million. Another person is facing charges as well, Courtney’s cousin, Diana Dandridge, 23, was a passenger in the car and has been charged with being an accessory to a felony. She is being held on $10,000 bail.

Wheeling, West Virginia -  I never have liked clowns. I always found them to be creepy. They wait for you to go to sleep at night, then eat you. I don’t have much use for drunks either, especially behind the wheel. You might call Patricia Ingalls the drunken hit and run clown.

Ingalls, a clown for 17 years, was in full clown costume and on her way to work a gig at the Ogden 20K Race. Anxious to get to work blowing up balloons and whatever other things creepy clowns do, she got in an accident with another vehicle and decided to haul ass. Imagine the horror as police arrived and arrested her in front of the kiddies. They kids clung to her and begged them not to take the clown away. Actually the true horror is her clown makeup. Down at the station, the drunken clown blew a .252, more than three times the legal limit.

Ingalls spoke out after her arrest to say she was sorry the kids witnessed her being taken into custody. “I’m not allowed to drink in costume and I should have never went because I was too upset,” said Ingalls. However, she denies she was drunk at the time of the accident. Did I mention that I don’t like clowns? Bah!

Atlanta, Georgia – Aimee Michael, 22, was charged with five counts of homicide by vehicle, one count of failure to maintain lane and one count of serious injury by vehicle, and hit and run. She was the driver of the BMW police have been looking for in connection with the Easter crash that claimed the lives of 5 people. Robert and Delisia Carter, as well as the couple’s newborn son, Ethan Blake, and Delisia Carter’s 9-year-old daughter, Kayla, died in their Mercedes after striking a Volkswagen driven by 43-year-old Tracy Johnson who survived the crash that killed her 6-year-old daughter, Morgan.

A SWAT team was used to gain access to the home in which the BMW was parked in the driveway. They surrounded the home but found no one home. At the same time a neighbor stated she saw Aimee and two other women pull into the neighborhood in an SUV, but U-turn at the site of police. They eventually returned to the home where they were apprehended and taken to the Fulton County police major crimes unit.

The accident, from what I can gather from other reports and the charges filed, seemed to involve Aimee and the Carters’ Mercedes colliding on Camp Creek Parkway. Both vehicles then crossed a median, where the Mercedes hit the Johnson’s Volkswagen head-on and burst into flames. Aimee left the scene.

Lawrence, Massachusetts–Responding to a report of a domestic disturbance early Sunday morning, police found 16-year-old Edilize Cruet, lying in the street, bleeding. She was mowed down, head on, by a car driven by her mother’s angry boyfriend, Gilberto Vega. What started out as an argument between two adults, ended with the death of an innocent teenager.

Gilberto and Betsaida Lorriano had argued about a towed car for most of Saturday evening and into Sunday morning. The argument got heated enough that Gilberto was asked to leave Betsaida’s home. After leaving, Gilberto returned to the neighborhood at least twice, driving erratically down the street each time. Betsaida and her children stepped outside to try and convince the pissed off Gilberto to stop. As Betsaida and her kids stood in the street, Gilberto took aim with his car and accelerated. Betsaida and her son were able to move out of the way, Edilize wasn’t quite so lucky. Gilberto ran her over and kept right on going. Edilize was later pronounced dead at Lawrence General Hospital.

The scene was chaotic; a ‘large hostile crowd’ had gathered in the street. The crowd rushed the ambulance as medical personnel were attempting to save Edilize’s life. They were ordered out of the back of the ambulance, only to return. People were angry–running and yelling in the street. Minutes later, Gilberto was found parked on a nearby street. When approached by officers, he immediately began to apologize. As officers tried to take Gilberto into custody, the crowd started moving their way. Unfortunately, before the hostile crowd could get their hands on him, Gilberto was put into a patrol car and whisked away.

Gilberto Vega, 26, was charged with manslaughter, negligent homicide by motor vehicle, drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death. He is being held without bail.

Xavier Delgado, Gilberto’s brother-in-law, says that Gilberto has no recollection of the accident and is very remorseful. ‘He’s sitting in a cell crying his eyes out.’ He described Gilberto as a hard worker who ‘is not a troublemaker.’ Boo-fuckin-hoo, Gilberto. Coward…

Eufaula, Alabama–Christy Ann Purswell, 30, let insane jealousy and anger get the best of her. Now she’s sitting in jail and an innocent 18-year-old girl is fighting for her life after Christy ran over her face with a fucking Cadillac.

Christy thought her husband was cheating on her. Armed with a screwdriver, she jumped into her big ‘ol Caddie, and drove off in search of the ‘other woman.’ She arrived at the woman’s house at 4:00 Thursday morning. She confronted the other woman and the two began fighting. Family members inside the house were awakened by the commotion going on outside, and two teen girls ran out of the house and tried to disarm the crazed psycho bitch with the screwdriver.

Christy jumped into her car, accelerated, and hit one of the teen girls. After the girl was down, Christy slammed the car into reverse, accelerated at a high rate of speed, and hit her again…this time, running over the girl’s face and torso. The victim was dragged a short distance down the road before she became dislodged from underneath the vehicle. Christy took off.

The victim, 18-year-old Jessica Wilson, was rushed to the hospital and was immediately taken to surgery. She is listed in very critical condition with severe head trauma and internal injuries. Quitman County Chief Deputy Eddie Ingrams said it was a horrifying situation. ‘The tire ran over her face. A lot of internal injuries. She has a collapsed lung and a lacerated liver. She lost 50% of her blood internally and we found 3 of her teeth embedded in the car. This was nasty.’ Ho-lee-shit.

Christy Purswell turned herself in to Quitman County deputies in Georgia sometime Wednesday. She’s facing felony counts of aggravated assault and aggravated battery. She currently has no bond and additional charges are pending.

Maurice Jones

League City, Texas - The man pictured above is Maurice Jones, 34. He was walking along Dickinson Avenue after finishing his shift at McDonalds. Someone driving on the other side of the street lost control of their car and struck Maurice, killing him instantly. But even though the driver has yet to be found, it is all good, as the driver left a note by Maurice’s body apologizing for killing him.

The note read “I’m sorry,” and “I have a family.” But that is no consolation for Maurice’s family, a family that includes his 11-year-old daughter. “I think it’s a coward,“ said Jones’ mother, Roberta Jones. “You should admit what you did wrong because eventually it will catch up with you.“

Maurice was killed sometime after 10 p.m. on Saturday, his body found early Sunday morning. The vehicle was traveling in the same direction Maurice was walking, swerved across the northbound lane, struck Jones, went through a ditch before ending up 40 yards from where it left the road.

After examining the 20-word message written in ink, League City police believe the driver is a female between the ages of 25 and 40. “We believe this person is very remorseful and dealing with a lot of grief,” said Detective Scott Aldridge. I am not condoning the driver’s actions at all, so don’t twist these words around…but if the driver was drunk – leaving the scene may have been morally wrong, but legally the smartest thing they could have done. If the DUI laws in that state are the same as a lot of others, if you hit and kill someone one while impaired, the penalty is far, far stiffer than had you just hit and killed someone. It is why a lot of drunks leave the scene, only to return back sober when it is impossible to prove they had been under the influence of any substance at the time of the accident.

My bet is that this person will simply turn themselves in, effectively owning up to the accident without having to admit to any activity that could lead to DUI charges, and a much stiffer penalty. I hate to say this, but with the laws set up that way, you are just asking for this type of reaction.

Beverly Chacon and Brenda Melton

Albequerque, NM – If someone stepped up and raised your children for you while you were serving time in prison, how would you thank them?   Would you drive drunk again and slam into them head-on, killing them?  Me, neither.  But that’s how Beverly Chacon, 40,  repaid long-time family friend Brenda Melton for years of kindness. 

On March 4, Beverly Chacon drank 3/5 of a bottle of Southern Comfort, and got behind the wheel of her car.  She drove the wrong way down a one-way street, and careered head-on into Brenda Melton’s vehicle, then fled the scene.  A quick-thinking witness followed her vehicle and notified police of her whereabouts.  Beverly was taken into custody;  Brenda died the next day.

What makes the story incredible is that Brenda Melton, 37, helped to raise Beverly Chacon’s 3 children while her drunk ass was in and out of prison over the years.    Brenda and her life partner, Carmen Salas, took care of one of Beverly son’s, now 21, for over 12 years.  That’s some serious friendship, and just goes to show you that no good deed goes unpunished.

Brenda was well-loved in the community and an active volunteer for a variety of organizations, including the humane society and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.  If that’s not irony rearing its ugly head, I don’t know what is.  Even in death, Brenda is helping people:  as an organ donor,  her organs were harvested and went to three different individuals, that they might live.

For her part, Beverly Chacon remembers being in a crash, but is fuzzy on the details.  Can’t imagine why.  If I drank 3/5 of a bottle of Southern Comfort — that’s the equivalent of 15 1-ounce shots, folks — I’d be chatting with little purple men and declaring myself queen of Jupiter!

Beverly Chacon has been charged with DWI (she’s had at least four previous DWI charges), leaving the scene of an accident, and vehicular homicide.  When the judge set her bail at $500,000 she pleaded with him to reduce it to something affordable.  Heh.  Fat chance.   She remains behind bars, where she’ll hopefully remain for a long, long time.

But, drunken sleazeball aside, let’s remember Brenda Melton for the kindhearted woman that she was.  And may she rest in peace.

Cathedral City, CA-Danica Denton, 18, was a beautiful young woman, had lots of friends, and was described as a very happy person. She had a 1-year old son and was eight months pregnant with another boy she planned on giving birth to the following week. Danica was just starting her life. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, February 11, 2009, her life and the life of her unborn child both came to an end.

Around 9:30 that evening, Danica and her boyfriend had just finished watching a movie at the local theater. She was crossing the street on westbound East Palm Canyon Drive at Van Fleet Avenue to catch a bus when a car sped through a red light and struck her. Her body was hurled seven feet into the air. The driver of the vehicle, who made no attempt to stop, fled the scene, and left Danica lying in the street to die.

A witness at the scene called 911. After an ambulance arrived, Danica was transported to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, where, despite tremendous efforts, Danica and her unborn son were pronounced dead at 10:30 p.m. I cannot imagine the extreme loss and pain her family must be feeling. Her little boy lost his mother and soon to be new baby brother in an instant because of this driver’s ignorance and disregard for others in the world.

Thankfully, several witnesses at the crime scene were able to describe the vehicle that hit Danica. Police began looking for the owner of a silver Lexus 300. Their search led them to a 34-year old woman named Gina Garcia of Palm Springs. Garcia was arrested at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2009, on suspicion of a felony hit-and-run. She was taken into custody, arraigned, and released on $25,000 bond. Her vehicle, a silver Lexus 300, had damage to its front passenger side and was impounded as evidence.

Police have stated that the street lights were in proper working order that evening and pedestrians are visible at that time of night. Investigators are trying to determine if Garcia had been drinking, but it will be difficult with the passage of time between the incident and when the arrest was made. I’m guessing she was definitely under the influence. She ran a red light, hit a pedestrian, and didn’t even have the decency to stop and see if the girl was alright. How can anyone be so callous?

It’s been stated that Garcia’s husband may be an investigator for the Riverside County DA, as reports have been made that Garcia and Danica both have family ties within the office, so the case will more than likely be turned over to the California attorney general for prosecution.

RIP Danica Denton and baby boy. I pray neither of you felt any pain.

UPDATE JULY 1st, 2009

We were contacted by a friend or family member and given an update to this case. I’ll let you see the video yourself, but needless to say, looks as if some people do indeed get preferential treatment. Not that this is a big shock to people, but had Gina Garcia been a you or me, who on their second DUI killed a pregnant white (yeah, I said it) girl, we would have been in prison serving a max sentence for two deaths faster than FlamingFox could have gotten this article written up.

To Danica’s family, my condolences and I hate to see you guys get slapped across the face like that.

Jacksonville, FL–From Adam’s now deleted Myspace blog: ‘ya know i love women. they are the most beautiful thing on the earth.but they are all so damn phsyco!why?’ I guess he got tired of chasing around ‘phsyco’ adult women and was looking for someone who presented less of a challenge. He was hoping to hook up with some kiddos…aged 6 and 9.

A couple of friends try to comfort the whiny bitch on his blog. They pat his back, pet his head, and tell him that someday, he will find his true love. He just needs to stay away from the psychos and the telephone chat lines. It was during a conversation with one of those women from the chat lines that Adam’s true intentions came to light.

The two were having a conversation when Adam began talking about children. More specifically, having sex with children. I wonder how that went? I mean, how do you work that into a conversation? ‘The weather’s great! I had an awesome weekend! Oh, and by the way, I’m thinking I’d like to fuck a couple of kids….got any?’

This woman, who deserves a medal for keeping her cool, contacted authorities. Working with law enforcement, she was instrumental in setting up a ‘meeting’ between 25-year-old Adam and a couple of children. Adam drove from Jacksonville to Spring Hill and arrived at the designated meeting place, which was actually a vacant house, at 4:00 on Valentine’s Day. Imagine his surprise when he found full grown officers instead of two little kids!

When he realized it was a set-up, Adam ran like his ass was on fire. He rammed his truck into a couple of police cars and another unoccupied car, and just kept going. Because he was driving like a bat outta hell and risking the lives of others, Hernando County authorities stopped their pursuit and issued a BOLO for his truck. Pasco County deputies finally caught up and brought him to a halt with spike strips.

Adam Shepherd now faces numerous charges; traveling to meet a minor to engage in sex, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and fleeing to elude a law enforcement officer. He is being held without bond. Adam was charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex in September, but the charge was dropped in November. I haven’t been able to find the specifics in that case.

On his Myspace, Adam lists himself as a proud parent. His perfect pizza is one with a hot girl on it. He plays an instrument, the beaver. He says his best physical feature is his pecker. And, when he grows up, he wants to be the perfect husband.

Someone left a comment on his profile that said, ‘To My Nephews Daddy, You have been around so long, and i know you regret several things you’ve done, but just know that I forgive you, I just hope you make better decisions in the future, I hope everything works out and you get to come home soon! Caleb needs his daddy back.’ It has since been deleted. I do hope his sole defender Google’s his name and ends up here. She needs to be schooled on a few things.

Seattle, WA – I got an email about this interesting hit and run story out of Seattle. Richard Fowler, 39, has found himself a good bit down the wrong path and has hit a crossroads. Up until now, Fowler’s drug addiction has had him making decisions that have gotten him into a bit of trouble. Last week his craptacular decision making skills garnered him possible hit and run and kidnapping charges. The story almost sounds like an episode of My Name is Earl, if Earl was a drug addict, and the item on his list went:

Number 43: Once kidnapped a little girl after I hit her in the face with my car, dropped her off at a convenience store…

The last thing the parents of an 8-year-old Everett girl were thinking that morning before she headed out for her walk to Madison Elementary School, was that she would be struck by a drug addict in a stolen car who would then place her in the car, ride around looking for a hospital before leaving her at a convenience store spitting out her teeth…but that is pretty much exactly what happened.

After Richard accidentally struck the girl with the stolen Dodge Magnum he was driving, he stopped the car, got out and placed the screaming girl in the vehicle. He told nearby witnesses he was taking her to the hospital and left before police arrived on the scene. But instead of taking her to the hospital, he ended up dropping her off at a Shoreline convenience store a dozen miles away. She was instructed by Fowler to go inside and call 911. She is fine physically, and currently recovering from a fractured nose, broken teeth and a split lip.

Richard Fowler had time to think about the events that transpired and turned himself in to police, weeping, telling them that he had done something bad and thought that he needed a lawyer. The arresting officer stated that Fowler was “crying and obviously upset,” saying that “there was an accident and everything happened so fast.” According to documents, Fowler asked if “the little girl was ok” while he was being booked on possible hit-and-run and kidnapping charges. He’s being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.

His reasonings for his string of idiot actions? The stolen car for one, as well as Fowler trying not to get busted on a possible warrant (turns out he didn’t have one). He was trying to take the girl to a hospital outside of Everett in hopes that this warrant would go undetected. This plan got screwed because he couldn’t find a hospital or anyone who could tell him where one was located. He states that he didn’t mean to harm the girl. Some of his story is backed up as Fowler didn’t seem to want to harm the girl in any way, even giving her his shirt to use while they went on their road trip. A road worker has also stated Fowler stopped and asked him for directions to a nearby hospital.

Fowler’s mother, Sandra Fowler, is hoping that the kidnapping charges will be dropped stating that the sequence of events after the initial accident do not show a man who was attempting to abduct anyone. She blames his drug addiction and has apologized to the girls family. “I know she must have been scared,” Sandra Fowler said. “All he wanted to do was help her.” April Uriarte, Fowler’s sister, wants everyone to know that Fowler has three girls of his own and would never purposely hurt anyone. She echoes her mother’s statements on Fowler’s drug addiction. “It’s just the drugs. The drugs have got him so bad,” she said. “He just needs help. He needs help to get off the drug.”

Personally, I believe Fowler’s mother and sister are right. I think that Fowler is probably a good guy doing some bad shit. I think he panicked after hitting the girl and had every intention of getting her to a hospital. But he did fuck up and he should pay for it…I just think the kidnapping charge is a bit harsh, even if what he did does legally fit the description of that charge. So what do you think would be an adequate charge and punishment for the guy?

I think the kidnapping charges should be dropped and along with any other laws he broke, get him with some form of vehicular injury charge. Let the guy dry out a bit in jail and hopefully Richard can use this incident as a wake-up call and a way to get clean. I could understand the parents of the girl being pretty pissed off at Fowler, but what do you all think? Kidnapping too tough or is Fowler getting exactly what he deserves?

Kenneth Guyear (Myspace)

Queens, NY–Robert Ogle told his parents, ‘You worry too much,’ before walking out the door to attend a party Sunday evening. A few hours later, 16-year-old Ogle and his friend, 20-year-old Alex Paul, lay dying in the street, just a half-mile from home. They were killed by a drunk driver: 27-year-old Kenneth Guyear. Guyear ran over their bodies several times before fleeing the scene with a smirk on his face.

Guyear came across an idling Kia Spectra outside a deli and decided to go for a drunken joy-ride. The owner of the car dialed 911 as he watched Guyear speed away. A few blocks away, Paul was walking Ogle home from a friends birthday party. Witnesses watched in horror as the two young men were struck down in the street. The horror intensified when Guyear flipped the car into reverse and sped forward over and over again, trying to dislodge one of the boys’ bodies from the undercarriage of the car. Guyear then sped away, back toward the deli where he ripped off the car. He was laughing when cops cuffed him. Asshole.

Robert Ogle was pronounced dead at the scene. Alex Paul died a few hours later at Elmhurst Hospital Center.

Kenneth Guyear had a BAC of .126…well above the legal level of .08. He is being charged with assault, two counts of first-degree vehicular manslaughter, two counts of second-degree vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated, criminally negligent homicide, grand larceny and driving without a license. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Queens Criminal Court. Guyear also boasts a pretty extensive rap sheet with arrests for drugs and robbery. Another fine upstanding member of society.

Kristin Leigh Cruz

Gainesville, FL–I guess we can take Kristin Cruz’s name off the list for mother of the year. Because she is a complete moron, an incompetent mother, and a drunk, she is now facing a slew of charges ranging from hit-and-run, to battery, to child abuse.

At about 10:45 p.m. Monday night, an officer watched as Cruz slammed her Volkswagen Golf into the rear end of another car, causing injury to the passengers of the other car. Cruz didn’t stick around to assess the damage or exchange insurance information…she took off. Police pursued and caught up with her a few blocks away.

Cruz told officers, ‘I’m not going to lie to you. I have been drinking.’ Then she started crying, screaming, blubbering and all that other happy crap. She refused to perform any sobriety tests, she refused to submit to a breath test. When she was asked to sit down and calm herself, she kicked one of the officers in the leg. While police were conversing with the crazy drunk bitch, they noticed a small child in the backseat of the car.

Cruz’s 7-year-old daughter had been in the car the whole time. She told officers that she had been in the car, alone, for a long time. Her mother left her in there while she hit the lounge with her friends. Now, I’ve had experience with 7-year-old children, it is almost impossible for them to sit still for long periods of time. How did Cruz convince her child to complacently sit in that car by herself? Was the child used to such behavior and treatment from her mother? There is no report as to whether or not the child was injured in the accident or who is taking care of her now that mommy is in jail.

When officers arrived at the jail with Cruz, they discovered a baggy of marijuana in her pocket. Kristin Leigh Cruz is now being charged with child abuse, DUI, leaving the scene of a crash involving injury, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, possession of marijuana, taking contraband into a jail, refusing to submit to a DUI test after her license had been suspended, and refusing to sign a citation. Her bond was set at $47,000. State records show that her license had been suspended in April of 2007 for refusing to submit to a breath test. Kristin, the first step is admitting that you have a problem….bitch.
