Man Demonstrates Knife Throwing Skills When Fiancée ‘Won’t Leave Him Alone’

Spring Hill, FL — Matthew Emerson Penix, 32, was jailed Wednesday night after he allegedly threw a knife at his fiancée during an argument. More impressive than his skills at debate are his aim. He cut her ear with that knife throw. Damn.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Department responded at approximately 7 p.m. to Penix’s home. There, the victim told them that Penix had thrown a knife at her head and called her a “skank,” according to an arrest affidavit.
Deputies said Penix admitted to throwing the knife at his fiancée, but ‘didn’t mean to hurt her.’ Penix added that he threw the knife because the victim “would not leave him alone,” according to investigators.
Penix was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is being held without bond.…

Seattle, WA – Jennifer Kolone, 29, was arrested last month after she apparently attempted to turn her boyfriend’s manjigglies into finger puppets.
Police were called to the couple’s home in the early morning hours of May 24, where they found the 40-year-old victim nekkid and bleeding. The man told police he and Kolone had been arguing when she lost her shit and grabbed hold of his jewels and gave ‘em a squeeze.
“Once Jennifer let go (he) felt as if he had urinated himself,” Seattle Detective Pilar Curtis told the court. “When he looked down at his groin area he saw blood.”
Kolone then did what any batshit psycho twunt would do…she calmed down and began cleaning the house as if nothing had happened.
According to investigators, the injury was a “W” shaped wound that required several stitches, surgical glue and a “sling” to close. And though the medical records describe the injury as a knife wound, it doesn’t appear as if an actual knife was involved in the attack.…

Vernon Hills, IL. – A 47-year-old man is in custody after killing his wife because she woke him up several times the night before.
Ronald Stolberg is being held in lieu of $3 Million bond in the first-degree murder of his wife. Police allege he was frustrated with 54-year old Rachel Stolberg because the night before she was the reason he didn’t get his full 8 hours of beauty rest, which he so obviously needed. Ronald held Rachel face down into the ground with such force that her teeth bit into her lips. Ronald admitted to investigators that he held her down, while pushing into her back until her body went limp. Once the woman stopped moving, he went back to bed to get that well-deserved sleep.
The following morning, Ronald saw his wife in the same position on the floor, with blue hands. Apparently still pissed at his dead wife, he made his way to work, rather than seek help. Watertown, NY. – An 18-year-old woman had a few charges brought against her after she allegedly stabbed a man early Saturday morning.
The encounter between Kenna Rae Williams and her ex-boyfriend, Corey R. Smith, turned violent around 3 am Saturday morning, when she revealed a butcher’s knife and turned on her boyfriend outside of his home. She stabbed the victim twice in his back and cut his hand in the process. An ambulance was called for the man, but his condition is unknown.
And it seems she wasn’t just trying to wing him. She allegedly stated, “I’m going to kill you,” during the incident, police said. Williams’ little stint earned her a few charges, including charges of second-degree assault, second-degree menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. She is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
Although the article states she has no previous record, a quick Google search reveals she is no stranger to police . I’m not going to list all of the articles that came up on this chick (I found two cases from this year alone), but she was charged back in 2009 with second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.…

TULSA, Oklahoma – The wife of the man who was killed after falling out of a 25th-floor window has now been charged with his murder.
Police have charged 19-year-old Amber Hilberling with first-degree murder in the death of her husband, 23-year-old Joshua Hilberling. He was killed after falling out of the couple’s University Tower apartment and plunging 17 stories before being stopped by a parking garage.
According to the arrest report, Amber told officers that during an argument with her husband, she pushed him out the window. ”There was some sort of argument, it was brief, and then the crashing of the window and the gentleman fell out of the window,” Tulsa Police Sergeant Dave Walker said
Sounds like Amber has quite the temper. According to court documents, Joshua filed an emergency protective order against her in May, saying she had brained him so hard with a lamp that he had to get staples and stitches. He also stated she had been violent toward him several other times in the past including busting his head against a wall, and busting his lip.…

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Well look who’s back in the news. Paul Gonzalez, the man who beat his ex-wife unconscious in a judge’s chambers, was in court Monday trying to get his bond reduced. That didn’t happen.
For those of you who missed the story and are too lame to click the link, Gonzalez had a bit of a hissy-fit in a judge’s chambers during a divorce proceeding and laid the smack down on his ex-wife’s face that left her with a broken cheekbone and broken nose. He was only restrained after court officers stepped in and Tased him.
While in court on Monday, Gonzalez was still demonstrating his maturity when he turned his chair the opposite direction so he would not have to face his ex-wife when she took the stand. Judge Cohen had to stop the hearing to scold Gonzalez and instruct him to turn his chair back around like an adult.
His wife went on to explain the pattern of abuse she had lived with for years, but that she stayed with him partly out of fear, partly out of love and partly because of the two children she shared with him.…

WILLIAMSTON, S.C. – I was surprised this when I found this was not out of Florida, but then not surprised to see it comes from South Carolina. A man has been arrested after biting off part of his girlfriend’s ear during an argument and losing his teeth in the process.
Police say 50-year-old Tony Ellison and his girlfriend, Yolanda Smith, were arguing over money when Ellison latched on to Smith’s ear and only let go when she started screaming like a banshee. She ran to a friend’s house missing about 20 percent of her ear.
Ellison was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and battery. While in court for his bond hearing, Capt. James Grubbs said Ellison admitted to biting off part of his girlfriend’s ear as well as losing his teeth. “(Ellison) told the judge at that time, something to the effect of, yeah, he remembered (biting Smith’s ear), but something about his teeth falling out during that particular incident,” said Grubbs.
Doctors were not able to do much with Smith’s ear, as they never found the missing piece.…

MILTON, Ga. – A man has been arrested and charged with fatally shooting the mother of his two kids during a child custody exchange.
Police say 25-year-old Christopher Erdman shot and killed 25-year-old Shannon Lawrence after meeting her in a Wells Fargo Bank parking lot at around 2 p.m. Sunday. A man nearby heard several gunshots and called police. Officers would find Lawrence’s car, four shell casings on the pavement, and a pool of blood.
As they began trying to find the owner of the car, they received a call from a hospital. Erdman had pulled up to their location with Lawrence in the back of his pickup truck. Erdman was apprehended, but it was too late for Lawrence. She had died from being shot four times in her (very attractive) face and neck.
The children are now safe, but police say it is likely the 3-year-old and 1-year-old witnessed the murder of their mother. Milton Police Captain Shane McCarty told Channel 2 Action News that “indications now is that (the shooting) was in front of the children.”
Lawrence had a protective order against Erdman stemming from him continually sending her threatening and intimidating e-mails and texts after their breakup.…

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Police in Massachusetts have arrested a man and charged him assault after they say he used a forklift to attack a car his girlfriend was sitting in.
According to Police Sergeant John Delaney, 41-year-old Brian Hurley and his girlfriend were inside a car outside of his workplace arguing about finances. Hurley ended up slapping his girlfriend across the face before exiting the vehicle, which he then began to kick.
Not satisfied with the bitchslap and the temper-tantrum, Hurley reportedly jumped into a forklift and used it to lift up the car his girlfriend was still sitting in. He carried it for a few feet before dropping it back on the ground and then running from the scene.
Police would find him later at his home and charge him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.…

Port St. Lucie, FL — Giovanni Presutti was taken into custody earlier this week after his much younger wife accused him of pulling a gun on her.
According to the arrest affidavit, the proverbial shit hit the fan soon after Presutti accused his wife of having an affair. At one point during the heated argument, Presutti reportedly yelled, “I want to kill you and the children.”
The crusty old codger headed for the garage with his wife at his heels. Once there, Presutti allegedly pushed the woman to the floor and retrieved a gun from a nearby desk. The woman said her husband pointed the weapon at her, drew the slide back and said, “Now I want to kill you.”
The woman told police she ran from the garage, grabbed the couple’s two young sons and went to the bedroom where she called 911.
When police arrived, the gun was found in the garage with four rounds inside, the hammer pulled back and the safety mechanism in the off position.…

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - Police have charged a man with attempted murder after he tried to set his girlfriend on fire before stabbing her in the chest.
The unidentified woman says that a few days after kicking out her boyfriend, Michael P. Sutherland, for not paying any bills, she was awakened by a noise and found that her front door was open. As she went to close it, someone dumped gasoline on her head.
She turned around to see her boyfriend standing there trying to light a lighter. Fortunately for her, the lighter would only spark. The two began struggling when Sutherland grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed her in the chest. “Not today,” she told Death and somehow was able to get away, call 911 and drive herself to the hospital. She is expected to survive.
Deputies stopped Sutherland after they found him walking down the road shirtless, smelling like gas. Sutherland told the officers that he had tried to set his girlfriend on fire, but the lighter didn’t work, and that he was currently on his way to a friend’s house where he planned to hang himself.…

Brunswick, ME — 32 year-old Nicole Hubert is looking a little Vanilla Sky after jumping from a moving vehicle on Sunday, a vehicle that was carrying her boyfriend to the hospital after she allegedly stabbed him in the chest. Like the aforementioned movie, this one takes a bit to make sense of, so we’ll start at the beginning.
At roughly 2am Sunday morning Hubert and her boyfriend had an argument. Police say that alcohol was a factor in the argument, which is odd since most 2am Sunday arguments I have are about (and caused by) puppy dogs. As a result of the argument, Hubert decided the unidentified 37 year-old man would look more handsome with a knife in his chest.
Hubert and a man who witnessed the stabbing attempted to drive the victim to the hospital. Though it’s unclear just who was driving the vehicle, what is clear is that at some point Hubert chose not to be in the car anymore and jumped out, using her face to break the fall.…

ELYRIA, Ohio – A man has been charged with attacking a police officer in a police station and the entire ordeal was captured on video.
Anthony Wayne Thomas, 29, had been brought to the Elyria Police Station after his girlfriend had called police and accused him of domestic violence. While there, officers discovered that Thomas was wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.
As Thomas was being handcuffed, he allegedly told Officer Bill Witt that he could sense “the smell of fear” on him to which Witt ensured Thomas that he was mistaken. While at the police station, Thomas must wanted to see if Witt was lying or not when he proceeded to jump over the booking area counter and launch a volley of punches at Witt’s face.
During the ensuing struggle, you can see that Witt is starting to tire and that Thomas is continually trying to get Witt’s gun off his belt. There are no other officers around and Witt’s microphone had fallen off so he was unable to radio for help.…

Fountain, CO – A police standoff in Colorado ended with a murder suicide and a woman fighting for her life.
At 2:22pm Monday a woman made a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance at a home on Gate House Lane. The line was left open after the call, and dispatchers could hear an argument between a man and woman continue on. A few minutes later police officers arrived. A man holding a gun was seen through a bedroom window above the home’s garage. The man threatened to kill his family if police officers didn’t leave, and started counting backward from five. The responding officers backed down from the home to coordinate a response.
Not long after that the woman, identified as 27-year-old Shannon Paolini, ran screaming from the home. The armed man, 34-year-old Gammall Perez, followed her out firing his weapon. Paolini was hit 5 times in total and collapsed trying to get into a pick-up truck. Police were unable to fire at Perez due to their distance from him and the proximity of other homes.…

Brooklyn, NY– What does the woman of today do when she’s arguing with her boyfriend about money? Withhold sex? Storm off angrily? Find a new one? If you ask 30 year-old Geraldine McCoy of Brooklyn, she might tell you to do what she allegedly did on Sunday evening: dump sulfuric acid on him! Yeah, that old gag.
Apparently police received a call about the incident, and when they arrived the found McCoy and her boyfriend, 55 year-old Henry Maurasse, trying to rinse the stuff off them in the shower.
As it turns out, Mr. Maurasse didn’t quite like the idea of having acid poured on him and decided to do something about it. As the two struggled, the stuff splashed not only on them but all around the bedroom as well, damaging furniture, curtains, etc..
Both of them would be taken to the hospital with 2nd and 3rd degree burns. McCoy will be charged with assault.
So all this being said…where the hell does one get sulfuric acid?…

Madison, WI - James A. Larry, 33, of Madison, Wisconsin was angry that his family would not go along with his conversion to Islam. Very angry. Apparently now seeing the error of his ways, Larry pleaded guilty Wednesday to their murders.
Larry had converted to Islam while serving a prison sentence in Wisconsin for a weapons conviction. His family chose not to convert.
“He was upset at his wife and their family — he felt disrespected that they would not join his religion,” Assistant State’s Attorney Jim McKay said. “He wanted them dead.”
In the early morning hours of April 14, 2010, at the family home, Larry began by shooting his mother, Leona Larry, 57, as she slept on a sofa in the living room. He then went through the house, shooting his wife, Twanda Thompson, 19; his 7-month-old son, Jihad; his 3-year-old niece, Keleasha Larry; and his pregnant 16-year-old niece, Keyshai Fields.
Larry also shot his 13-year-old nephew, Demond Larry, in the face, but the boy survived.
Prosecutors said the defendant also kicked in the bedroom door of a man who lived in the basement of the home and tried to shoot him – apparently because he rented from infidels(?).…

LAS CRUCES, N.M. – A woman is facing battery charges after police say she bit off her boyfriend’s lower lip during an argument.
Police were called to the Coachlight Inn Sunday night and found a 35-year-old man sporting a bloody face. He was transported to a local hospital then to the University Medical Center of El Paso because the extent of his injuries.
You see, he had been arguing with his girlfriend, 26-year-old Aurelia Lorena Reyes. The disagreement got heated and he told her to get out. Reyes responded to this request by grabbing her boyfriend’s head and biting off his lower lip.
And I don’t mean “off” in a sensationalize a story way, I mean “off” as in his lip was no longer attached to his face. In fact, police found it laying on the sidewalk right outside the door of the couple’s apartment. Coralville, IA – Lucinda V. Kinder, 32, has been charged with domestic abuse assault without intent causing injury after police say she bit her boyfriend’s penis during a heated argument.
Police responded to the home the woman shares with her boyfriend after receiving a 911 hangup call earlier this month. A police investigation alleges that Kinder punched the man, scratched his left shoulder, then bit his penis causing it to bleed.
At last report, Kinder was jailed on a $2,500 cash bond.

Rogersville, AL – A woman is facing attempted murder charges after she intentionally ran down two woman in a ballpark parking lot.
Sunday was picture day for a group of little leaguers at Rogersville Recreational Park. About 70 people, including 20 children, were in attendance. This included 43-year-old Malana White, who was there with her child plus her husband’s three children.
Witnesses say that White had been arguing with 30-year-old Christy Tucker, her husband’s ex-wife, for about an hour. The disagreement supposedly started over who was going to pay for the photos and who would get what photos. This moved in to when Tucker would have her three children, all under the age of 10, returned back to her.
Things then escalated in the parking lot when Tucker loaded her three children in her car. White told Tucker she and the kid’s father were to have them until 6 p.m. and immediately called police to report her children were being stole from her. But before officers could respond to the scene, White took matters into her own hands.…
