Memphis, Tennessee – Witnessing neighbors state that when the fire broke out in the home of Melanie Dunn on Monday afternoon, they heard screams coming from the house. Those screams belonged to 2-year-old Catareon Dunn and 3-year-old Ladereon Dunn. A rescue attempt was made by gaining entrance from the back door but the flames kept them at bay. When firefighters arrived on scene and pulled the children from the inferno, onlookers described the children as being limp and looking like “rag dolls”. But Melanie was not at home as she and the boys’ aunt, Marilyn Wilson, had left them alone that  afternoon to go shopping.

The mother and aunt received a call stating there was a fire at the residence approximately an hour after they had left the two children alone. Aunt Marilyn Wilson, while speaking of the condition of Melanie Dunn,  ”She was alright. She went down there, seen them in the ambulance. She didn’t get in. Guess she went to Le Bonheur“. (children’s hospital) “Some kind of way they set something on fire. I don’t know how it happened, because we weren’t there.” Noooo shit there fucking idiot. And the dead boy would probably be alive today had you been there but who knows when that luck would have run out.

At first, I thought my initial reaction of judging these two fucks was a bit harsh but then stumbling upon this gem of a quote led me to think I wasn’t harsh enough. When asked if she had any regrets about leaving the children alone in the home, the aunt stated  “No, I really don’t because if they had been there by themselves, I don’t know if the boys set the house on fire or somebody threw something in there to set it on fire. I really need to get in there to see if my purse burned up. I had my Food Stamp Card and everything in there.” This begs the question: why in the hell can’t we shoot someone on the spot and be hailed as someone who did society a favor?

For now, Melanie Dunn has escaped any charges but the case is being presented to the Grand Jury awaiting further investigation. One child dead, one child in critical condition, and her 3rd child was fortunate to escape the trauma for yet another day due to being in school. The 5-year-old has been taken to a relatives home and the 2-year-old is now a ward of the state. Charges have not been filed against the mother or the aunt, but the Memphis police are still investigating.

These two women had absolutely no problem leaving a 2 and a 3-year-old alone. After all, Melanie didn’t leave them at home alone “all the time”. Losing one child in a fire while the 2nd hangs in the balance is just a minor annoyance. The big news here is that the fucking food stamps may have burned up. Yeah, right. Probably right next to your stash…

Adrian, MI – What are the chances that we would be featuring two hambeasts hailing from Bizarro World on the same damn day? Pretty damn good. You may have already had the pleasure of meeting hambeast #1, Prisscilla Mechell – now let’s meet her kooky runner-up , 30-year-old Brandy Michelle Wellman. Brandy is in yo face this morning because she abandoned her pajama-clad 3-year-old daughter on the side of a busy highway in the middle of the night and claimed to authorities that “maybe she had been kidnapped from her bed.” Oh for the love of fucking ice cream sandwiches, why?

At around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday the 16th, a trucker driving down US 223 spotted the child running down the highway. When police arrived on the scene, they found the frightened child to be uninjured but disoriented and confused. “She didn’t know her last name, all we knew was her first name and that she had a sister that went to school and her parent’s first name, but she didn’t know where she lived,” said Lenawee County Sheriff Jack Welsh. I can’t imagine the fear that little girl was feeling – poor kiddo.

A couple hours later, Wellman was on the phone with police to report her daughter missing. She initially told authorities and family that she believed that someone broke into her home and abducted the child. And apparently, at least one family member bought that story. “What I think happened is, I think someone took her. We have some weirdos living around here,” Wellman’s sister in-law said at the time. Another story she spewed out of her pie hole was that the child might have crawled out of an open window. Bullshit. She later admitted to leaving the house with the child around midnight and dropping her off on the highway, several miles away from home. She has yet to explain the reasoning behind the abandonment. The child was placed in protective custody and Brandy Wellman was placed behind bars and charged with child abandonment. Bond was set at $200,000. Neighbors stated that Brandy had been acting odd lately, but they had never witnessed her mistreating her children. I guess there’s a first time for everything.

DeKalb County, GA – Sinead Harrison and her boyfriend, Landis Stewart-Moore are a couple of callous mother-fuckers. They are callous, they are stupid, and they don’t deserve the oxygen they breathe or the space they occupy. Sometime Wednesday evening or early Thursday morning, Sinead squished out a brand spankin’ new baby boy. Concerned about her health after giving birth, Sinead then took herself to the emergency room at DeKalb Medical Center, leaving the newborn with Landis. She eventually told medical personnel that she had given birth to a child and tossed it in a dumpster behind a gas station. Authorities were contacted and officers were dispatched to search for the child. After a thorough search of the dumpster revealed nothing but trash, Sinead was questioned once more.

Sinead then sent officers to Landis’ home to question him. When officers made contact with him, his story was at least truthful. He told officers that Sinead had given birth at his home – after she left to check herself in the the hospital, he chucked the hours old child into a storm drain. Landis then led police to the child. The baby boy was breathing and seemingly healthy when he was rescued, but unfortunately died just hours later. Landis was arrested on the spot and Sinead was arrested after being discharged from the hospital.

The couple faced their first court appearance Thursday evening. When told that their newborn son had died, neither showed remorse. Not even a single fucking tear for the dead baby. As Landis was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs, he told reporters, “We didn’t know what to do with the kid.” According to Georgia’s Safe Place for Newborns Act, the law allows a mother to leave her newborn baby within seven days of birth at any hospital in Georgia. An easier, kinder, smarter route to take. What I found nauseatingly hilarious was this – when interviewed, Landis tried to convince detectives that his son was stillborn. A miscarriage. The cops must have been imagining shit when they found that baby moving and making noise. Dumbass.

Until an autopsy is conducted to find the cause of death, Sinead Harrison, 18, and Landis Stewart-Moore, 19, are each facing one count each of felony cruelty to a child. “We’re doing interviews and we have to wait on autopsy results,  which will determine the next course of action if there are going to be any changes in the charges,” said Orzy Theus, the DA’s spokesman. “We have to see where the evidence takes us. ” Bond for each has been set at $50,000. Ugh. I fucking hate people.

McMinnville, TN–The fire started in the kitchen in the early morning hours of May 13…it is believed that an unattended hot plate may have sparked the fire. Firefighters were informed that there were two children in the apartment, 3-year-old Kayndace and 1-year-old Akeelia Fisher. Akeelia was found in her bedroom. Kayndace was found in a hallway near the living room…she may have been trying to escape the flames and smoke. CPR didn’t help either child. Both likely died from smoke inhalation. The children’s father, Mitchell Stone, and their step-mother, Rose, were unharmed. The couple told investigators that they were present in the apartment when the fire broke out, but were unable to save their children. Now, if that were the unadulterated truth, would they be gracing the front page of the Dreamin’ Demon?

A mere 6-weeks ago, Mitchell and his wife were granted temporary custody of Kayndace and Akeelia…now, those little girls are dead. The investigation into the fire began, and from the beginning, there were inconsistencies. First of all, at the time of the fire, neither Mitchell nor Rose was showing much, if any, emotion or remorse. That, of course, could be written off as shock. Things still weren’t adding up, though. One officer noted that on the morning of the fire, neither Mitchell nor Rose were wearing pajamas and neither smelled like smoke. It is now believed that the couple had left the children home alone that evening to attend a party. I can not imagine the fear those children went through that morning, trying to escape the heat and smoke, with daddy nowhere to be found. After a thorough investigation, authorities felt they had enough evidence to make a couple of arrests. Mitchell Stone, 28, and Rose Stone, 22, were indicted on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated child neglect. Hope that was a helluva party, you beastly asshats.

Mesa, Arizona–Early Sunday morning, around 7:30, police were called to an apartment complex on a report that two very young children were wandering around unsupervised. Officers arrived and attempted to locate the children’s mother, with no luck. Investigators said that when they finally figured out which second-floor apartment the 2- and 3-year-old lived in, they found the door wide open and feces all over the floor. While officers waited for someone to arrive at the home, the youngest child headed to the pantry for a quick snack of dog food.

“We don’t know if this child routinely eats dog food, but I can tell you when our officers felt bad enough they went and purchased food themselves out of their own money and brought it to these kids, they ate it like they were extremely hungry,” said Sgt. Ed Wessing. The refrigerator in the apartment had a child-lock on the outside and very little food on the inside. It contained plenty of beer though…you know, priorities. When the fathers of the children arrived at 10:00 a.m., they had no idea who was supposed to be watching them or where their mother was. Mom finally showed up at the apartment around 10:45. She admitted to police that she had left the apartment while the children were sleeping, at about 2:00 a.m., to go see an ex-boyfriend. She admitted that she didn’t bother to find someone to watch over the children. She admitted that she hadn’t even bothered to call or check up on the children until about 9:00 a.m., when she thought one of the children’s fathers would be coming by the residence.

Samantha Abernathy, 20, was booked into jail on two misdemeanor counts of child neglect and two felony counts of child endangerment. Bond has been set at $2,700.

Marietta, GA- Shortly after midnight on June 6, Lashaundra Cooper, 23, went to her local Wal-Mart to do some shopping. Actually, she went to do some shoplifting, but that is not the reason this ignorant bitch is gracing our front page. When Wal-Mart security caught Cooper trying to leave the store with about $25 in new duds for herself, they immediately called the police. After the officers arrived and placed the thieving twit under arrest for her unsuccessful five-finger discount, she informed them that she had left her two sons alone in her car.

The officers found Cooper’s two young sons, ages 3 and 1, inside her unlocked car in the Wal-Mart parking lot. The three year old was asleep in the backseat while the one year old was bouncing around on one of the front seats. The one year old was nakkid except for a t-shirt. The officers also noticed Cooper had left her keys in the ignition and there was only one car seat in the vehicle, which neither child was using. Lashaundra Cooper, who has no previous arrest history, was charged with child cruelty and shoplifting. While she sits in jail with no bond, her two sons are now in the care of their grandmother. I guess this proves that not every person needs alcohol or drugs to show their stupidity.

Las Vegas, Nevada–Jonathan Weaver and his girlfriend had an arrangement, he would care for her two children, ages 1 and 2, while she attended night school. It was a routine they had followed, without issue, for nearly a year. Though the pair didn’t live together, Jonathan was like a father to those children. So, why the hell is he being featured here at the Dreamin’ Demon? To put it bluntly, he left the children, bound, gagged, and hooded, in a locked garage, so he could attend a basketball game.

Tuesday evening, Amanda Freeman and her family were paying a visit to her sister, who resided in the Augusta Apartments. While walking past a stand-alone garage behind the apartment complex, Amanda heard a child’s cry coming from inside the garage. “I put my ear up and I was like, ‘There’s a baby in there.’ I honestly thought someone left their kid in the car, end of story.” She called 911. About 5 minutes later, cops and firefighters were on the scene. Amanda’s husband, Justin, watched as the fire crew cut the garage door open. He was more than a little shocked when he spotted two terrified toddlers in the garage, in the middle of the floor, strapped into car seats, with pillowcases pulled over their heads like a hood. “I could not believe it. The fact that they were duct taped and they had rope around their mouths,” said Justin. Metro police believe the boys had been left alone in that condition, by Jonathan, for more than 2 hours. The children were taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for minor injuries before being released to CPS.

Jonathan Weaver, 20, who has no previous criminal history, is now facing charges of child abuse and neglect, child endangerment, kidnapping, and attempted murder. Police believe Weaver may have intended to kill the children, hence the attempted murder charge. The children’s mother will not face any charges in the incident and is now trying to get her babies back from CPS.

West Springfield, Massachusetts–Early Saturday morning, a couple returning to their room at the Welcome Inn heard a faint cry coming from the room next to theirs. “I’m the mother of two. It was just my sense that something was wrong,” said Kimberly Dougherty. “It was a different kind of cry.” Curious, she stepped outside. She noticed the door to the room was ajar and peeked inside. In a room littered with beer cans, in the middle of the bed, lay a brand new baby girl, still covered in placenta, with her umbilical cord still attached. Kimberly and her husband swaddled the newborn in towels and waited on paramedics.

Police soon learned the name of the abandoned infant’s mother through the person who had originally booked the room where the baby was found. She was also identified from a surveillance tape from a convenience store where she bought lottery tickets a short time after the child’s birth. The incubator’s name was Tara Anderson. Police issued a warrant for the woman’s arrest. They finally caught up the bitch on Thursday morning. 37-year-old Tara Anderson will be arraigned on charges of infant abandonment and reckless endangerment of a child. Those charges, both misdemeanors, can carry a term of 2-2 1/2 years in prison upon conviction. The infant, said to be about 1 to 2 hours old when discovered, was taken into state custody.

To add a weird little twist to the story, a friend of Tara’s spoke out. Julio Reyes told CBS3 that Tara didn’t abandon the baby at all.  “I’m the one that gave birth to her baby. I was there from first to last and know she didn’t abandon the baby,” says Julio. According to Dr. Julio, Tara didn’t abandon the baby, she “left it with someone responsible.” But he’s not saying who the responsible party was. Yeah…I’m buying it. Asshat. I can’t wait to see how this one turns out.

New Bedford, MA- Owning a dog can be a real pain in the ass sometimes. Like kids, they require a lot of time and attention. You have to remember to feed them daily, bathe them every time their nasty-ass finishes rolling in something dead, and you have to walk them every time they need to piss or shit, even if it’s 3 o’clock in the morning. If you don’t, you might spend your morning cussing them out while they hide under the table with sorrowful eyes and watch you try to scrub out their stains in the carpet. Dogs are a big responsibility, so that’s why I’m guessing these two cousins, Jimmy Correa and Jenny Torres, decided to give their one-year-old chihuahua, Princess, the old heave-ho.

While Jenny Torres was driving her SUV down a street this last Monday afternoon, Correa gave the little Super-dog a boost and tossed her out of the passenger side window. Neighbors who watched the entire scene unfold got another shock when these two dumb-asses returned to the scene laughing about an hour later. After they spotted the dog on the side of the road, the witnesses heard Correa say, “The stupid dog is still there waiting.” Actually, it was Correa and Torres who were the ones being stupid because the the witnesses were able to copy down their license plate and contact the police. Correa, 24, and Torres, 31, were both arrested a short time later and charged with two felony counts of cruelty to animals for abandoning and throwing an animal from a moving vehicle. Princess, who was not seriously hurt, was taken to the Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River where she will be adopted out to a new home in about two weeks.

Correa and Torres are now saying that it was a big misunderstanding and that they want the dog back. Correa said he was driving Torres’ car by himself, had the dog with him, and had gone to that street to meet someone. He said when he opened the door the dog ran out. Correa said when he returned with Torres later on to look for the dog, she was calling him stupid because he let the dog get away. This explanation makes no sense as to why Torres signed Princess over to be adopted when she was arrested on Monday. Correa says Torres misunderstood what she was signing. I guess that explains the reason behind Torres’ raspberry colored troll-doll hair style. Correa says they want the dog back because she belongs to Torres’ 3-year-old daughter. “She’s been crying ever since. We want the dog back, but they’re not going to give it back,” Correa said.

Johnston, Rhode Island–Once upon a time, Crystal Sullivan had a baby. Crystal, 20, also had a very busy life–college, soccer, socializing, boyfriend, etc. We parents know how difficult it can be to have a life away from our children, especially when they are so small and needy. Not Crystal, though. Nope. She’s got it all figured out. Instead of tucking her newborn into it’s bed at night and kissing it’s smooth little forehead, Crystal stuck her infant into a plastic container. Instead of that ‘new baby’ smell, Crystal’s infant has that lovely odor of decomposing flesh.

It was that ‘dead baby’ scent that led to the discovery of Crystal’s newborn child Tuesday evening. Crystal’s mother, the infant’s grandmother, after having smelled the foul odor for several days, found the decomposing child in some sort of plastic container, hidden underneath a shed. Investigators don’t know exactly how old the infant was, but stated that ‘the child was possibly just a few days old at the time of death.’ Though Crystal admitted to giving birth to the child, police aren’t sure when the baby was born or how long it had been under the shed. The baby is now at the M.E.’s office, awaiting autopsy and cause of death.

The picture you see above isn’t a mug shot–it’s from the women’s soccer roster at the Community College of Rhode Island. Crystal hasn’t been charged with a crime. She was questioned by police and released the same day…at this time, no charges are being filed. Wait…what? Even if she didn’t physically kill the child, and I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt here, she faces no charges for leaving the poor thing in a fucking plastic coffin? To rot? How the hell does that happen? I’ll be watching this one….

Dallas, Texas–Bryant Rivera, 22, is being accused of leaving his 3-year-old stepson alone in the car, in a bar parking lot, in a high-crime area, for more than 5 hours. But dammit! He had a good reason!

This is what police believe happened: Rivera was supposed to take the child to a cook-out at their apartment complex–somehow, the two ended up at the bar. Rivera handed the kid a bottle of Dr. Pepper, covered him up with a blanket, and left a DVD playing in the headrest in front of the child. Then, at about 9:00 p.m, Rivera entered the bar and proceeded to get drunk.

At about 2:30 a.m., police were called to the bar on a report of a child left unattended in a blue Chevy Malibu parked outside of Naro’s Sports Bar. When officer’s arrived, they found the doors locked and the child asleep. A bouncer informed them the vehicle’s owner was in the bar, and he wasn’t coming out. The bouncer obtained Rivera’s keys and handed them to deputies so they could check on the child. While they were tending to the child, Rivera exited the bar and was promptly arrested.

You know Rivera has a different story to tell, don’t you? He claims he did nothing wrong. ‘I’m being falsely accused,’ said the tool. Yes, he was at a bar, and yes, he had his stepson with him–he admits to that much. But he says he was only dropping off two friends and eating tacos next door.

Rivera said he waited for his friends for about an hour. ‘They were just going to play a quick game of pool. Pool doesn’t take long. Before I know it, it was three in the morning and I’m like, I’m going, “What’s going on?” That’s why I went inside to tell them I got to leave.’ Oooh…I get it. He is such a wonderful friend that he had absolutely no problem hanging out in the parking lot for 5 fuckin’ hours so he could make sure his friends got home safely. Yeah, I’m buying that.

‘I wasn’t inside the bar drinking. I wasn’t even inside the bar besides one time when I walked in to tell my friends that I was going to leave,’ said Rivera. Yeah, cops called bullshit too. They said that Rivera was highly intoxicated when he left the bar. Bryant Rivera is being charged with child endangering and child abandonment. There are no reports as to the amount of his bail/bond. The child was returned to his mother.

And where was mommy? She was at home napping. She believed Rivera and her son were at the cook-out. ‘They were supposed to be here. They were supposed to have a cookout outside,’ said the boy’s mother, who did not want to be identified. She said she is afraid of repercussions from the child’s biological father. ‘I want answers. I want to know what’s going on.’ Not only did he leave your child in the car, chances are, he was going to drive home drunk with your child in the car. Your boyfriend is a tool…a useless one.

Union County, North Carolina–In February, a story was posted in our forums about the discovery of a dead infant left near a burn pile in Union County. The infant, with umbilical cord still attached, had been full-term and had been born alive. There is a possibility the baby may have lived for several hours after being dumped near the burn pile. With all of the Safe Haven laws that exist, who could do such a thing?

Months later, through DNA, that question has been answered. Erica Denise Kelly gave birth to a full-term baby girl and left her to die in a pile of garbage.

The child was found dead in the front yard of a home on Whispering Hollow Road just after noon on February 24. Investigators say the homeowners left that Tuesday morning and found the baby about 30 feet from the front door when they returned home. Investigators interviewed and collected DNA samples from everyone at the home. Erica Kelly and her boyfriend were in the process of moving into the home where the baby was found, and both were at the scene when officers arrived. She and her boyfriend were among the dozen or so who gave a DNA sample.

The results of the DNA samples came back a few days ago. Kelly, the mother of a 2-year-old son, was a perfect match…her boyfriend was not. Weird, because nobody even suspected Kelly was pregnant at the time. She did a damn good job of hiding her pregnancy, she had everyone fooled…including her boyfriend. A friend of Kelly’s mentioned to investigators that Kelly may have abandoned the baby to hide the affair she had been having. Personally, I think an affair would have been much easier to explain than a dead baby.

Erica Denise Kelly, 22, was arrested at her place of employment on Thursday, a little more than a month after the discovery of Baby Jane Doe. She is being charged with murder and concealing the birth of a child, and is being held in Union County jail with no bond. Authorities are still looking for the father of the child.

The original reports on this story mentioned that the baby may have had deformities. At this time, that can neither be confirmed nor denied.

Dallas, TX–Veronica Ortiz needs to work on her parenting skills. I know the Parenting For Dummies manual doesn’t actually spell out, word-for-word, that leaving your young children home alone is a bad idea, but it shouldn’t have to. Or should it?

Veronica’s two boys, ages 2 and 3, were found wandering around an apartment complex, barefoot and filthy, at 10:00 p.m. Sunday night. When officers figured out where the children lived, they were greeted with another surprise.

Officers and apartment security scoured the complex, trying to locate the boys’ home. Finally, they came across an apartment with the door standing wide open. When officers entered the apartment, they found yet another child. The 1-year-old child was sleeping next to a pit bull. There were no adults in the apartment. The apartment was littered with trash, feces, and food. Is it just me, or is there some kind of strange connection between child abandonment and feces littered homes?

Through the leasing manager, officers were able to obtain a phone number for Veronica and placed a call to her at 1:00 a.m. Veronica told the officers that she had to work a late shift at a bar and couldn’t find a sitter. Her shift was to end around 2:00 a.m. Funny, Veronica’s mother says her daughter doesn’t have a job.

Police were called to the apartment the previous Friday on a domestic disturbance between Veronica and her live-in boyfriend. So, we actually have two grown adults who can’t be bothered with house-cleaning or children. Nice.

Veronica Ortiz, 21, doesn’t have to worry about a sitter for awhile. She was arrested and charged with three counts of child abandonment. Animal control picked up the dog and the three children were placed with relatives.

Yreka, CA–A parent’s worst nightmare became reality for Ryan Collins and his wife, April Smith. At around 4:30 Monday morning, the couple awoke to the sound of their 3-year-old daughter, Francis, screaming. They ran to the child’s room and found her bed empty.  The sound of a car starting could be heard…Collins ran outside and saw a man pulling out of the driveway, with Francis in the back seat of his car.

That man was 22-year-old Kody Kaplon. The parents say Kaplon is a family acquaintance and they’ve known him for years. They said he was staying at their apartment after having an argument with his wife. They never believed he could do something like this. After all, he is a parent himself. An Amber Alert was issued.

Kaplon had seen the alert and at about 2:00 p.m Monday, he called Yreka police through the Amber Alert line and asked why they were looking for him. Authorities located him in Hornbook and arrested him on suspicion of kidnapping.

A short time later, in the same general area, a group of friends found Francis walking down a service road about 15 miles out of Yreka. She was wearing nothing but a soaked T-shirt. As they were driving her out, they ran across a California Highway Patrol officer and the child was handed over to him. The girl was taken to Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka for treatment. After the child was treated and interviewed, it was discovered that she had been molested.

Kody Kaplon is now charged with kidnapping, attempted murder, false imprisonment, taking or holding a child without right of custody, willful cruelty to a child, committing a sexual crime against a child, burglary, and violation of probation. He is currently being held in the Siskiyou County Jail on $1 million bail.

CHP says the car Kaplon was driving got stuck in the mountains. He left the little girl alone, to fend for herself. Had she not been found, chances are, she wouldn’t have made it through the night.

Seminole County, FL–Julinia Moreno’s nomination for Mother of the Year has just been ripped to pieces, set on fire, stomped on, and flushed down the toilet. So, don’t be looking for her at the award ceremony.

Moreno, 24, wanted to party Saturday night but couldn’t find a sitter. No problem. She placed her 1-year-old son, Jamir Worgs, into his car seat, went to the party, left the car running, and left him alone in the car. He sat out there alone, for hours…while she partied. That’s only the beginning of this twisted tale of tardism.

At about 3:00 a.m., while Moreno was in the house gettin’ her groove on, a friend of hers asked if he could borrow her car. Joshua Barnes, 24, needed to make a drug run. ‘Suuuure, you can borrow my car. It’s even warmed up!’ Barnes hopped into the car, and with Jamir still sitting in the back, drove a few blocks to a known drug house. Thinking he was gonna be quick about it, Barnes left the car running in the street. Enter 36-year-old David Carver.

Carver, a convicted thief and burglar, came across an opportunity he just couldn’t pass up. Sitting right there in the street is a 2006 Nissan Altima, engine running and rarin’ to go! So, he hopped in and took off. He eventually realized he had a little passenger in the back seat. Being the class act that he is, Carver grabbed the seat and the child and dumped them both in someone’s front yard in Longwood. He went on his merry little way.

I don’t know when Moreno finally figured out her car, and her child, weren’t coming back…but at about 6:45 a.m., an Amber Alert was issued. Deputies found the Altima at a Wal-Mart in Sanford at 7 a.m. There was no baby. After tracking down the occupants of the car, deputies learned that Carver had traded the Altima for drugs. The occupants of the car also told deputies where they could find Carver. But where was the baby?

At 7:45 a.m., Lupita Jimenez was getting ready to go to church. Heading out to start her car, she noticed an empty car seat and heard a child crying. It was Jamir. ‘He was just sitting there and when he saw me he just got up and walked toward me,’ she says. ‘He just gave me his arms, and I was like, ‘where’s your mommy?’ If that boy could talk, I’m sure he would’ve had a wonderful tale to tell about his fucktard mother.

Jamir had been crawling around in the wet grass, in the dark, for hours. The temp that night hovered around 40-degrees. He hadn’t had a diaper change since his mother forgot about him. He was cold and cranky. Jiminez called 911 to report that she had found the child. Thank you Lupita Jiminez for not being a psychopathic baby killer/rapist. Little Jamir was rushed to South Seminole Hospital and was thoroughly checked out. He is in state custody while authorities determine if Moreno is fit to keep her son.

The trio of tards was rounded up and arrested. Julinia Moreno is faced with felony child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her bond is a whoppin’ $500. Joshua Barnes is being charged with child neglect without great harm. For some reason, his bail is set much higher, $2,000. And David Carver is looking at grand theft auto, and neglect of a child without great harm. His bail is $1,100? WTF? Additional charges of aggravated child neglect are still possible for Moreno and Barnes. A charge of kidnapping is still possible for Carver. Hope that was a helluva party Julinia…stupid.
