Holland, MI — Detectives say that back in June, a man and his son, along with another teen, videotaped themselves raping a 17-year-old girl. Now they are all in jail, charged with criminal sexual conduct. Court documents say that a 17-year-old girl went to a home with 43-year-old Kelly Paris his 19-year-old son Jordan Paris, and 19-year-old Sage Lewis. The girl told police that after having a couple drinks, she passed out only to wake up with Jordan having sex with her. She woke up a second time to find Kelly Paris assaulting her. Police say that the assaults were filmed and that Kelly Paris transferred the video to a computer. This was seized and police told the courts they were able to retrieve the videos. “We conducted a search warrant. Got the computer. After looking at the computer, all three … did have sex with (the victim),” Detective Lisa Bancuk told a judge. “And several times it appears as if she is passed out and the whole thing was video-taped by Kelly Paris,” Police Bancuk said.…

Cincinnati, Ohio – Police from seven jurisdictions had to be called out to a 3-year-old girl’s birthday party after her 26-year-old father got into an argument with her mother’s new boyfriend leading to a family feud amongst the 150 people in attendance. The fight escalated to the point that at least 75 guests were throwing chairs and beer bottles at each other. Once the dust had settled, fifteen people were injured with at least five hospitalized, one needing surgery for an eye injury caused by a beer bottle. The father of the girl was charged with disorderly conduct and four other party-goers may also face similar charges. A member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the group that had rented out their hall to the family, told reporters they may revisit their rental policies. Police feel alcohol was a major contributor to the events. Philadelphia -- Towing companies in Philly don’s mess around it seems, with multiple stories in the news about competing companies fighting over territory and with each other. The latest involving a man who killed a rival towing employee by running him over with his tow-truck. Police said that 25-year-old Glen McDaniel, who worked for Straight Up Towing, and 30-year-old Ray Santiago, who worked for Siani’s towing, both ended filling up their tow trucks at the same gas station at the same time. Reportedly the two got into an argument over towing territories, and Santiago ended up leaving the gas station, pulling into O’Reilly’s Pub across the street. McDaniel followed him and for some senseless reason, he ran over Santiago. No quite satisfied, he put his truck in reverse and ran over him again, killing him. McDaniels was caught moments later after driving off and charged with murder, homicide by vehicle, and DUI. This isn’t McDaniels first run-in with the law over his temper — he was still on probation for a December charge of simple assault where he had been ordered to take anger management classes.…

Cincinnati, OH - Just before midnight last Sunday evening, an intoxicated Kimberlee Wilbur reportedly crashed her car into a utility pole near her home. Panicked, the woman fled the scene and ran home before police arrived. According to responding officers, Wilbur initially told them her 15-year-old son had wrecked the car. That story was declared bullshit when an officer at the scene overheard Wilbur talking to said teen, demanding that the boy take responsibility for the accident. “Just tell them you did it,” are the words that allegedly spewed forth from her inebriated pie-hole. Way to set an example, mom! Come to find out, the kid was actually asleep inside the vehicle when mom rammed the pole. Neighbors say she’s a single mother who has been through a lot. “She’s a good mom; they (are) in ballet, soccer, all that good stuff,” neighbor Demetrius Johnson said. ENUMCLAW, Wash. – After leaving the Yella Beak Saloon where he and some friends had just celebrated his birthday, a young man hopped on his bike and began pedaling towards a nearby house to pick up his truck. At the same time, a 24-year-old man who had been at the same bar was driving with a passenger down the same road and accidentally struck the man on his bike, killing him. When the driver got out of his vehicle and realized he had just killed the man whose birthday party he just attended, he became so distraught that he got a gun out of his truck and killed himself alongside the road. Sgt. John Urquhart stated he believed the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. Delaware — Nicole Hoffman, 18, was driving in excess of 90 mph with a blood alcohol limit almost twice the legal limit while texting when she lost control of her car. Her vehicle left the road and flipped, ejecting 20-year-old Shawn Zimmerman who died from head injuries. On Friday, Judge Jan R. Jurden sentenced Hoffman to nine years in prison for her trifecta of driving idiocy, more than four times the minimum mandatory and three years more than what prosecutors were even asking. The judge went on to ban her from social media websites during her four years of probation and once she is released, to speak at every public high school in the state about the dangers of drinking and driving and texting while driving. The reason for the harsh sentence stems from the fact that Hoffman’s Myspace page was littered with pictures of her drinking underage, and the fact that on the weekend before she was going to plead guilty to manslaughter, she was arrested for underage drinking and disorderly conduct and a second time for assault.…

After getting her drink on with her boyfriend, 23-year-old Tia Marie Bradley left the home in her car with her 2-year-old son in the backseat. Police tried to stop her after she did some donuts in the middle of the road but she took off. Police say she was driving too fast when she lost control of her car and slammed head-on into a tree. She grabbed her kid and ran into a nearby restaurant where she begged the patrons not to call police. But police would arrive shortly after and arrest her, charging her with driving with a revoked license, hit and run, DWI and child abuse. Atascadero, CA - An unnamed 51-year-old woman was busted for DUI last Thursday night after she slammed her vehicle into her own garage. An additional charge of willful cruelty to a child was thrown on because her 11-year-old son was reportedly standing in the garage at the time. Albuquerque, NM – When Michelle Charley failed to show up at school to collect her daughter and nephews Tuesday afternoon, school officials called the safe house where Charley and the children had been staying. Staffers at the safe house were able to reach Charley, but she told them she was too drunk to go anywhere. Knowing the woman had a 6-month-old son, social workers paid a visit to the woman’s apartment to check on the infant. When they couldn’t make contact with her, the police were called. Salisbury, NC - Juanita Loraine Byars was busted in early August after a 7-year-old boy told his parents she had forced him to smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, and *shudder* perform two sex acts on her during an overnight visit to her home. The boy’s mother said the child was distraught after his overnighter with Juanita, and after a chat with the child, mom placed a call to 911. Police say Juanita is known to the child, but don’t specify in what manner. At the time of her arrest, Juanita admitted to having been intoxicated while the child was there, but denied any wrongdoing on her part. She was charged with two counts of sex offense in a parental role, two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. PALM BAY, Fla. — Nothing points to you having a drinking problem like getting busted for DUI while picking your kids up from school. Andrea Vellender, 38, pulled into the bus lanes at Christa McCauliffe Elementary School at around 2:30pm Wednesday and accidentally bumped into the back of a van. When school staff came out to investigate, they knew something was wrong with her and called police instead of letting her child get in the vehicle. Police arrived and noted her eyes were glassy and bloodshot. They asked her to perform some sobriety tests that she failed with flying colors, and administered two breathalyzer tests that revealed her blood-alcohol content was .240 and .241 — three times over the legal limit. To add to her legal problems, before she was taken to jail police found half a Xanax in her purse. She admitted that she did not have a prescription for the pill and that her husband gave it to her. Anderson Twp., OH – Again, another group of words I never thought I’d have to combine in the same sentence. ‘Tis true, though – Frankenstein apparently enjoys Toby Keith and beer but dislikes police officers and patrol cars. He was arrested at the concert Saturday night after he allegedly threatened to cut a couple of police officers. It’s been reported that an intoxicated Frankenstein approached the officers and threatened them multiple times, stating, “If I had a knife I would stab you.” Unamused, the officers shackled the drunken country fan and placed him in a patrol car. Once in the backseat, Frankenstein let loose with his fury, kicking out the rear side window. Frankenstein was then placed in another patrol car where he proceeded to beat the shit out of the partition with his face. LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. -- Here’s another story about a woman injured at a party, but in this case, no one is sure exactly what happened. This is due largely to the victim currently unconscious in a hospital bed recovering from 20 broken ribs. The only clue they have to what happened to Karen Hannah is her own call to 911. Here is what is known so far. Hannah attended a cousin’s party Saturday night where, according to police, 60 to 70 people attended. At some point during this party where many, including Hannah, were drinking, she was found on the floor in the fetal position asking for water. She somehow managed to find a cell phone and call 911 at around 3:00 a.m. Sunday. She told the dispatcher she had been run over by a car but other people there were saying she was fine — just drunk and lying. The family is hoping someone at the party will speak up because even though doctor’s have stopped giving her all the drugs that were keeping her sedated, Hannah will not wake up.…

NEW YORK - The The 17-year-old daughter of of the U.S. Ambassador to Thailand fell to her death from the 25th floor of the Herald Towers Friday morning. Nicole John was pronounced dead at the scene after being found on a third-floor ledge of the building with severe trauma to her body. Investigators say Nicole was attending a party on the 25th floor with her friends after having just left a club. An investigation is underway, but witnesses say the group was heavily intoxicated and Nicole may have been leaning out of the high-rise’s window for fresh air when she fell over the edge. Ilan Nassimi, 25, was hosting the late night party and was charged with unlawful dealing with a child for supplying alcohol to someone under the age of 21. With any luck, she passed out before falling.
