Robert Fleury Raped His Girlfriend’s Son

New Bedford, MA - On January 19, Robert T. Fleury’s live-in girlfriend went to work, leaving Fleury, 42, alone with her 7-year-old son.  Sometime during the day, Mr. Fleury abused that trust by forcibly raping the boy. Mr. Fleury forced the boy onto the couch, orally raped him, and forced him to perform oral sex.   The boy resisted, but Fleury overpowered him.    When his mom returned home from work, the boy told her what had happened, and she called the police.   Fleury admitted raping the boy, and was arrested and charged with two counts of rape of a child under 16 by force and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. Gabriel Delrisco Shouldn’t Have Been Driving

Update 1/30/2009 – Surprise!!  Police today charged Gabriel Delrisco with three counts of DUI Manslaughter after toxicology reports show his blood-alcohol level at the time of the crash was .239, almost 3 times higher than the legal limit of .08.   A bail hearing has been set for SaturdaySaturday reviews, but prosecutors say Delrisco is a danger to the community and will request he be denied bail.

Miami, FL – Early Sunday morning, Hector Serrano, 42, roused his three children and loaded them into the family’s minivan to drive his wife, Mirian,  to the Metrorail station so she could get to her early shift at Jackson Memorial Hospital.   Hector didn’t like waking the kids at 4:30 AM, but he didn’t want to leave them alone, either.    While stopped at a red light on their way home, their vehicle was rear-ended at full speed by a Chevy Trailblazer driven by Gabriel Delrisco, 40.  All three children were killed instantly.  And Mr. Delrisco has an insufferably long history of traffic offenses.
