HS Football Player And His Brother Charged With Raping Drunk Teen At PartyTwo brothers have been arrested, and 14 high school students suspended, after a 17-year-old boy was sexually assaulted at a teen drinking party.

According to reports, a party was being held at a home on Sept 8. in which 60 to 80 teenagers and young adults attended. The 17-year-old victim showed up at around 10 p.m. and was passed out drunk on a couch within an hour. Of course, being the first person to pass out at a party is always bad news as you are just asking to get messed with. It’s tradition.

Unfortunately for this kid, a large number of football players from Homer High School were also in attendance. That always spells bad news for any passed out, straight male because whenever a bunch of drunk jocks get together, you can be guaranteed faggotry will be afoot.

At first the kid got the usual shaming treatment in the form of multiple people writing things on him. But after 18-year-old Joseph Resetarits (pictured), one of the high school football players, shaved the letter “M” in his hair, the crowd got bored. That’s when someone suggested they rape the boy with an object.

Joseph and his 20-year-old brother, Anthony Resetarits, thought the idea of sticking objects in the butthole of a passed out teenage boy was a great one, and with the rest of the crowd filming, they removed the boy’s pants and underwear before they both started sticking an unnamed object up the boy’s ass. Afterwards, the brothers wiped the ropes of drool hanging from their faces, and the party disbanded. The victim, who was still unconscious, was taken home to his mother. Fun was had by all, and videos of the incident quickly spread to Youtube and Facebook.

The following day, a nurse from South Peninsula Hospital called police and informed them of the sexual assault. I don’t know what prompted the kid being taken to the hospital, but I assume it may have had something to do with him coming home unconscious with unexplained rectal bleeding, and photos of two dudes playing with his ham flower circulating the Internet.

After reviewing footage taken by multiple people at the party, including footage of one of the brothers in the act of raping the boy, police arrested the brothers and charged them with felony sexual assault for sexual penetration of an incapacitated person. On top of that, fourteen high school athletes at the party were suspended for being at a party where alcohol is served, a violation of Alaska Student Activities Association rules.

The father of the boy who held the party told troopers he was at home during the party, but had fallen asleep in his bedroom before the party started. He said he wasn’t aware any of the 80 people who showed up to his house had been drinking. [INSERT OBLIGATORY DISMISSIVE WANKING MOTION HERE]

    Christ…

    Really gentlemen? Really?

  • Gee

I find it hard to believe dad didn’t know there was 80 loud as shit kids partying in the house… Bullshit.
Men/boys are so sensitive about their assholes yet as soon as another passes out the first thing they think to do shove some object up their ass. WTF The worst we ever did was put lipstick and sour cream on a guys mouth and told him the butt pirate came by for a visit.

  • PlaysWithBalls

Now THIS sounds like my kind of party! I mean… umm, errr… shame on them. Yeah.

  • LuvsHorror

Ham flower? Never heard that one before.

  • Evan Oswald

where were his friends at this party? do HS-age people have no shame these days?

  • curiousalways

I love to hear other people’s thoughts on being the parent that lets underage kids drink at your house so you know where they are and hopefully control the driving situation. I’ve got to admit I’m torn about it. I grew up around a lot of parents that let us drink at their homes and I feel like it kept me out of trouble. I know when we didn’t have a place to go, there were more negative situations to find ourselves in. I have two pre teen boys and I have started really thinking about this. Thoughts? I could pretend like they will never drink until they are 21, but I’m not a dumbass.

  • Athena

I think, when it pertains to your own kids, allowing moderate drinking at an appropriate age is the way to go. Who wants some under-supervised teens teaching your kid how and what to drink? Allowing them to grow up understanding the varieties of alcohol, when it’s appropriate to drink them and how much to drink makes them the knowledgeable (and, theoretically, responsible) one as other kids get to experimentation age.

Allowing other peoples’ kids to drink in your home is well-intentioned but dangerous. Kids have been removed from homes for it (I knew a family this happened to as a teen). It is illegal, and it is the kind of activity likely to piss other parents off if discovered. It’s not a decision I intend to make for some other kid’s parents, myself. Will they drink anyway? Odds are, yes. They’ll probably have sex, too, but you won’t see me providing the bedrooms and passing out condoms, you know? The best I can do for other peoples’ children is try to educate them.

  • Sam

    Right? Totally stealing that one!

  • curiousalways

Good points. I know the laws are a lot stricter now than ages ago when I was a teen. I just hope if and when they drink they do without drinking and driving. We have no public transportation here and it scares the crap out of me. I have great kids, I just need to stop worrying so much. I know my ex would freak if I let them drink a little bit gradually at home as they get older so I don’t think I will have that option.

  • Sam

I am of the opinion that drinking responsibly is something kids have to learn just like anything else in life. And parents are a hell of a lot better equipped to teach them properly than a bunch of peer-pressure-happy mates who know as little about the subject as they do. Plus, being included in the odd glass of wine or something with dinner takes away that excitement and intrigue about ‘the forbidden’.
Now, opening your liquor cabinet and front door to half a high school full of kids and letting them do whatever the hell they fancy whilst you pretend not to know what’s going on – that’s a whole ‘nother story.

  • come_and_see

Shit, I would of brought 40 lbs of lube.

  • JohnQknowitall

Why would anyone think this is funny? My guess is the victim was not one of the “in” crowd and considerably devalued. I think the pictured brother will look great in “prison pink” lipstick and sagger pants. Let the partay begin.

  • LoKi4778

I now have to rescind my comment on PetePuma’s FP story about the guy fighting with the stop sign because I thought that The Energizer Beaner was the funniest line I read all day, and then I read Ham Flower, and I am totally stealing it too…

  • AssWho?

“ham flower”……..cant breath…. ohh how truly talented you are.

  • http://www.facebook.com/HamsterNinjaofDOOM Alecia Hendricks

I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the victim is somehow picked on for being gay after this.

With 80 students in attendance, this kid is being sexually abused in a most foul manner and not one person stood up for him. Not even his friends. Plus an adult was there who didn’t do anything to stop it. Which might show some insight into why these perverted kids in attendance haven’t any decency, pride or honor. Please stay up there pervs,we have enough down here.

comes with the territory and anything to do with your ass exept shitting is considered gay activity

  • OutOfBubbleGum

This is so confusing to me. If Facebook is for butt pictures, where do I go for face pictures?

  • Rachel Ann

Further proof that all jocks are closeted homosexuals. I’m kidding I swear. Maybe.

  • JGo555

How is it that as Morbid said: Passed out drunken men surrounded by others all of the sudden turn all gay?
And who in the fuck thinks shoving things up a straight man’s ass while declaring your “straightness” won’t be seen as gay by others that find the act of violating that body part funny or good?
(I love gay men and their porn, I am not bashing)

  • Chinchillazilla

“I think, when it pertains to your own kids, allowing moderate drinking at an appropriate age is the way to go.”

Yeah, this is what my mom did. I didn’t have much interest in drinking until I was 19-20 (unusual, I know, but my father was an alcoholic and I was worried about becoming one too). She’d buy me a few beers and tell me to slow down if I was drinking one too fast. It helped me learn my tolerance.

Nothing says brotherly love like ass raping one of your peers….WTF?

  • sweekymom

No shame, no spine either, apparently. What kind of a coward won’t stand up for his own friend in a situation like this?

  • LeaveMeBe

    PWB! *hugs*

  • LeaveMeBe

When our kids turned 18, we allowed them to drink at home with us as long as they were not going anywhere later. It is moderate drinking, though. They are now 21 & 19 and we’ve never had any alcohol related issues with either of them (busted at parties, DUI’s, MIP’s, etc…) and my daughter has flat out said that she thinks it’s easier for her to abstain from drinking out and about because she knows that she can drink at home. Just to be clear, she can’t just come in and make a drink whenever she wants, she has to ask for permission, and it’s occasional. Their friends were/are NOT allowed to drink at our home. I would never presume to give permission to someone else’s child (even though they are adults at 18, they are still someone’s child and under age) and I damn sure don’t want to get into legal trouble.

  • Athena

Actually, it’s estimated that less than 5% of the population will intervene in a situation like this (or where they perceive a physical threat, anyway) on another person’s behalf. Scary, isn’t it? Even scarier that most of us don’t realize with portion of the pie we fall into (as, luckily, most of us haven’t had to intervene in a potentially dangerous situation).

  • Abroad

Looks like you are going to have to offer a taxi service, if there is no way they can get home from parties without driving.

  • curiousalways

That’s the part that really sucks, I will have to not drink on the weekends in case they call me!!!

  • Andyman

I’m sure he will be picked on for a multitude of things including the gay thing even though he probably isn’t.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1106642961 Alice Hennen

So did these jocks just out themselves? I feel that they’ll be facing relentless teasing on top of the charges.

  • EveryVillainIsLemons

It’s only fun when it’s consensual. That being said, I’m sure that the asshole jocks will have plenty of opportunities to play with ham flowers in jail.

  • SharG’z

Drunk sex rocks!! but only when its consentual -_-

  • deadskinmask213

whenever a bunch of drunk jocks get together, you can be guaranteed faggotry will be afoot.
    indubitably my good sir

You are going to sexually assault someone and post it online, especially websites like YT and FB that are public and users have no qualms about contacting the police if they see something violent and illegal? Really? You know that the prosecutors are glad that idiots make their jobs that much easier.

  • kimbev69

I can attest i am one of that 5% and it gets me in trouble from the dickheads beating their kids, woman, or even harassing someone, even with the barrage of hate veing directed at me momentarily helps the situation so the other person can better stand their ground

  • kimbev69

You always hear about that freshman college student passing out in an unused closet in a frat house and aspirating on their own vomit, the friends n family always say she never drank blah blah and i totally believe it

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com/ Aspartame

Morbid I’m changing your name in my phone to “Ham Flower”

  • http://www.dreamindemon.com Morbid

It should have been that already, slacker.

  • Athena

I am also part of the 5%. Among other things, it’s gotten me threatened with screwdrivers, forced me to arm myself with broken beer bottles, and, most hilariously, sucker punched by a FLAMING gay dude (and, yes, he punched like a girl). But it’s always been worth it. :P

  • kimbev69

I agree once on west 57th in ny i was at a stop light in broad daylight and some guy pulled a woman out of a store by her hair and was beating her as people walked past and looked away, i put the car in park rolled down the window and screamed at him while dialing 911 as cars honked for me to go thru the light, it distracted him enough to let her go and she ran in the store and locked him out it was worth it

  • http://www.facebook.com/steve.p.davis.1 Steve Paige Davis

He’s 18. Let him sit in jail for a few months and see how he likes non-consensually having things stuck up his ass, even better if it’s several stranger’s cocks while the dumbfuck is in a chokehold. He’ll think its just hysterical, apparently. Typical jock tool.

  • Danielle

Holy fucking shit. How can this possibly be funny to all these kids and not really, really disturbing instead? I don’t get it. I never went to any parties in high school where people were having things shoved up their ass as a joke. Boy how times have changed.

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1106642961 Alice Hennen

Why would he be picked on? He was raped. I think it’d be the jocks who were probably turned on by shoving things up someone else’s butt who would be picked on.

  • NoSkeletonsNGlassHouses

Hmm. It’s intriguing to compare the comments below, with some from online stories about Malik McNight or Savannah Dietrich. No one here (thankfully) is blaming the victim, saying he’s a slut or blaming him because he was drinking underage or drank ’til he passed out. Veddy, veddy interesting…

  • ultracreep

That’s what I do. I have a nineteen year old who has friends who are of legal age. I prefer them to come over here so I can watch my child and set her limits. It works well. I know where she is, what she’s doing and I can ensure that even the legal drinkers don’t leave my house drunk and driving. We also don’t have gatherings of 80 people either. Three or four is usually the limit. I also have a fifteen year old who has zero interest in drugs or alcohol. He’s usually buried in the PS3 during his free time, or being a band geek. (which is fine by me.)

  • PlaysWithBalls

I just saw this! HUGS! I have been silently observing from the shadows for a while :)

  • LeaveMeBe

I’ve missed you. Glad to know you’re lurking about. ;)
