Man Found Lying Naked In Sleeping Bag With Teen He Met On CraigslistNEWBERG, Ore. – Police have arrested a 50-year-old man after they found him and a 15-year-old boy lying naked in a sleeping bag.

Police say they were contacted by three kids early Wednesday morning, saying that they witnessed a naked man in a sleeping bag with another person on the fields of an elementary school.

When an officer went to Edwards Elementary School check things out, he found 50-year-old Robert Charles Kenneth in the school’s field, lying naked in a sleeping bag with the naked teen.

Kenneth told police he met the boy on Craigslist and that the meeting was consensual. He said that he had communicated with the boy via email and phone on several occasions over the last the two months.

Kenneth was arrested and charged with sex abuse, public indecency, attempted sodomy and rape charges. He also faces drug charges after police found a small amount of marijuana and methamphetamine.

I don’t know what is more disturbing about this story… the fact that Kenneth was found naked with a consensual 15-year-old, or that his mugshot looks like some of that 15-year-old is dribbling down his chin.

      It sounds like dude (who btw looks much older than 50-doesn’t he know 50 is the new 30?) thought that the police would be just fine with his explanation that he had been carrying on a “relationship” with this kid for a couple of months.   Idiot-it’s ILLEGAL and gross and just yuk (esp with Morbid’s comment running through my brain).

      I think in some states the term sodomy has a broad definition.  Personally I wish they would just call it — anal rape or they be more casual and say perhaps, butt rape.  Wouldn’t that just make it easier on all of us?  Wouldn’t it?

      The legal definition of sodomy does not mean anal sex specifically. It also includes oral.
