Body Of Missing Autistic Teen Found In Backyard Storage ContainerProvidence, RI – Police have confirmed that the body found in a backyard storage shed of a home in Rhode Island does belong to the autistic teen who went missing in Massachusetts last month.

Joseph Webster, 19, was last seen at a Motel 6 on March 13.  His family became increasingly worried when the teen never returned home because he had never stayed out overnight before.

He also suffered from mild autism and severe diabetes that required him to take insulin every eight hours. Even more distressing was the fact that Webster did not have enough insulin with him to survive the length of time he had been missing.

Police would eventually arrest 19-year-old James Howze and 22-year-old Lara Corey in connection to the teen’s disappearance, accusing the pair of assaulting Webster and stealing his car.

Corey had been staying in Room 214 at the Motel 6 where Webster was last seen and at the time he vanished. Prosecutors said blood and a shovel were found at the hotel and Howze had tried selling Webster’s car in Rhode Island.

On Monday, Howze was ordered held on $1 million bail on charges of assault and battery with a knife and car theft.

Corey (or Cori) was ordered held without bail on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, armed assault with intent to murder and car theft.

They both entered not guilty pleas.

The following afternoon, a canine unit discovered Webster’s body in a storage container in the backyard of a home not far from the home of the suspects.

      Sometimes, people just suck.  I hope these two wonderful examples of humanity receive the death penalty.  I wish it was an automatic death sentence someone kills the elderly, children, or mental or physically disabled persons. Maybe one day….

      Question: Why is there not a 24/7 police presence at every Motel 6? Think they’d figure out that there is a 98-1/2% chance of something illegal going down at one of them at any time.

      I used to be an area supervisor for a security company contracted by Motel 6 in Northern California. I was in charge of all the unarmed security guards who covered the Motel 6′s in Sacramento, Stockton, Tracy, Modesto, Oakland, Antioch and Sunnyvale. I saw and heard quite a bit of weird shit, scary shit and illegal shit during my time there. We had a whole unit comprised of armed guards and a couple of K9 units to assist the unarmed guards when heavy stuff came up. Yeah, they were VERY busy. Rapes, robberies, drug deals, hostage situations, teenage alcohol poisonings, carjackings, you name it….it happened. I remember one night I stood in for one of my guards and had an incident with some fat fuck trying to climb through his rooms window because the two hookers he and his buddy rented were all smoking his dope inside…..the kicker: the guy was only wearing one dirty sock. *shudder*

      The cops here in Sacramento used to pull guest lists from the management and run the names for warrants. Although illegal as all Hell we never complained. Made our jobs a little easier.

      I agree with you there. I think if anything, I’ve been educated on how many more sick people get a kick out of hurting others, thanks to DD. I always thought that they were few and far between but I realise I was mistaken. :(

      Was a OTR mover, stayed in hotel instead of the truck as often as possible, many times at a motel 6. Couldn’t tell you how many times I have been solicited for sex, (by both sexes BTW) offered to get “high” 100′s of times, had heroin heads try and mug me in the laundry room once, ATF raided a room 2 doors down in Durham  NC, Once got a room in S CALI that still had crime scene tape of the door. Best story’s are of watching domestic disputes.ahh crack heads

      Thats just Motel 6, truck stops are the greatest for nasty ass people.

      Incredibly sad, poor Joseph, I can’t imagine what he suffered. Just no regard fo human life, these people need to be tortured before their heads are decapitated. Bring back the guillotine.

      If there was blood on the shovel, i assume he was killed with it. S,why hit the kid over the head with a shovel? It seems the perfect crime would have been to lock him in the container with no insulin.
