Man Accused Of Swallowing Cousin’s Earlobe After Drunken Brawl Over Music

Man Accused Of Swallowing Cousins Earlobe After Drunken Brawl Over MusicStamford, Connecticut — Emilio Mendoza, 27, apparently hates getting told what to do. And who doesn’t after moving out of your parents house!?

According to police, on Feb. 11th, Mendoza’s cousin/roommate, Ruiz Clemente-Pérez, asked him to turn the music down because he had to go to work in the morning. Oh, hell no! You are NOT going to mess with his jam. Mendoza then proceeded to punch Pérez in the head, police say.

At some point during the brawl, Mendoza allegedly bit Pérez’s left ear, tearing part of his earlobe off. Stamford Police Sgt. Richard Barbagallo told the press that an intoxicated Mendoza then swallowed the chunk of ear meat. No longer an empty stomach? Can keep on drinking.

Mendoza alleges that Pérez threw the first punch.

Pérez was hospitalized with a broken nose and fractured eye socket. Sadly, he also never made it to work the next morning since he was charged with third degree assault.

Mendoza’s bail was set at $100,000, and he was charged with first-degree assault, interfering with police, forgery and disorderly conduct. The interfering charge was a extra he gave himself by providing fake identification when he was being booked at the police station.

      How don’t people know how to control their alcohol? I infrequently drink and never drink to get drunk, but the seldom times i have been drunk i did nothing but dance, laugh, and sleep.

      When my mother, who is an alcoholic, gets drunk she goes on about how close she and her father were (when they hadn’t been close since she was 10 [she's now 37]), and how she wishes her mother dead instead (even though grandma constantly helps her out when in a jam). And she has a strange urge to drive knowing damn well that the least terrible thing to happen is her losing her license (again) and losing her job as a driver (which would render her in a very dire situation).

      I don’t understand drunks. Worst are the people who sell alcohol to someone who is visibly drunk.

      Why did Perez get charged too? Seems like he was the most injured of the two, which would suggest he was the victim of a beatdown and therefore just defending himself.

      That is not true with my fights, when I was in school. I would be bullied for weeks or months on end, then when they put their hands on me, I would go hog wild and eff them up. I once had a girl mad that I dated her ex boyfriend (7th grade, not much going on) so she threatened me while with her friends, for weeks. Would corner me in the locker room, trip me in the hall, knock my books out of my hands… Never put her hands on me, though. One day,my friend was telling me she was running her mouth about me, saying she was finally going to kick my ass, so I told my friend to go tell her I called her a bitch. So she comes up to me, at lunch, and taps me in the back, so I got up and beat that bitch down. When they pulled me off of her, I was sitting on her chest, left hand wound in her hair, punching her in the face repeatedly. My adrenaline was raging so hard, I sat in the principal’s office for 15 minutes before I realized I had still had a chunk of her hair. There were bits of scalp and blood, so of course I put in in my pocket, and brought it home and made a bracelet out of it. I saw her again in 10th grade (I was in a children’s mental hospital and then alternative school for a while) and that bitch still had a bald spot.

      My mom does that, without the alcohol. Bitches and bitches about how tragic her life was, and how much she’s had to overcome. How her mother hated her because she was close to my grandpa… And her sisters all hated her, and treated her bad. You’ll never meet a more generous, and loving family as my aunts, and grandparents. My mom is a psycho.
