Pregnant Woman Killed While Trying To Run Cop Over

Woodruff, SC – Lacey Denise Lamb, 28 years old and 21-weeks pregnant, was shot dead by a police officer while she was reportedly attempting to run him over with a car.

Officer William T. Knight pulled the vehicle over at about 1:40 PM yesterday on Jamie’s Creek Drive.  The reason for the traffic stop is unclear, but once the car was stopped, the driver, 33-year-old Matthew Drake Simmons, reportedly exited and began running.

Officer Knight gave chase, at which point Lamb, the only passenger, allegedly got behind the wheel and put the car into motion in an attempt to run the officer down, presumably in an effort to allow Simmons to escape.

Knight drew his weapon and fired, lethally wounding her.  Lamb was airlifted to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, but neither she nor her unborn child survived.

Simmons was arrested and charged with driving under suspension, third or subsequent offense, according to online jail records.  He is currently awaiting a bond hearing.  It’s unclear at this point if he is the father of the deceased fetus.…

NYPD Officer Allegedly Intended To Rape, Cook and Eat Women

Forest Hills, NY – Gilberto Valle, a married 6-year veteran of the New York Police Department, was arrested in Queens yesterday on charges that he was conspiring to kidnap, rape, cook, and eat a number of female acquaintances.

Pretty much all the evidence against the 28-year-old Valle is in the form of e-mails and instant messages which discussed his plans to “kidnap, rape, torture, kill, cook and eat body parts of a number of women,” according to the complaint against the officer.   Though Valle, who works at the 26th Precinct in Manhattan, never actually followed through on any of his plans, the evidence was enough to officially charge him with federal kidnapping conspiracy.

It’s pretty clear that Valle put some serious thought into his plots though.  In one conversation with a co-conspirator, he mentioned that he would like cook someone “over a low heat, keep her alive as long as possible,” according to the complaint, which describes two specific plans.

The first plan allegedly involved a $5,000 kidnap-for-hire in which Valle believed that his customer was interested in raping the woman in question.…

Burglar Sues Homeowner For Shooting Him

Greenbrae, CA – Samuel Cutrufelli, 31, is suing 90-year-old Jay Leone for shooting him.  Never mind the fact that Cutrufelli had just allegedly broken into Leone’s house to rob it, and that he had tied Leone up before rummaging through the home for valuables.  This is America, yo.

Cutrufelli claims in a civil suit that Leone “negligently shot” him, causing him “great bodily injury, and other financial damage, including loss of Mr. Cutrufelli’s home, and also the dissolution of Mr. Cutrufelli’s marriage.”

Judging solely on the details of the civil suit, I’m guessing Cutrufelli doesn’t feel like his career as a thief, meth addict, convicted felon, and insufferable douchebag had anything to do with any of that.

Cutrufelli is currently embroiled in his criminal trial, facing two counts of attempted murder for an incident that occurred in January, leaving both men with gunshot wounds requiring lengthy hospital stays.  If convicted, Cutrufelli faces life in prison.  Read on and you may wind up feeling like that isn’t quite enough.

On January 4th, 11:00 AM, Cutrufelli reportedly kicked Leone’s door down and tied him up at gunpoint, then scoured the house for valuables to steal.…

Woman Claiming She Was Victim of Racially-Motivated Attack Lied

Winnsboro, LA – Sharmeka Moffitt, the 20-year-old woman who claimed she had been set ablaze by three men in white hoodies, apparently fabricated the whole story, as new evidence suggests she actually set herself on fire.

On Sunday, October 21st, Moffitt called 911 to report what police believed, at the time, to be a racially motivated attack in which three men doused Moffitt with lighter fluid, set her on fire, and then scrawled “KKK”  and an ethnic slur on the side of her car in…ummmm…toothpaste?  At the time, she said she did not know whether the men were black or white.

Moffitt was able to extinguish the flames using a nearby spigot, but had already suffered serious burns on over half her body.  She was taken to LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport for treatment.  Several law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, began investigating the incident as a hate crime.

Now, several days after the incident, police have released the fact that Moffitt’s fingerprints were found on both the lighter fluid bottle in question and the lighter used to ignite it, proving, more or less, that she self-immolated.  Answers are a bit scarce at the moment, as Moffitt remains in critical condition, unable to answer the many questions investigators have for her.…

Mother And Two Children Brutally Murdered In Rancho Cordova Home

Rancho Cordova, CA – Alina Bukhantsov, a mother of three in her twenties, was discovered dead with two of her children, 3 and 4, in the family’s home by her husband, Denis Bukhantsov.  A 6-month-old child who was also in the home at the time of the murders was unharmed.

The scene was described by police as “very violent” and gruesome.  Officers leaving the home were visibly shaken and offered counseling by chaplains called to the scene, a rarity in a line of work where bloody crime scenes are not uncommon.

Denis Bukhantsov arrived home at about 3:30 PM yesterday to find his wife and children slain inside a single room.  He rushed out of the house, not knowing if the murderers were still inside, and called the police from a neighbor’s phone.  When deputies arrived, they found Mr. Bukhantsov “completely distraught.”  Paramedics pronounced the three victims dead at the scene.  Though there are no details on the manner of the murders as of this writing, police are indicating that the bodies had suffered “extreme trauma.”

Jersey Man Takes Dump In Police Car Then Eats Own Finger

Jersey City, NJ – Jargget Washington, 29, was arrested Sunday night while reportedly being nude, belligerent, and sky-high on PCP.

He had reportedly attempted to pull a driver out of a car, but failed when the man fought back.  So much for that super-human strength PCP is supposed to give a dude.

Police were able to subdue Washington and transfer him to Jersey City Medical Center where he started acting up again, spitting at officers, chewing at his own wrists in an attempt to free himself, and devouring his medical ID bracelet.

He was eventually cleared for transfer to Hudson County Jail while still in his medical gown.  On the way, he dropped a deuce in the police cruiser, which is something cops really seem to relish.

Mother Arrested For Shoplifting Had Been Smoking Heroin With 12-Year-Old Daughter

Minneapolis, MN – Rebecca Rachelle Hill, 37, was arrested with her daughter on October 12th while reportedly shoplifting from a Macy’s store in Mall of America.

She allegedly attempted to give officers false identification information, but was outed when her fingerprints were run against a police database.

Once authorities were able to make contact with Hill’s daughter’s father, he told them that the girl and her mother had been driving around in a vehicle stolen from a relative and smoking marijuana and heroin for the past few weeks.  The father knew this because he had previously taken his daughter, who had been going through withdrawal, to the hospital where she tested positive for both heroin and marijuana.  The girl had also been depressed and cutting herself on the wrists and thighs.

When faced with this wealth of information, Hill reportedly admitted to purchasing the drugs for her daughter as well as doing them with her, about three times per day, supposedly in an effort to keep the girl from suffering further withdrawal symptoms.  The police totally saw the logic in this excuse, gave her a pat on the back for being a kick-ass mom and sent her on her way with her sleepy-eyed daughter.…

Man Nabbed In Identity Theft Scheme Wearing Worst Disguise In the History of Disguises

Des Moines, IA – 30-year-old Joshua Pinney was arrested on June 26th at a Bank of America location while attempting to obtain another man’s debit card.  Unfortunately for him, the bank manager on duty was suspicious of the disguise, as well as the fact that he looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the identification card he was attempting to use.

The man on the card was a legitimate customer of the bank whose car had been stolen with the ID card inside and had had the foresight to flag his account to prevent retards like Pinney from attempting to use it.

Pinney’s story for the bank manager was that he was on a business trip and required a new debit card.  Also, he had been in an accident and needed to sit down with a glass of water to ease the pain of his injuries.  The police were already on their way.

When the authorities arrived, Pinney attempted to stick to his story until the officer holding the ID card in question asked him if he seriously thought he could pass for the man in its picture.  He reportedly simply hung his head and said, “I know.”

Later, Pinney admitted that he was not the man in the picture, that he hadn’t been in an accident, that his brother’s friend had given him the ID after stealing it, and that the whole scheme was concocted by his “computer whiz” girlfriend who possessed the ability to hack into bank accounts online.…

Pregnant Bride-To-Be Killed Day Before Wedding

Brooklyn, NY – Vindalee Smith, a 38-year-old mother of four, was found dead in her Brooklyn apartment on Saturday, lying in a pool of blood from slash and stab wounds to her neck.  She was to be married to her fiancé, Anthony Jackman, on Sunday at New Dimension Seventh Day Adventist Church in Brownsville.  Sources are indicating, however, that Jackman is still legally married to another woman in New Jersey.

The baby Smith was carrying was due in just two weeks, but did not survive the attack.  Smith’s other four children are older and did not live with her.

Police questioned Jackman, but they report that he is not currently a suspect.  Authorities believe, however, that Smith did know her attacker, as there was no sign of forced entry.

Another lead police are investigating is a luke-warm one.  Smith had previously had an argument with a former neighbor who threatened to kill her.  That incident occurred months ago, however, and the tension seemed to evaporate once she’d moved away.

In a “WTF” twist on the case, police report that they found a note at the crime scene.  It states that one pregnant woman will be killed each week until the “D.C.…

Mentally Ill Man Found With Mother’s Dismembered Body In Car

Centennial, CO – Ari Liggett, 24 and mentally ill, was arrested on October 17th after he crashed his vehicle attempting to flee police.  The dismembered body of his 56-year-old mother, Beverly Liggett, was found in the back of his car.

Ari Liggett informed police that he’d recently become aware of the fact that his mother had left him out of her will, and was displeased by the news.  He is being held without bail at Arapahoe County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder.

Ronald Liggett, Ari’s father and Beverly’s ex-husband, told a reporter that his son has a long history of mental illness.  “We’re failing our society in terms of mental health treatment, prevention and resources.  This is a mental-health issue.  Like you’re seeing every day in the papers, it won’t be positively addressed until the society takes it as seriously as the war on drugs or terrorism.”

Two days before the apprehension of Ari Liggett, police entered Beverly’s home based upon suspicions of her boyfriend and ex-husband that something had happened to her.  She was not answering their calls.  Officers found her medication in the home, but her car was missing.  They also found traces of blood in the freezer and bathtub, cutting tools in the dishwasher, and potassium cyanide, the same substance ingested by Michael Marin in his courtroom suicide back in July of this year.  The case immediately became a homicide investigation at that point.…
