peeping tomALBUQUERQUE, NM — A man is in critical condition after he got caught peeping into the window of two teenage girls, then got his naked ass beat by the girls’ father and brother.

The incident occurred at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday, when a man called 911 to report a naked Peeping Tom was caught outside his home, staring through a window at the caller’s 13- and 15-year-old daughters.

“The bushes were shaking. Then she heard groaning and moaning,” said the girls’ mother, Katrina Chavez. “My oldest son went out, said ‘What are you doing?’ and then discovered he was naked.”

Police say the girls’ dad, brother and a friend of the brother – ages 29, 19 and 19 – chased the naked man away from their home and down the street before a fight ensued. By time police arrived, the suspected pervert was found in the street, badly beaten.

The man was taken to the hospital and is in unstable, critical condition as of yesterday. So far the three men have not been arrested for putting the alleged prowler in the hospital, but the District Attorney is working with detectives to determine if they should be charged with a crime.

I’m not sure how far you can chase a man caught jacking off outside your daughter’s bedroom window before you can legally beat the shit out of them, but It should be the exact distance it took you to catch up with them.

Lets hope the Grim Reaper decides to pay this piece of a garbage a visit during his stay in the hospital.

Wait though… how is the dad 29 with a 15 year old daughter? I mean it’s biologically possible but…. also a 19 yo son, I’m assuming he is the stepfather? Maybe the stepfather of all of them?

He deserved getting the shit kicked out of his nasty perv ass!!

  • Faith_In_Reason

As they say in middle school, he feels pretty nekkid now.

They better not not charge nothing on the father, bro & friend for beating the perv up! He deserved that.

What did he expect? Good for the dad and brother, I hoped they fucked him up enough to beat the paedo right out of him!

  • EveryVillainIsLemons

I hope that the dad and brothers aren’t charged with anything for giving the nekkid perv a well-deserved beatdown.

Why were they all up at 2:30 am on a school night, though?

  • 18th40

You’re parole officer told me you still haven’t learned that yet though.

Haven’t you seen Teen Mom, a 10 year old father is pretty feasible these days. lol

If I am not mistaken, he’s the bio dad of only one of the girls. I just didn’t feel like adding that in because I didn’t think anyone would be doing the math. :P

If the dad is 29, and kids are 13/15/19….damn he was a busy dude early in life. He was a father at 10/14/16

I don’t know if “exercise video” is what Mr. CT called it.

  • 18th40

Well he shoulda labeled it with a little more accuracy on Youtube…cause I can’t find it.

  • JohnQknowitall

    How old is the mom?

  • JohnQknowitall

It is pretty awful being spied on/stalked in your own home, but there was no imminent danger and the father/stepson?/friend became a lynch mob of three. Vigilante justice comes at a cost as does any other crime.

I can only imagine how these guys act in the house toward the women of the house when being humans who are capable of doing something so brutal to another human even if first wronged in what caused no and because of the chase would cause no physical injury to anyone. We have laws. We have law enforcement. We have courts.

  • Texas Ranger

I think it’s labeled on Youtube as “The Fox” Mr CT is the blonde guy.

  • JustBrowsingLife

IDK. I am torn on this one. If we allow this kind of justice where do we draw the line? I think chasing the guy down and detaining him for the cops would suffice. If the perpetrator gets a little banged up in the apprehension process that would be acceptable. Gang Pounding a nekkid dude into a condition that requires an extended stay in the hospital is another issue altogether. The perpetrator, as disgusting as he may be, has civil rights and they may have been violated. This could lead to a dismissal of any and all legitimate charges which means he will be free to practice his perversions again. The vigilantes may risk finding themselves in the pokey for the beating. I say detain and let the justice system run it’s course. I would hate to see this pervert get off (no pun intended) because a civil rights attorney argues a rights violation on this perv’s behalf. Let him go to jail and have a little convict justice take control of him.

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com Morbid

Didn’t say no one could, just said I didn’t expect them to. :P

  • MilfOf2

I hope they dont get charged. Sick fuck deserved it.

  • billymadatchu

way to pedo a perfectly good stalking joke lol

  • Michael McHenry

I agree 100% on this one, a bit of a rough up is ok….the guy in Texas who killed the guy raping his 5yr old completely acceptable…but this guy will probably die and all three of these guys will be charged as murderers or if he doesn’t they will most likely get charged with attempted homicide or something. Now their lives will be as screwed as the peeper. At the very least if you are going to beat him to death then you can not be so stupid as to call the police and tell them to come get him…

  • 18th40

    Yeah sure but…how big’s the potato ?

  • billymadatchu

    bacon!

Did I just read that the dad was 29 and had children 19, 15 and 13? Gotta be a typing mistake! Anyway, Hooray for dad and big brother! Hope the city gives them a metal! Fucking creep!

  • Lostufo

    LMAO

  • Lostufo

    Excellent answer!

  • dixiegirl3179

I have to agree. It is dangerous to allow this. I don’t think physical force should be allowed unless there is an immediate threat of death or physical injury. This guy deserves punishment, no doubt, but he had run away at this point. I agree with MIchael that the guy in TX was acceptable because he actually caught the guy in the act and needed to stop the harm to his daughter.

  • Texas Ranger

The naked peeper was dangerous too…I mean he had his junk all out in the open, and you damn well know he coulda shot someones eye out with it if he wasn’t careful.

  • Texas Ranger

Yeah!! Give them a real Metal Medal!! Hell… at least a frickin trophy!

  • JustBrowsingLife

I read it as the dada and his brother. Maybe that is because the little calculator in my brain worked on my subconscious. Although it is physically possible to procreate at 9 or 10 years of age.

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com/ Athena

I agree, too. I’m totally down with whatever force is required to physically detain the assailant. Maybe even an extra whack or two for good measure. But you know when you’re beating someone within an inch of their life for the most part, and that does nothing but open up the pervert to sympathy and potential legal loopholes, and it opens you up to criminal charges.

Using lethal force against the sexual assault of a child, though… definitely okay.

  • 18th40

Yeah…….right……you think those are real ?

  • Texas Ranger

    What are real?

  • 18th40

Oh how time flies…you’re already ready for ‘the talk’ I suppose.

    “He fell down.”

  • Rachel Ann

I see no problem here. Dude got what he deserved as far as I’m concerned. Especially given that his ass was NEKKID! You is one ballsy summabitch to do some shit like that. He may just wish he was dead once he finally comes too.

  • Texas Ranger

Shit…I wrote ” The Talk” …what you wanna know?

  • 18th40

Really ?? Damn…ok….. so…how come sometimes they switch from zone coverage to a man on man when, really, they haven’t even established what the offense is after, I mean sure this time they could plug up the middle and there’s no where to run but…what if on the next down..they feed you that and then start looking for receivers out in the flats and the D is already committed ? See what I’m getting at ?

We were talking football right ?

  • Savanah

This is why I NEVER opened the blinds or curtains in my bedroom and still don’t.

  • Malodorous

I hope the guy survives and makes a full recovery, but I’m not shedding any tears for him. Hopefully this will teach him to consider some behavior changes in his future.

I’m less quick to judge peepers than, say, rapists or pedos, since I had a 2nd-hand friend who, unbeknownst to the rest of us, had struggled with compulsive voyeurism since his teens, when he’d run afoul of the law from it, and was a perfectly decent guy otherwise. He’d managed to keep it under control since then, until his late 20s when stress over work, family, etc. apparently contributed to a relapse into his peeping habits.

He got busted masturbating on someone’s property while spying on them, and without any legal counsel, ended up agreeing to take a polygraph test, which included routine questions about any sexual activity with his kid. He had a 5yo autistic son, which apparently he was woken from a nap one day to find the kid basically fellating him, and, being paranoid that lying about anything would land him in even deeper trouble, he revealed the incident during the questioning.

As a result, he was slapped with child molestation charges as well, and barred from living in his home with his wife and kid, so he had to move in with my friend (his childhood best friend) and stayed there for a couple weeks before he killed himself. He lost his job over it, but apparently still had access to the roof at the skyscraper downtown where he’d worked, so he took the plunge (during rush hour, and somehow managed to avoid becoming an evening news story – I guess because he landed in the alley out of sight.)

The worse part was, my friend received his suicide message (on his voice mail) a couple hours later – because he’d been at work when it happened, and had his phone turned off. So he spent a few hours worrying endlessly over it after reporting it to the police, who then began actively searching for his friend, only to find out that he’d died hours earlier, while he was at work.

I have no idea how his wife managed, with a dead husband charged with sexual crimes, an autistic child to raise, and suddenly no income to support herself. A huge tragedy all around. I seriously doubt he would have ever harmed anyone, but you know, I can’t say that with anything like certainty. We’re always hearing the disbelief of friends and family members of criminals who are in shock over their alleged crimes.

But I can certainly sympathize with the father, brother and friend. Without any way of knowing whether or not the person poses some physical threat, they’d be strongly incentivized to send him a powerful message about keeping the fuck away from their family, which I can hardly blame them for, considering how often protection orders and whatnot get blatantly disregarded. I think it’s a leap to assume that just because they violently beat some perv spying on their underage female family members that they likely mistreat their womenfolk as well. I’d prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt. Send them to mandatory anger management classes and let them off the hook otherwise, I say.

  • LeaveMeBe

I think you have an overactive imagination, JQ. I know if my husband and son caught a naked man peeping in my daughter’s window and wrangling his wiener then they would chase him down and beat his naked ass and neither of them are brutal men. They are, however, the men of our family and it is their instinct to protect the women in their lives and they would have no problem doing it. Of course, they would only get to do it if my daughter didn’t get to the nasty pervert first. ;)

  • Twisted1

I agree, however this peeper could have been working his way up to rape. Sometimes these scumbags start out looking through windows and move on to raping when that no longer gives them the rush it used to.

  • Twisted1

Bacon is always a good answer. I love bacon it’s meat candy!

  • JohnQknowitall

Instincts? They cannot control their actions when upset? Wow. You must have a boat load of legal bills.

  • JohnQknowitall

I hear you. The men folk may have been incensed, but they were also able to track the peeper and call 911. Instead they rewrote the law and acted in a way they felt the justice should be meted out and now they are now criminals. Whether we like what a criminal has done or not, that criminal is innocent until proven guilty in a legitimate court of law… not the other way around and punished by thugs.

  • VietGrlTrippie

What a well deserved beating! Made my day to hear shit like this.

  • Delaney3030

verbing nouns is the new thing and totally acceptable. get with it.

sympathize all you want, but I think peeping leads to raping and killing.

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com/ Athena

True. Doesn’t change my statement, though.

  • Twisted1

As stated I agree. Yet a part of me wonders if they may have saved some young girls life if this guy dies. I don’t condone it, but a very small part of me can’t help but wonder.

  • Texas Ranger

On defense you put the big fat guys up front to stop the run, and then put the fast little guys in the back to stop the pass. Works 99% of the time. Simple.

It must be all the new people wearing off on you because I remember a time when you could have civil conversations with the rest of us and not act like an uptight asshole. So let me elaborate. People can be upset and maintain control and still beat the everloving fuck out of someone. Capiche?

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com/ Athena

    lol.

  • JohnQknowitall

maintaining control = beat the everloving fuck out of someone?

You really need to quit holding back like this…I’m worried that you’re bottling things up.

  • 18th40

John…..I’m glad LMB can say without question that her husband makes her feel safe and protected..when the fuck did we start questioning a mans right to look out for his wife and kids ? Chasing perverts away from your daughters window falls under that category.

If a predator takes some punches in the head because he was peeking in a young girls bedroom and the father catches him yanking his crank, I’ll probably still sleep fine that night.

  • LeaveMeBe

Disagreeing with me doesn’t make you an extremist and you know that is not what I meant. Don’t twist my words. I really don’t know what has happened with you but I’ll refrain from engaging you in any way ever again.

You laugh my pants off. Just watch that you don’t sit in cat vomit.

  • JohnQknowitall

Getting someone away from the home is not at issue for men or women (just in case you happen to be someone who feels they are not equal to men), or even children. The problem comes in when people become the judge, jury and executioner after a crime has ended. The additional violence in this case was unnecessary. The crime had ended. There was no danger. The police were on their way.

  • JohnQknowitall

Beating the criminal was not only unnecessary, but illegal. Just because someone feels justified taking vengeance does not make it right. The police were on their way.

What this guy did was pathetic. Three grown men kicking a naked man with no weapons is barbaric.

  • JohnQknowitall

This guy’s punishment will most likely be brutal enough on its own —if the beating doesn’t cause a secondary deal in order not to prosecute and sue the three men who beat him.

My guess is that without the beating he would have a huge fine, a combo of jail/probation, registration on a sexual predator list, wrecked home, community and work relationships for the rest of his life. Maybe it is just me, but that seems like a lot of punishment for the crime he committed.

What people do you come in contact with today, including your children, who might have some unknown sexual liking that you would call a perversion? I can honestly say I don’t know. I can also say that I hope nobody I come in contact today is beaten because he or she committed an act that might not have happened if he or she had been introduced to therapy.

  • Cassy_Again

The guy would have been found guilty of what exactly? Trespassing? Exposure? He would be out in about the same time it takes someone to put his pants on.

The law doesn’t reflect common sense. Common sense tells us than when he gets out, he’ll be right back at the window, or maybe waiting for the chance to get a little closer. If not to that girl, another one. He’s probably already done this countless times before where the 911 call wasn’t viewed as important enough to hurry on, so he had no fears about doing it again. But, you know, until he actually crosses that line, and even then, he’s not going to really get any sentence that will deter his behaviour. But when he does, you have to hope someone is around to save his victim. If you look at the number of children, teens and even adults assaulted and murdered each year, I wouldn’t hold out much hope for that happening, though.

It is instinct to kick a dangerous or harmful pack member out of the pack. Even rabbits will turn their back on a sick warren member because the sick and attract predators. From an evolutionary standpoint, I think the beating makes sense. It was a non-tribe member acting in a threatening way towards tribe members under protection. Legally it was an isolated incident, but tribe members realize it was no such thing AND it was an ongoing threat, with the likeliness of the act being repeated again.

It makes no sense to chase a rabid dog away until it bites someone if you can shoot it before it bites someone.

  • JohnQknowitall

Most likely he would be registered as a sexual predator; face fines; subjected to jail time/probation; ruined home, community & professional relationships; massive legal bills; and just a whole lot of human shame for what that is worth.

Humans have lived under laws for many millenniums. The laws define crimes and prescribe an interval of acceptable punishments. This crime did not happen in the Middle East. This crime happened in the United States. If you like brutal punishments there are places that agree with your philosophy.

“What people do you come in contact with today, including your children, who might have some unknown sexual liking that you would call a perversion?”
Peeping Toms violate the rights of their victims – the right to privacy in their own home. Sexual proclivities between consenting adults are fine, no matter how bizarre. Hey, whatever floats your boat is your own business, as long as you don’t hurt anyone. But in this case, the victims were non-consenting and underage. That’s why his “sexual liking” is wrong and perverted. Victimising others for your own sexual gratification is wrong.
If the pervert didn’t want his life “ruined” (like it was someone else’s fault he’s broken), he shouldn’t have yanked his crank while spying on underage girls. It’s that simple, really.

  • JohnQknowitall

On the short: We have a legal system. If you choose to take justice into your own hands the legal system will take care of you in a way that you stupidly had not planned upon. This man is sick and his actions were both harmful and illegal. His beating is tantamount to torture and outside the law. It is that simple. I didn’t write the laws, but there they are… AND I prefer them over “ah’mah man” justice.

Sorry for my rant Aussie, I don’t let my true feelings show with this relationship but never did I think he would be going down this road. They started having sex at work when he was 18 and she brags about it. I just wanted a daughter in law with some class and the ability to form a sentence.
