Woman Charged With Rape After Allegedly Raping Teen Boy At Knife-Point

UNION TOWNSHIP, OH – A 20-year-old woman was arrested the other day after police say she raped a teenage boy at knife-point.

Jamie Phillips has been charged with felonious assault, kidnapping, rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after the parents of a 14-year-old boy contacted them and relayed an unbelievable story. According to them, Phillips forced their son into her home where she made him perform sex acts.

“This young juvenile victim walked out from visiting his mother to get something out of the car. When he walked outside, a neighbor, which he had been associated with simply by being her neighbor, approached the victim put a weapon to his throat and chest area, and ordered him back into the apartment,” said Sgt. Scott Blankenship with Union Township police.

The victim was not physically injured and was able to leave the home only after Phillips was distracted by a knock at her door. He told some friends about the encounter who encouraged him to inform his parents. Investigators found a knife inside Phillips’ residence, as well as other evidence supporting the teen’s story.

Phillips is being held on $200,000 bond and is looking at a possible 31 years in prison if convicted. Her case is scheduled for a pre-trial hearing today.

Huffington Post asked Clermont County Prosecutor Don White if authorities were aware of a possible motive. “I guess she just wanted to have sex,” he replied.

It’s really hard to understand because typically rapists are men. And we associate the rape with sex. But then we have to remember that rape is not about sex. Of course, sex is involved, but it’s mainly about power and control. This woman has some extremely serious mental issues. I wouldn’t be suprised if she has been raped or abused herself. Of course she can get laid but this all goes beyond getting laid.

Yeah I would actually. I think an adult who ~~sleeps~~ engages in sex with a child, consensual or not, has injured that child and should be punished. The sequence of visiting his mom, going to the car, and then at knifepoint being taken to the woman’s apartment, “used” and released. This just sounds so random, especially when a male is attacked (it is not his fault or he would not have reported it), that my radar goes up. It just sounds like some preplanning was involved.
