Grants Pass, OR — Abraham Fager, 31, is being held at the Josephine County Jail on $50,000 bail after allegedly assaulting his two young nephews with the rotating brushes of a vacuum cleaner. Police say Fager, who lives in the home with the boys’ family, was caring for the children Wednesday night while their parents were out of the home. At some point in the evening, Fager reportedly decided to vacuum the children, ages 2 and 18-months, and both children were left with friction burns to their back, shoulders and rear ends. When mom arrived home, she noticed the burns and had the kiddos seen at the hospital before calling police. One of the children was treated for first- and second-degree burns and was released – the other child did not need treatment because his injuries were not as severe. Fager was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault. Someone claiming to be the boys’ father is commenting over at the source link. The person states that he and his wife had no reason not to trust Fager with the children – the kids loved him and there were no signs of abuse prior to this incident.…

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – A woman was charged with theft after trying to steal a puppy from a Florida pet store and to make matters worse, she used her young son to pull of the heist. Police say that on Wednesday, 33-year-old Jessica Marksz walked into the Petland store on Northlake Boulevard with her 9-year-old son. Surveillance video (which can be seen at the link) shows Marksz distracting store employees while her son walks out of the store with a puppy worth $1,500 stuffed inside his mother’s purse. Employees found the dog in the parking lot where they feel the pair got nervous and left it. Marksz was later arrested and charged with retail theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. This story is very similar to one we did last year involving a mother who was caught on video using her daughter to help steal a puppy, also valued at $1,500, from a California pet store. That article also stretched into four paragraphs because of my rambling about when I managed a pet store where baby African Grey parrots were mysteriously disappearing and why I gave away a Maltese puppy given to me by my wife.…

Jeffrey LeBlanc Thought A Little Heroin Would Help Sick Toddler Feel BetterEast Brookfield, MA – On October 21, a 3-year-old child was transported by ambulance to the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester after she started “nodding off.’’ Police were notified after hospital staff found a needle mark on the child’s arm and heroin in her system. At that point, the little girl was placed in state custody and authorities began hunting for her mother’s boyfriend, 30-year-old Jeffrey LeBlanc. They caught up with the douchebag last week and arrested him on a probation violation. During questioning, LeBlanc told police the child had been sick, and while under his care, he injected her with heroin because he thought it would make her “feel better.” Seriously, I would’a beat the snot out of him with a stapler about 3.5 seconds after that shit spewed from his pie-hole. Police said LeBlanc told them he had no intention of killing the child and admitted that he’d been using drugs when he gave her the injection. He has since been arraigned on charges of distributing drugs to a minor, assault and battery on a child causing substantial injury, reckless endangerment of a child and being present where heroin is kept.…

Priest Accused Of Sex Abuse Charged With Soliciting Someone To Kill Teen AccuserTexas — Wanna talk about one evil prick? Check this out. A Catholic priest out on bond on charges he sexually abused a teen boy has now been charged with attempting to hire someone to kill the teen. Rev. John M. Fiala, 52, met the teen back in 2007, often visiting him at his grandparent’s house. Authorities say he initially groomed the teen with gifts like a cell phone, MP3 player, and even cash for a car. In 2008 during a trip to a youth event, Fiala raped the teen at gunpoint in a motel room. Fiala then began abusing the teen twice a month, sometimes on church grounds, under the guise of private catechism lessons. Even though the boy was in his late teens, Fiala would keep him submissive and silent by threatening to harm his family or his girlfriend if he told anyone. He would repeat these threats with daily text messages where Fiala would also threaten to kill him and himself so they would go to heaven together.…

11 Year Old Boy Found Outside, Half Naked And Wet, In 20 Degree WeatherHillsboro, OR — At about 7:45 Monday evening, Lisa Smalley was driving to Target with her children when she spotted a young boy running around in his underwear – the temperature that night was hovering around 20 degrees. “He said that his dad had gone insane and, you know, ‘help me–help me,’” said Smalley. “He was really, really cold so we threw off all our jackets, and kind of wrapped him as fast we could and blasted the heat in the back of the car.” She called 911. Further investigation revealed the 11-year-old boy and his father, 49-year-old David Andrew Cecil, had argued over his report card that night. Apparently angry over his son’s grades, Cecil reportedly forced the child outside in his underwear and tossed a cup of water on him. It has been reported that the boy had been outside, half nekkid and wet, for at least 15 minutes before being rescued by Smalley. Police say the child also had some bruising to his back, possibly from a prior assault.…

DILLONVALE, Ohio – Forum member whisperswing posted this story in our forums the other day and I figured it may interest some of you who, like me, missed it last week. Police pulled over 34-year-old Ryan Neal Custer Thurday night for a turn signal violation and found 44 grams of crystal meth, marijuana and two handguns inside his vehicle. They also learned that there was a child in danger inside his home. When police arrived at his residence they found a dehydrated, filthy 1-year-old girl suffering from 2nd and 3rd-degree burns to her private areas as well as a 103 degree fever. While there, a police dog ran to the back of the house and alerted officers to an abandoned house that contained a meth lab that could be the largest in that county’s history and according to DEA officials, one of the largest found in the state of Ohio. Custer was arrested meth possession and the baby’s mother, 21-year-old Samantha Burch, was arrested on child abuse charges. The baby was in the burn unit of Columbus Children’s Hospital on Friday.…

Rock Hill Minister Indicted On Child Sex Charges

November 16, 2010 at 3:38 am by

Rock Hill, SC – Look at that fat, beady-eyed bastard. I don’t know the guy personally, all I have to go on are his past and present legal issues combined with his profession. See, Reverend Johnny “Bill” Cabe was just indicted by a grand jury on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and committing a lewd act with a child at Riverside Independent Baptist Church. Police claim Cabe fondled an 11-year-old boy and later gave him a a cell phone communication card after the boy’s caretaker got involved and cut off their communications. This also isn’t the first time he has been accused of messing with young boys, just the first time he has actually been convicted. In 1993 Cabe was acquitted of charges that he beat and fondled boys. In 1999 he was charged with performing hernia checks on two teenage boys, but those charges were dropped. Cabe served seven years in prison for fraud and money laundering after prosecutors say he swindled millions of dollars from members of his church for a bogus investment fund.…

God Allegedly Tells Woman To Stab Her Sleeping Son

November 16, 2010 at 3:28 am by

Fernley, NV – Police were called to the home of 40-year-old Jeannine Ravenna Brandt late Thursday night on a report of an accidental stabbing. When they arrived, they found the woman kneeling over the bed of her bloodied and screaming 7-year-old son – he had been stabbed once in the chest as he slept. When questioned, Brandt told police she stabbed her son because he’s the Antichrist. I call bullshit. The Antichrist is here, in her bedroom, listening to Lady Gaga and plotting. Anyway, Brandt told police she stabbed the kid because God told her to. Her husband, though, told police Brandt was sleepwalking when she got all stabby. The child was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno and was listed in good condition Friday. A 2-year-old child was taken unharmed from the home. Brandt is being held in the Lyon County Jail on suspicion of felony battery with intent to kill and child abuse. Bail has been set at $150,000. It has been reported that Brandt had a prescription for anti-depressants, but hadn’t been taking them.…

November 15, 2010 at 7:11 am by

Dallas, TX — Have you seen this douche? If so, police would like to have a word with ya. Authorities say that after 34-year-old Miguel Torres Sr. wrecked his Ford Expedition late Thursday night, he just up and took off, leaving three of his four children behind. Torres reportedly slammed into a light pole and lost control of the vehicle, sending it spinning. His 5-year-old daughter, Mia, was thrown from the SUV, car seat and all, and landed in the middle of the street. Torres kept driving. He stopped at a park about a mile away, took his 11-month-old daughter Emma from the vehicle and beat feet – leaving his 6- and 9-year-old sons inside the SUV. The 9-year-old, who was not injured, was able to flag down help for his brother Thomas, who suffered a serious gash to the head. “They said [Miguel Jr.] was screaming for his dad and his dad just kept going,” said the children’s aunt, Olgalivia Salazar. Meanwhile, Torres had stopped off at his mother-in-law’s house and deposited a bloodied Emma into her arms before being picked up by an unknown person.…

Man Accused Of Running Toddler Over With Bicycle

November 12, 2010 at 4:32 pm by

Santa Cruz, CA – Sorry for the delay in stories today, folks, but Morbid was tinkering with the site, and I, as usual, was comatoast. Anyway, this little gem was sent to us by one of our faithful readers, Anna. Eric Lamb, 38, was arrested on Wednesday and booked into the county jail in connection with assault with a deadly weapon and willful cruelty to a child. Seems Mr. Lamb doesn’t like kids much. Witnesses report that Lamb was seen riding his bike through San Lorenzo Park, screaming obscenities at children and telling ‘em to move out of his way. According to police, Lamb then swerved roughly 7 or 8 feet out of his way to deliberately strike one of the children. A 3-year-old boy was run over and injured – the mark from a bicycle tire left on his sweatshirt. The tyke suffered abrasions and some bruising, but is expected to be fine. Lamb was picked up a short time later, positively identified by witnesses and arrested.…

Police: Child Care Worker Charged In Two Abuse Cases

November 10, 2010 at 7:08 am by

Tulsa, OK — Meredith Howard, a teacher’s aide at the John Knox Child Development Center, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with two counts of felony child abuse by injury for two separate incidents that occurred at two separate day care facilities more than two years apart. According to police, Howard has been on administrative leave since Thursday after being accused of digitally penetrating the vagina of a 19-month-old child at John Knox. Howard told police the child began squirming during a diaper change, and well…she may have accidentally slipped the kid a knuckle. According to the pediatrician who examined the child, the injuries were not consistent with accidental insertion, but were consistent with sexual abuse. The pediatrician also stated that the laceration to the child’s vagina was deep enough to require surgery. Police say that in this particular case, a child abuse charge will be easier to prove than a sexual abuse charge. As for the other charge, Howard stands accused of using unreasonable force after she reportedly broke the thigh bone of an 8-month-old boy in December of ’08 while employed at a day care center affiliated with Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian.…

West Palm Beach, FL – A substitute teacher for Belvedere Elementary School has been fired after allegedly biting a 6-year-old autistic student on the arm in front of other teachers. It’s not being reported what provoked the man to attack the boy, but the two teachers who witnessed it reported the incident immediately. After learning what happened the school principal escorted the unidentified teacher, who had been filling in for a speech teacher, out of the classroom. ”You don’t need to pay me for today, you’ll never see me again,” the teacher reportedly told the principal. A police investigation is currently underway The child’s mother and grandmother say that even though he cannot say how he feels that he is is very scared and will not let anyone touch his hand. I hate kids, autism or not, but I have never thought of biting one. Well that’s not true…but I’d never actually do it. But I also do not place myself in charge of kids like this guy. Hopefully he’s identified soon so I can replace the teeth pic and if guilty, punished appropriately.…

McMINNVILLE, Ore.– Police have arrested four adults after a video of two 9-year-olds fighting was posted on Facebook. The video showed the two tots trading blows while the adults encouraged them on, even giving them tips on what to do to each other. “In the background, the adults are telling them to choke-out the other or do this or do that to increase the intensity of the attacks,” said Capt. Dennis Marks with the McMinnville Police Department. The fight ended after one of them got bit and the other was sporting a bloody nose. Police were able to determine what apartment complex the video was shot at and after a little bit of investigation, were able to locate the adults in the video. When police searched the two apartments belonging to the individuals, they found the homes were filthy and had rotten food, dirty dishes, an acrid smell, debris, stained walls and lacking enough food to feed children. Evansville, IN – A toddler girl was seen in the hospital early Friday morning suffering from second- and third-degree burns to her face, neck and shoulders, and according to police, her mother’s boyfriend is responsible for the injuries. Authorities claim 28-year-old Kyle Hankins poured boiling water on the child’s face as she slept. The child’s mother, Krystal Lockridge, told police Kyle showed up at her apartment at about 10:00 Thursday evening – the couple spent about an hour together before Krystal fell asleep with her other two children. At about 2:00 a.m., she woke to the sound of 2-year-old Kayleigh screaming. Krystal said she found her daughter sitting in a chair in the living room with burns on her face. Kyle reportedly told her Kayleigh had peed the bed while she was sleeping and he decided to bathe her. He ran the tub, plopped her in it and left the bathroom, returning only after she started screaming. Investigators called bullshit on that nonsense almost immediately. According to the arrest affidavit, Kayleigh’s bed and pillow were wet; only one side of her face was burned; the burn patterns show that she was likely sucking her thumb when doused.…

Cincinnati, OH — A woman is facing felony charges after being arrested for allegedly giving pot to her three young kids, ages 7, 4, and 1. Valerie Cecil, 25, was charged with three counts of corruption with drugs after the 7-year-old told her counselor at school that she had been forced to smoke pot. Tests were performed on all three children and all were found to have marijuana in their system. While the test cannot determine if the pot got into their system through ingestion or contact, court documents filed by Officer Dana Jones say Cecil “did recklessly administer a controlled substance” on Sept. 1 to the three children. One of Cecil’s neighbors told reporters that she has also tried to give alcohol to underage kids in the apartment complex. This story completes the trifecta of brain dead, pot smoking mothers — the other two being the mom in the“bong baby” story and Jessica Gamble, the chick who recorded her 2-year-old smoking pot. Cecil was arrested and the released the same day on her own recognizance without posting any money.…

Jacksonville, FL -- The mother who shook her baby like a maraca because it interrupted her game of Farmville has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Back in January, 22-year-old Alexandra V. Tobias, was arrested for the death of her 3-month-old son, Dylan Lee Edmondson. She admitted that she had gotten angry because Dylan was crying while she was trying to play Farmville, that lame-ass game on Facebook played by losers everywhere. She said she shook the baby, smoked a cigarette to compose herself, then shook the baby again — adding that Dylan may have hit his head at some point during the assault. A second-degree murder charge could carry a life sentence, but Tobias’ sentence could be anywhere from 25 to 50 years according to the prosecutor. Her pleading guilty also keeps the family from having to hear the graphic details of how a baby who dies from being shaken usually have their brains rotated inside their skulls. If she’d been a bit smarter, she’d could have just slathered the kid with bacon grease and left him alone with the family dog.…
