Man Charged With Using Gun To Hold Back Crowd As Sons Beat TeenGilbert, AZ – Police have arrested a man after they say he refereed a fight between his two sons and another boy while using a handgun to keep the crowd from stopping the fight.

Police say Gabriel Alberto Conde, 33, went with his two sons, ages 14 and 17, to a local park so that the younger boy could fight another 14-year-old boy.

When Conde’s son began to lose the fight, he instructed the older sibling to help his brother. While the two teens held the other boy on the ground, repeatedly kicking him in the head and breaking his jaw, Conde allegedly kept the crowd at bay by threatening them with a .45 handgun.

When police arrived at Conde’s home later, he refused to come outside until after police surrounded his residence and ordered him out using a loudspeaker.

Conde was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, threatening and intimidating, disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His two sons are facing charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

      The police reiterated the fact they had him surrounded by saying, “Come out, or we will shoot your fat fucking ass with a sniper.”

      Yet another sorry and useless idiot actively raising spawn to display the ignorance and waste of life that he’s so unreasonably proud of epitomizing.

      His sons are old enough that I lose sympathy for them having such a fuckwad for a father and start blaming them for their own actions.  They’re all a bunch of losers and hopefully something just will occur in the trials that at least pauses the breeding that these idiots are doing.

      If you’re teaching your child to fight you need to teach them how to take an azz whoopin’ as well. He then needs to learn how to accept said whoopin’ and walk away. Having the brother hold the boy was a punk move because he was losing.

      What if his 14 year old was being bullied and everyone was just fed up with it.  That’s my feelings over this situation.  Not saying what he did was right but it puts a different spin on it.

      If he would’ve let the kids fight without being present he wouldn’t be a DD student.

      Since he decided to wave a gun, he can wave his freedom goodbye.

      If the kid was being bullied why didn’t he try to fight himself & then call his brother?

      My little brother was being bullied by this Patrick kid when he was in the 6th grade. The kid would get away with it because he was the only kid in school with blue eyes (remember I lived in PR) & his were natural, everyone thought he was so cute he could hurt a fly.

      My middle brother & his friends lifted weights & were in the 9th grade paid him a visit after my little brother lost his pencil case.

      They told him: “You have until 3pm to “find” that pencil case & apologize”. They walked away without having to hurt him. 3pm came, the pencil case was found, he apologize & left my brother alone until mom pulled him out of the school for another school because about 2 TEACHERS WERE PICKING ON HIM.

      I am just stunned by these fathers.  Is there something in the water lately that is making people just lose it?  Maybe the economy is pushing people over the edge.  (not an excuse, but maybe a reason)?

      Like father, like sons. What a bunch of COWARDS. The only power dad had was with a gun, and his girls – whoops, I mean his sons – couldn’t fight fair either. The other kid wins by default. It took an extra 17 year old punk AND a dad with a gun to beat him? That’s pretty sad.

      Well most decent parents would not condone the fight to begin with.The father probably did not even know what the fight was about to begin with.He probably did not exercise any other avenues first…such as talking with the other parents, the police ect.He sounds like he is used to handling all conflicts minor or not with a gun.

      There are multiple venue to resolve this situation that does not involve breaking the law.

      1. Go through the police
      2. Go through the court system, usually civil
      3. Go through the school system, which will ususally lead to the court and police involved.

      What not to do.
      Take justice into your own hand, and doing similiar or worse thing to said offender, because then you’re just the same or worse.
