HARTFORD, CT –Police arrested 19-year-old Francheska Terrero after responding to a 911 call early Christmas Eve where a woman told police their daughter was assaulting her father with a Christmas tree. When police arrived at the home they found a very drunk, very belligerent Terrero at the scene along with a Christmas tree on its side with broken ornaments scattered around the room. The teen’s mother told police that Terrero had even taken the cell phone she used to call 911 out of her hand and threw that at her father as well. Terrero was arrested, facing charges of assault, disorderly conduct, and interfering with a 911 call. Her parents received some minor injuries at the hands of their drunken daughter. To be completely honest, the only only reason why I am even wasted any time with this dumbass story is because I like posting about drunk teenage girls and the fact that Terrero is sporting about five different hairstyles at one time.…

SOMERVILLE, N.J. – That actress I did not remember who starred in films I did not watch and a show I hated back in the ’90s has been indicted in the fatal car crash she caused in New Jersey earlier this year. 38-year-old Amy Locane-Bovenizer, who starred in the show MELROSE PLACE, was indicted on manslaughter and assault-by-automobile charges yesterday by a Somerset County grand jury. “Alcohol intoxication, excessive speed and reckless driving were the proximate cause of the death of Helene Seeman and injuries sustained by Fred Seeman,” Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano said in a statement issued yesterday. Police say that Locane was driving her 2007 Chevy Tahoe drunk back in July while being followed by a driver she had rear-ended. Seven miles from the original hit-and-run and several flattened mailboxes later, her drunken antics ended when she broadsided the passenger side of a car driven by Fred Seeman. Taking the brunt of the impact was 60-year-old Helene Seeman who would be pronounced dead at the scene while Fred was transported to the hospital by helicopter with serious injuries.…

WINTER PARK, Fla. – Yet another mother busted driving drunk while trying to pick her kid up from school. Margaret Lilly, 31, joins Renee Godby and Andrea Vellender on our ever growing list of Florida mothers who not only put the public in danger by driving drunk, but also compound things by attempting to put their kids in the car with their drunk asses. On Tuesday Lilly was on her way to Joan Walker Elementary to pick up her 9-year-old when a crossing guard witnessed her run over a stop sign near the school and keep on going. The guard recognized Lilly and alerted school staff who called police. When police arrived at the scene Lilly was still sitting in the school’s student pickup line, due in part to school officials taking her keys away. Police administered a field sobriety test, that she failed, and Lilly stated she didn’t even remember hitting the sign. Her breath test revealed she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent, more than two times the legal limit.…

IOWA CITY, Iowa — You know it’s a slow news day when I am reporting on the sentence handed to that idiot who got a puppy drunk last year. Maybe I should do a search on pit bull attacks. Anyway, 28-year-old Jared Colony was accused of encouraging a puppy to drink straight vodka he had poured into the dog’s water bowl back in October 2009. When the dog’s owner returned they found the 4-month-old Puggle named Pip, unresponsive, and barely breathing. “Pip’s just a little drunk right now,” Colony reportedly told the owner. Pip barely survived, spending two days at the vet in critical care. Colony was initially charged with animal abuse, a charge that could have gotten him two years, but has now agreed to plea guilty so he could get a 90-day jail sentence. He’ll also have to pay a $625 fine and nearly $2,500 to the dog’s owner.…

St. Albans, VT – Misty Smith, 34, is being held on $1 million bail for allegedly drugging, kidnapping and sexually assaulting three of her 11-year-old son’s friends. Smith was arrested on Wednesday after one of the alleged victims was reported missing by his parents. The 11-year-old boy was seen heading to Smith’s home after school Tuesday afternoon, and when he failed to show up at home, his parents and police canvassed the neighborhood. The boy’s parents visited Smith’s home and asked her three separate times if she had seen the boy – each time, Smith denied having any knowledge of his whereabouts. When an officer questioned Smith about the missing boy that evening, she played stupid once again. Hearing noises coming from an upstairs bedroom, the officer asked if he could take a look. In the bedroom, he found the missing boy and two other 11-year-old boys.
During an interview with the boys, detectives learned they routinely visited Smith’s home after school and were given cigarettes, marijuana, alcohol, pills that “made them hyper” and cocaine.…

Oklahoma City, OK – Police arrested 25-year-old Kimberly Williams at Buy 4 Less last Wednesday afternoon after she was found passed out cold in the frozen food section of the grocery store – her three children, ages 7, 3 and 2, were playing nearby. According to the arresting officer, Williams had an odor of alcohol on her breath and slurred speech, and could not stand up. The 7-year-old child told police her mom “gets like this every day.” When asked how much she’d had to drink, Williams reportedly answered, “Not enough.” She was booked into jail on complaints of public drunkenness and causing a minor to be in need of supervision. Though she has not been officially charged, she does remain jailed on $1,000 bond. Because Williams claimed she had no relatives to care for the children, and her husband is currently incarcerated, the children were placed in the custody of DHS. According to authorities, Williams pleaded guilty in September 2009 to a misdemeanor charge of being drunk in a public place and received a deferred sentence.…

SALEM, Mass. – A father is facing charges after it is alleged he fired a paintball gun at three little girls and then tried to blame his 5-year-old daughter for pulling the trigger. Ricky Bettencourt, 37, is facing three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon after cops say he used a paintball gun to shoot at three girls, ages 11, 9 and 7, playing in the woods near their home. They asked him to stop, which he did for a brief time, before he started shooting at them again while laughing. When police arrived, Bettencourt denied shooting at the girls saying his 5-year-old daughter was to blame. When his daughter was questioned she revealed that her father was doing the shooting and that she had told him not to do it. Bettencourt admitted that he had consumed a few beers, but pleaded not guilty in court yesterday. He was released on his own recognizance until his December court date and is not to have any contact with the three girls. Some think the assault charge is a bit harsh, but I disagree.…

Northfield, MN – Police responded to a Northfield motel last week after getting a call about an intoxicated woman who reportedly got all stabby on her roommate. Upon arrival at said motel, officers spoke with the victim, an unidentified male bleeding from three different sets of puncture wounds to the left side and top of his head. He told police he was just hanging out watching TV when 44-year-old Michelle Lee Walgenbach started stabbing him with a fork. At that point, officers made contact with the stabber, who admitted to the forkin’ and told them the man had it coming. “I don’t see why he called the cops,” Walgenbach said. “He knows he deserved it.” She claims she attacked only after the man and his girlfriend tried to rape her. Walgenbach, whose BAC was reported to be .306, was transported to a detox unit before being carted off to jail. She’s been charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault and fifth-degree assault. Walgenbach, who has prior convictions for domestic assault and disorderly conduct, is currently being held on $20,000 bond.…

Chicago, IL – More Halloween tragedy with this story out of Chicago where a young lady made the unfortunate decision to slide down a hotel’s banister and plunged around four stories to her death.
Megan Duskey was a 23-year-old special education teacher who was attending the Haunted Hotel Ball at Chicago’s Palmer House Hilton Saturday night dressed as Silk Spectre from THE WATCHMEN. For reasons not reported, but probably because she was 23 and having fun, Duskey attempted slide down a banister on the hotel’s mezzanine level and lost her balance. She would be killed instantly after falling four stories to the basement level.
Duskey’s family released the following statement:
“Megan’s passing is a tragic loss to her family and friends. She was a caring, energetic person who was full of life and eager to help others and make a difference in the world.”
I feel for the family and reading stories like this make me reflect back on all the dumb shit I did in my 20s, amazed I even survived them and scared shitless thinking of my teenagers.…

Phoenix, AZ – A nanny has been arrested and charged with driving with a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit while two kids she was taking care of, ages 2 and 8, were sitting in the backseat. The parents of the two children were out of town when their nanny, Nancy Ann Kline, took the children to a pool party. While there, Kline got sloshed. After she left the party with the kids unsecured in the backseat of the car, she struck another vehicle but left the scene. When police stopped her after clocking her at 65 in a 35, finding her in the possession of a water bottle full of vodka and blowing a blood alcohol level of .201, she resisted arrest. “They had to get physical with her, and this is all happening (while) she’s crying and screaming at the top of her lungs as my children are in the car watching and crying,” said the children’s mother, Robin Squires. She also admitted to feeling very betrayed by Kline.…

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. – Zeke Smith was looking for a fight Monday night at the River’s Edge Mobile Home Park where he lives according to property manager Shirley Phillips. “Zeke was saying, well, I’m gonna own this place and I’m running this place. He was talking crazy and acting crazy, walking in circles.” Smith began harassing two men who chased him to the sidewalk trying to run him off. Mad, Smith told police he pulled a real estate sign out of the ground and threw it at one of the men who picked it back up and stabbed him in the chest with it. But the girlfriend of the accused says Smith was acting like an idiot and fell into the sign, stabbing himself. This account was also backed-up by Phillips who said Smith had hit the man with the sign, knocking him to the ground. The man was able to wrestle the sign away from Smith who charged again and ended up impaling himself on it. Either way, Smith was taken to the hospital where he is listed in serious condition suffering from a punctured lung.…

TOPSFIELD, Mass. – A man has been arrested and charged with shooting out the tires on a car driven by his girlfriend’s teenage son. On Wednesday evening, 41-year-old Mark Letellier returned home with his girlfriend to find that her 16-year-old son, who had been previously grounded, was not home. When he returned home from a friend’s house where he had been doing homework, he was confronted by Letellier who pulled out a firearm and shot out all four tires on the car to prevent him from driving. When police arrived they found a drunk Letellier, who had just recently moved into the home, explaining that the boy had broken curfew. He was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a license; assault by a dangerous weapon; malicious destruction of property over $250; discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling; carrying a firearm while intoxicated; possession of a firearm without a Firearm’s Identification Card; and intimidation of a witness. Chester, PA – Police say an intoxicated Francis McGinley arrived home with a couple of bloody kittens Sunday evening and told his roommates that he had run them over with his truck and was planning on consuming them. When police arrived at the home, McGinley’s three roommates were in tears, one of them so disgusted she nearly vomited. Roommate Bridget Spicer told police McGinley walked into the home that evening with an injured kitten in each hand. When she asked him what was going on, McGinley reportedly replied, “I ran them over with my truck so I could eat them for dinner.” He then walked into the bathroom and placed the 4-week-old kittens in the tub. A second roommate confronted McGinley as he sat in the bathroom talking to himself. She, too, asked what his intentions were. “I ran these two cats over with my truck and now they’re my dinner. I am going to eat them,” was his response. And that’s about the time the police were called. Officers found McGinley sitting in the blood-spattered bathroom and placed him under arrest.…

Pasadena, California – Some of you watching or reading the news yesterday were probably aware of an Amber Alert issued for 3-year-old Dylan Kurihara. He is the boy who was last seen leaving a wedding reception with his father, 23-year-old Joe Kurihara, in a silver Lexus RX 300 on Saturday night. When the mother had not heard from either of them for hours she started calling police stations trying to locate them. Turns out that Kurihara had been arrested for public intoxication hours after he left the wedding reception. The problem was that he was walking at the time of his arrest and did not have his son, nor were police aware the boy was supposed to be with him. Even worse, once police were notified, Kurihara had no recollection of ever having his son with him in the first place. Luckily, before I was able to type up the story regarding the search for the missing toddler, he had already been found. On Sunday night, searcher Rowdy Metzger located the boy sleeping in his car seat inside his father’s vehicle parked in a parking garage.…

UNIONTOWN, Pa. — A woman has plead guilty to charges she drugged her 13-year-old daughter so that her boyfriend could impregnate her. Shana K. Brown, 34, who is unable to have children, reportedly asked her teen daughter to let her boyfriend, 42-year-old Dewayne Calloway, impregnate her but she refused. Not happy with that answer, the girl’s mother gave her alcohol and Tylenol PM mixed in tea and soda. Every time the girl would doze off, Calloway would attempted to rape her but each time she would wake up and fight him off. The pair were arrested and the mother struck a deal with prosecutors, pleading guilty to criminal conspiracy, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and unauthorized administration of intoxicants. Calloway was charged with attempted rape of an unconscious person, attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a substantially impaired person, indecent assault and conspiracy. He will go to trial next month.…

Richmond, Kentucky -- Kentucky’s very first Miss Kentucky Latina just lost her crown after pageant officials found out that she was arrested last week and charged with two counts of assault. Last Wednesday Daniela Gaskie, 22, got angry with a gas station employee and stabbed him in the neck with a pen. She then ran across the street and began beating on a pharmacist’s car parked outside of M &M Pharmacy. When the car’s owner, Mary Ann McKinney, walked outside to see what the hell was up, Gaskie immediately began attacking her. “She immediately kicked me with her knee into my abdomen and ripped at me and tore my glasses off and ripped my neck and scratched me and busted my lip, had a knot on my head. She was quite wild,” McKinney said. The police report notes officers detected alcohol on Gaskie and that she told officers she was bing profiled for being Mexican — not because she stabbed a guy and beat the shit out of a pharmacist. CINCINNATI – Samantha Brewer, the woman who took her kids with her to rob homes while she was pregnant, has plead guilty and sentenced to four years in prison. She apologized for her actions and made no excuses. “I’m not going to try and make up any excuses or justification. I know that I did wrong. And I apologize so much,” she said. She told the court that it was her addiction to pain medication that led to her breaking into homes, sometimes while taking her kids to school. She said that after gastric bypass surgery in 2008, her pain medications were cut off, but by that time she was already an addict. She said she lied to her family about her drug and alcohol addictions, resorting to burglarizing homes in the area to help pay for drugs. “When you are addicted to something, nothing else at that time matters than you and your addiction, and it’s not right and it doesn’t make sense,” Brewer said. “Everything is about that next high.” Although she was sentenced to four years in prison, the judge could move her into rehab at a later date.…

Holland, MI — Detectives say that back in June, a man and his son, along with another teen, videotaped themselves raping a 17-year-old girl. Now they are all in jail, charged with criminal sexual conduct. Court documents say that a 17-year-old girl went to a home with 43-year-old Kelly Paris his 19-year-old son Jordan Paris, and 19-year-old Sage Lewis. The girl told police that after having a couple drinks, she passed out only to wake up with Jordan having sex with her. She woke up a second time to find Kelly Paris assaulting her. Police say that the assaults were filmed and that Kelly Paris transferred the video to a computer. This was seized and police told the courts they were able to retrieve the videos. “We conducted a search warrant. Got the computer. After looking at the computer, all three … did have sex with (the victim),” Detective Lisa Bancuk told a judge. “And several times it appears as if she is passed out and the whole thing was video-taped by Kelly Paris,” Police Bancuk said.…

Cincinnati, Ohio – Police from seven jurisdictions had to be called out to a 3-year-old girl’s birthday party after her 26-year-old father got into an argument with her mother’s new boyfriend leading to a family feud amongst the 150 people in attendance. The fight escalated to the point that at least 75 guests were throwing chairs and beer bottles at each other. Once the dust had settled, fifteen people were injured with at least five hospitalized, one needing surgery for an eye injury caused by a beer bottle. The father of the girl was charged with disorderly conduct and four other party-goers may also face similar charges. A member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the group that had rented out their hall to the family, told reporters they may revisit their rental policies. Police feel alcohol was a major contributor to the events.
