HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY – On Monday, 64-year-old detention deputy Kenneth Moon was inside a jail pod with 62 other inmates at Orient Road Jail. Without warning, 24-year-old inmate Douglas Burden attacked him. After charging Moon and bringing him to the ground, Burden began choking him from behind. That’s when other inmates stepped in. One inmate took Moon’s radio and called for emergency assistance while others pulled Burden off the deputy. Burden was in jail on DUI and drug charges and now faces battery on a law enforcement officer charges. No word on what prompted the attack, but read on to see video of it.

“The response of the other inmates in this case I think speaks volumes as to the fact that we treat these men and women that are held in our facilities with a lot of respect,” said HCSO Col. Jim Previtera. He feels the other inmates saved Moon’s life (then why no attempted murder charges?) and says he also thanked those inmates in person. He’s sending a letter of thanks to the attorney’s of the inmates’ who aided Moon that they can use in their court cases.

DeLand, Florida - When I was just a little Jaded, I wanted to grow up and become a cop. I dreamed of saving the world with my shiny gun and my big-ass flashlight. Now that I’m almost all grown up, I realize that I never would have made it past the first week – I would have had a run-in with the likes of the lovely Julie Hubbard and I would have totally lost my shit. The arrest report would have read, “The cracked bitch spit on my leg, and that’s when I pulled out my big-ass flashlight and lit up her insides. The end.” Julie turned what could have been a simple ticket and a fine into a sputum flinging, name calling, law enforcement officer threatening, clusterfuck.

Julie was stopped early Wednesday morning after making an illegal left turn. When Sgt. George Maddox made contact with the crazy lady, she “immediately became belligerent and unruly” toward him. That behavior earned her a seat in the cruiser while Maddox checked for wants and warrants. While he ran his check, Julie reportedly started spewing out death threats and racially derogatory names, Maddox is black, before hawking a loogie on his leg and stomach. Then she allegedly started going on and on about her dad being a member of the KKK and the officer “was gonna get his.” Then, the nut job purposely peed on the seat. (Yep. Big-ass flashlight and a straw).

Now, 44-year-old Julie Hubbard is facing charges of corruption of a public servant or family by threat, battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer without violence. Bond has been set at $21,000. Oh yeah, and a parrot was removed from her vehicle.

Rochester, New York – Peter McCabe has been a referee for more than 25 years and has never had anything happen to him like what happened to him after a playoff game with the Western New York Cougars. After a rowdy game that involved a fight and some players were ejected, the Cougars ended up losing the game by two points. After the end of the game, the winning team lined up to shake hands, but the Cougars did not. As the players were walking off the field, a player from the Cougars swung his helmet into McCabe’s face giving him a detached nose, a hairline fracture in his skull, a broke jaw and nearly every bone in his face fractured.Another referee who saw it happen says the player stood over McCabe and said, “Take that! Take that!” and then walked away. To make things worse, team members of the Cougars refused to hand over their cell phones so someone could call 911.

“He was walking off the field and remembers seeing an object just for a quick moment come by the left side of his head, and the next thing you know he was on the ground,” said McCabe’s brother-in-law Mark Whitford. “He tried to get up but had so much blood coming off of him.” McCabe must now have reconstructive surgery and has stated he is done with refereeing.

The Rochester Chapter of Certified Football Officials called this an “outrageous, cowardly act,” adding “Our council will be discussing whether or not to continue to officiate these games in the future.” News 10NBC states they know the identity of the suspect, but are not releasing that info at the request of police. Investigators are searching for the suspect but at this point, no one is in custody.

To make things worse, McCabe was not even supposed to be there that Saturday night. He was filling in for another referee who did not want to deal with the semi professional league — because of concerns over safety.

Lehigh Acres – Registered sex offender Carl Eugene Anderson, 52, was just trying to get his God on last Thursday evening at Mark Christian Ministries when the preacher singled him out and told the devils inside him to come out. He then told Anderson to open his Bible, but Anderson refused. ‘Open your Bible, Devil!’” the preacher said. “He came and took his hand up on my head, saying, ‘Come out devil’ and he was pushing my head back real hard,” Anderson said. Anderson tried leaving the church, but the preacher followed him out into the parking lot calling Anderson a devil until he got into his car and called police.

Anderson is now complaining of head and neck pains because of the preacher’s actions. “They believe in helping people, talking about making a mark in people’s lives. What kind of mark you just made in my life? You just made a scar in my life,” Anderson said. Um, yeah. Funny to hear a grown man whining about a preacher laying his hands on him, especially when checking out what Anderson was charged with doing.

Leon Mark, the church’s pastor (and interestingly enough, Anderson’s brother-in-law) admits to everything, but states there was no assault, just a simple “laying of hands” in an attempt to help out Anderson – who they state has recently been displaying disruptive behavior.

The church released a statement in regards to this incident:

Mr. Anderson is a convicted sex offender who became a member of our church. We’ve been counseling him and helping him restore his life to get it back on track. Recently he became destructive in our services and had to be openly rebuked. There was no hitting, striking, or bodily harm to him. We anoint heads and pray for individuals with destructive behavior.

The sheriff’s office forwarded the battery complaint to the State Attorney’s Office, which will decide whether or not to file charges. Which luckily, means they probably won’t. But hey, what a nice setup, huh? We could start our own church and try to get RSO’s in there to be saved. Every Sunday, we would single them out, file in a line and each member screams “Get Out, Debil!” in his face while smacking them in the forehead. Sort of like this:

DeLand, FL – Before you blow your top and end up gracing the front page of the Dreamin’ Demon, remember, there are many effective ways of dealing with stress without resorting to violence. Of course, I neither know nor practice any of them, but I have heard of ways others deal with their tension. Some people shop ’til it hurts. Others drink themselves into oblivion – forgetting their own name and the reason for their angst. Some toke it up and pig out on Doritos until their mood improves. And Morbid, well, he masturbates. A. Lot. (Ask him about his carpal tunnel sometime). When Darren Daniels discovered his wife may have *gasp* smoked his last cigarette, he went postal and killed his pet rat. What the hell the rat had to do with anything is beyond me…I guess there wasn’t a toddler lurking anywhere in the vicinity.

In the midst of a tempter tantrum that would make any two-year-old child proud, Daniels grabbed the pet rat from it’s aquarium, smashed it’s little rat head on the edge of the tank, and proceeded to strangle it to death. Strangled? Really? You gotta be a real he-man to choke a rat to death. His wife, freaked out by the manly show of homicidal violence and perhaps fearing she may be next, ran from the house. She was hanging out on the porch when Darren burst outside screaming that he couldn’t bring the rat back to life. He grabbed his wife by the chest and wouldn’t let go. The woman was able to escape the rat-killer’s clutches after he began to repeatedly bang his own head into the wall. She found safety under a bush somewhere near their apartment complex. She waited there, in her leafy hidey-hole, for about an hour.

It was a neighbor who called 911 after he/she discovered a hole in the wall near the doorway.  When deputies rolled onto the scene, Darren rolled out. They eventually caught up with him, and with the help of some stop sticks, were able to apprehend the fucking nutjob. At the couple’s apartment, officers found two other large white rats, an aquarium with snakes and lizards, and a large python curled up in a ball on the bedroom floor – the rest of the animals were unharmed.

Darren Daniels, 22, is looking at charges of battery and fleeing. It is not known whether he will face animal cruelty charges. He has already made $3,000 bail and was released from his cage. He could make bail but couldn’t buy another pack of friggin’ smokes?!? His mamma had this to say about her adorable spawn: “He don’t have a mental problem. He lacks self control and needs to grow up and act like an adult.” Yeah. Something like that…

Aurora, IL – I like music just as much as the next person, maybe even more.  But as much as it can affect  my mood, I rarely get homicidal over it.  Even if I was forced to listen to Miley Cyrus over and over for days, I’d probably just bang my head on the wall until it split open before I ever tried to kill anyone.  That is unless Miley herself was in the room with me – then I promise nothing.  But, I digress.  Raymundo Herrera, 17, is one of those people that takes their tunes seriously – something his 3 year-old niece had to learn the hard way.  When the toddler interrupted Herrera while he was listening to music, he set her on fire.

The child had just spent a short amount of time upstairs with Herrera when the child’s grandmother and aunt heard a scream.  Seconds later, she came running down the stairs with her clothing on fire.  The women extinguished the flames and dialed 911.  Herrera, frustrated that the girl kept interrupting him while he was trying to listen to music, had doused the 3 year-old with lighter fluid and set her on fire.  WTF?  Overreact much?  The toddler suffered 3rd degree burns on 18% of her body and was flown to a nearby hospital where she remains.

Herrera fled but was later found walking in the neighborhood by family members.  The family brought him back to the scene and held him for police.  He was charged with two counts of attempted murder, heinous battery, aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery.  He is being held on a $3 million dollar bond.

Relatives are saying that Herrera suffers from a mental issues brought on by a brain injury suffered when he was hit by a car as a child.  You have to admit, he is a goofy looking bastard.  It would be so much easier for me to accept that this kid was not of sound mind when he did this instead of just having to deal with the chance that he is just another heartless psychopath, however, that still leads me to one question.  How the fuck was he able to  get access to lighter fluid and fire?

NORWELL, Massachusetts – Jared Garfagna and his girlfriend, Sarah Mohn, were upset with the length of time it was taking for their order inside a Massachusetts KFC. They expressed their frustration with the employees by yelling profanities at them. A man who was in the store at the time asked the couple to quit using the foul language as there were children in the restaurant. As the man left the building, the couple beat his ass. Police say 31-year-old Garfagna punched the man in the head, and then Mohn kicked him. Mohn has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and Garfagna has been charged with assault and battery.

That’s it. That’s the story. I know, it’s scant but hell there is no other info. Not even mugshots. I just like stories about public violence. So…yeah. Um, well it did remind me of this McBeating and the fact that Youtube gave me a warning and made me pull that same friggin’ video because it displayed violence. Go figure.

Belleville, Illinois – Two of the students involved in the beating of a 17-year-old classmate while riding on a Belleville school bus will be charged with felonies for their part. The altercation was captured on video (watch it after the jump), and shows a 17-year-old get beat by two different students within moments of each other. The race issue was thrown around when the story first broke, as the victim is white and his attackers are black, but more information has come out since these reports and it doesn’t look like race was a motivating factor. Or if it was, there is no evidence to support it. More information and the video of the attack after the jump.

The 14 and 15-year-old shown punching on the kid were not only expelled from Belleville West High School for the rest of this year and all of next, they were also charged with felony counts of aggravated battery. If convicted, they will spend some time in a juvenile corrections facility. “This is an egregious act,” said Belleville Township High School District 201 school board member Kurt Schroeder. “We have to send a message to all students we will not tolerate it.”

The school board acted quickly and severely, letting the bus driver go (although the company that actually employs the driver states the driver did nothing wrong) and began suspending any student shown in the video who seemed to egg on the attack. Any student who stood up and did not sit down as the bus driver instructed, or laughed at the attack – suspended. But of course, the parents of these suspended students feel that this is unfair. The parent of one of the kids who was charged with beating the boy says the tape has “ruined” their family’s lives. That’s right, the tape. Not the contents on the tape.

During a school board meeting over this incident, I got a kick out of a comment made by Alicia Brown. She stated, “It was inhumane the way that child was treated. But those children need an education, whether they get it at Belleville West or somewhere. Education is power, knowledge is power. How are they going to learn how to become productive citizens if we don’t educate them on what a productive citizen acts like.”

My answer to that? Get the kids some reading material while they are in a juvenile corrections facility. They committed a crime and should be punished for it. Belleville High School is not responsible for teaching kids not to beat on someone who is not a threat and is not fighting back. That kind of shit is taught in the home. The fact that other kids did not take part in this and another steps in between an attacker and the victim is proof of that.

Since the video was released, and the media got hold of it, the bus driver has been let go for not stopping the bus and intervening. Other students have also came forward saying that this is not a rare occurrence for Number 117. A bus they say is overcrowded and rowdy. Students report fearing for their safety and revealing their own stories of being attacked by students.

Dunno what to think about this one in regards to the reverse-racism context. If you watch the above video (which includes the boy who broke up the second fight), as well as the comments made by other students in the source links, it doesn’t seem like that is the case. It looks like a case of bullying against a kid who is very passive. That’s not faulting the kid that got beat, but I remember my school days, and I know that bullies always take the path of least resistance. The fact that there are other white students who ride the bus who have not come forward with tales of being targeted for being white lends credence to this not being a black-and-white issue. That being said, I am curious as to how different this would have been handled had the races been reversed.

Boston, Massachusetts It’s all fun and games until someone loses and eye. It reminds me of a scene from an old cult classic “Where The Buffalo Roam“, a movie written as a loose depiction of Hunter S. Thompson’s rise to fame as an author. In the movie, Thompson and his “attorney” Lazlo are in some undisclosed Latin American country and there’s some illegal arms trading occurring when one idiot picks up an automatic weapon and looses complete control shooting up the place. When the shooting frenzy has ended and the dust settles, his associate is fighting holding back his laughter when the maniac who can’t handle a gun beats him to the ground. And as soon as he is grounded, his buddy starts smothering him with affection and aid, truly remorseful for his actions. He almost sounds like Rhys Williams, and EMT, who shot up a couple of dudes and then administered help.

Working in any emergency field, one tends to bond pretty closely with their partners or crew. It happens with firefighters, EMTs, police. I think it’s the element of danger, knowing your back is covered in a crisis that makes the bond tighter. And along with that comes a natural extension into one’s family. And with this background it’s not surprising that Rhys was yucking it up with a former partner’s brothers.

It was already a highly emotional evening. Earlier in the day they had attended a benefit in memory of Rhys’ partner, brother number three. Rhys was asked by the brothers to leave an after hours party. But as we know, had he complied we’d not be reading about this here today. Since Rhys refused to leave they all decided to argue the point. And hell, Rhys was sitting in his vehicle arguing. Turn the key dude. Put it in drive and leave. Heh. It’s a guy thing, I’m sure. He didn’t leave. Especially when some foreign object came smashing through his new vehicle’s windshield. From that point…it. was. on.

Allegedly, good old resourceful Rhys Williams comes out packing heat and starts shooting up the place. Well, not really shooting up the place, just the brothers. John Brinkman, 42, was shot in the leg. His baby brother Paul, 36, wasn’t so lucky. He was shot point blank in the chest. Of course, it’s hard for an EMT to see blood and trauma and not snap into professional mode, which is just what this psycho hero did. He called 911 and grabbed his med kit and started treating their wounds. It wasn’t well received as the wives of these two came out and Rhys was left standing on the sideline. Witnesses state he kept repeating, “Why did you make me shoot you?” That’s a fucking retarded and aggressive thing to ask dumb ass.

Fortunately, these two party poopers are going to recover and probably be able to have front row seats in the courthouse as Rhys Williams, 41, faces  the charges of assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a firearm.

Morro, Georgia – People are rude and common courtesies have gone completely out of the window. It has turned into a fast paced “me me me” world out there. And chivalry is damn near unheard of now as the old timers die off and their mannerisms lost. One of my favorite op-ed pieces opined on the return of gentlemanliness on the wake of 9-11 and that it was perhaps the women that killed it to begin with by having to prove, as a gender, we were strong enough by making complete asses out of ourselves and embarrassing the men who tried to be kind. I really hope this isn’t the reason Troy West beat the shit out of a woman when she asked him to be careful and why none of the witnesses stepped up to help until after the cops came.

Perhaps this sort of thing doesn’t happen too often or perhaps I’m a fairly lucky loudmouth. I don’t know how many times I’ve muttered some comment or come right on out loud and clear with a smart-ass remark when someone is blatant with their lack of manners. I’m lucky in the fact I’ve never run into some psycho like Troy West who beat the piss out of some lady who respectfully asked him to be careful as he barged out of the Cracker Barrel and the door came close to striking her 7 year-old daughter.

All the witness accounts state this woman politely addressed West before he flipped his lid and began to beat this woman in front of her daughter. West responded by telling her she needed to “watch her fucking daughter” and calling her a “fucking black nigger bitch” before punching her in the face. He allegedly threw her to the ground and continued beating her head with his fists and feet while continuing to scream racial slurs at her. I’m not sure why she thought her status of being an American Soldier would make him stop, but she tried to explain that fact as she was being assaulted.

The police arrived and detained Troy West. They also were assisted by Cracker Barrel turning over surveillance tapes and the heroic efforts of eye witness who were willing able to take the time to provide written statements on what went down. They saw everything but seemed to do nothing until the police arrived. Me? I think that’s pretty fucking shitty.

This case has now been referred to the FBI’s Civil Rights Division for a possible violation of the Federal Hate Crime Law. Troy West has been charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and cruelty to children in the first degree.

Lake County, Florida Ah, being released from prison must be an overwhelming experience. Freedom again…at last. Another chance has been given to set things right with your life, get a job, find love, celebrate the golden years. I’m sure that goes through every prisoner’s heads…or rather a great deal of them. And so many don’t get the chance to start “anew” as their terms count down the remaining years of their lives. I’m sure so many spending life sentences would give their left nut to have the chance Martrez Anderson had, to get sprung from prison at the young age of 25…to live each day to the fullest. But Martrez just couldn’t cope with being out. Within 5 days of being released, he just had to do something stupid to land his ass back in the poky for a bit longer. How many years does rape carry?

He’s a bright one, this Martrez. Knocking upon the door of his victim at 9 in the evening asking if she needed some lawn maintenance, when she said, um, no…he allegedly walked around her house and entered through a back door. The 29 year-old victim said she attempted to call 911 but he yanked the phone from her hand and smashed it. After the rape, he kindly asked for a ride to the local convenience store so he could buy a “Swisher Sweet Cigar”.

Once they arrived at the store, the victim bolted from her vehicle, alerted another customer and the authorities were called. Martrez in the meantime, fled. And hid. It didn’t take long for the K-9 to track his suave ass down hiding in a carport two blocks away. He refused to speak with authorities but he did submit to a DNA test. He probably thought DNA stood for something else.

And although Martrez remained closed lipped with the police he just couldn’t resist yacking it up with a female journalist. You just gotta love when the idiot takes over. “I ain’t rape her. I ain’t raper her” laments Martrez. “I never met her in my life.” “I like black people. I live in a black neighborhood. Only black girls around.” And with that, the clever journalist asked what color the victim was….”White”…and asked how he knew…well, I think it was probably a real long moment. He simply couldn’t answer.

During this same interview, Martrez admitting to his past career of lawn care and his affinity for Swisher Sweet Cigars along with explaining that he had $30 on him but he didn’t get the money from the victim. (of course, the victim told police he asked for money and she gave him $30) DUMB.ASS.

I certainly hope Martrez Anderson’s 5 free days were full of fun because, with the charges he’s now facing, it looks as though he may go away for a while longer this time. He’s being held at the Lake County Jail on charges of sexual battery, burglary to an occupied dwelling with a battery, false imprisonment, tampering with or harassing a victim, criminal mischief and robbery.

Vancleave, Mississippi – When Jason Vaughn, 27, showed up at the hospital with his wife, who was 35 weeks pregnant and having labor pains, he had some serious explaining to do.  It isn’t very often that women in labor show up with a partially closed black eye, a split lip, multiple bruises on their forearms, bruises on their body and bumps on their head.  Either this woman’s baby bump threw her so off balance that she became extremely clumsy, or someone had beat the fuck out of her.  After admitting the woman to the hospital, officials notified the Sheriff’s department.  When they got there, this woman had one hell of a tale to tell.

Several times throughout the week, Vaughn beat the woman and punched her in the face, stomach, and head multiple times.  Saturday night, they got into another verbal altercation which led to him punching her AND their 9-month-old daughter.  Yeah.  You read right.  This asshole punched a 9-month-old baby.

He wasn’t done.  Apparently beating his pregnant wife and a baby didn’t make Vaughn feel like enough of a man, so he topped it all off by raping the woman.  Saying this ass has issues would be a complete understatement.  The woman began having labor pains the next morning, which could have been the result of the sexual assault and was able to convince him that she needed medical care.  This was her first chance for outside intervention.  She had not been able to seek help before because he would not allow it.  She was also not able to go to her neighbors for help because they were all his relatives.

An investigation was launched by Department of Human Services because of the abuse of the 9 month old.  The child was placed in the care of her great grandmother until the child’s mother recovers and is released from the hospital.

The woman plans on filing a restraining order but still fears the consequences of her husbands arrest.

Vaughn was arrested as he tried to leave the hospital and was charged with felony capital offense rape, domestic violence by aggravated assault, and felony child abuse.  He is being held on a $850,000 bond.

While I would never encourage anyone to commit suicide, I think Vaughn may want to do some research.  If not, he may want to get used to lipstick and high heels.  The boys in the joint would probably love to show him what a real man is.

Lady, all I can say to you is this: RUN.  Buy a gun and run.  Your life depends on it.

Georgetown, South Carolina Well, it’s not exactly an axe today but I think a machete deserves to be right up there with the growing number of domestic disputes resulting in the use of wicked implements. I’m sure many victims can claim to be beaten with fists, kicked, burned, etc. but it takes a special asshole to use out-of-the-ordinary measures to settle their dispute…or quiet the bitching. And I’ll have to admit, coming from an area where summers were filled with machete wielding employees paid to cut corn out of beans, many an accident took place when carelessness took over resulting in legs being split wide open. So when John Aelick allegedly threatened to cut his friend’s head off with one, I imagine she took that threat seriously.

Allegedly, the victim and her daughter were at John’s home where he apparently got a little intoxicated and started throwing a tantrum with a machete in his hands. The victim’s daughter left the house in an attempt to diffuse some of the tension but it didn’t seem to mean as much to John. He had a plan. As she heard her mother’s screams, the daughter knocked upon his door and he yelled back, “If you open that door I will cut your [expletive] head off“.

The victim tried making it to the door when the machete wielding ass-wipe grabbed her ponytail, drug her to the kitchen and allegedly started chopping at the kitchen table. That’s a real pee pants situation. Fortunately the victim managed to free herself and as she once again made it to the door, he assisted with a little push and a little warning – he would cut both their heads off.

The police had to knock down John’s door because he simply wasn’t interested in opening it for them. And when they did gain entry, they found him sitting calmly on his couch enjoying a nice cool beer with a wooden club at his side! As for the victim? She’ll be back…he’s a keeper. But until that time comes, John Aelick (50) is probably reconsidering his cutlery techniques in the county jail as he’s being held on charges of assault and battery with intent to kill.

Greenwood, IN- 28-year old Jesse Pacheco is another turd who thinks it’s okay to beat the crap out of children when he gets angry. While watching his girlfriend’s four young children on August 3, Pacheco told the kids to go to a nearby park to play so he could have some alone time in the house. When 4-year old Raymond said he didn’t want to go, Pacheco became outraged. He picked the boy up by his throat and began to slam him several times into a carpeted floor without any padding beneath. While Pacheco was slamming little Raymond into the floor again and again and again, Raymond kept begging the asshole to quit by saying, “Stop…Stop…Stop.”

The boy eventually became unconscious and Pacheco left him lying there for several hours to vomit and urinate on himself. During this time, the fucking asshole was busy instructing the other children on what to say to the police. He told them, “If the cops come, tell them we were just playing around.” Pacheco kept to his story by telling the police that he repeatedly slammed the child onto a mattress, which caused him to bounce off and hit his head on the floor. Fortunately, the children told the police everything that happened and said that Pacheco told them they would loose their Xbox and toys if he went to jail.

And when this skeevy piece-of-shit motherfucking son-of-a-bitch finally admitted to viciously abusing the boy, he told police that he can’t hit a woman and so instead of hitting his girlfriend, he takes his anger out on her son. The fuck-wad also said that he hopes the beating will earn him more respect with his fellow gang members. Personally, I am hoping your asshole does not get any respect behind bars along with all your other orifices, you fucking scumbag. Pacheco was charged with battery resulting in serious bodily injury to a person younger than 14 with a $60,000 bond and he faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Raymond suffered numerous injuries, including a blood clot on his brain, bruising to the left ear, a forehead abrasion, and a bite mark on his stomach. The little guy is still in a coma at Riley Hospital for Children and is not expected to make it. Police believe the child’s mother, who was at work during the incident, did not know about the ongoing abuse and she is not facing charges.

Tampa, Florida – A lot of men out there already know the name, but for you women, Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Gregory Clifford) is the award-winning adult film star who has starred in such classics as Space Nutz, Camp Cuddly Pines and one of my personal favorites, Titsicle. Recently, a group of fans are attempting to recruit Daniels to run against Republican Senator David Vitter in Louisiana in 2010. The official website for this movement states that Daniels is “A champion of entrepreneurism, a fighter for decency and the embodiment of pure libertarianism. Stormy Daniels will be a tireless champion for the forthright values of common sense and do-it-yourself individualism.” She’s a fighter alright. On July 25th, Daniels was arrested for beating her spouse in a fit of rage.

As you can read in the police report, her husband, Michael Mosny, claims that when Daniels came home she was not happy that some laundry was not done according to her specifications, and that because of him not paying some bills, their bank account had been frozen. This led to Daniels doing some redecorating in their home and then hitting him in the head several times. Daniels admitted to throwing some things, but stated that if she did hit Mosny it was accidental and happened when she was trying to retrieve her car keys from him.

Police state that Mosny had no visual injuries and was calm and friendly. Daniels, who also had no injuries, was pretty pissed off and refused to sign her sworn statement. She was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges, booked into the Hillsborough County Jail and was later released on $1,000 bond. Her arraignment has been scheduled for September 3, 2009 at 8:30. The resulting arrest meant that Daniles had to cancel a scheduled appearance, which she blamed on a car accident.

The funny thing is that out of this entire story, the only thing that even remotely struck me as weird is that in the police report, it is revealed that Mosny wasn’t even the one who did the laundry. It was his dad. But regardless, anger issues? Spousal beatings? Cover ups? She sounds like she has all the requirements needed for the political arena. Stormy Daniels For US Senate 2010!
