Julie "Weird - she doesn't *look* crazy" Hubbard

Julie was stopped early Wednesday morning after making an illegal left turn. When Sgt. George Maddox made contact with the crazy lady, she “immediately became belligerent and unruly” toward him. That behavior earned her a seat in the cruiser while Maddox checked for wants and warrants. While he ran his check, Julie reportedly started spewing out death threats and racially derogatory names, Maddox is black, before hawking a loogie on his leg and stomach. Then she allegedly started going on and on about her dad being a member of the KKK and the officer “was gonna get his.” Then, the nut job purposely peed on the seat. (Yep. Big-ass flashlight and a straw).

Now, 44-year-old Julie Hubbard is facing charges of corruption of a public servant or family by threat, battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer without violence. Bond has been set at $21,000. Oh yeah, and a parrot was removed from her vehicle.

OMFG. Permanent marker. Really? Was that the best you guys could do? It’s almost Halloween for fuck sake, every damn store in the country is just overflowing with masks, costumes, and make-up and you guys Sharpie the shit outta your face? Not only that, but you did a really shitty job of it, too! My grandson colors better than that! These two rank right up there with palm-frond guy and the thong bandits when it comes to dumb disguises. Luckily, neither of the idiots were carrying a weapon.

Matthew McNelly, 23, was charged with second-degree attempted burglary and DUI. Joey Miller is looking at a charge of second-degree attempted burglary as well. Bond was set at $7,500 cash – both posted bond on Monday and were released.

Johnnie Joe Hobbs

“There are a lot of people that will do a lot of things to keep from going back to jail,” Capt. John Bowman said. “To use a flammable liquid to ignite where they are, I have not seen that before.” And see it, they did. There were concerns that Johnnie Joe may have been armed and because of the danger imposed on rescue workers, the fire department didn’t immediately extinguish the blaze. After about 30 minutes, the fire was put out and authorities entered the van to discover Johnnie Joe’s flambéed body in the cab. No weapons were found.

Johnnie Joe Hobbs, 47, is no more. According to the DOC website, Johnnie Joe was convicted for lewd molestation of a child, showing obscene material to a child, and lewd or indecent proposals to a child. Self-immolation – get’s ‘em every time.

Linda Brown

Yes, Linda Brown was offering something for nothing. “I won the lottery for half a million dollars,” she said.  “I don’t want any of it and that’s why I am here at Burlington.” She whipped out her debit card to pay for the merchandise that had been rang up at that point. The card maxed out at $5,000. No big thing. She told everyone that she was going to hit up the ATM and return with the rest of the money shortly. Customers and management alike waited in anticipation. And waited. And waited. Linda Brown didn’t come back. Oh yeah, and Linda Brown didn’t win the lottery.

The customers finally realized they had been had and they were none to thrilled. Promised free stuff, they wanted their free stuff. A riot broke out. People started tearing shit off the racks and throwing it around. People were walking out of the door with shopping carts full of stolen merchandise. The limo driver, when he realized Brown wasn’t going to be coughing up the $900 she owed him, turned her in to police.

Linda Brown, 44, was arrested on three outstanding warrants for aggravated menacing, misuse of a 911 system and causing false alarms. No charges have been filed against her for the clothing hoax pending a mental health evaluation. She could be charged with inducing panic and fraud.

Police said they have no way of tracking down the customers who stole items and fled, but they’re reviewing surveillance video.

Aaron Morphis

How she managed to keep her composure and not shove the wooden handle of the toilet plunger into the bastards eye socket is beyond me, but, she kept her cool, covered up, and left the bathroom. She confronted the peeper in the hallway as he was exiting the attic. Still, she kept her wits about her and didn’t go all kung-fu on his chunky butt. Morphis apologized to the woman and said he would leave. The victim’s grandmother told police she saw Morphis exiting the attic and witnessed the confrontation. Both women said they believed Morphis may have been spying on the victim for several months but couldn’t prove it. Authorities say there is a family connection between Morphis and the victim, so his being in the home wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. It’s bad enough to get your jollies by spying on someone in the shower, but fwappin’ to a relative? Umm…eww.

Aaron Morphis, 26, was arrested and charged with voyeurism. He has already been released on $1,000 bond. Skeevy nutjob. I wonder, did he sit up there and fwap when the grandma was in the shower too??

Jacob Trofnoff

After gaining access to the condo’s attic, officers noticed that someone had punched through the walls that separate each unit. The path of destruction led to a unit two doors down – a unit occupied by 31-year-old Jacob Trofnoff and his mom. Mr. Trofnoff, when apprehended, was wearing blood-stained pink jammies. “Those, I guess, were his mother’s,” Grace Calabrese said of the creepy dude’s attire. Damn. It’s bad enough to be busted as a creepy attic dweller, but to be wearing your mommy’s jammies? Ha! Trofnoff has numerous cuts, scrapes, and bruises to his body where he had been raked by roofing nails.

From his mother’s condo, police recovered items stolen from other condos, including a safe and various prescription medications. It’s not clear how many residences were burglarized as many of the occupants are seasonal. Jacob Trofnoff was arrested on burglary charges and is being held on $15,000 bond. Loser.

Jonathan Alicea

Jonathan ordered the child to change his clothes. When the little boy didn’t, couldn’t, or wouldn’t do it fast enough to please the big bad Jonathan, he got knocked into next week. Jonathan told detectives that he pushed the kid’s head, knocking him to the ground and causing him to lose consciousness. Now Jonathan had an unresponsive child on his hands – what to do? He came up with a brilliant fucking plan! He put the kid into an empty dresser drawer and began CPR. When that didn’t work, he boiled a pot of water and poured it over the child in an attempt to revive him. Wait…what? My handy-dandy CPR pamphlet must be broken because I don’t see ‘boiling water‘ listed anywhere in the illustrations. Great – now he has an unresponsive, burned, blistered, and soggy child crammed into a dresser drawer – you would think the next item on his to-do list would be to call 911. Right? Ha! He waited another 30 minutes, until the child’s mother got home from work, before anything was done for the boy. Why? Because “his cell phone is disconnected and he does not like to depend on neighbors for anything.” I sincerely hope someone leaves a rusty blade in the fucker’s cell – or a sheet already fashioned into a noose.

The child, covered in burns, died Monday morning. The child’s 6-year-old sibling has been removed from the home for the time being. DCF officials state that they have had no prior involvement with the children, but “will be looking for any type of abuse history to secure and ensure the safety of the sibling.”

Jonathan Alicea showed no remorse during his interview with police. Officers noted that his left hand, the hand he allegedly used to push the child, was swollen. He is now being held on charges of first-degree murder. His priors include two sexually-related arrests involving a child between 12 and 15 years old. Oh, and congrats, Jonathan!! You get credit for committing the first homicide in Kissimmee all year! You little go-getter, you! C’mere, let me give you your prize. Asshole.

Now, get this. The sonofafuckingbitch allegedly put an ad up on Craigslist inviting others to come and rape the teen. Seriously? If that is true, tell me, why is the worthless creature still breathing without the aid of a machine and some tubing? Through Daily’s computer, investigators were able to track down some of the slime that responded to the ad. They are as follows: Robert Thompson, 34; David Garcia, 41; Patricio Moreno, 43; and Alisa Nice, 31. The girl told them that Daily had, on more than one occasion, tied her up and forced her into group sex with these skeevy fuckers. He forced her to have sex with him. He forced her to have sex with his dog. Good thing the asshole had a thing for photography – because without that kind of proof, this shit would be hard to believe. The 4-year-old child was located and interviewed – she confirmed the abuse. That little girl is being cared for at a child abuse assessment center in McMinville.

Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (5 counts).
He is being held on $750,000.00 bond.

David Garcia is charged with:
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (4 counts)
Rape in the Third Degree (2 counts)
He posted $100,000 bond and was released.

Patricio Moreno is charged with:
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (4 counts)
Rape in the Third Degree (2 counts)
Sodomy in the Third Degree (2 counts)
He is being held on $15,000.00 bond.

Graybill’s spiel was this: He was “Dr. Richardson,” a fertility doctor soliciting sperm donors for the nonexistent Fertility Clinic of West Los Angeles. After receiving a response to his Craigslist ad, the Dr. would communicate with the cash-strapped donor by telephone or e-mail before scheduling a physical examination. These exams would take place in either the victims homes or the Dr.’s apartment. Wait….what? One would assume that if one is undergoing a physical examination and bodily fluids are involved, one would want to be in a sterile environment. Like, say, a fertility clinic? He offered his patients a 3-page printout full of FAQ’s about sperm donation – the packet also warned informed the patient that the examination could take up to two hours to perform. The Dr. went one step further in making himself look the part – he actually carried a black medical bag. And the bag had a stethoscope in it! Ahhhh…I see. Anyone carrying a stethoscope and a black bag is totally trustworthy. Carry on…

The physical examination was thorough – a couple of his victims stated that Graybill insisted on examining their genitals before he would accept them as sperm donors. And, seeing as how one of the charges against him is sexual penetration with a foreign object, I’m guessing he did a bit more than just fondle their junk. After the exam, he collected his semen sample and essentially told the men, “The check is in the mail,” or some shit like that.

Several victims in the Los Angeles area filed a police report after they didn’t receive any cash. They even went looking for the good doctor, but investigators discovered that Graybill moved his ‘practice’ to Phoenix in July ‘09. Authorities in Phoenix believe he may be pulling the same scam in their state. It has been confirmed that, so far, Graybill has as many as 25 victims, including the real Dr. Robert Richardson, who’s identity Graybill borrowed.

Jeffrey Graybill, 40, was arrested on Thursday and charged with numerous felonies, including practicing medicine without certification, identity theft, sexual penetration with a foreign object, and sexual battery by fraud. Bail has been set at $590,000. I don’t even wanna know what he did with all those *gag* samples.

Lisa Johnson and Jessica Fixl

As you may have guessed, Richard continued to screw both of ‘em. That was more than Lisa could take. Police were called to the home on Friday to referee an argument between the skanky mother and daughter. Deputies noted that Lisa looked to be intoxicated and told her to sleep it off. They then left the home without any further ado…

About 20 minutes later, officers were called back to the residence. This time, Lisa was sportin’ a bloody forehead. She initially told officers that she went back to bed as directed, but awoke when her daughter, jealous of her mother’s relationship with Richard, attacked her. A juvenile witness at the scene, however, told a different story. The witness said that Lisa entered a room where Richard was staying, grabbed hold of his package and squeezed, saying she was going to “rip them off.” The bitch had quite a grip on the dude’s sack and wouldn’t let go. Jessica responded with a punch to mamma’s head. The end.

Now both women are cooling their heels behind bars. Lisa Johnson, 46, was booked on a charge of felony domestic simple battery on Richard. It’s a felony because she was convicted of criminal domestic abuse in 1991 and convicted of battery in early September. Jessica Fixl, 25, is looking at one count of domestic battery. The charge was upgraded to a felony because she had prior felony conviction in ‘08.

According to CPS, Keashia is a pathological liar and may be suffering from an untreated mental illness. While I’m sure the file they hold on her is rather thick, here are a few goodies pulled from said file:

She lost custody of the first child after the baby “was found unsupervised, severely malnourished, unkempt, drugged by Ms. Matthews to make her sleep, and with severe physical and medical needs.” She lost custody of the second child at birth because of the history of abuse of the first child. She stated at the time that she “hated the child and did not want to have anything to do with her. Ms. Matthews has on many occasions stated that she does not like children.” Matthews attempted to burn down her mother’s house, attacked her mother with a knife and attacked her stepmother with a rake. Her third child was removed by CPS shortly after birth in March 2003 and returned to her in November. She was reportedly seen hitting and yelling at her third and fourth children in March. That allegation was later ruled out by CPS. In May, it was discovered that Keashia had been leaving her children, ages 6, 5, and 1, home alone during the day while she worked. CPS investigated and did nothing. CPS spokesman Chris Van Deusen had this to say about that particular incident: “While there is certainly a risk of harm in leaving three young children home alone, it’s not an ‘immediate’ risk because serious injury isn’t imminent.” The agency closed the neglect case after Keashia procured a sitter for the young ‘ens.

Fast forward to September 3. Keashia is once again lacking adequate day care and parenting skills. She loads 17-month-old Darrell into her SUV and heads to work. Possibly thinking that her son could do a damn fine job of caring for himself and keeping himself entertained while she brought home the bacon, Keashia left the kiddo strapped into his seat so “he wouldn’t get into stuff.” She did, however, periodically check on the child throughout the 8-hour long work day. About every 30-45 minutes. And, each time she ambled on out to the parking lot, she would run the AC for a few minutes for the little tyke – after all, it was a whoppin’ 98 degrees out that day. When she popped out at about 3:00 that afternoon with a nice cold drink for Darrell, she noticed “he looked kinda funny and a little red.” And well, he was unresponsive. No biggie, she’d get him to the hospital, right? Wrong. First she had to pick the other two up from school. By the time she arrived at the hospital, it was too late for little Darrell. His body temperature was 107. Toasty…

Keashia Matthews, 37, was arrested last week and faces a felony charge of injury to a child. She was released over the weekend after posting a $13,000 bond. Someone needs a uterus removal…

The children’s uncle happened to be driving by the now crowded shoulder and recognized the kiddos. He pulled over to speak with officers and told deputies where mommy lived. When officers arrived at the home they found mommy, 44-year-old Brenda Duclos, passed out cold behind the wheel of the family grocery getter – the engine running. On the seat beside her, four empty wine bottles. Yes, Brenda had been all set to pick her older child up from school when she passed the hell out. The kids, perhaps worried about their sibling getting home safely, climbed out of the mini-van and set out to pick her up themselves. By that time, the older child had already walked to her uncle’s house when it dawned on her that her parental unit wasn’t gonna show.

Brenda refused a breathalyzer at the scene. She told officers that she has a drinking problem (ya think?) and that she had been drinking wine for a good part of the day. But, she adamantly stated that she hadn’t been driving drunk. Um. Granted, she wasn’t actually driving, but sounds to me like she sure as shit planned on it at one point. Brenda’s husband, who had been working at the time, arrived to collect the children and had this to say: “She’s stupid. She did a stupid thing,” before driving off with the kids. He later changed his mind about the stupid part and praised her on her mad motherin’ skills. “I just want to let everyone know, my wife’s not a bad person that’s made out to be like that. She’s a great mom, a great wife. We’re struggling like everyone else has been.” Uh-huh. I was more inclined to agree with him when the word ’stupid’ came into play.

Brenda Duclos spent a day and a half behind bars before bonding out on $5,000. At her first court appearance on Thursday, Judge John Hurley read her the riot act. “Your children were found two miles away from you passed out in your driveway,” he said. “If that’s not a danger to your children, then I don’t know what is, ma’am, short of having a loaded gun with them.” It is reported that the judge also vowed to “personally call the Department of Children & Families to make sure officials were aware of how she endangered her children.” You go, judge! Brenda is being charged with DUI and child neglect. The state of Florida says cops can make an arrest on DUI charges in cases where a person suspected of being impaired is in physical control of a vehicle, even if they are just sitting behind the wheel with the keys in the ignition and/or the engine running.

Christie Bradley

Court documents state that teen told officers that Christie kissed him on the lips, in his home, earlier this month. He went on to say that she had been contacting him via text messages and Facebook. After the teen made contact with police, an investigator slipped into the role of stinky 13-year-old boy and continued to communicate with Christie. The messages that went back and forth between the two were sexual in nature. One message went sorta like this: Agent – “Do I need to get condoms? Or do u have some?” Christie – “I’ll get some. Then u don’t have 2 worry bout gettn caught with them. We have 2 use them.” Another message from Christie said, “Do u want me 4 me or do u want me 4 the sex.” Gag. And in another message, Christie professed her love for the teen and said she planned to marry him after he graduated. Vomit.

Arrangements were made for Christie to meet the teen at his home and, yes, she was prepared. With her, she had some schmexy lingerie and condoms. Damn woman, do you never watch To Catch A Predator? Christie Bradley, 38-year-old wife and mother of two, was placed under arrest and charged federally with coercion and enticement of a minor, additional charges are pending.
