Teen Mom Busted Stuffing Cotton Down Her Babys ThroatCHARLESTON, SC - A teen mom was arrested after video surveillance in a hospital room captured her shoving cotton from a stuffed animal down her child’s throat.

The baby had been admitted to MUSC Children’s Hospital two weeks prior to the incident because her mother, 17-year-old Chevonne Youngineer, said her her child “frequently quits breathing or starts choking.” Luckily, according to Youngineer, she had learned CPR and saved her child’s life on multiple occasions.

Because of the child’s many brushes with death, the baby had been placed in a hospital room equipped with a hidden camera. The other day, Youngineer requested asistance because once again, her baby wasn’t breathing. Nurses were able to revive the infant and remove some cotton that had somehow made its way into the baby’s mouth.

Hospital workers reviewed the surveillance footage and watched as moments before she called the nurses, Younginer tore cotton from a stuffed animal and then shoved the stuffing into her baby’s mouth before covering the baby’s face with a blanket. After several seconds Younginer went back and pushed the stuffing further into her baby’s mouth and walked away.…

Possessed Woman Charged With Slitting Her Babys ThroatCAMDENTON, MO – Police have charged a woman with first degree assault and armed criminal action after she slit her baby’s throat. This came months after she told a minister she was possessed by demons and was afraid she was going to hurt her daughter.

According to the probable cause statement, Tyler Tebrock called police to report that his mother, 39-year-old Bradie Simpson, and his 9-month-old sister were missing. He was concerned because he had found blood and a bloody knife in his mother’s bedroom.

Police searched the area and would find Simpson holding her blood-soaked baby in some woods nearby a few hours later. The infant was unresponsive, suffering from a neck wound and Simpson would not say a word to police.

They were both rushed to the hospital where the baby underwent emergency surgery and is expected to make a full recovery. Doctors say that had it not been for the cold weather and the quick responses of all involved, the little girl would have probably died.

So far no motive has been given, but police did find a plastic baggie and two spoons in her room, one of which tested positive for heroin.…

Mom Accused Of Cooking Baby In Microwave Wont Face Death PenaltySACRAMENTO, CA – Because she does not have a criminal past, the woman accused of killing her infant by cooking her in a microwave will not face the death penalty.

Last year, 30-year-old Ka Yang was charged with torture and murder after her 6-week-old daughter,  Mirabelle, was found dead in her home. Yang told investigators that she was holding her baby when she had a seizure and passed out. When she woke up she said she found her infant dead on the ground beside her.

An autopsy would later show that the baby had died an absolutely horrible death, suffering from the kind of extensive thermal injuries one would suffer if cooked inside microwave like a really messed up Hot Pocket.

It would take three months for police to finish their investigation but once concluded Yang was charged with murder and had her three boys, who were all under the age of 7, removed from her home.

Yang and her family learned prosecutors would not seek the death penalty during a brief hearing on Friday. However,Yang  is still facing a special-circumstance charge of torture that could send her to life in prison with no chance of parole.…

Police: Teen Walks In On Mother Having Sex, Gets Pepper SprayedPawtucket, RI — Dorcus Moore was taken into custody on child cruelty charges earlier this week for allegedly cutting off her 13-year-old daughter’s hair and dousing her in homemade pepper spray.

According to police, Moore became enraged after the teen walked in on her and her boyfriend having sex Sunday. The girl told police Moore ordered her to get a pair of scissors, which she then used to cut off all the kid’s hair.

When she finished with the kid’s ‘do, police say Moore then doused the kid’s face, arms, legs and vagina with pepper spray.

The girl apparently went to bed that night with chemical burns to her body, but alerted school officials the next day. School officials then alerted police.

Moore, 38, was released on a personal recognizance bond Wednesday, and ordered to have no contact with her daughter. The girl is currently with her father.

One neighbor apparently heard the kid being tortured, but did jack shit to help her. Another neighbor, who police believe may have held the teen down while Moore doused her in pepper spray, is being questioned.…

Woman Says Seizures Led To Broken 10 Day Old St. Paul, MN - When Jennifer A. Pickar, 30, went to a St. Paul emergency room on the afternoon of Jan. 1 to seek treatment for tremors, a nurse attending to Pickar noticed her 10-day-old baby boy appeared to have two black eyes. After examination, the baby was reportedly taken to the intensive care unit at Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis, where an examination revealed the extent of his injuries.

It turns out that the baby – for whom treatment was not being sought by the mother – also had bruises on his left ear, fractures on the bones around his eyes, and bleeding in the front and back of his brain. The baby needed a breathing tube and a shunt was surgically inserted into his skull to reduce swelling.

According to court documents, the 10-day-old underwent surgery to repair the broken facial bones, but more will be required. The baby’s current condition is unknown. Court documents say that the child is expected to have “significant deficits” because of the injuries. Doctors reportedly said the baby would have died without medical care and that his injuries are consistent with a “significant” or “multiple” impacts to the baby’s face.…

Child Abuse Or Just Crappy Parenting?

January 31, 2012 at 9:17 am by

Child Abuse Or Just Crappy Parenting?I don’t normally post videos like this as from what I can tell, no one has been charged with a crime. But we get emails on this daily, so I figured I would post it and get some of your thoughts.

In case you are unable to see it, the video shows a young mother force feeding a toddler. The kid is obviously upset, but this does not stop the woman from shoving food into the kid’s mouth — even covering his mouth until he chokes.

From what I can gather, the video was filmed in secret by the child’s 14-year-old uncle who has been trying to get CPS involved with the family, to no avail. He claims there are worse things going on in the home and shot this video to give CPS as proof.

CPS is aware of the video and stated what you are watching is not child abuse. Shitty parenting? Sure… but not child abuse as she did not strike the kid with a closed fist and it would be impossible to prove she intended for the child to choke.…

Mom Charged After Kicking Young Sons Out Of Home

January 27, 2012 at 10:23 am by

Mom Charged After Kicking Young Sons Out Of HomeFort Pierce, FL — A single mother of two was arrested Tuesday after allegedly kicking her two mouthy sons out of her mobile home in an attempt to scare them.

Jayme Beall, apparently upset with her crotch fruits’ incessant cursing and misbehaving, packed them a bag and escorted them out the front door around 7:00 Monday evening.

When she went outside to retrieve them about 20 minutes later, they were gone. It was then that she freaked and called 911.

“She was scared, nervous, frantic trying to find her children through the (trailer) park,” said neighbor Robin Cornelius. “She was searching hard.”

A search of the neighborhood and the surrounding area by foot and by air proved fruitless. Seems the brothers, ages 13 and 9, had hitched a ride on U.S. 1 to I-95 where they then called their grandmother. Five hours after they disappeared, grandma called authorities to let them know the boys were safely in her custody in Boynton Beach, a good 70 miles away.

Beall told police she’d previously had trouble with her older child, claiming the kid had run away before and had a bad habit of acting violent toward her.…

Man Accused Of Using Shock Collar To Discipline Young GirlsCrestview, FL — Michael Lee Mitchell, a soldier with the Army 7th Special Forces, was arrested Tuesday after police accused him of using a dog shock collar to discipline two girls, ages 8 and 4.

Mitchell is accused of placing the collar around the arm of the 8-year-old and the waist of the 4-year-old and turning it on as punishment for what he perceived as bad behavior. Police believe the older child was shocked at least three times in the past three months, and the younger one at least once.

In addition to the collar treatment, Mitchell is accused of forcing the older child to participate in what he called “suicides” … extreme physical activities that included running, flutter kicks, push ups and sit ups. Police say he would make the child exercise until she vomited.

The child told police that when she would stop running, Mitchell would shock her until she began running again. She also said Mitchell threatened to place the collar around her neck if she did not obey his orders.…

Police: Sitter Poured Mixture Of Salt And Detergent Down Evil Infants ThroatFederal Way, WA — A 33-year-old certified nursing assistant is facing charges of second-degree assault of a child after police say they found an infant in her care covered in a white powder, burnt, bleeding and gasping for air in her home on January 10.

According to authorities, Mabinty Williams was babysitting the 4-week-old infant as a favor to a family friend, and in the four hours that she had possession of the child, had called her husband to complain about the kid no less than 16 times. Williams reportedly sounded a little more desperate and “off” with each call, prompting the man to return home.

When the husband arrived at the apartment, he said Williams insisted that he take the child back to it’s parents. Like, now. The man told police he told his wife he had to return his company vehicle, but would return shortly and take the baby. By the time he got back, though, the police were on scene.

Seems the couple’s neighbors called police right after Williams appeared at their door claiming there was someone in her house.…

Mother Defending Man Accused Of Beating Her Son To DeathHouston, TX – A man is sitting in jail today, accused of beating a little boy to death, and the boy’s mother has come out to defend him.

On January 10, Tiffany Wells came home from the strip club where she works to find that her 16-month -old son, Casen Wells, had suffered a severe head injury. Her boyfriend, Joshua Beall, was watching him at the time and said that the boy had fallen off the couch and struck his head on a coffee table before hitting the floor.

There was noticeable swelling, but Beall admits that he did not seek any form of medical attention. Casen was rushed to the hospital by helicopter, but would die over the weekend.

Investigators did not believe Bealls’ story of how Casen received his injury and a pediatric specialist who examined Casen said the injuries he suffered were not consistent with the type of fall Beall described. Prosecutors believe that Beall struck the boy with an unknown object at least two times.

But the boy’s mother is standing by her man, stating that she believes Beall’s version of events.…

Man Arrested After Toddler Drinks Date Rape DrugLilburn, GA — A 33-year-old man is facing felony charges after police say his roommate’s 2-year-old child accidentally drank from a water bottle containing GHB.

Timothy Waldrop and the child’s father were apparently conversing in a bedroom inside the residence Saturday when the toddler snatched the bottle of clear liquid from the coffee table and started chuggin’. When the kid’s dad asked what he was drinking, the kid replied that he didn’t know because “it was Tim’s drink.” Waldrop then informed dad that it was GHB, or gamma hydroxybutyric acid — a synthetic drug commonly known as the “date rape” drug.

At that point, Waldrop was told to vacate the premises. Personally, I would have “detained” the bastard until the cops showed up….

Just moments later, the child apparently began acting “weird” and collapsed on the kitchen floor. Another child in the home told the father that he had seen the tot drinking from the water bottle.

The child was transported to the hospital, and as of Tuesday, his condition was still unknown.…

Woman Arrested After Nanny Cam Catches Her Abusing TwinsChicago, IL – A 65-year-old woman in Chicago has been arrested and charged with abusing two infants in her care after a hidden camera captured her physically abusing them.

The mother of two eight-month-old boys installed the camera after a doctor noticed bruising on one of the boys and advised her to install a hidden surveillance camera.

When the boys’ parents reviewed the video captured by the newly installed “nanny cam,” they watched in disbelief as the children’s caregiver, 65-year-old Alice E. Vesely,  could be seen slapping, kicking, punching, smothering, grabbing, tossing, and recklessly lifting the twins by their arms and clothing.

The parents turned the video over to police who arrested Vesely and charged her with two counts of aggravated battery to a child. She is currently in jail on a $300,000 bond.

I always admire the parents who take the logical approach in these situations and contact police after discovering the abuse of their children. I would hope I would behave in the same fashion and not satisfy my need to confront the abuser and beat the life out of them.…

Two Children Bitten By Woman At Bookstore

January 13, 2012 at 10:03 am by

Two Children Bitten By Woman At BookstoreMountain View, CA — The totally sane looking woman to the left is 46-year-old Polly Beltramo. She was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse after allegedly biting two random children inside the BookBuyers bookstore Thursday afternoon.

According to police, Beltramo approached a woman in the store, chomped on her toddler and her infant, then fled.

“Some other woman came up to the lady’s little girl and then the girl started running to her mother saying that lady bit me and she had a big – something on her cheek that’s red,” store co-owner Hotranatha Ajaya said.

As the mother was tending to the little girl, her 2-month-old son started screaming. He, too, had apparently been bitten on the cheek by the crazy lady.

Beltramo ran from the store, but was soon located at a nearby coffee shop. Both children were treated at the scene and are expected to be ok. Physically, that is.

Amateur. Everyone knows you have to marinate ‘em first….

Man Who Beat, Blinded 6 Week Old Son Says He Has A Bad TemperHamilton County, OH – An Ohio man who faced a maximum sentence of only 8 years in prison for the beating and blinding of his 6-week-old son Devin offered his explanation during a sentencing hearing. Then he got to hear what the judge thought. I’m going with the judge on this one…

According to court documents, Nicholas McRoberts, 27, called 9-1-1 on June 10 and told the dispatcher that his six-week-old son wasn’t breathing and that he was performing CPR on him. During the call he reportedly stated that the baby was in distress because the child’s two-and-a-half-year-old brother had choked him. Emergency personnel found the baby unresponsive on the apartment floor with a skull fracture and other head injuries. Paramedics were able to revive the infant and transported him to the hospital.

Investigators would later establish that McRoberts had inflicted the injuries to the child and, in fact, waited over two hours to call 9-1-1. McRoberts was charged with two counts of endangering children and felonious assault. He was sentenced on Tuesday.…

Couple Arrested After Posting Pics Of Bound Children On FacebookWILLIAMS, Ariz. – A couple in Arizona have been charged with child abuse after they took pictures of  a bound infant and toddler then posted the pics on Facebook.

Not a week after we posted about a man who was arrested after posting pics of his bound toddler on Facebook, we have a couple out of Arizona arrested after they did the same damn thing.

Frankie and Kayla Almuina were arrested after someone who knew them called the Arizona Child Abuse Hotline to report seeing pictures on Kayla’s Facebook that depicted her two children, a two-year-old and a 10-month-old, with duct tape around their wrists, ankles and mouths. One of the pictures showed one of the children being hung upside down from a piece of exercise equipment.

Police responded to the home and arrested the couple, charging them with two felony counts of child abuse. They told investigators it was all done as a joke and the children were not harmed, but those who have seen the pictures say what they did wasn’t funny and the charges against them are appropriate.…

Pissed Off Packer Fan Accused Of Choking Daughter After Sundays LossGrand Chute, WI — An unidentified Cheesehead was taken into custody Sunday after police say the inebriated woman grew angry and attacked her 11-year-old daughter because the Packers lost their first game of the season. To the *snortgiggle* Chiefs.

About five hours after the devastating loss, police were called to the Extended Stay Hotel where the woman was presumably staying with her husband and child. After making contact with the family, police learned the woman had been downing beer and vodka throughout the game.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl reportedly stepped forward and told police that while the Packers were losing, her mother grabbed her hair and choked her. The girl went on to say that after the Packers lost, her mother choked her again with enough force that she couldn’t breathe, asking her, “Do you want to die?” Red marks and scratches were apparently visible on the child’s neck.

The woman’s husband told police the woman also threw her dinner on the floor, broke a lamp and attempted to punch him in the face because she was upset about the game.…

Dad Accused Of Punching Son In Face After Losing Basketball GameLAKEVILLE, Minn. - A father in Minnesota was charged with assault after he allegedly punched his son in the face after his son’s team lost a basketball game.

Witnesses described seeing 52-year-old Steven O. Wilson hold his eighth-grade son down and then punch him in the face outside the gym at Lakeville South High School where the boy’s team had just lost a game in a youth basketball tournament.

Other parents stepped in and separated Wilson from his son, who they say never raised a hand towards his dad. Police soon arrived and after talking with everyone involved,  arrested Wilson and charged him with fifth-degree domestic assault.

He spent the night in jail and was released on Sunday after posting his $10,000 bail. If convicted, Wilson could get up to 90 days in jail. But some feel that isn’t enough. The Eagan Athletic Association, as well as other parents, want Wilson banned from all future games. Some have expressed concerns for the boy.

“It breaks your heart,” said Tara Falteysek. “I can’t imagine how that young boy feels, that dad would do that to him — and in front of friends.”

An eight-grade coach echoed the same sentiments some of you have probably already started typing.…
