But knowing the victim here is a year younger then my own daughter, and imagining her being found as “no shirt on Jasmen’s body, and her pants and underwear were pulled down” and that baby was stabbed after some thief of our oxygen, decided to show what a coward he really is…Some days it just twists your gut up to know these guys walk among us and yet we can’t go out and blast them (if it is my child I would no doubt blast whoever it was away ) I’ll record that fact here for anyone to see….If there is sure proof that someone has commited this kind of offense, we then know he is incurable…..So the WHY? Allow him to breathe another second?!…I still believe in trial, etc..But when there is no doubt, snuff ‘em out.

I understand exactly what you are saying, although jaded by so much douchery in the world today, when it happens to a child nothing tears my heart up more.  This poor little girl, away from familiar surroundings and people, I can not believe she was not assaulted as to the way this asswipe left her little body.  I can’t even comprehend the terror this child endured at his hands and then to take her life as he did…sorry this just brings me to tears, as I have my own daughter not much older.  If there is sure proof, I have no issue whatsoever taking this waste of space out back and dotting him right between the eyes with a .45.

I read somewhere that babies and children have facial features and voice timbres designed exactly so adults will feel the urge to take care of them, it’s a survival of the species evolutionary thing..  In Texas the taking of a settlement, and the dropping of any complaint by the complainant would most likely have been the end of the matter – which most likely was civil anyway. Sexual Harassment cases are not always handled criminally,the fact that one is not does not alter the fact that it was still Sexual Harassment.This does not make the event a did not occur situation.

That’s just it; when it comes to an issue like illegal immigration, it is incredibly difficult – if not impossible – to deduct concrete fact from the information we have, as the information we have is constantly incomplete and evolving.  As a result, suggestion is, in many ways, the best we can hope for.  

As far as Cain goes, I’m always skeptical of these stories that pop up during candidacy.  I don’t really care about 20 year old allegations of this sort.  Cain is a tool.  One need only look to his explanation of his position on abortion to glean that.  He claims to be pro-life, but in the same breath states that he doesn’t believe the government has a place in making such decisions for a mother.  From a policy standpoint, this is impossible, yet he doesn’t seem to understand why that leaves people puzzled.  

But, again, it doesn’t even matter.  For all the popularity this flavor of the month has garnered, the base ALWAYS goes with the establishment candidate… and that’s Mitt Romney.
