Teen Charged With Felony After Posting Girl’s Pic On Porn Site

OCALA, Fla. - 17-year-old Shannon Marie Mitchell had a grudge against her boyfriend’s 15-year-old ex-girlfriend. So she decided to wage a campaign of harassment whose ultimate goal would be to ruin the younger teen’s reputation. She started by taking the girl’s Myspace pics and posting them, along with her phone number, to an online porn site (from the video it looks like the porn site is actually 4chan). This action resulted in the young girl getting phone calls from strangers asking for sexual favors and more pics. Police were eventually brought in and Mitchell was questioned by investigators. The Vanguard High School senior did not seem to take things seriously when she was interviewed, admitting she did it and did not plan to stop harassing the girl. I’m guessing she started taking things seriously sometime after she was arrested on a felony charge of of aggravated cyberstalking of a victim younger than 16 years old and then transported to a Juvenile Assessment Center.

You would think kids would start figuring out that nothing they do online is anonymous. It’s not like the old days when bullying was nothing more than a he-said, she said type of thing. Online actions are snapshotted. Their actions logged. Their activities cached. Their identity easily uncovered. But whatever, let ‘em keep doing it. It gives me story material and highlights the insecure idiots, I guess. I’m digging Mitchell’s Myspace pics, though. Cute and she likes to party. Urine Trouble, Heather Proffitt!

Jacksonville, AR - Heather Proffitt was on a mission – she needed to find some pee. Not just any pee, she needed a cup of clean, drug-free pee. Where better to search than an elementary school? On Wednesday morning, after having breakfast with her step-daughter at Jacksonville Elementary School, Proffitt allegedly entered the school restroom and asked several children, some as young as six, to urinate in a cup for her. The children later told police that Proffitt was literally begging. According to the police report, after several students rejected her, Proffitt approached a second grader and told her “it will be our little secret.” She was able to secure a clean sample from at least one child. The police were contacted after students notified a teacher about the crazy lady hanging out in the bathroom with a cup. Principal Sonya Whitfield says Proffitt used to work in the cafeteria so she’s not a stranger to students. “We try to plan for everything,” she said. “But there are just those things you don’t expect.” No shit, huh? Proffitt, 32, turned herself in on Tuesday morning and was later released. If convicted on charges of harassment and trespassing, she faces up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine. Authorities believe she was trying to obtain a clean urine sample for a drug test for her boyfriend. Moron.

Teacher Suspended Over Facebook Remarks

Apex, North Carolina – An eighth-grade science teacher at West Lake Middle School has been suspended after complaints were made regarding some comments and replies made on her Facebook page. Melissa Hussain made several posts on Facebook detailing the ongoing harassment she was dealing with at the hands of some of her students regarding Christianity. Things like someone leaving a postcard of Jesus on her desk, another placing a Bible with a note saying “Merry Christmas” with the Christ part underlined, kids reading the Bible in class and even singing “Jesus Loves Me”. These incidents upset her to the point that she made the smart move of addressing them in class explaining how hurtful these actions were. She also made the not-so-smart move of making disparaging remarks on her Facebook about her students, Christianity and Southerners. Not that anything she said was untrue, of course.

If you are a teacher out there reading this, if you have not learned by now, let me give you a word of advice. Stay off the social sites. Or at the very least, make them very, very private. One too many stories of teachers being fired or reprimanded over comments on their Facebook’s or pictures of them sucking tequila out of a stripper’s naval while on vacation in Vegas. It sucks, I know. But sadly your personal, private life must remain just that. Personal and private. Or suffer the wrath of any parent out there that did not like the fact you gave their Little Suzy a B instead of an A.

In the case of Hussain, her comments weren’t even that bad. You can read the ones that caused all the drama by checking out a PDF of Melissa Hussain Facebook before it was taken down. I didn’t find her comments that bad, most of the more inflammatory statements, like putting up a Dale Earnhardt Jr. pic with a swastika posted on his forehead, being made by people replying and not by her specifically. I do not agree with her “hate crime” comment but do agree that she had every right to complain. But as a teacher, she shouldn’t have made some of her feelings public regarding certain parents or students . It’s just unprofessional and as she is finding out, just asking for trouble.

Now I know some of you read her last name and immediately thought “OMG! Radical Muslim Terrorist!” but at this point, her religious views have not been disclosed and really, aside from it just being another detail, it really shouldn’t matter. From what it looks like, the only thing she was doing was teaching science to a group of kids who for some reason, wanted to do what a lot of Evangelicals like to do and harass her with Jesus Christ. Personally I do not feel she did anything wrong aside from making the very bad decision of keeping her Facebook public while making her comments. They may not have been the most professional comments written or condoned … but then again, redneck, ignorant, science-hating, Bible-thumpers have a way of bringing out the worst in almost any free-thinking, intelligent person.

Three Students Accused Of Cyber-Bullying, Charged With Identity Theft

NEWBURYPORT, Mass. - More cyber-bullying shenanigans, this time from Newburyport High School in Massachusetts. Three students have been accused of creating a fake Facebook page using another student’s name and picture. They would then use that account to make disparaging remarks about other students in the school. The victim had no idea anything was amiss until he began to get taunted over the remarks he was unaware that he had even made. I guess they want to put out a strong message on this type of behavior, so police charged the trio with identity theft. Two of the kids are co-operating, but one of student’s parents have hired a lawyer. “What the young people need to understand at this point is that anything you say on Facebook or on the Internet, there’s no way to get it back. Why you may think that you’re behind the scenes, and nobody is going to find you, in fact, they are going to find you, and there’s repercussions for your actions,” said Chief Thomas Howard of the Newburyport Police Department.

Ivan Rak: Pervy Landlord From Hell

Lorain, OH – With a landlord like Ivan Rak, the idea of sleeping in a refrigerator box behind a dumpster seems not only doable, but enjoyable. According to authorities, Rak’s 37-year-old tenant/victim tells a tale just loaded with ick and WTF. This isn’t a one-time issue with the pervy weirdo, there have been several strange incidents since November. For instance, the woman says she returned home one day to find that someone had drawn her a bath. Rak, on numerous occasions, has left behind little gifts like condoms and lingerie. (Whether the items had been *gag* used or not hasn’t been reported). On another occasion, Rak left a suitcase filled with his clothing in the woman’s house – he later called and asked where he should put said clothing, to which the woman answered, “At your house.” Just last month, she arrived home to find a nearly nude Rak laying in a sleeping bag on her couch. How the woman let that shit slide for so long is way beyond my comprehension. Especially after seeing that all nekkid and stuff.

It all came to a head last week when the victim discovered that Rak had once again entered her home. This time, he had the electricity shut off, had boxed up all of her clothing (sans undergarments) and told her she had to move out by Tuesday. Aside from the missing frillies, the woman was also missing a camera from her belongings. She finally decided to get the law involved – and while sharing the above information with the police, she trembled, cried uncontrollably, and vomited. I’m pretty sure the whole vomiting thing stems from getting an eyeful of Rak’s man parts – makes me feel a little queasy just thinking about it. Ivan Rak, 45, was hauled to jail and charged with menacing and petty theft. After pleading not guilty to menacing, Rak signed a protection order agreeing to stay away from the woman. He did indicate that he had no idea the woman was going to come home the night he was sleeping on her couch. The woman says she’s looking for another place to stay.

Cyber Bullying Victim Hangs Herself

MASS – Phoebe Prince was a young girl who emigrated from Ireland to America last fall. Months later, on Jan 14th, the 15 year old was found dead after she had hung herself in her Massachusetts home. Only after this gruesome death has the truth about how she was treated as a high school freshmen begin to come out. On a Facebook page made in her honor, her family was surprised to see rude and even taunting comments posted about her. Classmates also started to admit that Phoebe was being harassed and “bullied constantly” via text messages and Facebook posts. The school admits they were aware, to an extent, that Phoebe was having problems; in a letter to the parents, the South Hadley High principle wrote “These disagreements centered on relationship and dating issues. School personnel immediately intervened . . . and both counseled and provided consequences as the situations required. It is what happened after those incidents were over that is cause for significant concern.’’ Perhaps Phoebe’s sad suicide and the attention it’s getting can prevent other teens from the same fate – but are schools prepared to deal with cyber bullying? Is it even within the scope of their responsibility?

Mom Faces Disorderly Conduct Charge For Cursing At Principal

New Jersey – Last May, Cindy Schwab’s 13-year-old daughter had her sweatpants pulled down by a boy in front of classmates at Hasbrouck Heights Middle School. When she attended a school board seminar about bullying she got upset when her daughter’s case wasn’t given the attention she felt it deserved. She started getting pissed when superintendent Joseph Luongo began asking her questions, including wanting to know if her daughter was wearing a thong so he could “find out what body parts were actually revealed.” Out in the hallway, Schwab cursed out school principal Edward Bocar. She apologized and then left the building. The district filed a complaint against Schwalb anyway. Detective Sgt. Joseph Rinke, who also sits on the school board, is the one who filed the report. She plead not guilty to the disorderly conduct charges on Wednesday.

Now I have been to my fair share of parent-teacher type meetings and God knows some of the women were absolutely insufferable and I would have pinned a medal on the first person who would have stood up and laid a baseball bat across their skulls. But in this case, especially after seeing she had supporters, this looks like a woman who feels her daughter was sexually harassed and nothing was done about it. I don’t know the guy personally, but didn’t the super come off like a douche in those videos?

Jared Walter: Bus Barber Busted

Milwaukie, OR – I Loathe public transportation. Yes, Loathe with a capital L. Though rare, the odd occasion pops up where I find myself forced to board a TriMet bus. I know what to expect as soon as the door shuts – sticky seats, screaming kids, bratty teenagers, uninvited conversations, the scent of 20-30 different bodies mingling in the fetid air, random gropings – good times. While annoying, those offenses are easy to shrug off. But a dude whippin’ out a pair of scissors and playing barber shop on my head? That shit would make me homicidal. Jared Walter, 22, is accused of doing just that. On the afternoon of December 31st, a woman called 911 to report that Jared, who was seated behind her on the bus, had cut off chunks of her hair. And, I know this may come as a shock to some of you, but this isn’t the first incident in which Jared is suspect. *gasp* There have been three prior incidents in which female riders have either had their hair cut or, get this, super-glued, on TriMet buses. On Monday, Jared pleaded not guilty to third-degree robbery, interfering with public transit, second-degree disorderly conduct, and harassment. His criminal history boasts a conviction of burglary with intent to commit a sex crime in Texas and an assault charge in Washington in connection with another hair-gluing incident. After checking out dude’s Myspace, I can’t help but think that maybe, just maybe, he’s a bit touched.

Anna Bambino Wouldn’t Take “No” For An Answer

Maybe she was a bit too forward (or desperate?) about it because she has been charged with breach of peace. It seems she called a woman at least 6 times and demanded sex. Not just any old sex. She wanted a little three-way action with the married woman and the lady’s husband. Rather than allow the hambeast in to their home and boudoir, they called the cops. When confronted, Bambino admitted to making the calls to the woman who was a “friend of a friend”. She claims she was drunk at the time. Her most current MySpace has been deleted but I’m willing to bet the source article got that picture of her before it was taken down. On it she had listed her interests as paranormal activity and ghost hunting. Maybe she could blame her actions on demonic possession rather than MD 20/20.

Hair pulling is the pussiest of all pussy moves and should be dealt with by administering an immediate punch to the throat and a kick to the shin. Last Saturday evening, Dustin Meadows, 37, was at the Cala Inn in Summit County – while dancing around, he accidentally spilled his beer on a woman sitting at the bar. The woman turned to him and asked, “What, no apology?” Instead of apologizing, Dustin started cussing at the woman and began hurling racial slurs. Dustin was pulled away from the woman by other bar patrons. A couple of women who were with Dustin apologized to the woman for his behavior. Just minutes later, as Dustin was leaving the bar, he again started spewing obscenities. The woman stood up and yelled at him to leave. Right about then, Dustin allegedly grabbed the woman by her hair and dragged her out of the bar. It took the help of several bar patrons to pry the woman away from Dustin, but by then, she had already lost most of the hair from the right side of her head. Two witnesses to the assault followed Dustin to his home and the police arrived shortly after. When they made contact with Dustin, they noted he was bleeding from his nose, but he refused to tell them how he was injured. (I’m hoping that woman got in a punch or three). When asked what happened at the bar, Dustin said, “A female said some rude stuff to me so I got involved with her.” Dustin is now looking at five charges, including a felony bias-motivated crime for assault and four misdemeanors regarding harassment and assault. He has been released on $2,500. Hey asshole, an apology would have been much easier than a cavity search – don’t ya think? Puss…

The New York Post is reporting that Diana Falzone filed a police complaint last Tuesday, after Anthony Michael Hall, 41, allegedly attempted to kick down her door and then bashed her head against the wall when she finally let him in. She was granted a temporary restraining order in Manhattan Family Court on Thursday. Falzone claims the Hall’s harassment was going on before the head-bashing incident and the order states Hall must “refrain from assault, stalking, harassment . . . menacing, reckless endangerment . . . intimidation.” Hall, who suffers from bi-polar disorder, will appear at a hearing next week. His lawyer says all the allegations are bullshit. Falzone is a Sirius radio personality and relationship expert for The Huffington Post. Her last column was titled “How Not to Date a Loser“. I had no clue who Falzone was until now, but after checking out some pics I am here to say that Holy Shucking Fit she is pretty hot. Not that that’s an excuse for Hall to be stalking her – if he is – but it sure explains things.

CENTRAL ISLIP, New York – We didn’t report on this story when it happened in May, although it was being covered in our forums. But her hearing was Tuesday so it is making the news again. To refresh your memory, social worker Margery Tannenbaum, 40, got in legal trouble after she got revenge on a 9-year-old girl who got into an argument with her 4th-grade daughter. She posted a sexually suggestive ad on Craigslist, including the girl’s real name and phone number, urging older men to call the little girl. Which of course, they did. According to court documents, the mother of the 9-year-old girl received a call from a man who, upon her answering, asked, “Hey baby, is this [girl's first name]?” When the woman told the man she was her mother, the caller responded: “Oh, hot lady lives with foxy momma!” Said the girl’s mother: “I told him the hot lady you are referring to is 9-years-old.” The caller then hung up, she said. Tannenbaum is now facing charges of aggravated harassment and endangering the welfare of a child over the stupid stunt, plus the the Suffolk County district attorney is asking the state to review Tannenbaum’s social work license. Tannenbaum says she is not responsible. Her lawyer Tad Scharfenberg told reporters, “She’s a good mother, she’s never been in any trouble before, she takes good care of her kids. I’m defending her to the fullest, she maintains her innocence.” What in the hell is up with you women? What is this, like the 23rd story we have featured here where some mother got revenge on one of their daughter’s rivals?

HOUSTON, Texas - I’ve been wonderin’ were my necrophiliacs been hidin’! But just when I thought they had vanished, James Patton is here representin’ the Necro Ghoul Crew. Ahem. 39-year-old James Patton’s creepy activities were discovered after police got a warrant to seize his computer stemming from harassment charges involving an ex-girlfriend. But investigators found a bit more than they bargained for when they retrieved pictures from Patton’s computer showing Patton placing his member on the foot of a nude female corpse. They also found an image of a female corpse with the legs spread open. “I can tell you that the defendant’s male sexual organ was seen in various poses with those of dead bodies,” said Donna Hawkins with the Harris County DA’s Office. Insert all kinds of SHUDDER here.

The photos were determined to have been taken in 2004, and Patton admitted to police that he last messed with a corpse a year ago when he was employed as funeral director at the Earthman Funeral Home. He was arrested over the weekend on a misdemeanor charge of abuse of a corpse and released after posting a $1,500 bond. A spokesperson for the company that owns Earthman Funeral Home released a statement trying to convince everyone that no, really, we are not creepy and we do not fondle your dead loved ones.

“These allegations are deeply disturbing. They are contrary to everything the entire funeral profession stands for. The vast majority of people in the funeral industry are people with the utmost integrity. They are caring, compassionate professionals who daily help families through extremely difficult times.”

Seriously, though. I never quite got people who fuck around with corpses. I’m not talking about some hot chick who may have just died of alcohol poisoning, I mean, what guy hasn’t found themselves in that situation, right? But a funeral home corpse? Ugh.

Not too creepy looking, huh ladies? I mean, aside from his nose trying to exit stage right.

Tara A. Donahue Is A Moron

KEANSBURG, NJ - Two teen boys were involved in some kind of dispute. The father of one of the boys was a friend of 41-year-old Tara Donahue. He had the cell phone number of the other teen so Donahue decided she was going to get involved and call this kid and give him a piece of her mind because she was “looking out for her friend’s children.” She dialed the number and when the person answered, she began threatening them and threatening to kill them and the person’s mother. The person she was talking to was police dispatcher John Swartz. She had called the police station by accident.

But it just gets dumber. See, Swartz actually answered the phone per procedure stating he was Dispatcher Swartz of the Keansburg police. But that didn’t hinder Donahue who began her tirade and telling the dispatcher she was going to kill him and his mother. Patrolman John Magner happened to be in the station and also listened to portions of the call as well. Like most crazy women on the phone (trust me on this), Tara just didn’t know when to shut up. She talked long enough for the police to trace where the call was coming from.

Magner left the station and when he arrived at Donahue’s home, she was sitting on her porch, still on the phone and still threatening Swartz. When Magner asked her who she was talking to, she answered “a punk kid.” She was then charged with making terroristic threats, obstruction, disorderly conduct and harassment and sent to the Monmouth County Jail with bail set at $23,000.

I remember when I was a teenager and hanging out at our friend’s house. We were all kinda drunk and making prank calls to random people for no reason other than boredom. We were getting tired of it when I got this great idea to call my friend’s mother and then hand the phone to him without him realizing who I called. So I dialed his home number and then handed the phone to his drunk ass saying “Here! Here! Say something!”

Mother: – Hello?
Drunk Son: - I’m Johnny B. Fucker and I fuck all I can!
Mother: – WHAT?!
Drunk Son Louder (with us laughing our ass off): I’m Johnny B. Fucker and I fuck all I can!!

He then threw the phone like it had had some kind of voodoo curse on it while we howled with laughter. We never let him live that down, and the name Johnny B. Fucker lives on in infamy.

Portland, OR- I don’t know who it was that lied to 23-year old Rodolfo Claudio-Marquez and told him he is the shit when it comes to romancing the ladies, but whoever it was needs a good kick in the nads. Around 7 p.m. on Monday, a 17-year old girl was riding a Trimet bus toward home when Claudio-Marquez began flirting with her. The girl ignored Claudio-Marquez’s advances and when she got off at her stop, the persistent Romeo followed her. The girl told Claudio-Marquez several times to leave her alone as she walked toward her house, but he refused and even offered to buy the girl alcohol.

When the girl reached her house, Claudio-Marquez grabbed her around the waist, pulled her toward him, and tried to kiss her. Instead of swooning over this Don Juan wannabe’s forceful attempt, the girl pushed him away from her. That was when Claudio-Marquez proved he really is an asshole because he punched the girl in the face. The girl ran into her home and said she was calling police which finally convinced Claudio-Marquez to get lost.

The girl called her father, who then notified police, and they gave a description of Claudio-Marquez. The girl’s father later spotted Claudio-Marquez back at the same bus stop and contacted the police. Claudio-Marquez was arrested and the girl confirmed he was the same man who had assaulted her. Claudio-Marquez was charged with assault, harassment and sex abuse. Police said Claudio-Marquez also violated probation for an earlier meth charge.
