High School Students Arrested After Posting Teacher Upskirt Video On Youtube

This is actually one of my biggest fears. Every time I turn my back to a student I wonder are they snapping a photo of my booty.

Doesn’t it look as if he is saying -  “my bad” in his mug shot?

I don’t know.
It kinda seems more like a prank than anything really malicious to me. Yes, they should know better at 18, but is it really worth a criminal record and ruining their future? I guess it depends on these boys’ history.

Great I work at a middle school. Now I have one more think to worry about!

Another example of poor and rash decision making by youths. I honest to God wish schools would offer mandatory classes on how to be responsible when it comes to using technology. This is so important and I just think that we (the world) have a responsibility to our youth to let them know (not threaten them) that their are consequences (moral, ethical and legal) for their actions (I know that sounds cliche). If we don’t, we may as well pretend no problems exist – this as you may have noticed doesn’t work well.

PS I am glad to spend my tax dollars on this and not depend on parents to do their jobs. I have no children.

I think we should have a link to the youtube vid to determine the severity of the crime.  Granny panties would definitely decrease the sentencing.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s overkill. These people are not sill 14-year-old boys any longer, they are adults at this point. Everyone knows you do that shit prior to turning 18 because that’s when shit gets real. If they’re to stupid to realize that, than they obviously need a harsh lesson. Since they aren’t being made to register as sex offenders I don’t think their punishment is out of line.

Thank you, damn, I can be dense.  I own zero.  I am quite aware of what I look like – I need no photos.  Why bother?  So I can torture myself with them in 20 years and cry about how I used to be hot when I was younger?  Nah, not interested.

#1 Easy tiger I asked about the not having to register for a sexual based crime, as i am unfamiliar with how one who be able to not register as a sex offender with a felony sex conviction, don’t have any my self so unfamiliar waters.

First, Not all felony sex convictions require registration as a sex offender. 
Secondly, even if someone wears a skirt that is short it doesn’t give someone the right to record it and post it on the internet. Wearing a short skirt is not a crime. I will wear what I want and I am fully aware that if I dress in a provocative manner I’m going to attract attention. However, there is appropriate attention and there is inappropriate actions. A woman who is dressed in a sexy manner doesn’t deserve to be raped, video taped, hooted at, and disrespected. Clothing does not make someone a slut, only actions can do that period. 
Finally, to point out how out of touch I am with reality when I look up half a page I see that society agrees with me by prosecuting these two for their inappropriate actions concerning this teacher. It doesn’t even give one sentence to what type of skirt she was in or what she even looked like on that day because they were in the wrong not her that is why they are going to jail and she still has a job.By the way, learn how to present an argument please. Just a observation off the bat here. You are one of the many who think that they are entitled to safety, but are willing to put none of the responsibility for such a illusion within your own hands to assure it. Yes, look at you getting copy past together, the judge still hs to apply it to the sentence though. And, sexual contact without consent or child pornography don’t cover this. Kentucky does have voyeurism laws, but as I’ve said before if they were persuing those charges it would be searchable online and it’s not listed anywhere I can find the other charges.

Even kids that have no parents are told by LEA, teachers, TV,etc. what is ok and what isn’t. Now, they might not believe the consequences will happen to them. But I challenge you to find someone that hasn’t been presented the information about what is ok and not ok. I believe the distinction between non-offenders and offenders lies in the resistance to the impulse to break these rules.
