Ralph Polnicky Claims Tractor Supply Employee Sent Him A Threatening Dildo After In-Store Argument

Oklahoma – Per a reader request that we report on more dildos, Ralph Polnicky says that after getting into an argument with a Tractor Supply Company employee, he received a large dildo in the mail with the words “Tractor Supply. Don’t Come Back,” and “Ralph is a Dick,” written in black.
Polnicky says that last year he went to the Tractor Supply Company in October of last year to complain about how long it took them to order a spool of bungee cord he’d ordered. An argument ensued between him and an employee inside the store and Polnicky claims that as he was leaving, a female employee shouted at him, “Don’t come back.”
Four months later, Polnicky gets a package in the mail that contained an 8-inch dildo with the words “Ralph Is A Dick,” “From the Tractor Supply,” and “Don’t Come Back” written on the sides. “We were aghast, I mean, we were absolutely shocked by what’s in this box,” Polnicky said about himself and his wife.
While it’s not a crime to send a sex toy in the mail, it could be possible to sue employer Tractor Supply for emotional damages.…

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – We just reported on the Florida father accused of slapping and spitting on his son’s alleged bully, now we have a father out of Colorado who has been accused of pepper spraying a group of teens who may have bullied his son.
Police say that on Sunday afternoon, the unidentified man pulled up next to four 13-year-old boys then sprayed them with pepper spray before driving away. Reportedly, this attack was in retaliation for the boys possibly physically assaulting his 8-year-old son.
Police said the man’s son claims he was assaulted by the kids in the apartment complex playground, and that they had tried to steal his skateboard. When he informed his father, the man jumped in his car and caught up with the boys a few blocks away and gave them the business.
Police have interviewed the father and plan on seeing if the teens can identify him from a photo lineup. The man has not been charged at this time, but authorities are considering he be charged with misdemeanor child abuse.…

MARION, ID – On Monday, 14-year-old Braylee Rice hanged herself with a necktie on the bleachers located behind McCulloch Junior High School.
School officials said around 9:00 am Monday morning, Rice snuck away from the gym during a break from ISTEP testing, then used a necktie she regularly wore to hang herself on the bleachers near the track.
Some reports state no one saw Rice commit suicide, but Jennifer Smith says her seventh grade son was walking around the track with other students and a teacher when they saw her jump from the bleachers.
“They heard a noise and looked over at the bleachers and she had jumped,” said Smith, who also said Braylee came to school Monday with a piece of paper taped over her mouth with a smiley face drawn on the tape.
Police are still investigating a motive, but as is usually the case whenever a teen kills themselves, allegations of school bullying immediately reared its ugly head. Police and school officials have said it is too early in the investigation to pinpoint bullying as a factor in Rice’s death.…

Ocenaside, CA – Tim Lambesis, the 32-year-old lead singer for the jumbo shrimp Christian metal band As I Lay Dying, has been arrested and accused of trying to hire a hitman to kill his estranged wife.
Police received information last Thursday that Lambesis was “soliciting another individual” to kill his wife, Meggan, who filed for divorce last September. She currently lives in Encinitas with three Ethiopian children the couple had adopted.
According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, “The Encinitas Detectives, The San Diego Fugitive Task Force and the Sheriff’s Special Investigation Division investigators immediately initiated an investigation. The investigation culminated this afternoon [Tuesday], when Lambesis solicited an undercover detective to kill his wife.”
In his defense, while the Bible is pretty clear that you should not kill anyone, it’s a bit hazy when it comes to hiring someone else to do it for you. Lambesis was arrested without incident, then booked into the Vista Detention Facility. His next court appearance should be today or tomorrow.
I’ve never listened to As I Lay Dying, or any religious themed band that doesn’t worship the devil, so I have no idea if they are any good or not.…

CASSELBERRY, FL — Allen Banyacksi is facing child abuse charges after he allegedly slapped one of his son’s bullies and spit in his face.
Banyacksi would not comment on the charges against him, but did go on camera to say that his son is being incessantly bullied at Helm Way West and that he feels helpless.
“I feel horrible that I can’t do more. That I can’t be at school every day to watch over him. To walk him through the hallways,” Banyacksi said. ”I have four kids and he’s my youngest. He’s my baby. And we’ve watched him get bullied since the 4th grade. And when does it stop?”
According to a police report, Banyacksi confronted the two kids who were bullying his son as they walked home from school last Thursday. The boys told police Banyacksi pulled up along side them in his car and threatened to kill them.
One of the boys responded to Banyacksi’s threats by giving him the middle finger. Banyacksi allegedly responded by spitting in the boy’s face. When the boy spit back, Banyacksi gave him five across the eyes before getting back into his car and driving home.…

Santa Fe, NM - An 18-year-old high school student claims he was raped by his horticulture teacher, 31-year-old Jennifer Vigil, in her classroom at Pojoaque Valley High School.
The student states Vigil pressured him into sex acts when he turned in an assignment to her after school. She allegedly locked the classroom door and said, ”You’re not leaving until I get something from you.” He initially refused, but Vigil agreed to let him leave if he let her perform a sex act on him.
Vigil admits having sex with him in her classroom, but insists the sex was consensual. However the student told police that the idea of sex with her was “disgusting.” Harsh. Vigil claims he requested oral sex from her and that led to intercourse, and he again requested to have sex with her at a later date and she agreed. He took a picture with his cellphone of her blowing him and showed it to police.

KANSAS CITY, KS - On the same night five women burned to death inside a limo while celebrating a bachelorette party in California, Jamie Frecks died after falling out of a party bus while celebrating a bachelorette party in Kansas.
Frecks and 15 girlfriends were riding in the Midnight Express Party Bus when Frecks somehow fell out the emergency door and landed on I-35. Three vehicles then hit Fecks, two of which drove away from the scene. The 26-year-old, who just gave birth to her daughter six weeks ago, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the second car that struck Frecks said there just wasn’t enough time to avoid hitting Frecks’ body. Highway patrol are investigating how the vehicle’s emergency door opened, and are also looking for the drivers of the two vehicles that hit Frecks but drove off. Chicago, IL – A 14-year-old boy was pepper sprayed and robbed after he arranged a sexual encounter with 22-year-old Dareka Brooks.
On Wednesday, the teen had the house to himself and decided this was a perfect time to hire himself a prostitute. So he went online and used a website often frequented for people trying to setup sexual encounters, and met Brooks.
After agreeing to the terms of their meeting, Brooks showed up at his home and instructed the teen to go to the bedroom and take off his pants. Once the teen was nekkid, Brooks entered the room and slaughtered the kid’s boner by allegedly pepper spraying him in the face.
She then made off with an iPad, a jar full of money, and the teen’s piggybank. The teen called police to report the robbery and gave them the description of Brooks’ car. Police were able to locate Brooks at a local motel after she turned on the iPad. The stolen items were recovered and returned to the teen.
Dareka Brooks was arrested and has been charged with one count of armed robbery.…

Newport News, VA - Carl Cottee Jr., 23, has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend’s 4-year-old daughter, according to police.
Police were called to a home where Cottee had been caring for Madyson Van Cleave Hook while her mother was out. There they found the girl in a bedroom not breathing and showing signs of trauma to her body, according to police spokesperson Holly McPherson.
The child was taken to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead from blunt head trauma. Madyson’s grandmother was initially told the girl’s death was an accident, and that Madyson got dizzy after taking a bath, passed out and then hit her head.
But that does not explain the bruises and multiple skull fractures the family would later learn the girl had suffered. ”It’s horrible I just can’t imagine her going through that pain,” her grandmother said. “I can hear her saying, ‘I love my Nan Nan.’”

California – Just when I thought I’ve covered just about every horrible death imaginable, five women died inside a burning limo while out celebrating the upcoming wedding of one of the victim, 31-year-old Neriza Fojas.
While crossing the San Mateo-Hayward bridge Saturday night, the white stretch Lincoln caught on fire. The driver, 46-year-old Orville Brown, pulled over when the women got his attention, thinking the women were asking him to stop so they could smoke.
“She said, ‘No smoke – smoke smoke…pull over pull over pull over,’” Brown recalled. “I saw the smoke, pulled over, by the time I was getting out the car there was a lady coming over the partition.”
He said he helped three other women escape the fiery limo, but was unable to help the bride-to-be and four other women. They ended up trapped inside and were all killed in the fire.
Police would later say that the victims were burned beyond recognition and had to be identified by their dental records. County coroner Robert Foucrault told NBC that the victims were found lying on top of each other, with one dying while trying to climb through the partition that separates the passenger compartment from the driver’s.…

Lecanto, FL – Chelsea Huggett, 21, is behind bars after police say she confessed to getting so angry at her 2-year-old’s “whining” that she slammed the girl’s head into a wall, killing her.
Police were called to Huggett’s home on April 26, where her daughter, 2-year-old Aliyah Marie Branum, was found not breathing and unresponsive. Huggett initially blamed her boyfriend for the child’s condition, saying that her daughter had ingested bug spray he had spilled.
Aliyah was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead a short time later. What the medical staff found did not back up Huggett’s bug spray story, however. Not by a long shot.
Aliyah had bruises all over her body, including her face, head, arms, legs, back, shoulders, and vaginal area. One eye was swollen shut, blood was coming out of mouth and nose, and yellow fluid was coming from both ears.
The medical examiner would find Aliyah suffered a frontal skull fracture above the right eye, and hemorrhaging over her entire brain area. He would state the cause of death as blunt force trauma, and rule Aliyah’s death a homicide.…

HOUSTON, TX – Police have arrested 25-year-old Nikki Scherwitz, a 10th grade English teacher, after they say she had an inappropriate relationship with one of her 16-year-old students.
Police say Scherwitz has been teaching at Brazosport High School for only nine months, but had been having a sexual relationship with one of the 16-year-old boys in her class for a few weeks.
Allegations of misconduct first surfaced April 22, two days after Scherwitz showed up to an after prom party being held at a student’s house.
“She was wearing no shoes when she showed up…like a cut up, cut off shirt and everything,” said one student. Another student at the party told the teacher that she shouldn’t be there and asked her to leave. Scherwitz left, along with a 16-year-old boy.
When school officials were informed of the the inappropriate conduct, they confronted Scherwitz about the allegations. She resigned that day, before the investigations was complete.
They handed all of their information over to the Freeport Police Department who ended up charging Nikki Scherwitz with sexual assault of a child and improper relationship with a student.…

HONOLULU — Andrea Fiegle is the first person in Hawaii to be charged under a law making cruelty to animals a felony after she slit her dog’s throat because it continually sniffed her daughter’s private parts.
The Hawaiian Humane Society notified police about Fiegle when they became aware that she’d used a common kitchen item to slit the throat of her dog, Star. When they arrived at the home, Humane Society officials say the dog was already dead.
“We’ve done many necropsies over the years and this is probably one of the worst, most severe cases we’ve ever seen,” said Jacque LeBlanc from the Hawaiian Humane Society.
Realizing she was in some serious trouble, Fliegle called police to report what had happened, stating she did not mean to kill the dog. When asked if the dog was dangerous or if it had charged or bit someone, she said no, but that the dog would not stop sniffing her daughter’s crotch.
Andrea Fliegle was arrested on Sunday and charged with felony cruelty to animals in the first degree.…

HOMOSASSA, FL – Citrus County deputies arrested 55-year-old Burt Conrady after they say he beat his mentally challenged girlfriend in the head and face with some frozen meat.
The victim told police that Conrady got angry after she took the wrong meat out of the refrigerator. He had clearly requested ham croquettes but she pulled out ham steak and pork chops.
Enraged over her inability to follow directions, Conrady allegedly began beating his girlfriend with the frozen meat. Police say Conrady denied striking his girlfriend, but noted she had swelling on her cheek.
Burt Conrady was arrested and charged with abuse of an elderly person or disable adult.
Not surprisingly, this isn’t the first story we have reported on involving a Floridian beating on an elderly, disabled mate with some meat.
Back in 2009, Elsie Egan was accused of hitting her terminally ill boyfriend in the head and face with a 10-16 oz. slab of raw steak because he wanted a dinner roll instead of the sliced bread she’d offered.…

Richardson, TX - Police have arrested Hector Cupich-Quinones, 35, and Maria Zuniga, 37, after the couple allegedly beat their crying 5-month-old girl to death over the weekend.
Authorities were called to the couple’s home about 5:30 a.m. Sunday after the couple, who are deaf and cannot speak, woke up to find their daughter was having problems breathing. The responding officer performed CPR on the baby and noticed suspicious bruises on the infant.
After the child was taken to the hospital, she was pronounced dead about 10 p.m. Hospital staff told police they suspected abuse after discovering bruises on the baby’s chest, back and both arms. She had also suffered massive trauma to the back of her head.
When investigators questioned the couple about their child’s injuries, they admitted they had beaten the child because they could not get her to stop crying. I know, they’re deaf. But supposedly, after drinking, Cupich-Quinones became angry over the vibrations being created by his daughter’s crying.
In an attempt to stop the vibrations, Cupich-Quinones shook the baby in an attempt to stop her from creating them.…

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Edward Burcham killed an elderly man riding on a lawnmower after swerving to avoid a dog in the road.
North Carolina Highway Patrol troopers said that on Tuesday, 50-year-old Burcham was driving when he swerved to miss a dog he says ran out in front of his truck. He ended up going off the road and striking 73-year-old Bobby Lambert, who was riding on a lawnmower in his yard.
Lambert was pronounced dead at the scene, and charges were pending against Burcham. He was reportedly doing 35 mph in a 45 mph zone, but troopers said he was “well off the road” when he hit Lambert.
I don’t know if Burcham’s dog story has been verified, but I cannot stress this enough; if an animal runs out in front of you vehicle, simply perform controlled braking, sound your horn, and hope the stupid thing gets out of the way. Unless it’s a dinosaur or some other large animal that could result in your death if you strike it, do not ever swerve to avoid it.…

St. Augustine, FL – A 23-year-old man is facing charges after police say he entered a couple’s home, masturbated, played with their toy helicopter and then ate a salad he had brought along with him.
Jason Vickery apparently passed by the home sometime last Wednesday evening and noticed one of the doors was unlocked. Instead of entering the home immediately, Vickery reportedly went to his own home and grabbed a bag containing a wig, a pouch of chewing tobacco, a green towel and a salad.
Vickery then returned to the unoccupied home, police say, and entered through the unlocked door.
Vickery reportedly told police that upon entering the home, he headed to an upstairs bathroom to masturbate. Cause, you know, priorities and stuff.
Once his worm was burped, Vickery wandered into the kitchen. (No word on whether he had washed his hands first). On the kitchen counter he found a remote control helicopter, minus the batteries.

Burkesville, KY – Authorities in Kentucky say 2-year-old Caroline Starks died after being accidentally shot by her 5-year-old brother, who was playing with a .22-caliber rifle he had been given as a gift.
Sparks was shot by her brother inside their home just after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Sparks was rushed to the hospital where she would later be pronounced dead.
The children’s mother was at home when the shooting occurred, and the gun was a gift the boy received last year. It’s a Crickett rifle manufactured by Keystone Sporting Arms, and marketed towards children as My First Rifle.
The rifle was being kept in a corner and the family did not realize a shell had been left inside it. Cumberland County Coroner Gary White said the shooting will be ruled accidental. “Just one of those crazy accidents,” White said.
Although I’m sure some media outlets will hone in on the fact that their are rifles for children, I don’t have an issue with it – especially in areas where hunting is prevalent.
But this isn’t really a “crazy accident” as much as it was an “accident waiting to happen.” Had the most basic of gun safety rules been followed – treat all guns as if they are loaded, don’t point gun at non-target, keep finger off trigger – this family would not be going through the Hell they are currently experiencing.…

Clackamas, OR - Hugo Avalos-Chanon died a horrible death other day after the 41-=year-old cleaning contractor fell into a mechanical blender at a meat-processing plant.
Avalos-Chanon worked for DCS Sanitation Management Inc., which performs daily cleaning of equipment at Interstate Meat Distributors. Shortly before midnight Friday, emergency crews were called to the plant after Avalos-Chanon was found entangled in a mechanical blender that regulates the fat content of ground meat.
Another worker hit the emergency stop button, but it was way too late for Avalos Chanon. The poor guy was pronounced dead at the scene, but his body could not be removed from the machine until it was dismantled the following day.
Dr. Cliff Young, a deputy state medical examiner, said Avalos-Chanon died from “blunt-force injuries and chopping wounds.”
Interstate Meat was cited in October after inspectors found machinery in the meat-grounding room were not properly locked down during cleaning, and could result in “unexpected start-up of the machine.” But OSHA says it’s too early to tell if that’s connected to Avalos-Chanon’s death.
“It’s way too early to say,” said Oregon OSHA spokeswoman, Melanie Mesaros.…

Santa Monica, CA – Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man they believe is responsible for disfiguring a young Marine on February, 22, 2013, at the Zanzibar nightclub in Santa Monica.
Just before midnight, the Marine was on a crowded dance floor when he was sucker punched in the face by a man who has yet to be identified. The assault was reportedly unprovoked and left the man unconscious for ten to fifteen minutes.
According to police, the blow was so brutal that it moved his nose across his face. He would end up having titanium plates inserted into his face, as well as permanent nerve damage.
The Marine’s attacker was able to leave the club before police arrived, but the doorman described a “mountain of a man” leaving the club in a hurry with his girlfriend. No one in the club knew who the man was, describing him as Caucasian or Hispanic, at least 6 feet tall, 230 to 270 lbs, with a shaved head, a mustache and goatee, and wearing a black and white striped shirt.…
