Fisherman Finds Barrels Full Of Fetuses In Russian ForestMoscow – A Russian fisherman stumbled upon a quite horrific sight Sunday night when he found four plastic barrels that contained 248 fetuses left in a forest in Russia’s Ural Mountains .

“A friend called at night and said he went fishing and wanted to get some wood for his fire. He ran into some water canisters and wanted to take them home, but when he came closer he saw little baby bodies,” local resident Sergei Tveritinov told state television.

Photographs from the site showed fetuses with tags with numbers and inscriptions that Russian media said were the names of families.

Police say that the fetuses were preserved in formaldehyde and kept in barrels marked with surnames and numbers. Depending on which article you read, it is believed that the remains are from three or four local hospitals.

“It seems the company responsible for disposal of the bio-medical waste did not carry out its duties,” the deputy head of the regional government, Vladimir Vlasov, said on state television. The fetuses have since been placed in a local morgue.

Of course the Russian Orthodox Church had to use this to stress the evils of abortions and how this all “highlighted the degradation of our society.”

I was less surprised over a company mishandling bio-medical waste than I was over the fact that Russian women have abortions. I was under the impression that Russians ate their unwanted children.

      Russians have aborted as many as 68% of pregnancies, and the birth rate is less than the death rate, with 12 infants per 1000 dying after birth.that means that very soon, there will be more Russians floating in barrels in the forest, than live Russians out walking around. At least we won’t have to worry about another cold war… But I expect there are a lot more barrels o’fetus out there.

      I think it is tragic. How can we all keep screwing until everyone is the same color, if there are so few black people? Not every woman is so sharing to let her man have 8 other women.

      Come to think of it, how DO you dispose of fetuses properly? Not that I ever wanted to think of it. I’m sure it entails bearing public health and safety in mind, but where do they really go? Do they get cremated..? It says the fetuses where taken to a morgue. Dumping them at the forest where people can stumble upon them as this guy did, certainly doesn’t meet protocol. But why would they do that to begin with? Was the guy thinking it’s okay, because it’s in nature? Like people who bury their deceased pets? This brings other things into question like, did the person/s who did this, choose to leave them there because they are simply lazy? Or was it because they know something we don’t. Like the bodies are going somewhere or being used for something that they shouldn’t be? Sorry if I sound insensitive, but I think you can make a movie out of this.
