I just got out of jail and I’m staying with a friend who has two small kids. I would never EVER hurt or endanger his kids or anybodys kids. So IF the boyfriend did it, he didn’t do it because he just got out of jail, probably becuz he’s an evil sick fuck if anything. Wake up, this is America and almost everybody has either been to jail or knows someone who’s in jail- it’s part of what keeps our economy strong…

I don’t know about keeping our economy stong, but I agree about the jail issue. I’ve been to jail and I have a 13 year old, a 10 year old, and a 9 month old, all of which are safe, well-rounded, and happy. Shit happens in life. You can go to jail for serious crimes, but you can also go for excessive outstanding traffic tickets.

Not to minimize traffic tickets…of course…

I just read that this fuck is a violent felon who has drug arrests, gun shit, and her kids even said he bit one of them or some sick shit. The father tried to get the kids in his custody and of course the family courts left the kids with the mom and this dirtybag.
To put it down straight, the douchebag wasn’t in jail for no parking tickets, like wastintime bet.

Why was the boyfriend in prison and why did the mother put the kids in the same house as a known criminal. I am not blaming the victim for what happened to her. It was wrong. I do blame her for putting her children in the path of an antisocial person.

Yea nothing makes sense here. Does the son live with grandma or just visiting. If he was just there visiting why didn’t granny find it weird not hearing from her. It says her boyfriend lives with her yet he didn’t report anything? Has he not been home for several days?

In Washington, D.C., it is estimated that three out of four young black men will serve time in prison. In New York, with 50,000 marijuana arrests per year, 90% are black or Latino. In Seattle, the 8% black population accounts for 60 percent of the arrests. Over the last ten years Colorado police have arrested Latinos at 1.5 times the rate of whites, and blacks at over 3 times the rate of whites. Newly passed marijuana laws reflect the beginnings of a backlash.

Perversely, this is all happening as studies by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration find that both black and Hispanic adolescents use drugs LESS than the general population, and as a study by the National Institute of Health shows that the prevalence of marijuana use in colleges and universities was highest for white students.

The truth is way too much to broadcast. I was a “baller’s girl” is the short version. They tried to give me conspiracy and intent to distribute but they settled on money laundering in the end. The problem with the FEDS is that they have a 99.9% conviction rate so if you try to fight them you will get your back tore off. I said uncle and took my lashes in the end so I could get home. Theres no bail with the FEDS so I was in jail for 8 months before I even got sentenced. Sometimes the devil wins even if he does dress funny.

Yeah, I am judgmental. Thanks for noticing. I got that way by dating shitheads who were fresh out of jail who turned out to be violent assholes. Fortunately, that was before I became a parent, and now I’m a lot more careful and do my homework. Now that I’ve read my share of stories about women and men with small children who pair up with people fresh out of jail who go on to murder their partners or rape and/or murder their partners’ children, my bias against people who are fresh out of jail has been reinforced.

Sure I do, but I don’t date them anymore. I am judged quite harshly by the company I keep. it wouldn’t be worth it to me at all to put my child’s health and safety at risk for a potential relationship.

My husband is very protective father and thinks no man is good enough for his little princess. If she dated women I am sure he would feel the same. He just would not have to worry as much about her plans in life being set of course by a baby.

Alberto Sierra got more & more violent as the state of Flori-duh turned their head allowing him to slaughter a mother & two young daughters. What I don’t get is too bad Gladys didn’t scream for help at the Mall of Americas not allowing Alberto to take her & her kids hostage with a knife after a fight from the mall. Now finally the state of Flori-duh will serve justice a bit too late. Ironic
