The New York Post is reporting that Diana Falzone filed a police complaint last Tuesday, after Anthony Michael Hall, 41, allegedly attempted to kick down her door and then bashed her head against the wall when she finally let him in. She was granted a temporary restraining order in Manhattan Family Court on Thursday. Falzone claims the Hall’s harassment was going on before the head-bashing incident and the order states  Hall must “refrain from assault, stalking, harassment . . . menacing, reckless endangerment . . . intimidation.” Hall, who suffers from bi-polar disorder, will appear at a hearing next week. His lawyer says all the allegations are bullshit. Falzone is a Sirius radio personality and relationship expert for The Huffington Post. Her last column was titled “How Not to Date a Loser“.  I had no clue who Falzone was until now, but after checking out some pics I am here to say that Holy Shucking Fit she is pretty hot. Not that that’s an excuse for Hall to be stalking her – if he is – but it sure explains things.

CENTRAL ISLIP, New York – We didn’t report on this story when it happened in May, although it was being covered in our forums. But her hearing was Tuesday so it is making the news again. To refresh your memory, social worker Margery Tannenbaum, 40, got in legal trouble after she got revenge on a 9-year-old girl who got into an argument with her 4th-grade daughter. She posted a sexually suggestive ad on Craigslist, including the girl’s real name and phone number, urging older men to call the little girl. Which of course, they did. According to court documents, the mother of the 9-year-old girl received a call from a man who, upon her answering, asked, “Hey baby, is this [girl's first name]?” When the woman told the man she was her mother, the caller responded: “Oh, hot lady lives with foxy momma!”   Said the girl’s mother: “I told him the hot lady you are referring to is 9-years-old.” The caller then hung up, she said. Tannenbaum is now facing charges of aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child over the stupid stunt, plus the the Suffolk County district attorney is asking the state to review Tannenbaum’s social work license. Tannenbaum says she is not responsible. Her lawyer Tad Scharfenberg told reporters, “She’s a good mother, she’s never been in any trouble before, she takes good care of her kids. I’m defending her to the fullest, she maintains her innocence.” What in the hell is up with you women? What is this, like the 23rd story we have featured here where some mother got revenge on one of their daughter’s rivals?

HOUSTON, Texas - I’ve been wonderin’ were my necrophiliacs been hidin’! But just when I thought they had vanished, James Patton is here representin’ the Necro Ghoul Crew. Ahem. 39-year-old James Patton’s creepy activities were discovered after police got a warrant to seize his computer stemming from harassment charges involving an ex-girlfriend. But investigators found a bit more than they bargained for when they retrieved pictures from Patton’s computer showing Patton placing his member on the foot of a nude female corpse. They also found an image of a female corpse with the legs spread open. “I can tell you that the defendant’s male sexual organ was seen in various poses with those of dead bodies,” said Donna Hawkins with the Harris County DA’s Office. Insert all kinds of SHUDDER here.

The photos were determined to have been taken in 2004, and Patton admitted to police that he last messed with a corpse a year ago when he was employed as funeral director at the Earthman Funeral Home. He was arrested over the weekend on a misdemeanor charge of abuse of a corpse and released after posting a $1,500 bond. A spokesperson for the company that owns Earthman Funeral Home released a statement trying to convince everyone that no, really, we are not creepy and we do not fondle your dead loved ones.

“These allegations are deeply disturbing. They are contrary to everything the entire funeral profession stands for. The vast majority of people in the funeral industry are people with the utmost integrity. They are caring, compassionate professionals who daily help families through extremely difficult times.”

Seriously, though. I never quite got people who fuck around with corpses. I’m not talking about some hot chick who may have just died of alcohol poisoning, I mean, what guy hasn’t found themselves in that situation, right? But a funeral home corpse? Ugh.

Not too creepy looking, huh ladies? I mean, aside from his nose trying to exit stage right.

KEANSBURG, NJ - Two teen boys were involved in some kind of dispute. The father of one of the boys was a friend of 41-year-old Tara Donahue. He had the cell phone number of the other teen so Donahue decided she was going to get involved and call this kid and give him a piece of her mind because she was “looking out for her friend’s children.” She dialed the number and when the person answered, she began threatening them and threatening to kill them and the person’s mother. The person she was talking to was police dispatcher John Swartz. She had called the police station by accident.

But it just gets dumber. See, Swartz actually answered the phone per procedure stating he was Dispatcher Swartz of the Keansburg police. But that didn’t hinder Donahue who began her tirade and telling the dispatcher she was going to kill him and his mother. Patrolman John Magner happened to be in the station and also listened to portions of the call as well. Like most crazy women on the phone (trust me on this), Tara just didn’t know when to shut up. She talked long enough for the police to trace where the call was coming from.

Magner left the station and when he arrived at Donahue’s home, she was sitting on her porch, still on the phone and still threatening Swartz. When Magner asked her who she was talking to, she answered “a punk kid.” She was then charged with making terroristic threats, obstruction, disorderly conduct and harassment and sent to the Monmouth County Jail with bail set at $23,000.

I remember when I was a teenager and hanging out at our friend’s house. We were all kinda drunk and making prank calls to random people for no reason other than boredom. We were getting tired of it when I got this great idea to call my friend’s mother and then hand the phone to him without him realizing who I called. So I dialed his home number and then handed the phone to his drunk ass saying “Here! Here! Say something!”

He then threw the phone like it had had some kind of voodoo curse on it while we howled with laughter. We never let him live that down, and the name Johnny B. Fucker lives on in infamy.

Portland, OR- I don’t know who it was that lied to 23-year old Rodolfo Claudio-Marquez and told him he is the shit when it comes to romancing the ladies, but whoever it was needs a good kick in the nads.  Around 7 p.m. on Monday, a 17-year old girl was riding a Trimet bus toward home when Claudio-Marquez began flirting with her. The girl ignored Claudio-Marquez’s advances and when she got off at her stop, the persistent Romeo followed her. The girl told Claudio-Marquez several times to leave her alone as she walked toward her house, but he refused and even offered to buy the girl alcohol.

When the girl reached her house, Claudio-Marquez grabbed her around the waist, pulled her toward him, and tried to kiss her. Instead of swooning over this Don Juan wannabe’s forceful attempt, the girl pushed him away from her. That was when Claudio-Marquez proved he really is an asshole because he punched the girl in the face. The girl ran into her home and said she was calling police which finally convinced Claudio-Marquez to get lost.

The girl called her father, who then notified police, and they gave a description of Claudio-Marquez. The girl’s father later spotted Claudio-Marquez back at the same bus stop and contacted the police. Claudio-Marquez was arrested and the girl confirmed he was the same man who had assaulted her. Claudio-Marquez was charged with assault, harassment and sex abuse. Police said Claudio-Marquez also violated probation for an earlier meth charge.

ST PETERS, MISSOURI - Elizabeth Thrasher gets the embarrasing title of first person charged with felony harassment under Missouri’s “Megan’s Law” (not to be confused with the Megan Kanka law requiring law enforcement authorities to make information available to the public regarding registered sex offenders).  The law was created after the suicide of 13-year-old Megan Meier, a girl who was being bullied over the Internet by other teens and an adult and then committed suicide. A lot of you around here know that I am not a big fan of this law or what happened with Lori Drew, the adult who took on the wrath of the online community for her role, and here is one example why. 

Seems as if Thrasher was having some words with her ex-husband’s new girlfriend and her 17-year-old daughter. After some back-and-forth arguing on Myspace between Thrasher, the teen and the teen’s mother that ended with the teen telling Thrasher to “grow up“, Thrasher posted a picture of the 17-year-old girl in a provocative pose in the “Casual Encounters” of Craigslist. It included her photo, e-mail address and cellphone number. The teen began receiving lewd messages and photos from men and then notified police.

Because of this, Thrasher is the first person jailed and charged with felony harassment under Missouri’s Megan’s Law. Or to be more specific, cyber-harassment of a someone 17 or younger. Thrasher was freed on $10,000 bond, and has been barred from having a computer or Internet access at home. If she is convicted of this crime, which I am pretty sure she wont be, Thrasher could face up to four years in state prison, or up to a year in county jail, and a $5,000 fine.

While I do not agree with what Thrasher did, I am siding with her attorney, Michael Kielty, when he said the case was baseless.

“The facts are going to show there was not a crime here,” he said. “You look at the document. It doesn’t even show my client made contact with the alleged victim so I don’t know how they’re going to make the case...a very poorly crafted statute: it criminalizes behavior that but for the use of the internet and a computer wouldn’t be criminal, certainly not a felony,”

And I agree. Had this woman wrote down the girl’s name and number in a bathroom stall, something people do all the time, would we have even heard of this woman? Hell, I’m not even sure what she did fits the crime she was charged. The law she was charged under went into effect on August 28, 2008 and defines the crime of harassment to include knowingly intimidating or causing emotional distress anonymously or causing distress to a child via phone or electronically.  It  increases the penalty for harassment from a misdemeanor to a felony if it’s committed by an adult against someone 17 or younger, or if the criminal has previously been convicted of harassment. No doubt prosecutors can pigeon-hole Thrasher’s actions as breaking this cyber-law, but I think the judge in this case, like Lori Drew’s, will see things differently.

Now before I go on and some of you try to verbally lynch me by my short-hairs, let me stress that what Thrasher did was juvenile and in poor taste. I do not condone it. But that does not change the fact that Missouri’s “Megan’s Law” is  poorly constructed and just an all-around bad idea born from good intentions. Look, no doubt women like Thrasher probably need to grow up and are worthy of a good smack upside the head. Even on this site we have witnessed members who go a little too far with actions they cloak with “doing the right thing“. But cast aside your disdain for a woman who lets herself become involved with this kind of bullshit, do you really think this woman deserves a felony harrassment charge for this? It just doesn’t sit right with me for some reason.

But no matter the outcome, there is any lesson to be learned from this. If any you juvenile women out there are going to get back at the teen who was mean to your kid at school, or is the daughter of the woman your ex traded you for, do NOT do it with the computer. Take out a Want Ad in the local paper or some shit. Sure there is a chance you may get charged with something…but at least it wont be a felony.

Ok, now lynch me- but please sound off and give me your views on this case, and the Megan’s Law in general. I am curious if I am in the minority or not.

Yonkers, NY- 43-year old Jada Ross is one crazy bitch you do not want to piss off. Ross blew into a jealous rage when she saw a disabled man, who I am guessing is a love interest, talking with two women.  Ross whipped out a can of lighter fluid, poured it over the man in the wheelchair, lit a cigarette lighter, and threatened to light his fire. Ross told the man, “I’ll kill you” and he shoved her away from him. Ross then ran into her apartment with the lighter fluid and lighter. Police had to force her apartment door open when she did not respond to knocks, due to their concern for two twin children Ross was babysitting. They found the kids sleeping in the living room and Ross passed out on a couch. Ross appeared to be intoxicated and agitated while being arrested. Heh…ya think? The children were returned safely to their mother and Ross’ wheelchair victim did not suffer any injuries. Ross was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies; menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors; and harassment. She’s a looker folks, so if anyone out there is in need of some flaming love, she’s your gal.

Portland, OR - Break-ups, most of the time, suck ass. Though sometimes a break-up could be considered cause for celebration, there is usually one ‘injured’ party in the situation -  the ass who is the most ass hurt in the whole thing. The ass in this story is Cory Vaughn. Wednesday evening, Cory allegedly got a little rough with his girlfriend’s puppy. When his girlfriend stepped up to protect her critter, Cory turned his anger on her. The girlfriend told authorities that Cory slapped her, pushed her down, and tried to choke her. Cory eventually fled the apartment, and the girlfriend, knowing that Cory had a key to her home and may return to finish the job, left to spend the night with a friend. A short time later, a neighbor called to inform her that her apartment was on fire. Right before she called 911, she scrolled through her text messages and soon discovered who the culprit was and the lengths he would go to to hurt her.

“He he he fire” said one text. “Smoky in here. … Damn, I’m destructive. … Really shouldn’t leave someone who hates YOU alone with stuff. … Don’t worry it’s just stuff. … It’s wet, burned and ripped, but it’s just stuff. … Yeah, fire trucks and police.” Hehhh…talk about incriminating yourself. After she read those messages, she called Cory. He continued his butt hurty rant over the phone. “Hope nothing important is in your bag ’cause your table is on fire. It’s pretty,” he allegedly told her. “The Bible you’ve been using? It’s a little singed.” When fire crews showed up to put out the flames, they found three separate piles of the woman’s belongings that had been torched – one pile on the coffee table, one pile on the kitchen table, and a pile in the bedroom. Luckily, the fire didn’t spread throughout the entire apartment or to her neighbor’s apartments.

Cory, the little genius, was arrested when he was seen driving past the complex – to survey the damage, no doubt. At first, he denied even having a girlfriend – under questioning, he admitted to being in the apartment, but said the fire was already burning when he got there. Good thing the retard is a texting freak with the inability to keep his pie hole closed. Cory Vaughn, 35, is being held on two counts of first-degree arson, second-degree criminal mischief, strangulation and harassment. Bail has been set at $512,500. Dumbass.

Fond du Lac, WI – You may recall a story I posted last week about the scorned women armed with Krazy Glue and a plan. At the time, I had no further information on the victim, his name withheld because he was the victim of a sexual assault. Well, as luck would have it, this whole crazy quadrangle is back in the news again. So now, we get a peek at the object of the womens’ affections – Donessa Davis Sr. He gets his own little spot on the Dreamin’ Demon because he is every bit the wacko those women are – and then some. After the melee from the penis gluing incident died down, Donessa was arrested on charges of child abuse, theft, and harassment. Hell, I’m not sure I even know where to begin.

Let’s start with the harassment charges. Donessa allegedly called his estranged wife, Tracy Hood-Davis, about 50 times the day after the penis gluing incident and threatened her life. Somehow, Donessa was in possession of Tracy’s father’s ashes, and in one voice mail recording, threatened to “pour one cup of Tracy’s father’s ashes out per hour” until he received a call from her. Another voice mail recording asked if Tracy was scared yet. He had also made comments about sending a sharp-shooter after her. On August 3, Tracy filed for an order of protection from Donessa, pointing out the alleged death threats and accusing him of child abuse – Donessa’s daughter came home with a swollen eye and a knot on her forehead after visiting him. Donessa admitted to threatening Tracy, but stated that he didn’t even know a sharp shooter, he was just trying to ‘get a rise out of her.’ He is being held on $5,000 bail.

It ain’t over just yet. Seems Donessa contacted another member of his harem the day after the glue caper. Authorities made contact with Therese Ziemann. She informed them that Donessa, in a phone conversation, mentioned that he wanted to take a $1 million insurance policy out on Tracy and have a friend, who was home after serving as a sharp-shooter in Iraq, kill her and only injure him. Donessa said the only flaw in his plan was telling Therese. According to the complaint, he said he would have to kill her too. He also allegedly informed Therese that he would like to ram Tracy’s car off the road and bash her head in with a rock. And this fucker had more than one woman jockeying to be his one true love? OMFG. These people put Jerry’s guests to shame!!

During my research into Donessa, I also came across a charge of repeated sexual abuse of a child, filed in 2006. I’m not finding any other information pertaining to that case -  I only know that it is still open. Also during my research, I discovered that one of the lovely manchicks accused of being in on the Krazy Glue plot wasn’t even sleeping with Donessa! I’m guessing that Michelle Belliveau had nothing better to do that night and was only along for the ride. (You can find the criminal complaint in that case, in it’s entirety, right here). So, at the end of this twisted and sordid tale, I have to wonder which of these women will end up with Donessa when all is said and done. My money is on Therese.

Queens, NY - Oyindamola Ojofeitimi was fed up with her cheatin’ husband, Emmanuel. Had the couple sought counseling or a divorce attorney, they might not have ended up on the front page of the Dreamin’ Demon. You know the old saying, ‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned?’ Well, Oyindamola was feeling mighty scorned – her anger boiled over and got the best of her – now her husband is feeling the burn. In his crotch. Early Tuesday morning, Oyindamola rose from her slumber, ambled on into the kitchen, and got a big ‘ol pot of water boiling. When that water had developed into a super hot roiling boil, she ambled back on into the bedroom and proceeded to pour it right on to her sleeping husband’s family jewels. (At this point in the story, I can’t help but sing that old Buster Poindexter song, Hot Hot Hot).

“I was in bed, I was fast asleep . She came into the bedroom and poured hot water all over me,” said Emmanuel “Ojo” Ojofeitimi, from his hospital bed. “I didn’t know what had happened. By the time I woke up, the skin was falling off.” Falling? Off? *shudder* When the poor guy was able to comprehend what the fuck just happened, he looked up to see his wife of 21 years, the mother of his four grown children, standing over him with a big hunk of wood. He seems to think she had the wood as a safety measure, in case, you know, he felt the need to knock the crap outta her after she stewed his nuts. After 911 was called, Oyindamola had a change of heart -  instead of rubbing salt into the wounds of her injured husband, she put cold compresses on his burns, which ranged from his knees to his abdomen, as well as his arms, face, and back.

Oji, 67, remains hospitalized with second- and third-degree burns to over 30% of his body. Oyindamola, also 67, was booked on charges of assault and harassment. Her bail has been set at $100,000.

Odessa, Florida–Something nasty has been going down in the locker room at Walker Middle School. Four teens, Randall John Moye, 14, Raymond Price-Murray, 14, Lee Louis Myers, 14, and Diamante Roberts, 15, are being accused of raping another student with a broom handle and a hockey stick.

All five teens involved are on the same flag football team. The victim, a 13-year-old boy, was continually harassed and bullied between March 15 and May 5. The bullies stepped it up a notch on April 30…two of the teens pinned the victim down on the locker room floor, and the other two raped him with a broom handle and a hockey stick. The victim said nothing about the attack, or the two months of previous bullying, until after an incident Tuesday night at the school.

Tuesday evening, the flag football coach noticed something was wrong when the victim acted strangely towards some teammates during a game…there was some pushing and some yelling. When the coach took him aside, the boy said, ‘I’m just sick of this.’ He said the others had been bothering him and had hit him with a hockey stick. Following up on the incident the next morning, the coach had the bullies sit down and write out their version of the events that happened in the locker room. ‘In their written statements, at least one of the students described a situation involving the hockey stick,’ said school Superintendent Mary Ellen Elia. The victim was then interviewed and the whole ugly story came out.

The four teens were arrested on Wednesday. All four are facing charges of false imprisonment and sexual assault. All four will be charged as adults. Of course, the bullies have their defenders. I suggest checking out the source link, interesting reading there.

Middletown, Connecticut – Well, at least that what the news is reporting. Stephen Morgan, 29, is currently the subject of a nationwide manhunt after he walked into a bookstore near the Wesleyan University campus on Wednesday and fatally shot 21-year-old Johanna Justin-Jinich to death. While the two did share a past together – Justin-Jinich had filed harassment charges against Morgan back in 2007 – police have uncovered evidence that leads them to believe Morgan may be targeting members of the Jewish community and the Wesleyan community campus.

It is alleged that Stephen Morgan walked into Broad Street Books wearing a wig and dark glasses and shot Justin-Jinich multiple times while she was working in the bookstore’s cafe. Police have issued a warning to the locals after going through some journals of Stephen’s in which he threatened Jews and Wesleyan students. Police have asked Wesleyan University students to stay inside their dorm rooms as they continue their search for Morgan. Morgan’s family state they have not heard from him for several weeks.

Portland, Oregon–Larry C. Lande Jr., 40, sure knows how to make a bad situation even worse. Booked into jail on charges of harassment, Lande got a little perturbed when no one would accept his collect call. So what does he do? He beats up a couple of cops. Brilliant, Larry.

In the middle of the booking procedure, Larry started whining to a deputy about how no one would take a collect call from him. Maybe it’s because he is a total ASS! Anyway, he was asked to take a seat. He returned to the seating area only to turn around, run up a set of stairs, and attack Deputy Dawn Hathaway in her work station. He grabbed hold of her hair and repeatedly hit her on the head and face. Another deputy rushed in to assist Hathaway and ended up getting a few fingers broken in the process. Larry released his hold on Hathaway’s hair only after being tasered. Pulling hair, Larry? For real? What a wussy little bitch! Both deputies were taken to a local hospital, treated, and released.

Larry was booked on the original harassment charge and is now facing two counts of assault on a public safety officer, and three counts of fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $17,500. You, Larry Lande Jr., are a special kind of stoopid…

Gresham, OR–You ever have one of those days? You’re just sitting at home, chillin’ in your bathrobe, enjoying a peaceful morning when out of the blue, a nekkid guy just walks in through your patio door. Now, ya know this guy isn’t stopping in to shoot the breeze over coffee and donuts.

An 88-year-old Gresham woman, we’ll call her Jane, was throwing another log on the fire Tuesday morning when Dick entered her home in all of his creepy nekkid glory. For one head-scratching moment, Jane thought it was someone she knew, but then realized that this wasn’t a Dick she was familiar with.

Dick was silent as he followed Jane around her living room…he just kept pushing himself into her. Tiring of that game, Dick got a little testy and shoved Jane, face-first, into a chair. His plan was now clear. Jane wasn’t about to give it up so easily, she fought back. In her own words; ‘I kept saying, ‘No, no, no!’ And then I said, ‘Holy mother!’ And then I said, ‘God.’ And then he stopped and that’s when I reached around and grabbed him. I grabbed his cojones and gave ‘em a good squeeze!’ You go girl!!

The squeeze was enough to make Dick re-think his intentions with the woman. He extricated his junk from her vice-like grip, and took off running. After hearing Dick’s description announced over the radio, an officer in the neighborhood headed him off, interviewed, and arrested him. 46-year-old Michael Dick is being charged with burlgary, harassment and private indecency. He sits in Multnomah County jail on $110,00 bond. Other charges are pending.

Albert Lea, MN – The Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Albert Lea probably isn’t the best place to be if you have Alzheimer’s.  Oh, sure, the nurse’s aides are pretty – but they’ll also spit in your mouth, sexually abuse you, and taunt you until you cry.  Which would be fine if the girls were working at the Albert Lea Dominatrix Emporium, I guess, but doesn’t work out so well in the dementia unit.  After a months-long investigation, four juveniles and two legal adults are facing abuse charges.  The two adults are Brianna Broitzman, 19, and Ashton Larson, 18.

I’d be inclined to think that this case was overblown if I were a casual reader.  After all, these are two very pretty young white girls, right?  They appear to be middle-class at least. Brianna’s old Myspace shows a pretty Albert Lea High School student – popular, on the dance team, not particularly horrid in any way.

But your favorite imp was a nurse in another life, and kids, let me tell ya – it’s not easy to get criminal charges filed in nursing home abuse cases.  This investigation started in May after allegations of elder abuse were filed that dated back to January.  We’re not talking about a two-week he-said she-said thing, here.

In early May, a teenage nurse’s aide was being fired from Good Samaritan for swearing in front of a resident.  She decided not to go down alone, and blew the whistle on at least four other aides, alleging that they were routinely abusing their residents.

Good Samaritan immediately launched an investigation and reported the alleged abuse to the Minnesota Department of Health.  The home also fired the other aides, which tells me that they were cleaning house in a CYA move – but also that they had reason to suspect the informant was telling the truth. Sounds to me like a few charge nurses shoulda gone with ‘em, but hey, that’s just me.

On August 28 of this year, the Minnesota Department of Health released their findings in their investigation of the abuse at Good Samaritan.  The department investigated five aides and found that four of them, primarily Broitzman and Larson, abused fifteen residents repeatedly or witnessed “verbal, sexual and emotional” abuse and did nothing to stop it.  The department filed a civil action to have the aides’ licenses pulled, and turned over their report to police.

The police investigation got a little broader and covered eight aides, of whom six have now been charged. Aside from Broitzman and Larson, the remaining four are being charged with legally mandated failure to report abuse – in other words, they knew what was happening and didn’t do anything.  Two of the teens, Alicia Heilmann (Myspace) and Morgan Walton (Myspace) were juveniles when the crimes were committed, but are both now 18. They’re being tried in juvenile court.

During interviews with investigators, Brianna Broitzman admitted that she and Ashton Larson took photos and videos of residents for fun.  She said that they also poked one female dementia patient in the breast.  Ashton Larson was a bit more forthcoming, and admitted to various abuses including spitting, holding her hand over a resident’s mouth, dry-humping residents, sticking her finger in a resident’s anus, touching a resident’s ass, and getting in bed with residents.  Er, what?  Seriously?  Ew.  Just ewww, Ashton!

Other aides reported that most of the aides knew about the abuse, because it was discussed and laughed over at breaks.  Several aides reported that Brianna and Ashton dispensed spankings to residents, teased them, and poked them in the genitals.  One girl reported that Brianna mooned a resident up close, sticking her bare butt in the resident’s face, and that Ashton rubbed resident’s genitals in an attempt to get them sexually aroused.  Okay, again… say what?  Come on, now.  And this went on for months without anyone saying a word until some kid got fired for cussing?  Something was clearly very wrong at the Good Samaritan, y’all.

Brianna Broitzman is charged with three counts of assault in the fifth degree of a caregiver to a vulnerable adult, three counts of criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult, three counts of criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult with sexual contact, one instance of disorderly conduct by a caregiver, and one instance of mandated reporter failure to report.  For that, she faces some $22,000 in fines, or a year in prison for each count.

Here’s the thing, though.  Already prosecutors are saying that it’s unlikely the girls will do any jail time at all.   Freeborn County Attorney Craig Nelson says that Brianna and Ashton “most likely will face suspended jail sentences and probation, so they’d have the threat of jail hanging over them if they get in more trouble.”  Oh, well.  That’ll teach ‘em to behave, Mr. Nelson.  Really?
