Man Turns Father In For Molesting Young GirlGlendale, AZ — Jose Rivera, 55, was booked into jail New Year’s Eve after his son contacted police to report that he had found an SD card containing at least two videos of his old man raping a 12-year-old girl.

The 30-year-old man apparently found the card in Rivera’s bathroom and handed it over to police after viewing its contents. According to police, one video showed Rivera telling the girl to get undressed. A second video showed him raping her.

Since he couldn’t deny raping the kid, Rivera put the blame on her. The skeevy puke actually claimed he made the videos to prove to police the little trollop had been forcing him to do sexual things since she was nine. Can’t wait to see how that defense works out for him in court…

Rivera has been charged with one count of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual exploitation with a minor.

      I am a firm believer that people commiting crimes like this don’t just start overnight. I understand it has to start somewhere,  but at this guys age, I would wonder if he had daughters? He has a son in his 30′s with some fucking sense, so that says something. But maybe the son gets it from his mom or something. Either way I bet there are other victims in this things wake. And his excuse tells me both of his heads need decapitation.

      I agree that people like this just don’t start overnight. But they start somewhere, maybe that late in life. This guy just might have kept himself in check for years and finally had his kiddie-breakdown. Some pervs are proactive in searching out victims, some just take opportunistic chances as they roll by. Maybe this was this creep’s first chance.

      And it makes you think about the son if that context I mention above is true. To discover someone you were so close to had such a pervy-perv side must be disturbing. Props to the son though for doing the right thing.

      Aww, let’s give the son the benefit of the doubt. A lot of people would have tried to keep something like this quiet. This is going to tear their family apart, but he did the right thing anyway. I’m willing to bet there are a lot of victims out there who could be saved if more people would do the right thing instead of the easy one.

      I am a firm believer that people like this should be put to death. There is NO excuse for this. The evidence speaks for itself. my heart breaks for this girl and the many, many more that are dealing with it on a daily basis with no hero to help them.

      My question is when is enough enough The rights of the accused seem to always be put before the victims.
      I understand the need for a fair trial but there is a video of this sick twised fucking piece of shit waste of life doing this so is there a need for a trial.
      I will buy the damn bullet, rope or pay for however there killed there out of my own pocket so these whining people who dont want there tax dollars killing others wont have to feel bad about killing a watse of life like this

      Jose Rivera the benefit of suggesting he managed to raise a good man. His son probably has done what a lot of us have had to do- raise ourselves. And most who do so try to be as different as  their parent/s as possible. Any difference in his son should be credited to himself and no one else.

      I’ll bet that the son suspected that something was bad was going on, so when he “found” the SD card, he reviewed the content, then made sure his sperm donor was arrested.

      If the shit stain claims she’s been “forcing” him since she was nine years old, I’ll bet he’s been raping her for that long.

      Hal, yeah, I agree. But hand in hand with that is some of these animals, can cover their tracks from friends, family, and so on very well for years. To the point where the son would be just as mortified either way when finding out. So yeah it was either this creeps first chance, or he was just really good at covering things up in the past.
