Albuquerque, NM — The she-beast to the left is 35-year-old Marisa Tso – both she and her man, 27-year-old Christopher Richards, are behind bars after their 10-month-old son drowned in the bathtub.
Tso and Richards apparently had better things to do than to hang out with their offspring Friday evening, so they plopped the baby in the tub with his 2-year-old brother, locked themselves in a bedroom and proceeded to get their drink and nookie on.
Two hours had passed – yes, I said two hours – when their toddler, concerned about his little brother, knocked on the bedroom door and said, “Baby.” Oops, baby was dead. And, really…can you believe the nerve of that kid? Getting all dead and stuff, ruining mommy and daddy’s buzz? Damn brat…

Gilbert, AZ — Jessica Callaway, 21, is facing numerous charges after her roommate filmed her smacking her 10-month-old baby around.
The roommate, 18-year-old Alexandrea Kingsley told azfamily.com she had been rooming with Callaway and baby Laura for a couple of weeks. During that time, Kingsley compiled a pretty substantial list of “terrible things’ Callaway had done to the child.
“She would leave the baby in dirty diapers until they were so heavy they were falling off her,” said Kingsley. “There’s times she yelled ‘I wish I never had you, maybe I should just give you away, you’re such a mistake I hate you, you piece of….”
Kingsley went on to say that she had witnessed Callaway hitting the child, blowing marijuana smoke in her mouth and feeding her cold medicine to make her sleep.

Phoenix, AZ - James Stark, 58, experienced the business end of the Arizona justice system when he was sentenced last week to 7-consecutive life sentences – and an additional 102.5 years in prison – for molesting his granddaughter.
Stark was arrested January 2010 after his 8-year-old granddaughter told a family friend of the abuse and that led to a police investigation. Prosecutors said that Stark had been living in the same home as the victim’s family since November 2008. The Buckeye (Arizona) Police Department investigation led by Det. Joseph Kirby established that Stark molested the girl for more than a year. This means that the molestation must have begun almost immediately.
When the victim’s mother learned of the situation – presumably from the family friend – she took the 8-year-old to the Buckeye Police Department. A statement from the Maricopa County attorney said:
In a subsequent forensic interview the 8-year old disclosed the defendant had performed a variety of sexual acts on her. These acts included showing her pornography, teaching her how to masturbate, digital contact, digital penetration and oral-genital contact.…

SANTA ANA, Calif.— A man was arrested and charged with child endangerment after police say he threw his crying 7-year-old overboard while arguing with his girlfriend on a sight-seeing cruise.
Sloane Briles, 35, was on the 42-foot “Pavilion Queen” with his girlfriend and his two young sons from a previous marriage. They were with approximately 85 other people enjoying a 90-minute sight-seeing tour that goes past the homes of celebrities like Shirley Temple and John Wayne.
Witnesses say that Briles, who appeared to have been drinking, began arguing with his girlfriend and his 7-year-old son. Witnesses began to get angry with Briles as he started smacking the boy around while telling him he needed to toughen up.
When the boy would not stop crying, Briles informed him if he didn’t stop he would throw him overboard. If the passengers were upset with Briles before, I cannot imagine how they felt about him as he followed through with his threat and tossed the crying boy in the water 5-ft below.
Someone on the boat immediately tossed the kid a life ring and Briles jumped in to help his son, but another boater got to him first and pulled him out of the water.…

ROWAN COUNTY, NC – An assistant coach is facing some legal troubles after he allegedly choked a student, fought with a parent and then got his ass tased multiple times by police.
It all started on Thursday evening after football practice at Rowan County middle school. Jared Gallagher, a 40-year-old assistant football coach, was walking to the locker room when he pulled a 12-year-old boy aside and allegedly started hitting and choking the boy.
When told to stop by Douglas Pruitt, the school’s coach, Gallagher reportedly began attacking the coach and even put the man’s arm behind his back when he attempted to call 911.
At this point, a concerned parent got involved and began fighting with Gallagher, distracting him long enough for Pruitt to call police.
When police arrived at the scene and approached Gallagher, he allegedly asked the deputies, “Are we going to do this?”
Ignoring repeated demands to put his hands behind his back, one of the officers tased him. Gallagher reportedly removed the prongs from his skin and was subsequently tased a second time in the back.…

Emerson, NJ — The happy lookin’ lady to the left is 58-year-old Dr. Sylvia Lee. She’s being featured today for allegedly jabbing her 13-year-old adopted daughter with a screwdriver nearly 100 times because the kid failed to wash her dog’s clothes properly.
In what authorities are calling a “planned attack,” the crazy lady apparently armed herself with a flathead screwdriver on July 3 and commenced to pokin’ on the kid. The kid ran and called police from a former caretaker’s home.
When police arrived, the teen was found to be sportin’ numerous scrapes, bruises and puncture wounds on different parts of her body, including her butt and legs. Lee apparently jabbed the kid through her clothing, so while there was some broken skin and a little bleeding, none of the injuries were serious enough to require hospitalization.
Lee was arrested on the spot and hauled into the cop shop where she admitted to the bizarre attack. She told police she got all poky because the girl failed to wash the “doggie clothes” and a “doggie towel” in the correct order. Lee reportedly went on to say that she planned the assault, further stating that she jabbed herself with the screwdriver the day before in an attempt to determine the extent of injury it would cause.…

Dallas, TX — Accused of withholding water from their son as punishment for wetting the bed, Michael Ray James and his wife, Tina Alberson, are now facing charges in the 10-year-old’s dehydration death.
According to court documents, Jonathan James collapsed at his father’s home on July 25, after being deprived of water for nearly five days. And during that five day period, the temperature hovered around the 100 degree mark.
Police say Jonathan and his twin brother, Joseph, were ordered to spend a month with their father and step-mother….something Jonathan wasn’t looking forward to from the beginning.
In an interview with Dallas News last Friday, Sue Shotwell, Jonathan’s grandmother, stated Jonathan had contacted her in June and told her that he was afraid of living with his parents during the court-ordered custody visit.
“[Jonathan] called me and said, ‘Can I come to your house instead? I know I’m going to be in trouble while I’m there because I always am.’” Shotwell said. “That was the first time we ever heard that from him.”
Joseph James told police that in addition to being deprived of water, Jonathan was put in a room without air conditioning and forced to stand by the window with the sun beating down on him.…

CHANDLER, Ariz. – A CPS approved safety monitor and her boyfriend have been arrested and charged with child abuse after an infant was found with 14 broken bones.
A safety monitor is a person, often a family member, entrusted by CPS with the care of a child who has been taken out of their home instead of being placed into foster care. CPS had removed a 4-month-old girl from frying pan her family and placed her into the fire home of a family friend, 25-year-old Angelica Jimenez.
On August 3, Jimenez told police and CPS that she was alone when she found the baby was not breathing and experiencing seizures. At the hospital, doctor’s found that the infant was suffering from fourteen broken bones in her legs and ribs, a cigarette burn to her left arm, and multiple bruises and abrasions.
Fourteen friggin’ bones, man. Think about that. This baby has already had seven times the amount of broken bones in her four months of living than the average American will have in their entire life.…

ORANGE, Calif. – The mother who pushed her 7-month-old baby off the fourth-floor of a hospital parking deck has been charged with murder after the baby died yesterday.
Sonia Hermosillo, 31, was already in jail on attempted murder charges but prosecutors have now charged her with one felony count of murder and one felony count of assault on a child with force likely to produce great bodily injury resulting in death.
When we first reported on this horrific incident, a motive had not been given as to why Hermosillo would throw Noe Medina, Jr. off the parking deck, but now it is being reported that she could not live with some of his disabilities.
Noe was being treated for congenital muscular torticollis, a twisting of the neck to one side, and had to wear a specialized helmet to correct his plagiocephaly, also known as flat-head syndrome.
Police say that Hermosillo removed the boy’s helmet before tossing him off the parking structure, then went back inside the hospital to validate her parking and then left.…

NEWBERG, Ore. – Police have arrested a 50-year-old man after they found him and a 15-year-old boy lying naked in a sleeping bag.
Police say they were contacted by three kids early Wednesday morning, saying that they witnessed a naked man in a sleeping bag with another person on the fields of an elementary school.
When an officer went to Edwards Elementary School check things out, he found 50-year-old Robert Charles Kenneth in the school’s field, lying naked in a sleeping bag with the naked teen.
Kenneth told police he met the boy on Craigslist and that the meeting was consensual. He said that he had communicated with the boy via email and phone on several occasions over the last the two months.
Kenneth was arrested and charged with sex abuse, public indecency, attempted sodomy and rape charges. He also faces drug charges after police found a small amount of marijuana and methamphetamine.
I don’t know what is more disturbing about this story… the fact that Kenneth was found naked with a consensual 15-year-old, or that his mugshot looks like some of that 15-year-old is dribbling down his chin.…

Bushnell, Florida – It’s been over two years since 2-year-old Shaianna Hare was killed by her family’s pet python, but yesterday afternoon the couple accused of causing her horrific death learned their fate.
After being found guilty of manslaughter, third-degree murder and child neglect, a judge has sentenced Jaren Hare, 21, and Charles “Jason” Darnell, 31, to 12 years in prison.
For those of you who have not followed this case, the couple were charged after they woke up one morning to find that Gypsy, their 8-foot long python, had gotten out of its tank and had turned 2-year-old Shaiuanna Hare into a squeeze toy.
Darnell was able to get the snake off of her by stabbing it, but the girl had been strangled to death. It would later be revealed that Gypsy had not been fed in a month, that Gypsy had escaped from her tank on multiple occasions — including earlier the day the little girl was killed.
The couple had been offered a plea deal that would have had them serving 10 years in prison, but they felt they did nothing wrong and opted to put their fate in the hands of a jury who would end up finding them guilty on all counts back in July.…

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — The Oklahoma County Jail has a young guest today after police arrested a 13-year-old boy and charged him with the murder of his 9-month-old sister.
Court documents indicated that on August 16, the girl was treated at Children’s Hospital for a severe brain injury, a skull fracture and blood clots that were compressing her brain. The hospital staff did not believe the parent’s story of the baby having been involved in an accidental fall and contacted police.
Investigators would learn that the baby’s older brother, Crystian Rivera, would regularly babysit the girl while their parents worked. On this particular occasion, Rivera told police that his sister would not stop crying while he played video games. He told them he became angry when his character in the video game he was playing was killed, so he picked up the girl and shook her. He says he then went back to playing video games while his sister continued to cry and eventually fall asleep.
Rivera first was taken to juvenile detention on a child abuse complaint but was booked on a murder complaint after the baby died a few days later.…

Dallas, TX – A Dallas man has been charged with abducting his two young sons and then drowning them in a creek.
Police say the children’s mother was walking 5-year-old Naim to school for his first day, along with his 3-year-old brother, Elijah, when their father, 32-year-old Naim Muhammad, drove up and forced all of them into his car while threatening them with a brick.
The couple have a history of domestic violence, but were separated. Relatives say they had recently been arguing over their children. The mother was able to jump out of the car when a constable drove up, but Muhammad jumped the curb and drove off.
Several hours later, authorities received a 911 call from a woman who said her son had drowned her grandchildren. Police would eventually find the two boys in the back of their father’s car parked in a parking lot. Muhammad had drowned both of them in a muddy creek.
“I think everyone’s hurt in this case,” said Deputy Chief Craig Miller. “I think officers that open up the trunk of a vehicle, the back hatch of a vehicle, and see a deceased three-year-old and a five-year-old, I think each one of us think about our own children, the vulnerableness of life.”
Muhammad was found by a SWAT team in a nearby creek and taken into custody. After his arrest, Muhammad told reporters, “I got something to say.…

ORANGE, Calif. – Some horrific news out of California today where police have arrested a woman, accusing her of tossing her 7-month-old son off the fourth-floor of a hospital parking deck.
Sonia Hermosillo, 31, has been charged with attempted murder after someone called 911 on Monday evening, saying they witnessed a baby being thrown from a CHOC parking structure.
Unbelievably, the little badass gave his mother two proverbial middle fingers and was still alive when he was found. He was rushed to University of California, Irvine, Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition.
Police were able to use surveillance video to trace the license plate of a vehicle leaving the structure, with an empty child restraint seat, back to Hermosillo. Investigators say that while all this was going on, they received a call from a man reporting his wife, Hermosillo, and their 7-month-old son were both missing.
At around 10 p.m., a police officer pulled over Hermosillo after spotting her driving past Children’s Hospital. Hermosillo was detained for questioning, then arrested without incident.…

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Another creepy one out of Florida. A mother there is facing child abuse charges after she sent some very disturbing pictures to her baby’s father.
Police charged 20-year-old Brittany Lester with aggravated child abuse after the father of her one-month-old baby started receiving text messages threatening to harm the baby and pictures that showed “the infant in disturbing positions.”
After the father, Donald Callaway, dropped Lester and her two children off at the motel after she got kicked out of her mom’s house, the pair got into a fight when Callaway received a call from another woman. Callaway left the hotel and that’s when he started recieving ominous text messages from Lester accompanied by some messed up pictures.
These text messages included Lester stating she was going to “squeeze [the baby's] nose so he will be gasping for air,” “urinate in a bottle and feed it to him,” and “put him in the dresser and slam it.”
But these text messages paled in comparison to the creepy pictures he got.…

KENNER, La. — Good news never lasts long around here. Police have arrested a man after they say he got so aggravated with his 3-month-old baby, that he slammed the infant against a wall, likely causing permanent neurological defects.
Tyler Jonathan Eastgate, 22, said he found his son found his son in his room having trouble breathing, seizing and losing consciousness.
But doctor’s determined the infant’s injuries were the result of blunt force trauma from having been thrown down and contacted police.
The baby had bleeding on the brain, bruises to his cheek, chin and chest, as well as several scratches and bruises to his neck in the shape of a hand.
Presented with this information, Eastgate finally admitted to police that while babysitting his son, he lost it when the boy would not stop crying.
First he threw the baby against the wall, causing him to strike his head. Not surprisingly, since babies usually don’t like being thrown into hard surfaces, the boy cried even more. So Eastgate said he struck his son in the face before throwing him into his crib, causing the boy to hit his head a second time.…

THIBODAUX, La. – Lots of details have come out over the last 24 hours regarding the man who decapitated his handicapped son the other day, and it just keeps getting worse.
One of the most chilling revelations is the fact that the boy’s head was left on the sidewalk so that his mother would see it when she got home.
Police say 30-year-old Jeremiah Lee Wright admitted to bludgeoning 7-year-old Jori Lirette to death before using a meat cleaver to decapitate him and dismember his body over the kitchen sink.
His motive? He says he was tired of taking care of the boy. Lirette suffered from cerebral palsy, was wheelchair bound and had to be fed through a feeding tube.
The boy’s mother, Jesslyn Lirette, had left that day to get her truck repaired and police say that’s when Jeremiah attacked his son.
“The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head,” Thibodaux Police Chief Scott Silverii said. “He had extensive bleeding to the right side of his brain, decapitation and dismemberment.”
Wright told police he intentionally left the boy’s severed head on the sidewalk so Jesslyn would see it when she returned home.…

Muncie, IN – A sex offender was arrested after it came to light he had molested a 5 year-old girl in his care.
Police began an investigation of 62 year-old Paul Eugene Tracy on Thursday, after the alleged victim told a friend Tracy let her tickle his pickle when her mother left to run errands.
When interviewed, Tracy told police he hadn’t molested any other children besides this victim, which he did because she was ‘his favorite’. He admitted to letting the victim fondle him two or three times over a six week period, and also that he had done the same to her at least once.
As a result of these allegations, Tracy has been arrested, charged with six counts of both child molesting and child solicitation. This isn’t the first time this creepy bastard has said some weird things as a result of being charged with a sex crime against a minor.
In 1991, Tracy was arrested for molesting a 14 year-old girl. One day, Tracy told the judge in that case he couldn’t remember any specific sexual contact, but admitted he may have bumped into her during a basketball game.…

THIBODAUX, La. - Police have arrested a man they say killed his mentally-handicapped son, who was confined to a wheelchair, and then cut him up in the sink before discarding him on the sidewalk like trash.
The town of Thibodaux has not seen a murder since 2008, but that all changed on Sunday when someone walking near the home of 30-year-old Jeremiah Wright noticed the head of 7-year-old Jori Lirette sitting on the sidewalk near some trash.
Police were called and arrive shortly after, finding Lirette’s head was sitting near a trash bag that contained his dismembered body.
“When I got here, it was something to be upset about,” said Capt. Calvin Cooks. “It struck a nerve.”
Police say Wright was charged with the murder after he admitted to killing the boy and then dismembering him over the family’s kitchen sink. No motive for the murder has been reported.
Lirette’s mother was not at home at the time during the murder or the discovery, but had to be hospitialized when she arrived at the scene and was informed of her son’s murder.…

Omaha – A couple in Omaha got into some trouble last week after their 12-year-old daughter was found wandering around a hotel tripping balls.
When the girl was found early Wednesday morning, she was covered in mud and crying. She told the police that her parents had given her some mushrooms so that she could have a religious experience.
These mushrooms were not the good kind of mushrooms you find on a pizza, but rather the better, psilocybin kind of mushroom found growing in shit.
After ingesting the mushrooms, the girls says she walked outside and ended up laying in a creek before walking in some mud, both of which I bet would feel absolutely amazing while tripping… if you were an adult, of course. Not a kid. Or maybe even if you were a kid…but still, giving kids psychedelic drugs is never a good thing.
Police ended up charging her parents, Christopher and Cynthia Ewerdt, with felony child abuse. They were also charged with manufacturing a controlled substance after police found a “mushroom grow operation” in their home.…
