Two Teens Charged With Sexually Assaulting Students In High School Locker RoomHARDIN, Mo. — Two teenagers are facing sexual assault charges after being accused of sexually assaulting students in a high school locker room.

I’ve been following this story since it first broke in December but the details were too vague so I decided to wait until more details came out. They have, and it’s not pretty.

According to court documents, 17-year-old Jeffrey R. Ellis and 18-year-old Randy E. Estenbaum sexually assaulted separate students in the Hardin-Central High School locker room on separate occasions. These assaults happened while students were changing for P.E. or to play basketball.

In November, one of the accusers told police that Estenbaum pinned him down and forced his legs up in the air and “humped” him while he was naked. In December, Ellis allegedly assaulted two boys with the help of two others. After two other students helped hang two classmates upside down, Ellis allegedly pulled down one boy’s pants and stuck a water bottle in his butthole.

The school conducted its own investigation and all four students who participated in the attacks were expelled from school in January while Ellis and Estenbaum were charged as adults with forcible sodomy. Estenbaum was also charged with third-degree assault and two counts of second-degree sexual misconduct with a second student.

Superintendent Martin Griffin tried to ease parent’s fears by letting them know that their kids are safe at Hardin-Central and that they shouldn’t worry about their kid being sexually assaulted by self-loathing, repressed homosexuals; everyone is working together to fix whatever is wrong.

“Bullying is one of the things that we can address that helps improve our educational environment,” Griffin said. “Safety is very important for our students and that’s one action we’re going to take to help better, if that’s the case.”

Both Ellis and Estenbaum turned themselves into police and bonded out on $20,000 cash each on conditions that they are adult supervised, have no contact with the victims or the two other lemmings who were allegedly involved in the attacks.

Prompted by the superintendent’s statement, I consulted the Wikipedia entry on “School Bullying.”  Oddly, nowhere in the article does it give as an example shoving a water bottle in someone’s ass.

  • Anonymous

Ive never understood sticking something in another mans ass for fun. I had some friends when I was younger that put the hose from a beer bong in this kids ass while he was passed out and then fed his ass a full beer. I still give them shit for being closet homosexuals to this day.

  • Andy P

Sounds like Estenbaum needs a hot poker shoved up his ass, although he’d probably enjoy it.  How awful for the victims.  I hope they throw the book at (up) his ass.

  • shannie

I read the pic of the schools sign as,  Hardon Central….lol

What a great way to remember high school, looking back on those fond memories of ass raping my classmate and jail time along with a conviction, Ah the good ole days.

My son won’t dress out in gym class, he wears his basketball shorts under his pants.I think I’m going to encourage him to continue doing so.

Well, did you fix it and site this article?

Don’t they have PE teachers in the gym/locker room anymore? When I was is school back in the 1800s, there was always a couple of PE teachers in the locker room at all times.

oh, those angry closet gays. why cant they just be nice and confident like the gays I know from California? I LOVE those dudes!

Do we have any stories like these that involved angry closet lesbians?

The case of Shanda Sharer. But it ended up much worse.

According to this prinicpal’s take on bullying, it sure has changed a lot since I was in high school.

Forcible sodomy. Hmmm, sounds like rape to me. I wish they would just call shit what it is.

“Bad Friend” gives beer bong enema, “Closet Homo” drinks from the bong afterwards.

When I was in school there were hardly ever any coaches,or teachers in the locker areas, all the coaches liked to either hole up inside of their office,or they were out on the field. The locker area was usually a good place to beat someones ass.

  • Athena

I don’t think there are angry closet lesbians.  ”Angry” and “lesbian” are such a natural fit that to remain closeted would mess it all up.

  • LeaveMeBe

Y’all had lockers in your caves? Lucky! :P

Some schools require that the student shower at the school after workouts.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_XKMAEMPVJ5T2Y35HKYTNG7I6SY Cedric

I feel no sympathy for these young bullies … however reading the story I really don’t think they were getting off on the stated acts sexually – I think they were just being as mean as they possibly could be to the victims – who I am sure would have chosen an ass whooping, including face kicks over what was done to them.

  • Anonymous

I don’t think his does. Although one day he came home laughing (in 6th grade) and said the female teacher told the boys in the class, “You guys need to start putting on your deodorant because your pits are off and running”. I don’t think I’d want my kid showering at school. Not only do you have to worry about angry classmates shoving things in your rectum, but you have to worry about pervy teachers.

Not all male-to-male rapists are gay. Some do what they do for the ego satisfaction intrinsic in domination.

Super Idiot Griffin is a complete and total ass.

Let’s substitute for “homosexuals”: blacks, Latinos, Jews, Catholics, Irish, Japanese, Chinese, women… and other groups that would normally not be tolerated among civil and educated peoples. These kids may not even be homosexual and may just be bullying straight kids. I don’t know, but I do know this statement is completely unacceptable – especially because this ass doesn’t know either

Why don’t you tell your confident gay friends what you just wrote in the context of this article?

  • Anonymous

Good idea… when you talk about other minorities why don’t put the word “ghetto” in front thier respective demographic group.

Honest to god I hope your kids don’t enter into a minority group or in a minority group (i.e., gay) which you don’t mind demeaning in order to piss off somebody who does not belong to that group.

I had assumed the last part of his sentence was Morbid being funny and not really what Griffin
    had said?

Although yesterday I assumed the part about those two baby rapers being driven to a casino by their granny for their honeymoon was too, until I watched the video and the realization set in……

I agree with your ire, John, but I too believe it was Morbid that started the homosexual bashing. I didn’t like the sentence, but, at least, Morbid does bash EVERYONE.

Here are a few other facts gleaned off the internet: Ellis plays or played basketball, while Estenbaum played football. Hardin-Central HS environment is small-town Missouri where there are all of two cops in town. The Hardin-Central football team on which Estenbaum played fielded a total of seventeen players. I couldn’t verifiably find either of them on Facebook.

I’m inclined to think that they thought they’d never be found out because their victims would be too humiliated to come forward, and too embarrassed to have word of what may have happened circulated in their small town. I’m also inclined to think that regardless of the sexuality of those involved, Ellis and Estenbaum were finding perverted satisfaction in committing acts of humiliation and domination in ways that don’t leave the outward marks stand-up physical confrontation. Lastly, this is totally blue sky supposition on my part. I read in his Max Preps profile that Estenbaum is 5’6″ and 155#. Just thinking he may have a bit of a Napoleon complex thing going on.

If morbid did indeed mean to gay bash, then that is even sadder.

  • Anonymous

There is nothing wrong with being a homesexual.

There is EVERYTHING WRONG with humping people (among other things) that DO NOT want to be humped.

I hope the victims can get some therapy & that the assaulters get all the humping/bottle inserting in their ass that they DON’T want in jail.

  • Ivan

Arouses my innocent memories of the school days - heaps of crotch grabbing between the boys – which was often perceived as a heterosexual gesture.

  • LeaveMeBe

Has anyone ever told you that you’re creepy?

    Thought so.

  • Anonymous

You know I would fight your boyfriends for you. <3

  • Ivan

I suggest you read that posting in a different context. For starters, however, I was confused with a Western perspective as in the case of gay chicken, when I incorrectly claimed crotch grabbing to be a heterosexual gesture. Back in my days of school in my native China, heterosexuality, or homosexuality, I should rather say, was a socially non-existent concept. What we did was innocent, in every sense of the word, without sexuality at large. Which was in line with the playful nature of boys of our age. And I intended to depict it as such in my last post.

  • http://profile.yahoo.com/IVX7GV2ERRGXP6PVAPNOHPL6UM Hello

I wish people would stop linking “homosexuality” which is fluid, to “color and ethnicity” which is static.  Homosexuality has always been questioned and rejected on a moral basis (not decided by humans). Color and ethnicity was never and has never been questioned on a moral basis. You can’t change your color or ethnicity but you can change who you desire to have sex with.

  • Anonymous

Really? You can change who you desire to have sex with? Do you mean you can decide which sex to have as a partner in sexual activity?

Homosexuality has not always been questioned and rejected on a moral basis – even in Christianity.

You must be bisexual then. I am not.

  • Wicked Smilee

my ghetto-fabulous gay kid would laugh it off.

  • Wicked Smilee

“gay” doesn’t equal “rapist”.  nor does any other noun/adjective other than “rapist”.

  • Anonymous

Then you are a fantastic mother!

This is what sometimes happens when young gay people have their self worth destroyed:

  • observant_cat

Non-angry lesbian here…I also called the jocks/bullies in high school gay. Not because it’s an offernsive term to me, but because it is to THEM. Nothing seemed to shut them up faster than my accusations that the kid they were tormenting was their crush.

  • Anonymous

I was never a bully or stereotypical, but I was called fag, queer, gay, and punched in the mouth while administrators seemed not to notice. I find it offensive.

  • hershey

Ummm, not quite, unless you mean choosing between a blonde or brunette. I will agree sexuality is fluid, meaning you can be anywhere on the spectrum between exclusively heterosexual and exclusively homosexual. However, where you are on the spectrum is set. Once there, you will not be happy engaging in sex away from your set point. That does not mean someone will from time to time step out of the box, but that person will not find it to be pleasing. More than likely they did it to satisfy peer pressure or curiosity.

By your comment, I’m guessing you must be heterosexual, so let me ask you a question.
When you began to feel sexual attraction, did you ask yourself if you should like boys or girls? No? Neither do homosexuals. Humans just go wherever their sexuality leads them. People don’t wake up one day and say, “Today I will be a heterosexual.” So, why on earth, do you think someone would say, “Today I will be a homosexual.”?

  • hershey

Homosexuality has always been questioned and rejected on a moral basis (not decided by humans).

    Aliens?

  • hershey

You can’t change your color or ethnicity but you can change who you desire to have sex with.

Prove it. Change your sexual desire. I want pictures, videos, and a notorized statement from all parties involved.

He wasn’t bashing gays……he was bashing the perps.  That’s how I read it….but I’m not on a tirade out to get anyone who “might have said something” I didn’t like.

  • Athena

…and, yeah, race and ethnicity has been questioned on a moral basis, so to speak.  Back during the days of segregation, one of the prime arguments against school integration was based on the fear of young black boys intermingling with little white girls because they were perceived to lack self control and moral fiber.  In fact, that’s been the case with just about every racial conflict since, well, ever.

How did you become a widow?

Question, isnt this just how pedos start out? humping people who dont want to be humped and shoving water bottles up peoples asses? Or were they just trying to give enemas? whats the difference between what they did and what a budding pedo would do?

  • Wicked Smilee

Very sad article. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age, people in some parts of this country will listen to some weirdo “speak in tongues” but wont hear the message of hate that homophobics spread like a disease.

    I believe I may become a religon-a-phobic.

  • Josh

Good question, I wonder if any pedos will speak up??

Over sensitive much? I don’t here you sticking up for all the fat or ugly people who get demeaned on here. So I hope your kids don’t end up either of those things. If any child I ever decided to have was gay, they would be very lucky to have me as a parent. Gay isn’t a dirty word and I refuse to treat it as such period.
People use the word as well as other derogatory and demeaning terms. If you get butt-hurt every time you here one than I feel bad for you.
I won’t teach any child of mine to be a victim. I am not a homophobe. I am not a racist. So let me suggest you find another wind mill at which to tilt.

  • Anonymous

I’m very sorry to hear that. I truly am. It is wrong that you had to go through that. I am Bisexual and always have been. I have heard the nasty comments in the past as well, but I refuse to let them bother me. I do not let my self esteem have it’s roots based in anything other than my happiness.
As a girl in a polyandrous family unit I hear even worse now, again I don’t let it bother me. I have friends who are gay, trans, and crossdressers or lady bois and I use the same words around them.
I am happy with myself and who I am and no one can break that down based on their words or actions. I love myself.

  • Anonymous

I am gay. I have seen what this sort of third party name calling has done to innocent people. Sometimes they commit suicide.

I don’t know this scientifically, but my guess is that gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning (GLBTQ) have a higher rate of suicide thank people who are not physically attractive or are overweight.

  • Anonymous

Really? I’m sorry, but that is uninformed bullshit. You can not change who you’re attracted to sexually anymore than you can change the color of the sky. Sexuality is based on so much we don’t know about chemically and biologically. Your statement is based on ignorant christian propaganda. You can pretend that your attracted to one gender or another. You can’t change it.

  • Anonymous

Briefly: Words do not generally offend me so much as the implications. There are people who are more sensitive and they live in fear, denial, anger, depression, shame, and in the closet.

Some African Americans are more sensitive to the N-word than some others. Most non-African Americans people don’t use that word for the same reason that they shouldn’t use derogatory names for other demographic groups.

  • LeaveMeBe

Thanks for the clarification. But dude, lighten up. I’m generally not a very serious person on here. My professional life is very serious and in the rest of my life, especially my online fake one, I like to be a bit irreverent and flippant. S’OK. :)
