Man Admits To Getting His Girlfriends 11 Year Old Daughter PregnantMount Clemens, MI – A 29-year-old man has admitted to getting his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter pregnant.

On Tuesday, Trevaun C. Brooks pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Because the victim was under the age of 13, Brooks is facing a mandatory minimum term of 25 years in prison, up to life, when he is sentenced on Sept. 27.

Prosecutors say Brooks had sex with the child in her bedroom last year while living with his girlfriend and her daughter. The victim, now 12, gave birth in August and medical tests proved that the child was his.  The girl told investigators she didn’t even know she was pregnant until she gave birth.

After giving birth, the victim and her baby were removed from her mother’s home and placed in the care of state protection services. However, they are both expected to be placed back with the girl’s mother at a later date.

Brooks was a fugitive for almost a month after tests proved he had sex with the 11-year-old, but he was arrested in September after police found him living with another girlfriend. Had he not pleaded guilty, Assistant Macomb prosecutor Jean Cloud said he would have taken Brooks to trial.

Pleading guilty was a smart move on Brook’s part as I am guessing jurors would have, more than likely, thrown the book at Brooks — especially if the victim was in the courtroom with a coloring book while the evidence of Brook’s guilt sat beside her in a car seat, crapping their diaper.

      Besides the disgusting story of this large pig rutting on top of a little girl……I find disgust that an 11 yr old didn’t know that two private parts together can make a baby…you’re getting fat because there’s something inside you & WTH mom, did you not notice your child had a swollen belly!?? There are so many fails in this story and they start with the mom. Sadly. I know when my kids pants are tight, I have educated my kids about sex, I keep pervs away from them. Is it so fucking hard????? I don’t get it!

      You know I wonder if mom knew and / or encouraged it and if she had been abused by one of her family members. It happens a lot more often than most might think. Women who are abused (in my personal experience) AND conditioned to “keep it in the family” sometimes invite others to participate in the abuse and see nothing wrong with it. How the hell does anyone think a child is a sex toy I will never understand.
