McALLEN – This is a two part story each part containing equal amounts of vomit-inducing material. First, back in May Edwin Auner Morales tried raping a 13-year-old girl who was babysitting his kids. The girl fought back and was able to get away and report him. Morales admitted what he had done, including that he was aware of her age when he attempted to rape her. Morales was charged with charged with attempted aggravated sexual assault, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and a possible fine of $10,000. That’s the first part of this story. The second part is that on Sept 22nd, Judge Rudy Delgado ruled Morales receive a deferred sentence and will not serve any jail time if he does not run into criminal problems again during a probationary period. Nice, huh?

Before we get to the judge, here is more info on the attempted rape. According to a police affidavit, Morales, 23, approached the girl while she was holding one of his wife’s babies. He told her that he wanted to have sex with her. She told him that she did not. Morales told her he was having marital problems and grabbed her by the arms. She then kicked him, walked to a bedroom and placed the baby she had been carrying on the bed. Morales took this opportunity to pushed her on the bed and get on top of her while the baby lay beside them. The girl got up, picked the baby up from the bed and tried handing it to Morales who didn’t care about the infant and continued insisting he wanted to have sex. The girl kicked his legs and pushed him to the ground. While Morales was trying to stand up, she placed the baby back on the bed and left the home.

Yeah, this Morales was just probably having a bad day. I mean, I know when I am having problems with my wife, the first thing I think about doing is raping a 13-year-old. So I am guessing that Judge Rudy Delgado felt the same way when he allowed this guy to stay out on the street, right? Honestly, I cannot imagine what that girl and her family must be going through right now and I just do not understand how anyone can possibly think that this is remotely right. Obviously they don’t, which you can read in the comments from a couple of the source articles I linked to. Also, do a search on Judge Rudy Delgado. Interesting, huh?

It was there, in the apartment he shares with his mother, that Simpson repeatedly raped the child.

Simpson, a long-time friend of the victim’s family, offered up his services to the child’s mother and has sat for the child on numerous occasions over the past two years. It is alleged that between February and June of this year, Simpson sexually abused her. Earlier this month, the victim told a neighbor what had been going on during the overnight stays and the neighbor told the child’s mother. Simpson, 40, admitted to the allegations and was charged with 10 counts of rape of a child under the age of 13.

Bond has been set at $50,000 for each count and it has been reported that Jabba is on suicide watch. I have totally grossed myself out writing this story – now I must search out cute and cuddly little animals to erase all images of a nekkid and sweaty James Simpson. Thanks, asshole.

Carrollton, Georgia – Last Tuesday, Lashirey Bryant had a family emergency to attend to out of town, so, she put in a call to her regular babysitter, Tammy Truitt, and asked her to come over and take care of the kiddos. Truitt was left in charge of four children, ages ranging from 1-9. Later that day, when the children’s grandmother arrived at the home to relieve the babysitter, she noticed her 1-year-old grandson was lifeless and unresponsive. After an examination at the hospital, it was revealed the little kiddo was drunk off his ass. His BAC was reported to be .33. Whaaaaat? In Georgia, that is considered to be four times the legal limit of drunkenness for an adult.

Through interviews, police came to the conclusion that the babysitter is responsible for giving wine to the child. They found the empty bottle at the sotted tot’s home, and his mother said the wine didn’t come from the house. Police aren’t quite sure what to believe as of yet. One explanation was that she had put a bit of wine in the child’s cup, along with some water. Another explanation she gave was that she had fallen asleep and the tot must have got hold of the wine. “At this point, we don’t know — we have been told several different stories,” said Tony Johnson of the Carrollton Police Department. What they do know, is that the child damn near slipped into a coma. Thankfully, the tot recovered from the boozin’ and was back home on Friday. “It is a miracle that the child did not die from alcohol poisoning, considering how little the baby’s body is, to be able to stand that amount of alcohol in his system,” Johnson said. “An adult can be charged for DUI with a blood alcohol level of .08. A lot of adults can’t function at .33.” I think, at .33, I would probably be swearing off alcohol forever while praying to the porcelain god – quite possibly puking up a few vital organs.

After a 3-day search, authorities located 40-year-old Tammy Pruitt and charged her with first-degree cruelty to children and reckless conduct.

Martell, NE- How do you quiet a crying baby? Well, you could feed them, or rock them, or you could give them a homemade tongue piercing. I know the first two choices usually work, but the last one? I’m sure 22-year old Matthew Wylie is going to shit bricks when he learns he is one of the chosen few for today’s stories. I know what all of you are thinking. How did Wylie get so lucky? Why is he so damn special? Allow me to start by saying right away that it’s not because I accepted any bribes of any sort. Wylie got here the same way all our previous, ahem, winners were chosen. You see, this last Thursday afternoon, Wylie was caring for his girlfriend’s 3-month old baby boy while she was gone. When his girlfriend returned, she discovered that the baby’s mouth was bleeding, so she and Wylie took the baby to Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center for treatment. Hospital authorities realized the infant’s tongue had a 1.8 centimeter cut in it, which is one helluva gash for such a little tongue, and they contacted police. When questioned, Wylie admitted to the investigators that he had pushed his finger down on the infant’s tongue to quiet him, but pushed too hard, and the baby started bleeding. Investigators question his story, but believe Wylie’s actions merit felony child abuse charges. He was arrested and taken to jail.

Wylie’s girlfriend, Tracy Daniel, said Wylie had stepped in as a father for her son. Wylie attended the doctor visits and changed his diapers. Daniel said her son was pretty much back to normal by Saturday afternoon. She also said she is considering ending her relationship with Wylie, but thinks the accusations against him are excessive. “It’s kind of shocking that it would have even happened, “ she said. “He’s never been violent before. He’s shown, you know, that he’s sorry.”Sorry he hurt the baby or sorry he got caught? I don’t know about you folks, but I would kick that penis to the curb faster than a cat can lick its ass if he hurt my baby. I really wish these moms would start protecting what came out of their cooter instead of what they choose to put in it. Oh! And welcome to the front page, Wylie. Aiken, South Carolina Meet Erica. Her self-described Myspace entry states her interests are kids, butterflies, and shopping. Her favorite television shows are American Idol, CSI, General Hospital, Dragon Tales (PBS), and The Big Comfy Couch (ABC Kids). But one always runs the risk of someone spying. You know, people are always on the lookout for solutions to age-long problems and this was exactly what Erica found. Some other lady discovered this quiet child on the bed seizing and an emergency crew was called. Now had Erica been good at multi-tasking, she would have thrown the baby in the bathtub with some spit-up rags and that seizing child could have been agitating the nastiness right out. She clearly didn’t learn foresight in college and certainly didn’t think to cover her tracks prior to letting nosy people into her home.

Erica Paradise entered a guilty plea for attacking this child and was sentenced this week to 10 years in prison suspended to six years and four years probation for hitting this infant, throwing the 7 month-old onto a hardwood floor, then onto the bed. Although the child suffered a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage, there are no signs of permanent injuries. Lucky bitch.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. – Here’s a real nasty one for you to start off your Sunday. After meeting in church, one woman offered to watch the other woman’s two small children – a 6-year-old girl and her 8-year-old brother – while she was at work during the day. This has been the arrangement for the last year with no reported problems. Until a few months ago when the mother of the two small children noticed some sores on her children. After some questioning, the woman learned that the sores were not natural as she had originally thought. Nope. She learned that the 16-year-old son of the woman watching her kids, Robbie Poellot, had been repeatedly raping her daughter and sodomizing her son.

“It appears it was going on three months. The mother told us three months ago she started noticing changes in the children’s bodies which at the time did not make her suspicious, sores, chafing, and only when the boy came forward did she realize something was wrong,” said Bill Toohey, a Baltimore County Police spokesman. Officials have stated that the teen had been taking the two small children to his bedroom, showing them porn on his laptop and then having sex with them. He has been charged as an adult and is facing sex abuse of a minor, second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense, sodomy and perverted practices charges. So basically, just about every sex charge minus necrophilia.

If it turns out this kid did it, what an absolutely giant shit sandwich this teen has forced everyone to eat. From the kids he raped, to the parents of those two kids, to his own family. Jesus Christ, what was he thinking? I’ll update the story as more information comes out, as it is already a hot bed of people screaming for him to be hung by his short hairs, and friends of the family spouting “innocent before guilty” and the fact that he is such a nice, sweet little boy. A reader emailed his Myspace, but I have no way to confirm it is him, and would hate to throw up some kids picture that has nothing to do with this.

Hobart, IN- “She was wearing an orange skirt and a tank top with orange and green stripes.” That was what 18-year old Engelico Castillo told the police on the night of June 16, when her 2-year old cousin, Jada Justice, went missing. Castillo said she went to a gas station in Gary and left Jada in her car-seat in the back seat of her unlocked vehicle while she went inside to purchase cigarettes and milk. When she returned, Jada was gone.  Panic engulfed the child’s family, police, and surrounding community as they searched for the missing child. Other customers at the gas station told police they saw no one around Castillo’s car that night. Police brought dogs to aid in the search, but found no scent of Jada in the area. Police also sought the assistance of other agencies, including the F.B.I. as well as the U.S. Marshal’s Service. A day after her supposed disappearance, Jada was still missing, despite a massive search that spanned two neighboring cities and lasted more than 18 hours.

Engelica Castillo and Tim Tkachik (Crispy and Uncrispy)

This was when police decided to call off the search and focus their attention on Engelica Castillo. Castillo said she immediately noticed Jada missing that night when she opened the front door on the passenger side of her car. She dropped her purchased items and ran back into the station to have the teller call the police. When she called Jada’s mother and informed her Jada was missing, Swiontek asked her if she checked the area or yelled out for Jada. Castillo told her, “No, I knew she was already gone.” When questioned by police, Castillo remained calm without emotion. She said she had cried and prayed all night for Jada’s return and didn’t have any tears left. When an officer showed her Jada’s picture and told her he didn’t believe her story, she became angry, slapped at the officer’s arm and picture, and said, “You are lying and don’t know what you’re talking about.” Again, the officer placed Jada’s picture in front of Castillo and she attempted to strike the officer in the face. Castillo was restrained for 30 seconds until she finally calmed down, and that was when she told the officer, “God is taking care of her. God is watching over her.” When Castillo’s 23-year old boyfriend, Timothy Tkachik, was questioned he was suffering from some serious second-degree burns to his face and arms that he said was due to his propane grill catching fire days prior to Jada’s disappearance. Investigators didn’t believe him either and the following story is what Tkachik said happened to little Jada.

After doing several lines of heroin with Castillo on the night of June 12, he and Castillo awoke around 11 a.m. the next day. Castillo went to check on Jada and he knew she was angry with Jada for soiling her pants because he could hear her yelling. Castillo began spanking Jada and pulling her hair and when Jada didn’t cry, she became even more angrier and  hit her harder. Castillo slapped Jada causing the child to fall and hit her head on a table causing a small cut. Castillo then made Jada stand in the corner and left the room. She returned as soon as Jada began acting up again and began punching her in the head. Unable to stop the bitch, Tkachik went to another room to watch television. Around 7 p.m. that evening, Tkachik and Castillo planned to travel to someones house to purchase more heroin. Castillo got Jada ready and put her in Tkachik’s Tahoe. It was when they were on the highway that Tkachik realized Jada was not breathing. He jumped into the backseat and began performing CPR on her. Castillo pulled over, began screaming and crying, and tried to perform CPR on the child as well. When Tkachik realized Jada was dead, he told Castillo, “I told you to stop. I told you enough is enough.”

The couple returned home, parked in the driveway, covered Jada’s body with a car cover, and left her in the back seat. Then they got into Castillo’s car and headed back to the house to buy drugs and then to Chicago. When they returned that night, they checked on Jada. At first, they believed she was breathing and so Castillo once again tried giving her CPR. But Jada was dead, her tiny head was covered with several bruises and bumps, marks to tell the truth behind her brutal murder. Tkachik wrapped her body in 3 garbage bags, took her down to the basement, and then he and Castillo went to bed. They spent most of the next day trying to come up with ways to get rid of the body. Around 3:30 that afternoon, Tkachik placed Jada’s body in the back of his Tahoe and he and Castillo went to a Menard’s store in Michigan City where he purchased a metal garbage can. Tkachik then went to a gas station, purchased some charcoal, lighter fluid, and gas for a gas can he brought along. The couple headed to a wooded area in LaPorte County and it was there that they poured the gas and lighter fluid into a hole they had found. They dumped Jada’s body into the hole along with the charcoal. When Tkachik lit a piece of the charcoal bag and dropped it into the hole, it created an explosion which is the real explanation behind his burns. When the fire went out they discovered it had only burned the bags and Jada’s body could still be seen. They left her in the hole and drove back home to think of another plan.

The following morning, June 15, Tkachik grabbed three more garbage bags and the couple drove back to the wooded area to retrieve Jada’s body. On their way back home, they stopped again at the Menard’s and purchased a braided rope, four 50 lbs. bags of instant cement, a blue 20 gallon tote container with a lid, and a 600 lb. capacity dolly. At home, Tkachik took the items along with Jada’s body to the basement. He removed Jada’s body from the garbage bags and placed her in the tote along with the cement. Tkachik then poured water into the tote and used a space heater to dry the concrete. Once the cement was dry, Tkachik and Castillo loaded the tote into his vehicle, drove back to the same wooded area, and carried it to an area by a swamp. Tkachik then used a small saw to cut the tote from the cement because he knew their fingerprints were on it. They shoved the cement into the water where it eventually sank below the surface. The couple went back home, did some more heroin and went to bed. The following day was when Tkachik came up with the plan of saying Jada had been abducted. On June 25, Tkachik directed officers to Jada Justice’s watery grave. The cemented tomb was transported to the coroner’s office and it was there that Jada’s body was identified. Jada’s tiny skull had numerous fractures and the outfit she wore was the only thing her murderer told the truth about. Jada was dressed in an orange skirt and a tank top with orange and green stripes. Engelica Castillo and Tim Tkachik are now being held without bond in the Lake County Jail. They are  both charged with murder, neglect of a dependent, battery and false informing. R. I. P. Little Jada Justice. May both of these worthless assholes rot in Hell for extinguishing the light from your innocent, yet, trustful eyes.

Boston, MA–Well whaddaya know…two female pedophiles featured on the Dreamin’ Demon in the span of one week. I don’t have a lot of information on the lovely Carolyn Pierce, and frankly, less is better in this case. Carolyn recently admitted to raping a 2-year-old girl she was babysitting for on at least five separate occasions. Carolyn, who also babysits for a number of families, wasn’t just the victim’s sitter, she was a friend of the family. Carolyn, herself a mother to a 2-year-old son, cared for the victim in the victim’s family home five times between June 9 and June 16.

On each of those five occasions, Carolyn digitally penetrated the child.The last time she babysat the victim, the child’s mother noticed obivous “physical symptoms” and had the child examined. The results of that examination led to Carolyn’s arrest last Friday.

She admitted to the vile acts in an interview with police, stating, “I don’t know why I did it.” (Just taking a wild guess here, but, maybe it’s because you are a foul and loathsome beast of a woman)? After another of her clients heard of the charges and questioned Carolyn, via text message, about the allegations of abuse, Carolyn responded that yes..it was true. She went on to explain, in detail, what she had done to the child. Carolyn Pierce, 27, is being charged with seven counts of rape of a child by force and seven counts of indecent assault on a child under 14. Her bond was set at $25,000 cash, with a $50,000 surety. So far, there is no evidence of previous sexual abuse with any other children.

Madison County, KY–You know, there is a right way to potty train and a wrong way. Patience, bribery, and rewards for potty successes are great. This putrid shitstain is being accused of forcing his girlfriend’s 4-year-old son to eat his own shit and drink his own piss, and, on more than one occasion. The disgusting abuse became known when the child’s father, who had the little boy for a weekend visit, noticed bruising on the child’s forehead, back, and arms, and alerted authorities.

It has since been determined that Shearer often took care of the 4-year-old and his 18-month-old sibling while their mother was at work, sometimes for as long as 12-14 hours at a time. It was during this ‘alone’ time with the children that police believe the abuse occurred. If the boy had a little ‘accident’, Shearer would not only beat the child, but he would force him to consume his own feces and urine. Oh you fucking asshole. Because of the young age of the victim, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly when the abuse occurred, but police have reason to believe that it has happened on at least two occasions between March 1 and April 10. Craig Shearer, 32, has been indicted on charges of first-degree criminal abuse and being a persistent felony offender. The persistent felony offender charge stems from a 2007 conviction on methamphetamine possession and fourth-degree assault charges. If convicted on the criminal abuse charge, he could possibly be sentenced to 10-20 years. Investigators say the 18-month-old child has injuries as well, but so far doctors can’t determine if those injuries are accidental. The little boy has been placed in the care of his father.

Jerry Barker, Jr. and Tater

Jerry David Barker, Jr. , 26, is a shit-head who was living with his girlfriend and her two young sons. This last Monday, his girlfriend’s sons were in the backyard playing with their puppy, Tater, when the puppy nipped one of the boys. Barker blew up and began kicking and beating the puppy relentlessly. I warn the more sensitive readers to skip to the last paragraph now. You have been warned.

Jerry Barker’s rage did not stop there. He tied the puppy up, hung it from a tree and continued to beat the poor animal with a shovel. While the young boys continued to watch this sadistic scum’s rampage, Barker grabbed a nail studded board and beat the puppy with it. Then, he picked up a garden hose and whipped the defenseless pup until his bloody body ceased to breathe air. During this entire rampage, Barker continuously tried to get the boys to participate in the beating, but they refused.

Barker buried the puppy’s remains in the backyard and told the boys that if they told their mother what happened, he would beat them just like he did Tater. Someone did tell, and Barker was arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty and child abuse. He is being held in the Columbia County Detention Facility without bond. Investigators recovered the puppy’s remains and sent them to a veterinarian for an autopsy. The boys have been referred for counseling.

*Note: Sources had conflicting reports on the exact age of the puppy. One said 4-months and others said 8-months. Either way, it was still just a puppy who nipped at a child, as almost all puppies tend to do during various stages of their youth. No innocent living thing deserves to be tortured and beaten to death this way.

Last Sunday, Douglas checked himself into Fletcher Allen Health Care…he was feeling a little suicidal. He told a nurse that he wanted to kill himself because of his attraction to a kid he was watching. Douglas went on to explain that he had been a nanny for two small children in South Hero and he had done stuff with them. He stated that “he had become attracted to children and had done things with a ten year old.” The alleged abuse began in mid-April. It started off with Douglas hugging and kissing the young boy, and escalated to engaging in sex. He admitted to the abuse, telling police he first thought of the victim “like a son,” but then, “the dynamic of that changed and turned into you know, I see him as a lover.” He admitted to having images of child porn on various personal electronic devices. During an interview with police, a detective asked Douglas if he thought he should get in trouble. He answered, “Yeah of course I do. But you know what prison is like. I wouldn’t make it in prison. We all know that.” Douglas Shepherd, 23, now faces seven counts of aggravated sexual assault, nine counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child, one count of use of a child in a sexual performance, one count of promoting and recording sexual conduct, and one count of possession of child pornography.

Police are concerned there may be more victims. Douglas has held similar jobs in California, Florida, and Michigan. He spent some time at summer camps for boys in Texas and New York. He had also been approved to be a substitute teacher in Grand Isle County. Anyone with information about Douglas Shepherd is asked to contact the Northwest Unit for Special Investigations at 802-527-4002. Police say Douglas has also used the alias Parker Wilder and possibly Donald Shepherd.

Canton, NY- On June 8, 21-year old Coral Pierce was suffering from the flu. Her 21-year old boyfriend, Jesse Hollinger, offered to care for her 2-month old son, Billy Foster, Jr., so she could get some rest. At 7 a.m. the next morning, Hollinger left to go to a job fair and Coral returned to caring for her son. It was when she began to change little Billy’s diaper that she noticed something was wrong with his leg. “I immediately noticed a bruise on his right thigh,” Coral said. “The entire time Billy was just screaming and kicking his left leg, but his right leg wasn’t moving.”

Little Billy was taken to a hospital where doctors confirmed the baby’s leg was broken and the injury was consistent with abuse. Little Billy also had multiple bruises on his neck and marks on his thigh and around his mouth. That same day, Coral sent Hollinger a text message accusing him of breaking the baby’s leg and, several hours later, she received a response from him acknowledging what he had hurt the child. But he is claiming it was all an accident. Hollinger told investigators that he was falling asleep with the baby on his lap when the child started to fall backward. When he grabbed for him, he heard a snap. “I never meant to hurt Billy and I’m very sorry this happened,”Hollinger said. He also said that he was too tired that morning and didn’t know how hurt Billy was to say anything to Coral. Jesse Hollinger was with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child with his bail set at $20,000.

Recently, we had a member join our forums who claimed to be Billy’s mom and gave us a list of all his injuries which were:

-Broken right femur (at first they said it was a spiral fracture but now they say it was blunt force trauma)
-2 different patterns of bruising to his right leg
-Bruising on his abdomen
-2 broken ribs over his heart
-Bruising on his neck
-Bruising all over his throat
-A black tongue
-A laceration under his tongue
-Possible internal bleeding.

The only one who knows what really happened to that little baby is Jesse Hollinger and, so far, he is sticking with his bullshit story. His last status update on his MySpace account was on June 9 which said,“Ive already seen one state trooper and waiting for the next one. If I wouldn’t of fallen asleep nothing would of happened. I’m soo sorry babe” and his mood was “destroyed inside.” Heh. I bet that’s exactly how that little baby feels!

Sarasota, Florida — Mark Dungan-Carpenter, 21, lived at Sandy’s Family Childcare, a private residential child care facility owned by his mother and operated by his grandmother.  Although he wasn’t an employee, he was occasionally paid to babysit the kids.  According to police, Dungan-Carpenter was doing a little more than babysitting.  He was arrested for sexually battering a 5-year-old boy at his home daycare. You can tell by Mark Dugan-Carpenter’s MySpace that he doesn’t have much of a life.   He states his occupation as X-Box 360.  His gamer tag is EoP Ryloth, and he hopes to be sponsored by a big named company someday.  Like that’s really going to happen now.

Morristown, NJ- 60-year old Louis Masino is a Meagan’s Law registrant. In 1996, Masino was accused of molesting and endangering the welfare of a child, who was a family friend. He was sentenced to Community Supervision for life as a “Tier-2 moderate” offender. One of the conditions of his parole was that he was to have no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18. Having known all of this, I cannot understand why in the hell old Jesse Jay Shores felt it was okay to leave a 4-year old boy in this monster’s care.

Last Thursday, Masino’s parole officer decided to pay Masino a surprise visit at his home. While in the home, the parole officer noticed that Masino had a 4-year old boy with him and no other adults were present. Both Masino and the child were dressed only in shorts without any shirts on. The parole immediately contacted authorities and Masino was arrested. When detectives interviewed the boy, he said that Masino had handcuffed his hands behind his back and he was afraid of him. He also said that Masino had taken a nap with him without his clothes on. Masino admitted to the detectives that he had sexual urges toward the child. Masino said when he was laying down with the child, he rubbed his groin against the boy’s buttocks and then touched them with his hands.

Louis Masino was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. On Friday, 22-year old Jesse Jay Shores, the legal guardian of the child, was arrested for bringing the boy to Masino’s home and leaving him there when he knew Masino was a convicted sex-offender. Shores was charged with fourth-degree child abuse and is being held on $10,000 bail.

Las Vegas, Nevada–Jonathan Weaver and his girlfriend had an arrangement, he would care for her two children, ages 1 and 2, while she attended night school. It was a routine they had followed, without issue, for nearly a year. Though the pair didn’t live together, Jonathan was like a father to those children. Tuesday evening, Amanda Freeman and her family were paying a visit to her sister, who resided in the Augusta Apartments. While walking past a stand-alone garage behind the apartment complex, Amanda heard a child’s cry coming from inside the garage. “I put my ear up and I was like, ‘There’s a baby in there.’ I honestly thought someone left their kid in the car, end of story.” She called 911. About 5 minutes later, cops and firefighters were on the scene. Amanda’s husband, Justin, watched as the fire crew cut the garage door open. He was more than a little shocked when he spotted two terrified toddlers in the garage, in the middle of the floor, strapped into car seats, with pillowcases pulled over their heads like a hood. “I could not believe it. The fact that they were duct taped and they had rope around their mouths,” said Justin. Metro police believe the boys had been left alone in that condition, by Jonathan, for more than 2 hours. The children were taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for minor injuries before being released to CPS.

Jonathan Weaver, 20, who has no previous criminal history, is now facing charges of child abuse and neglect, child endangerment, kidnapping, and attempted murder. Police believe Weaver may have intended to kill the children, hence the attempted murder charge. The children’s mother will not face any charges in the incident and is now trying to get her babies back from CPS.
