Police: Man Lifted Dress To Expose Genitals To Fellow Bus Passengers

Ukiah, CA — Lee Hazen Williamson, 56, was arrested by Thursday after he reportedly lifted his dress and exposed his genitals to fellow passengers on a Mendocino Transit Authority bus. According to the UPD report, officers responded shortly after 1 p.m. after receiving a report of Williamson’s transgression.

Williamson, who was also wearing a wig at the time, was booked into the Mendocino County jailon suspicion of indecent exposure and violation of parole.

The photo is from a January 2011 booking report of Williamson. In looking at his delicate features, I can only imagine the complete shock and utter dismay experienced by his fellow passengers upon realizing that Williamson was, in fact, a man. It makes me wonder if the report to police wasn’t, in part, retribution for the collective disappointment shared by those onlookers due to the fact that this older woman in their midst – so graceful and striking – was not as she had seemed.…

Police: Man Claims Child Pornography Kept Him From Killing His Family

Joliet, IL - Joshua K. Price, 26, was arrested in late March after leaving a flash drive containing pornography in a computer lab at Joliet Junior College in Illinois, authorities said.

Another student reportedly found the flash drive and gave it to a lab assistant who looked on the drive to see if he could find its owner.  The laboratory assistant is reported to have found sexually explicit photos of young girls interspersed with homework and papers with Price’s name on them.  The laboratory worker turned over the drive to city police, who arrested Price and seized computers and flash drives from his apartment.

Police reportedly found 1,700 images on his computer, including child pornography and ‘hundreds of images of dismembered women.’

“If these [dismemberment] images are staged images and not genuine,” prosecutors wrote in a bond request document, “the level of staging appears very sophisticated.”

Police have said that Price has been “very honest” in videotaped interviews, saying that he has post-traumatic stress disorder after serving in the military in the Middle East, and he was using child pornography to take his mind off his anger.…

Unruly Mother Fights Police After Arrest At Elementary School Talent Show

Vero Beach, FL — Heather McKenzie, 37, was removed from her child’s elementary school talent show and arrested after putting on quite a show of her own.

This drama began earlier in the week when one of Mckenzie’s daughters had an argument with one of the young talent show participants. When McKenzie, who had a second child in the talent show, arrived at the talent show with the girl, the principal of Dodgertown Elementary School asked her to take the girl off campus.  According to the police affidavit, McKenzie protested.

That’s when an Indian River County Sheriff’s deputy approached McKenzie and asked her to step inside the cafeteria. After reportedly initially ignoring him, she then ‘rambled loudly’ about the conflict – describing it as a ‘black and white thing.’  McKenzie finally asked a friend to take her daughter from the school so she could stay and watch her other daughter perform.

McKenzie returned to the talent show and, in front of the more than 100 people in attendance, began yelling, cursing, and hurling racial epithets at one family while also accusing them of being thieves.…

Man Charged After Allegedly Ejaculating In Drunk Friend’s Mouth

Waco, TX – Robert David Cole, 20, turned himself in to Waco police May 9th on a charge of sexual assault stemming from a alleged date rape incident at Baylor University campus-area party.

According to a police affidavit, Cole and the victim went to the party where both ‘consumed a large amount of alcohol.’   The victim reportedly became so intoxicated that ‘she was stumbling around and was embarrassing herself.’  A friend took her into a bedroom so she could lie down.

The affidavit described her being ‘at the point of passing out’ when Cole got into the bed with her and ejaculated into her mouth.  According to the affidavit, the victim wasn’t aware of what had happened, but says Cole told her the next day what he had done.  He also, reportedly, told other friends, as well.

Cole turned himself in to police after an arrest warrant was issued charging him with sexual assault.  He was held in the McLennan County Jail, but is now free on $25,000 bond.

I can’t tell from the news reports if his telling the others was bragging or a confession.…

Cops: Teen Girl Found Bound, Gagged And Half-Naked In Ditch Lied About Attack

Southfield, MI — A seventeen-year-old girl rescued from a ditch by neighbors in a community in Michigan is now accused of staging an elaborate hoax.

According to the people who discovered her, the girl was found in a ditch with her hands apparently restrained, a sock taped in her mouth, and wearing not much more than tattered clothing.

“Her clothes were torn.  Her pants were down.  Her shirt was up and half torn off.” said one witness. A Reverend who responded to her screams described how he removed his shirt and used it to cover her up.

Police were called to the scene where they recovered the girl and began an investigation into her alleged attack.

Police sources said that, at first, questioning by female officers was going nowhere. Her attack story began to unravel when the girl claimed that she couldn’t remember anything except being hit in the head once off of the school bus and waking up in the hospital. A police check discovered that she had not gone to school that day.…

Woman Ejected From Car Lands On Garage Roof, Climbs Down To Leave Scene

Two Rivers, WI — According to Two Rivers Police, Nichole Lavin, 23, of Manitowoc landed on the roof of a residential garage during a one-car accident Monday.

The incident report described Lavin as driving at a high rate of speed and swerving in and out of traffic. Witnesses said she lost control of her car, struck the median, went airborne, crossed the oncoming lane and then rolled four times before landing in the front yard of a home.

Lt. Shawn Engleman of the Two Rivers Police Department said Lavin was ejected from the car through the broken back window, flew through the branches of a pine tree and landed on the garage roof of the residence. Lavin then climbed off the roof, with assistance from bystanders, and tried walking away from the scene before authorities arrived.

The woman was transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Engleman said alcohol was believed to have been a factor and the investigation was ongoing.

Man Who Killed Family ‘Does Not Seem To Be A Threat,’ Released To Group Home

Eau Claire, WI – In 1998, Cher Cha Moua, 54, of Wisconsin, fatally shot his wife, Va T. Moua, 37, and his daughter, high school senior Goshoua Moua, 18, at their mobile home. Moua then drove across town and shot his daughter’s boyfriend, Teng Xiong, 16, at the teen’s home about five miles away, seriously wounding him.

Moua reportedly pleaded guilty but, based on psychologist reports, Eau Claire County Judge Benjamin Proctor instead found him not legally responsible for the shooting spree. In May of 1998, Proctor ordered Moua’s commitment to the Mendota Mental Health Institute in Madison.

But, it appears that Wisconsin suffers from a fear of commitment…  Wisconsin state law requires that a petition for conditional release must be granted if a judge determines the individual under a mental commitment no longer is at risk of causing bodily harm to himself or others.

In 2006, Judge Proctor approved just such a conditional release Moua. It didn’t work out so well, though… After being released from a state mental institution, Moua was sent back because he took some sleeping pills and stabbed himself in the stomach, chest and neck — drawing blood.…

Russian Police Arrive To Arrest Cannibal, Suspect Found Eating Friend’s Liver

Moscow, RU – Proving once again that arresting a cannibal at meal time is a good prosecutorial strategy, police in Moscow apprehended a man suspected of scattering dismembered body parts across the city in recent weeks.

According to published reports, the police visited the suspected cannibal’s apartment early Tuesday morning.

“When the police came to arrest the suspect, he was eating a human liver with potatoes,” a police spokeswoman for the Moscow’s western district said.  The unnamed suspect “admitted he had eaten part of his acquaintance’s liver”, said the prosecutor general’s investigative unit.

Police also reportedly found a stew in the suspect’s refrigerator that had been made from human liver. Police have reported that they believe the liver – along with other parts found throughout the city – belonged to the suspect’s friend.

The decapitated head of a middle-aged man was found in the Moskva River in the west of the city on Wednesday. An arm, which had been severed at the wrist, was pulled from water under a bridge in south Moscow’s Tsaritsino Park on May 2, and two feet were discovered floating nearby in the Moskva River on the same day.…

Police: Shopper Smoked “Wet” Before Naked Romp Through Grocery Store

Omaha, NE. – Officers requested that an unnamed man be taken in for psychiatric evaluation after he assaulted several customers and then stripped naked at an Nebrasksa grocery store Tuesday.

Police were called to the J-N-J Grocery Store at around 12:30 p.m. for a disturbance. Witnesses reportedly said the man assaulted several people before removing his clothes. He then, reportedly, rolled around on the floor, began screaming at customers, and started singing.

According to police reports, the man later told officers he used ‘wet’ – marijuana dipped in PCP-laced embalming fluid. Bryan Beckman, a drug recognition expert with the Iowa State Patrol, said the man displayed symptoms associated with wet.

“They’ll get the body temperature up, they’ll get the pulse rates up, blood pressures up, and the person will get so hot or whatever and they might feel they need to take that off,” said Beckman.

The wife of the man at JNJ Grocery, however, said he suffers from medical problems and was having a seizure Tuesday afternoon. The man has not been charged and has been taken in for a medical evaluation.…

Judge Tells Pedophile He Is ‘Gayer Than A Sweet-Smelling Jockstrap’

Waupaca, WI - Delton Gorges, 71, was convicted of child molestation recently and sentenced to seven years in prison. Gorges, who had worked as a school bus driver for 33 years, admitted to police he had sexually assaulted students over a period of more than 20 years.

However, the charges he pled no contest to stemmed from the sexual assault of four boys from 2006 to 2010. Gorges was caught after the mother of one of the boys contacted police to report the abuse. While sentencing Gorges, Wisconsin Judge Philip Kirk expressed some of his thoughts on Gorges declaring in court documents that he was heterosexual.

“I was looking through one of the reports. It described you – your self-description – as a heterosexual.  That’s about the only piece of information in these three reports that I would correct as, in my opinion, patently incorrect. I think you were born gayer than a sweet smelling jock strap.”

Kirk went on to say “I think that if anyone believes that in the last 10 years or 15 years all of a sudden you developed an interest in homosexuality and young boys, then I must have looked ravishing in my prom dress this year.”

Kirk then said that he believed the 71-year-old defendant, who is married to a woman, had turned out as he had because of the problems he must have faced coming to terms with his sexual preferences in the 1940s and 1950s.…

Woman Arrested For Baring Breasts To Kids At School Bus Stop

Pompano Beach, FL - Maribel Gomez, 35, was arrested on Monday morning for showing her breasts to children who were waiting for a school bus.

According to a Broward Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit, a deputy answered a call about 8:15 a.m. on Monday regarding a woman undressing in front of school children waiting for a bus in the city.

According to the document, a 10-year-old witness told the deputy he saw Gomez “with her breasts fully exposed,” and heard her ask, “Are you ready?”

Gomez was arrested at the scene, initially charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.  At her court appearance on Tuesday, however, Judge John “Jay” Hurley downgraded the charge against Gomez.  ”We’ve agreed that your alleged behavior does not fit into that statute,” he said. “We agreed that if anything, it’s disorderly conduct.”

Hurley revoked Gomez’s bond because of a arrest in April on cocaine possession.  Hurley also ordered that Gomez undergo a mental health evaluation.

Comic Book Artist Arrested After Delivering Child Porn To Funeral Home

Bridgeport, CT - Josue Rivera, 38, was arrested Tuesday morning by members of the U.S. Marshal Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force.  The arrest resulted from Rivera having allegedly given a thumb drive to an employee of the Luz de Paz Funeral Home that was supposed to contain photographs of a deceased person to be played during a funeral.  Instead, according to Detective David DeFeo, the drive contained numerous photographs of child pornography.

Police examined the thumb drive as part of an investigation.  Police said they found 33 files of child pornography including a photograph of a girl who appears to be the defendant’s niece.  This led police to seize a computer from Rivera’s home. An examination by a special unit of the Monroe Police Department found 153 files of suspected child pornography, including three videos.  So far, the Child Recognition and Identification System identified 35 children who were in the photos and videos.

The comic book world is abuzz because of this.  As it turns out, Rivera is a comic book artist who goes by the name Justiniano.…

Police: Boy Beaten With Cord After Stealing Check To Buy Books

New Castle, DE — Serena Wardlaw, 42, of Delaware was arrested for allegedly beating her 9-year-old son with an electric cord.

Wardlaw’s actions were reportedly in response to the boy having taken a check from her checkbook in hopes to buy a book at the school book fair.  Wardlaw apparently got so upset, “she then struck him several times about his body with an extension cord,” according to police.  The circumstances came to light after a school nurse asked the boy about his injured arm.

The investigation revealed that her 7-year-old twin daughters also had “prior injury marks about their body that were consistent with being struck with the same object,” police said.

Wardlaw was charged with five counts of child endangerment and four counts of second-degree assault. She was released on $21,000 unsecured bail, and is forbidden to have unsupervised contact with the children.

Clearly, the boy didn’t deserve to be beaten with an extension cord by scary-mom for any reason.  Nobody does.  But I got to thinking specifically about the stolen check.  My conclusion is, if a kid grows up in a household that is so unsupportive of reading that a child has to steal to buy a book while facing the genuine fear of a beating, more power to him for filching the check.  Next time, bud… forge your mom’s name on the title of her car and trade it for a lot of books.  Tell ‘em kniption said it was okay.…

Man Calls Computer Repair Shop To Complain About Missing Image Files, Arrested Soon After

Newport News, VA — Ian Hartney, 20, was arrested by federal agents on charges of producing child pornography. His case came about when a Chesapeake computer store reported to authorities that Hartney’s laptops contained child porn.

Hartney, a shipyard worker from Newport News, reportedly brought a laptop to an unidentified Chesapeake computer tech support company for repair last November. In order to repair the laptop, the employee had to copy the contents of the computer’s entire hard drive and later reinstall it. The employee apparently didn’t see the images during the copying process

According to the federal documents, when Hartney got his computers back, he discovered that some of his picture files were missing, so he called the support company employee to ask if she could find them.

“Hartney inquired about getting additional pictures back that weren’t included,” the affidavit said. “Hartney instructed the computer repair person that some of the pictures would be hidden.”

When she searched the files that she had saved, she discovered the child pornography and immediately contacted police.…

Man Arrested For Smearing Dog Feces ‘All Over’ Neighbor’s Face

Laguna Niguel, CA – Demetrios Tryfon Lolonis, 29, was arrested Friday evening after police were called about an argument that Lolonis was having with his neighbor.

The neighbor reported to police that, during the argument, Lolonis smeared dog feces “all over his face.”

The reason for the argument was not reported… but would I be wrong to assume that this is a dispute over dog droppings in a yard?

Lolonis’ action were not seen as humorous by law enforcement or a judge. Lolonis is currently being held at the Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, in lieu of $20,500 bail.…

Police Searching for “Nurse” Accused Of Administering Unprescribed Enema

Sonoma, CA — Sonoma police are investigating an unsolicited enema as a sexual assault case. This after a visiting nurse convinced a man to receive an enema that doctors claim had not been ‘prescribed, ordered or approved.’

During the afternoon of Sunday, May 1, a visually-impaired Sonoma man, 53, was visited at his apartment by a woman unknown to him. Her visit was reportedly unannounced and unexpected.

The man told investigators the woman explained that she was there to give him an enema. He had recently undergone intestinal surgery and apparently believed that a doctor’s order for the procedure seemed reasonable.

By his account, he and the woman went to his bedroom where she had him lower his pants and lie face down on his bed. She then reportedly gave the man the enema and promptly left.  The woman did not leave a card or any other identifying information.

By Tuesday, the enema recipient had grown so suspicious of the incident that he contacted police. An investigating officer called the man’s doctor and was told no enema had been prescribed, ordered or approved.…

Orthodox Rabbi Convicted Of Groping Israeli Military Officer On Overseas Flight

NEW YORK, N.Y. —  In a case similar to one reported earlier, Gavriel Bidany, a Rabbi and father of 11, was found guilty of molesting a 23-year-old female Israeli military officer on an overseas flight. The proceeding occurred in a Brooklyn federal court on Thursday.

On March 27, Bidany reportedly fondled the sleeping woman during a Delta flight from Tel Aviv to New York. According to court documents, Bidany was sitting next to the woman on a Delta jet last month and reached out from under his blanket to fondle her as she slept.

Bidany claimed that, if there was touching, it happened inadvertently while he slept. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Sarratt countered, “If these were random reaches of a sleeping man, why is it the defendant had such precise accuracy, reaching private areas?”

Defense lawyer Saul Bienenfield argued that the victim would have pummeled the defendant with self-defense skills learned in the Army if she was attacked. Sarratt rebutted that the victim “acted perfectly and with remarkable poise despite the defendant’s repeated violations of her “personal space” by calmly reporting the abuse and moving to a different seat.…

Man Posts “Bout 2 kill ma kid” On Facebook, Follows Through

Sidney, AU – Ramazan Acar, 24, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to killing his daughter after he announced his intent to do it on Facebook. Acar stabbed his 2-year-old daughter, Yazmina, to death last November reportedly to hurt Yazmina’s mother – his former fiancée Rachelle D’Argent.

Acar contacted D’Argent asking if he could let Acar take her out to a chocolate shop. The mother allowed Acar to take her – citing the fact that the girl had not seen Acar in three months and she was “excited to see him.”

Acar did not return as planned and began threatening to kill Yazmina through Facebook posts and text messages and phone calls to D’Argent.

On the day of the murder, Acar posted “Bout 2 kill ma kid” on Facebook. He then phoned D’Argent and asked her if she wanted to say some last words to Yazmina. The 2-year-old girl told her mom “I love you” and D’Argent replied “I love you too.”

Acar then repeatedly stabbed the girl with a 12-inch knife – Yazmina died due to wounds to her chest and stomach, in what forensic experts said was a ‘prolonged death.’ Police later located the child’s body on the side of a road in northwestern Melbourne.…

Child Left Alone Calls 911 When Movie Ends, Mother Arrested

Clarksville, TN — Kelly Lynn Walnoha of Clarksville was arrested early Sunday morning after police said an 8-year-old boy called police after being left home alone.

Clarksville Police spokesman Jim Knoll said the boy called 911 around 4:30AM saying he couldn’t find his mother and the movie she had put on had ended.

Police discovered the child had been in the care of a babysitter until around 2:00AM when his mother, Kelly Lynn Walnoha, picked him and took him home where she promptly said she’d be back after dropping someone off, put in a movie, and left. When the movie had finished and she had not yet returned home, the 8 year old called 911.

Knoll said officers found the child alone with dogs. The child knew his mother’s first name but could not spell her last name.

Officers called Walnoha on her cell phone and she returned to the house. She has since been charged with child abuse, neglect or endangerment. She is currently in jail on a $5,000 bond.

The child was placed with Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.…

5-day-old Baby Removed From Home Because Of ‘Unbearable Filth’

Bandera, TX – A 5-day-old baby was removed from a Texas home last week after authorities discovered the condition of the home. The investigation of the home was prompted by a Bandera EMS call for a sick woman on April 27. Upon arriving and seeing the conditions of the home, Bandera EMS called the police.

In his report, Bandera Police Lt. Neil McLean described the kitchen as “unusable…any countertop space was covered with trash and maggots… empty whiskey bottles laying around as well as dog feces laying throughout the residence.” Mclean reported that the bathroom had “standing feces in the toilet and approximately five to seven inches of feces in the bath tub [pictured]. The bathroom floor was covered in feces.”

Invesigators reported that the baby was left alone in a baby carrier on a bed in the master bedroom while the parents sat on a couch in their front yard.  The report described that the 5-day-old appeared unbathed.

“You could tell by the umbilical cord that the baby was not bathed,” Police Chief James Eigner said.…
