Woman, 24, Accused Of Assaulting Girl, 12, For Looking At Her Boyfriend
August 11, 2011 at 6:18 am by Jaded
New Branford, CT — Candace Kiley was taken into custody early this week in connection with an alleged assault that took place at a birthday party on the 23rd of last month. Little Miss Insecure is accused of man-handling a 12-year-old girl she believed was checking out her man.
According to police, it all started when Kiley’s 30-year-old boyfriend spilled a drink in the kitchen. The pre-teen, a friend of Kiley’s younger sister, was in the kitchen to grab some ice when she happened to glance at the older man as he was mopping up. It was then, police say, that Kiley accused the kid of looking at her boyfriend, saying that she had “been looking at him all day.” Kiley then reportedly grabbed a handful of the girl’s hair and threw her to the floor.
The kid sustained a head injury when her head bounced off the floor, and then suffered an asthma attack. Police say family members heard the commotion and put a stop to the assault.…

Dallas, TX — Here’s a crazy one for you and I’m pretty sure a first for D’D. A woman has been accused of forcing her 6-year-old daughter to record her having group sex with six men on multiple occasions.
They are not releasing the 24-year-old mother’s name to protect the little girl, but she is currently in jail on a third-degree felony charge of indecency with a child.
According to court documents, police received a tip that the woman was forcing her young daughter to film her having group sex and went to the apartment to check things out.
Members of the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center interviewed the girl who “detailed filming and taking photographs” of her mother engaged in sexual acts with different men.
The mom would admit to police that there were three separate incidents in which she had her daughter film her having sex with six men using a cellphone video recorder. I almost cannot comprehend how that even went down.
“Ok sweetie, now pan around the two men double-penetrating mommy…”
“Like this?”
“Perfect, baby!…
CANDLER, N.C. – This past April, 4-year-old Trenton Michael Scott was found dead in the trailer he shared with his mother and his mother’s live-in friend. The little boy had been beaten to death. Now reports are that at the time of his death, he was legally drunk.
Heather Bensen, 29, called 911 shortly after 6 a.m. to report that when she checked on her son before leaving for work, she found him dead.
“Oh my God!” the sobbing woman told a dispatcher. “He looks like he’s been beaten to death.”
An autopsy revealed Trent had a blood alcohol level of 0.12 percent (well above the 0.08 legal driving limit), and died from a lacerated liver.
He also suffered blunt force trauma to his abdomen and chest, ligature strangulation on his neck, eight broken ribs, a fractured skull, broken teeth, bit marks on his back and chest and numerous cuts and bruises all over his body.
Police would arrest 24-year-old William Godfrey Hedden and charge him with first-degree murder.…

Bakersfield, CA - Despite entering a not guilty plea, bail was denied for a California man charged with raping and beating his own 8 year-old daughter, then leaving her to die.
The girl was initially reported missing from her home around 4 a.m. Wednesday morning. The 911 call placed by the girl’s frantic step-mother can be heard here. She was found walking through a dirt field, roughly ten miles from her home, at 10:30am the same day. The girl, still in her pajamas and barefoot, had been beaten severely. She had also been sexually assaulted, and the extent of those wounds would require surgery. Barf.
“The injuries to the child were such that we believe that he may have been trying to kill her,” said Sheriff Donny Youngblood, “and (he) may have, in fact, thought she was dead when he left.”
When he initially spoke to police, Ray Corriell stated he was on his way to work in West Bakersfield when his daughter went missing. However, police pulled his cellphone records which showed he was in fact in the area where the girl was found.…

OGDEN, Utah — I promise you that I am not looking for these dead\abused kid stories this morning, but I got one more.
While in court before a judge answering to murder charges, 27-year-old Jewell Hendricks admitted she smothered her infant son.
“Are you doing it because you are, in fact, guilty?” Second District Court Judge Michael DiRida asked Hendricks. ”Yes, your honor,” Hendricks said, sobbing.
Prosecutors say that Hendricks felt that the stress of being the new mother of premature twins could be substantially alleviated if she were short one kid.
She liked 2-month-old Robert the least, so in January 2010, she covered his crying face with a sleeping bag and bear-hugged him until he stopped, then reportedly sat on his body for several hours.
Robert would die from blunt force trauma to the head and smothering. Court documents stated Robert had a skull fracture, bruising on the head and arms, a broken collarbone and bleeding of the eye.
As part of Hendricks’ plea deal, prosecutors dropped child abuse charges and will only recommend she serve 15 years in prison.…

OKLAHOMA CITY – In a story that echoes the one below this one, we have another family participating in the systematic abuse of a little girl. Police have arrested a woman after finding a 19-pound, 5-year-old girl being forced to live in a closet.
A DHS worker was sent to the home of 31-year-old Asusena Marie Gonzalez after they had received reports that her daughter was made to “stay in a closet and was given a cup to urinate and defecate in.” When the worker got to the home she eventually called police asking for help in removing a neglected child from the home.
When police got to the home, they found the girl to be severely malnourished with arms and legs so thin you could see the bones at her joints. ”She had very little muscle tissue on her bones,” the report said.
Officers also noted the 5-year-old girl, who had a couple of small cuts on her arms, wouldn’t look at them when they questioned her and was unintelligible when she did speak.…
Continue ReadingGirl Who Reportedly Died While Playing Hide-And-Seek Was Murdered Over Popsicle
July 29, 2011 at 7:17 am by Morbid
Phoenix, AZ – I hate to start the morning with these kind of stories because they are infuriating. As some of you may remember, last week I posted the tragic story of a girl who reportedly died while playing hide-and-seek.
The reports at the time were that 10-year-old Ame Deal was playing the game with other kids late at night, when she climbed into a box in the backyard. She was not discovered untl the next morning, dead from possible positional asphyxiation or suffocation.
In the article I asked a couple questions that had me feeling something wasn’t quite right with the story. Why were these kids were out playing hide and seek unsupervised late at night and why didn’t kids notify adults immediately when they could not find the missing girl. Now we know why. It was all a lie.
The girl was padlocked inside the box overnight as punishment for taking a popsicle. Now, 23-year-old Samantha Allen and her 23-year-old husband John Allen, face first degree murder charges for putting Ame in the box. Ame’s grandmother, 62-year-old Judith Deal and her aunt Cynthia Stoltzmann, 44, face charges of child abuse and kidnapping.…

HARRISBURG, Pa. – A father is in jail after police say he played a little too rough with his 4-month-old son.
Police say 38-year-old Terrance McMullen was playing around with his son, tossing him in the air. Unfortunately, one throw had the boy’s head meeting a metal door frame and his skull cracked like an egg.
Most of us are aware that when a baby’s head, traveling at a high velocity, is intercepted by a hard surface, that it may be a good idea to have them checked out. Like, by a doctor or something. But McMullen had a better idea.
McMullen simply put the screaming infant in a bedroom then closed the door behind him. It wasn’t until the boy’s mother and grandmother heard him crying, that he was rushed to the hospital suffering from a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain.
McMullen was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
“We don’t know what is more surprising about this,” police would probably say if they liked to tell racist jokes. “The fact that he didn’t seek medical attention for the baby, or that a black man was playing with his 4-month-old son.”…

Bridgeport, CT — Juliette Dunn, 29, was arrested last month after witnesses at a local park flagged down a couple of officers to complain that a mother was forcing alcohol on her children at the playground.
Dunn and her companion, 33-year-old Lisa Jefferson, were spotted sitting in the grass near the playground with two young children next to them. As officers approached the gruesome twosome, they noticed an empty 40-ounce bottle of Steel Reserve beer on the ground beside Dunn’s 4-year-old son. A baby bottle laying next to Dunn’s 10-month-old daughter contained a dark liquid that smelled like booze.
Witnesses reportedly told police they watched as Dunn handed the 40 to her son and demanded that he chug-a-lug. Afterwards, witnesses said, she called the boy an alcoholic.
The children were taken to the hospital where it was determined they both had alcohol in their system. While being examined, the 4-year-old reportedly told a social worker he “likes Natural Ice beer and Budweiser, but doesn’t like the taste of Dog Bite.” The infant also tested positive for cocaine.…

Glencoe, AL — Tracy Payne McCord, 40, has been arrested for abuse and torture of a special needs child, Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin said. The alleged victim is a 12-year-old boy.
The investigation reportedly began after someone saw bruising on the boy’s body. That person contacted the Glencoe Police. An investigation by Etowah County Sheriff’s Office and The James M. Barrie Center for Children was begun.
Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Chief of Investigation Michael Jones said that it is believed that abuse has taken place for about six months at a house in Glencoe. The relationship or circumstances that led to the contact between McCord and the victim has not been reported.
Sheriff Entrekin described McCord as a “career criminal.” She has reportedly also been arrested four bad check warrants.
McCord, whose booking photo is a bit odd, has been charged with torture and willful abuse of a child. She is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $50,000 bond for these charges and an additional $4000 bond for bad check charges.…

July 22, 2011 at 3:32 am by Knoxxxious
Galveston, TX -- 20 year-old Austin Jones was arrested Monday after a violent outburst directed at a baby.
Tasers, bath salts, Walmart… these are a few of our favorite things.
The 11 month-old, sitting in a shopping cart pushed by her 24 year-old mother, was just minding her own damn baby business (you know… sucking thumbs, making unintelligible mouth-noises and plotting an inconvenient time to crap in her diaper) when Jones walked through the entrance behind them.
Detective Michelle Sollenberger of the Galveston Police said, “As he approached, he was yelling and screaming at them about the baby. He grabbed the bed of her shopping cart the child was sitting in and started pulling and shaking the shopping cart. The mother kept it from completely flipping over on the child. The little girl had red marks on her legs from the shaking.”
As it happened, two retired police officers where nearby. After calling dispatch, they tried to detain him themselves, but he resisted (and continued to do so) as officers arrived.…

Oklahoma City, OK – Asusena Gonzales, 31, is facing child neglect charges after police and social workers discovered her beaten and emaciated 5-year-old daughter was being forced to live in a closet.
On July 18, an employee with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services called police to ask for their assistance in removing several children from Gonzales’ home. That same employee told police the child in question was made to stay in a closet with nothing but a cup to shit and piss in.
Police said the child appeared to be emaciated and very malnourished. She had very little muscle tissue, was bruised and had several small cuts on her arms. Deputies reported that the child would not look at them when they spoke to her, and when she spoke, they couldn’t understand what she was trying to say. I’m sure it was something like, “Hey, where can a girl get a Big Mac around here?”
Gonzales told police the girl hadn’t seen a doctor in nearly four years. She said the girl was a couple weeks premature and weighed a little more than 4 pounds at birth.…

July 20, 2011 at 3:36 am by kniption
Norman, Oklahoma — Jonathan Mark Smith of Moore, Oklahoma was arrested after allegedly allowing a stranger to fondle his 6-year-old, autistic son while he watched.
Police say Smith listed an ad for oral sex on Craigslist. Whether he actually offered his son in the ad is unclear at this point. Teddy Dean Davis is accused of showing up at Smith’s door back in January in response to the advertisement and asking to see the 6-year-old boy.
According to police, Smith’s children were asleep and his wife was at work when Davis arrived. The police report goes on to say that Smith led Davis to the boy’s room and allowed him to fondle the boy. Court papers allege Smith stayed in the room while watching the molestation and masturbating.
You didn’t want to get through this without a strong visual, did you?
It was not reported how police found out about the alleged molestation. Smith and Davis were both arrested this month.
Smith and Davis were both charged with lewd molestation and indecent proposal to a child.…

Coral Springs, FL — Lawrence Roberts is facing charges of aggravated child abuse after police say he removed his teen son’s cast with a saw, cutting off the tip of the boy’s thumb in the process.
According to an arrest affidavit, Roberts arrived at the home the 15-year-old boy shares with his mother and siblings early Sunday, grabbed a 10-inch circular saw out of his truck and attempted to remove the cast from his son’s right hand. In doing so, Roberts reportedly hacked off the tip of the boy’s thumb and damn near removed the kid’s index finger at the center. The boy also suffered a deep cut between his thumb and index finger. He was transported to the hospital for emergency surgery to repair his thumb. The cast was removed by medical personnel.
Roberts admitted to using the saw to remove the cast, but failed to elaborate on why. He was released from jail on $7,500 bond Monday.

CHIMAYO, N.M. — Police have arrested a man after they say he injected his young son with heroin on several occasions.
This all started after the sister of 9-year-old Luke Velasquez’s told her mother that the marks on the boy’s neck came from their father injecting him with heroin. The mother took the boy to the hospital where he tested positive for THC and opiates.
Initially the boy told police that a 15-year-old friend is the one who injected him with heroin, but would later admit that it was his father, Jose Valasquez, who had injected him with the drug at least 10 times. He also told them that his dad let him drink and smoke marijuana.
The sister confirmed her father’s actions and added that her father had offered drugs and alcohol to her as well, but aside from taking drink on one occasion, declined his offers explaining to him that she didn’t need drugs because she had God. Ugh. I once had someone say the same crap to me when I offered her some Boone’s Farm.…

VENICE, FL. - A woman in Florida is facing multiple child abuse charges after she was accused of using pool cleaning chemicals to clean her 18-month-old boy and his 10-year-old sister.
Authorities were notified by the 38-year-old woman’s adult son who had grown concerned over his mother’s mental health and the extreme bathing methods she had recently adopted.
This included pouring chlorine and pool shock into the pool and making the siblings immediately jump in, pouring liquid pool shock on their feet and ankles, and making them walk in powdered pool shock before rinsing their feet off in the sink.
She was doing this because she had become convinced that this was the only way to keep her kids and home free from the bugs that she claimed were poisoning her. Her son also added that recently she had started staying awake for several days, then sleeping for several days.
She is facing three felony counts of aggravated child abuse to go along with the other 10 felony charges she had acquired over the years, including child abuse charges, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, domestic battery, simple battery and 27 incident reports concerning DCF, family violence, suspicious incidents, and welfare checks.…

Gainesville, FL — Police arrested 21-year-old Tiffany Long late Tuesday after she was reportedly caught smothering a baby in her care.
The child’s mother told police she returned home from work early that evening and walked into her 10-month-old daughter’s room to find the babysitter standing over the crib holding a pillow over the child’s face. The child’s legs were flailing, the woman told police. When the woman confronted the alleged baby-shutter-upper, Long reportedly told her that it had never happened before, and asked that the woman not call police. Amazingly enough, Long was able to leave the home with her face still intact.
When police caught up with her later that evening, Long said the child had been crying uncontrollably and that she was playing peek-a-boo with the pillow to quiet her. She said she was just about to tickle the baby with the pillow by holding it over her face when mom walked in. Long then demonstrated for police how she held the pillow over the baby’s face.
She was promptly booked on charges of aggravated child abuse and ordered held on a $35,000 bond.…

July 11, 2011 at 4:30 am by Morbid
GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — A woman is behind bars today accused of beating a little girl and then leaving her to die on the floor as she played Yoville on Facebook.
Sheila Polanski, 33, was babysitting 2-year-old Madeline McHenry last Tuesday when she called 911 to report the girl was having problems breathing. When paramedics arrived, they immediately noticed that the toddler had some bruising around her forehead, chest, and abdominal area. She was taken to the hospital, but would fall into a coma and then die on Thursday in her father’s arms.
Polanski offered up a number of reasons why the little girl she had been babysitting since May showed signs of physical trauma. These explanations included the girl striking her head on a wooden banister, a metal table leg, a chair leg, a refrigerator door and even that she had fallen off a table. But finally she admitted that she was stressed out over being evicted from her apartment, and when the little girl would not stop whining, she picked her up around her chest and shook her violently before throwing her to the floor.…

Except for a few scratches, the boy is reported to be in good condition.

St. Petersburg, Florida – I’ve lost a lot of things while drunk, but I can honestly say I never misplaced my infant. My car, my mind and sometimes my dignity, but never my kid. That’s not the case for one dad in Florida who did just that, and now he’s facing child abuse charges.
Robert Deforest, 25, and his girlfriend, Rosie Bullock, got plastered at a Fourth of July party when they got into an argument over who was sober enough to drive. Bullock took the car keys away from Deforest, who in turn took their 7-week-old son and walked downstairs.
When Bullocks followed a little later at around 9:30 p.m., she could not find Deforest or their child. She was eventually able to contact Deforest via cell phone who informed her he had lost their baby. Bullock called police before riding around looking for her son with her sister.
Shortly after midnight, a man walking downtown heard a baby crying and found Deforest’s baby lying in the rain outside a vacant apartment.…
