‘That 70s Show’ Actress Arrested For Spousal Abuse

Los Angeles, CA – The mugshot you are looking at is 42-year-old Lisa Robin Kelly, better known as Eric Foreman’s slutty sister from “That 70s Show.” She got herself arrested Saturday on a felony charge of corporal injury upon a spouse, and was released on $50,000 bail.

But not before taking the mugshot that has now gone viral because if there is one thing people love, it’s actually seeing a visual representation of another’s downward spiral.

In this case the visual representation is in the form of a mugshot, one in which a disheveled Kelly manages to put something that resembles a smile on her face. The kind of smile someone uses immediately before slicing off their own nipples and drowning their young in the bathtub.

After she was released, Kelly took to her Facebook page and began begging her “friends” for money, claiming she is being set up by her boyfriend who is attempting to ruin her acting career and is making money selling pictures of her to TMZ.

“I did nothing to hurt John Michas. I cared. I made a mistake to move with someone I didnt know well and its all a big mess. I was simply trying to move on. He has me on a& 50,000 bail which I paid,and my accoount is wiped out. If your a friend. Respond thru email.he promised no strings attached when we moved in and that he would be good to me-no matter what. He abonded lease. Then went police with fake pics I just am so upset.my career is doing well and he made sure to ruin it.”

Kelly has a history of drug and alcohol issues. She was let go from “That 70s Show” in its third season, allegedly because of her drug use. She came back in the fourth season, but was then replaced by another actress after only four episodes.

In 2010, she was arrested for DUI in North Carolina and sentenced to 12 months of unsupervised probation.

It just seems like it must have gone something like this in court – “ah well, I’m gonna give you probation, but it’s not really probation because you don’t have to do anything so it really doesn’t count but let’s call it probation so it looks like I did something, K?”

“When putting someone on unsupervised probation, the judge may say something like this: “I sentence you to 30 days in jail, suspended and put you on unsupervised probation for 12 months.”
How does this work? Assuming no other punishments have been imposed, you walk out of court that day without having to serve any jail sentence. And, provided you stay out of trouble – meaning have no new criminal charges in the next 12 months – and otherwise comply with whatever restrictions imposed by the judge, you will completeprobation successfully. The criminal conviction will remain on your record. You are not eligible (if you’re over 18) for an expungement in North Carolina if you’ve been convicted of a crime. But, after the 12 months pass, there is no threat of jail being imposed for thatconviction.
However, a violation of unsupervised probation during the 12 month period will put you in jail for up to 30 days following a brief revocation hearing.
Unsupervised probation is basically a warning from the court: “Don’t get into any new trouble or else!”

I liked That 70′s Show. However, the Big Bang Theory is another story. Even my husband, who actually (I thought) has the same sense of humor I have, likes it and tried to get me to watch it, but I can’t seem to even fake a chuckle while watching it.

started drinking heavily in 2001 and now states that she has been sober
for 3 months.
