Newlyweds Get Into Argument, Husband Fills Wife’s Mouth With Pepper Spray

Indianapolis — Not a lot of information on this one but Fox59 is reporting that a recently married couple got into a fight after the 35-year-old husband returned home to find his 25-year-old wife had some guests over earlier that he did not approve of. An argument ensued that ended when the man retrieved some pepper spray from his wife’s purse and then unloaded it into her face. The article uses the term “filling her mouth and face” which conjures up images of him sticking the device in her mouth like a can of Reddiwip. But from my experience pepper spray easily finds its way into your mouth shortly after getting hit in the eyes with it, usually around the time it opens up involuntarily to let out a stream of obscenities. The man left the the home and police would like to have a word with him. The couple have two daughters who were sleeping in the next room at the time of the attack. Oceano, California — Here’s a creepy one for the ladies. A woman called police after receiving text messages from her ex-husband in which he described things inside her house that only someone IN her house could know about. She called police telling them that she thought he may be lurking in her attic. When police arrived they began searching the home and found found her ex-husband in a closet, hiding inside a cardboard box (kudos on the title). Manuel Heredia Hernandez, 37, who was already on probation because of an earlier domestic abuse charge, was arrested and charged with violating four restraining orders, burglary and possession of burglary tools. It’s scary enough to think about how persistence this guy is, but it’s even scarier when you realize just how worthless a restraining order is when dealing with certain individuals. Belton, MO - Cynthia Walters called 911 Monday evening to report she had just shot her husband. When police and paramedics arrived, they found 66-year-old Robert Walters suffering from a gunshot wound to the face. Mrs. Walters told police she and her husband had been arguing off and on for several days – she wanted to return to the workforce and he said she was too stupid to do so. While Mr. Walters was lounging in his recliner, Cynthia. retrieved a .38-caliber, pointed it at his face and fired. One round entered the man’s face just beneath his nose. Cynthia told police she didn’t realize the gun was loaded – she just wanted to scare him a little. The couple’s daughter, however, told investigators her mother should have known the gun was loaded…Robert Walters has always kept his guns loaded. Yesterday we posted a story about a husband and wife getting into a fight that ended with the wife breaking the husband’s nose before breaking into a school naked. Today we have a story about a husband and wife getting into an argument that ended with the wife using her car to run over her husband. You guys just have to get the last word, huh? Witnesses say that on Monday night, April Holmes backed over her estranged husband with her Bonneville then drove forward hitting him again, pinning him underneath. Neighbors reported that 29-year-old Donald Holmes “was screaming and crying for help. He then threw his cell phone out to one of the witnesses to call the police,” said Donna Hawkins of the Harris Co. District Attorney’s Office. Police placed April into custody after finding her at the scene, still sitting behind the wheel of the car. She claimed it was an accident, but neighbors say that’s bullshit especially since they reported that she rolled over him at least four times.…

Charlotte, NC – At around 4 a.m. Monday morning, police responding to an alarm set off at Jay M. Robinson Middle School were disgusted surprised to find 58-year-old Janice Shields inside the school…she was butt-nekkid. She told the police that she had been at a party with her husband earlier, and did not know how she ended up inside the school. They located her husband and he was more than happy to fill in the gaps. He told police that the two had pulled over to the side of the road during an argument that ended when Shields punched him in the face, breaking his nose and injuring his eye. She then got out of the vehicle naked, walked to the school and broke in. using this information, police arrested Shields and charge her with domestic assault and breaking and entering. Roebuck, SC - Police say that after Jamie Earnhart attacked his girlfriend Sunday morning, her kids whooped his ass. And they did a damn fine job, too. Earnhart admitted to police that in the midst of a heated argument, he shoved his woman while she was holding her baby. He then reportedly hit her in the face while continuing to scream at her. When the kids heard the ruckus, they went all Fists of Fury on his ass, beating him and keeping him from leaving the home until the police showed up. Maysville, N.C. – Shortly after changing her Facebook relationship status to “engaged” a woman was shot to death by her roommate. Karen Ann Rooney, 63 and Peter Terrance Moonan, 62 were not married but had been in a 16 year relationship and purchased their home together in 2002. The couple broke up earlier this year and since that time, Rooney had met another man, William Jenkins, and the pair had gotten engaged. Police feel that when Rooney changed her relationship status on Facebook to reflect that fact, Moonan flipped. He used a .357 handgun to shoot her twice before turning the gun on himself. The pair were found by a neighbor on Saturday. While I joined in on the Facebook angle with the title of this article, the truth is that it really had nothing to do with this. It’s not like Moonan didn’t know she had met a man and gotten engaged. And on the slim chance he did not know, he would have found out eventually without Facebook and this story would probably have still played out like it did.…

YORBA LINDA, California – A 48-year-old man got a nasty surprise after leaving the Messiah Lutheran Church Monday night. As he began pulling out of the parking lot his ex-girlfriend, 47-year-old Elizabeth Cuevas Villanueva, jumped up from the backseat and proceeded to stab him multiple times in the head and shoulder with an icepick. This caused the victim to drive his car into a tree before escaping from the vehicle. Villanueva also got out of the car and ran from the scene but was picked up later at a nearby intersection. The man was taken to the hospital suffering from non-life-threatening injuries, treated and released while probably wondering why his ex couldn’t have just got stuck in his chimney like that other guy. Reports state the couple were living together although they had broken up four months ago. Villanueva is currently living in jail on a $500,000 bail, charged with suspicion of attempted murder, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a weapon.…

Gainesville, FL - According to police, Joshua Porter, 24, and his 66-year-old girlfriend were in the middle of a heated argument last Wednesday when things started to get a little rough. And weird. When the victim tried to leave the room, Porter allegedly slammed her hand in a door, shoved her on the couch, twisted her nose and beat her about the head with couch pillows before forcing her to kiss a picture of her dead husband. I’ll give you a minute to let that all that sink in. When she tried to exit the room a second time, Porter blocked the door. I gotta wonder what the hell is up with the picture of the dead husband and his desire to see her kiss it? Freak. The tension between the two eventually faded and the woman was allowed to leave. LONG BRANCH, N.J. - Last Wednesday, firefighters responding to a car fire found the body of 42-year-old Stephen Moore inside the trunk. He had been reported missing on Aug 16th by his boss when he did not show up for work after dropping his 20-month-old daughter off at the home of his ex-wife, Kathleen Dorsett. Moore and Dorsett, a third-grade teacher at Gables Elementary School, have been sharing custody of the little girl but had also been involved in a bitter legal battle over visitation rights ever since their divorce earlier this year. On Monday, Dorsett was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and fourth-degree tampering with evidence. Then on Tuesday, Dorsett’s father, 64-year-old Thomas Dorsett, was arrested as well. He was charged with one count of murder, two counts of tampering with physical evidence and one count of tampering with a witness. He was served with papers while in his hospital room where he has been after being admitted for unreported reasons. The child has been placed in foster care. If these two are guilty of what they have been charged with, I’m going to assume they didn’t think this one out.…

Elyria, OH – A 14-year-old boy is being held in a juvenile detention facility charged with aggravated arson after police say he intentionally set fire to his 17-year-old cousin, Jasmin Pyles, injuring her infant Goddaughter at the same time. Jasmin told officers that she was laying in bed with 11-month-old Melina Hall, when her young cousin came into the room and demanded a cigarette. She refused his demand, so he poured nail polish remover on her pants, splashing the infant and the mattress with the liquid in the process, and brandished a lighter. “I told him to put the (bleeping) lighter down,” she told officers. His response? “I don’t have to fucking listen to you!” Then he flicked his Bic. Jasmin’s pants, the mattress and the baby immediately caught fire. The asshole 14-year-old then took off running to a neighbor’s home and the resident there called police. Jasmin was taken away by ambulance, suffering from burns to the back of her legs. TAMPA, FL – Two sisters looked on in horror as their mother, 50-year-old Danzita Fonseca, was viciously attacked with a machete wielded by her boyfriend. The daughters say that her mother had been arguing with 39-year-old Alexander Cote-Ferrer throughout the day Sunday who waited until nightfall to attack her while she was sleeping. When she started screaming, the two sisters and one of their boyfriends kicked open the bedroom door to witness the horrific site of Cote-Ferrer hacking their mother to death with a machete. He then threatened the trio as they ran from the residence to call police. Cote-Ferrer was arrested later and charged with second-degree murder and three counts of aggravated assault. Hillsboro, MO- In a restraining order against her husband, 30-year old Mary Colletta stated that on July 2, “My alcoholic husband threatened to harm me and said I could never get away from him. He grabbed my arm and in the process scratched my face. He also blocked my car from leaving.” Colletta stated another incident occurred on June 7 where she said her husband pushed her and headbutted her because she made him angry. On June 9, Colletta said “He grabbed me by the arms and shoved me. We went to the neighbors that night.” She described the worst incident that happened on August 2 when, “He physically assaulted me and chased me. Officers were called. Vancouver, WA – Michelle Hawn ran from her trailer to a neighboring trailer in tears Tuesday evening, claiming her boyfriend had beaten her up. The neighbor sat with the crying woman for about 45 minutes before venturing over to the trailer in question to check shit out. When she opened the door, she saw Hawn’s boyfriend, 41-year-old Todd Proetel, laying on the kitchen floor, unconscious and bleeding profusely from the head. When the police arrived on scene, they noticed Hawn had no visible signs of abuse on her face or her body. Proetel, though, had been beaten senseless. Amid the blood splatter, deputies found the plastic Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner Hawn had used to break her boyfriend’s face. Proetel is now listed in critical condition with fractures to his skull and the bones around his eyes. Hawn reportedly admitted to bashing Proetel in the skull with the appliance, but failed to explain what led to the beating. Dallas, TX – Jessie Vasquez reportedly sauntered in to Dallas Fire Station #752 Sunday morning and matter-of-factly told one of the firefighters, “I just put poison in my mother’s coffee.” Instead of instantly pummeling him for such a cruel and atrocious act, the police were summoned and paramedics were dispatched to the woman’s home. The woman told officers she had already finished off a cup o’ joe that morning, and at that point, was feeling no ill effects. Officers examined a can of coffee in the home and detected a white powder inside the container and noticed the coffee had a slight chemical smell. Under the kitchen cabinet, they found a container of Comet cleanser that had the same chemical aroma as the coffee grounds. Vasquez, 43, was booked on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and family violence – he also had a few outstanding warrants. He did not explain the motive behind his actions. His 61-year-old mother was later admitted to the hospital for observation after she began to feel sick.…

REIDSVILLE, N.C. - Lonnie Irvin Pinnix, 38, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly shooting his wife with a pistol loaded with toilet paper. When Darlene Pinnix came home shortly after midnight on Tuesday, she found her husband wasn’t too happy. When she got in the bed, he held a pistol to her head and told her to get out. She didn’t move fast enough for him, so Pinnix gave her a helping hand by shooting her in the back with the pistol he had loaded with toilet paper. Christian Rizk returned home from a long day of work a little different than usual. Different as in he was in the middle of a full blown psychotic episode.
According to police, Rizk has a mental condition that he hasn’t been taking his medicine for and has a history of cutting himself. Police received a 911 call from the girlfriend stating the Christian came home in, “an altered state of mind” claiming the she and her son were , “Satan and demons and that they were dead meat”. Rizk disconnected the phones, turned off the lights and proceeded to strangle the life out of the family cat. While still holding the cat, Rizk called his girlfriend a slew of names, kicked her in the stomach and threw her into the wall. She ran from the apartment to the neighbors and dailed 911. ROCK HILL, SC – Marquevious Jabar Bell, 20, won’t be winning any Boyfriend of the Year awards after an incident at the Rock Hill Women’s Center. While his girlfriend was laying in the hospital bed preparing to give birth to their baby, Bell allegedly hit her in the face. According to the police report, the two got into an argument after the mom-to-be was given some medication that made her groggy. The report said that at this time Bell “struck her in the face with an open hand” and that the woman was hit several more times after that. Nurses were alerted to the abuse when the girlfriend slipped them a note that read “please don’t leave the room but make him leave, he stressn [sic] me and I’m scared.” Security was called and Bell was removed from the building. The woman went on to explain that she has been trying to leave Bell for over a year. The police report said that he has tried to shoot her and assault her on other occasions.…

Chicago, IL – Lisa Baywood is a 42-year-old hooker who is was romantically involved with a 61-year-old disabled man. Ok, maybe romantically involved is a poor choice of words – she apparently kept him around for his disability checks.
She told authorities that she expected the man to give her $150-200 a month to pay for her phone bill and and other expenses. *coughcrackcough* When he would “play games with her” and refuse to hand over the money in a lump sum, she would threaten to set his ass on fire.
She often threw hot water on the man and ignited small fires by striking a match near an aerosol hair spray can just to “spook him.” Well, the crazy bitch finally made good on her promise. Police say that on July 2nd, Baywood returned home from a long night at work and after another heated argument over money, she attacked the man.
