Teacher Accused Of Having Sex With Students Says She’s Insane

Teacher Accused Of Having Sex With Students Says Shes InsaneSpringboro, Ohio – Stacy Schuler, 33, used to be a physical education teacher at Mason High School who once wrote in her Health Education Philosophy portion of her application that she wanted to teach students about major risk factors for teenagers including “sexual behaviors that result in disease, STDs, and unwanted pregnancies.

After receiving an anonymous tip, police would find that her teaching methods included banging members of the high school’s football team.

Schuler would resign from her position shortly after a grand jury indicted her on 16 counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felony; and three misdemeanor counts of providing alcohol to minors. She’s looking at up to 81 years in jail if convicted on all charges, but as we have seen in these types of cases, that’s highly unlikely.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges, denying any of the things she is accused of doing ever happened. Her trial was supposed to start in May, but it has now been pushed back to August after she changed her plea from not guilty to not guilty by reasons of insanity, effectively increasing the chances that I will think about her later while masturbating.

Her attorney is now blaming the students she is accused of having sex with. He says she became “impaired and thereby unable to prevent the young men from taking advantage of her.” He doesn’t mention what this impairment is, but says the students traveled across Warren County to take advantage of it. ”Stacy Schuler’s defense from a legal standpoint is based upon her inability to protect herself from the young men involved in this case,” her attorneys said in a statement.

Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell finds this change of heart interesting as up until now, Schuler has denied any of the things she has been accused of ever happened. ”For a period of six months what we’ve heard are outright denials that these events ever happened, basically that the allegations made by these juvenile students were false,” Fornshell said.

The students previously gave specific details about Schuler’s residence and told police that all of the alleged sexual encounters  occurred in her master bedroom and bathroom. (*unzips pants*)

Schuler is free on bond and was ordered to wear a GPS monitoring device while living with her parents.

      These guys knew what they were doing and I am willing to bet all my cupcakes that it was consensual…I don’t think she should get thrown in prison for this. And I would feel the same if it was a guy with his female high school students. Consensual is consensual. We aren’t talking about little kids here. If these guys were coming on to her maybe she felt flattered or whatever and just went with it. The only thing she is guilty of is bad judgement.

      Consensual is only consensual if both persons are legally able to give consent. If the students were not of age of consenting then she is by law a rapist. There are even ways in which a legal adult is unable to consent to sex, examples would be if drunk/otherwise impaired, or if a person is mentally challenged.

      Either way, the students were underage, she is the adult and should not have encouraged let alone instigated any type of relationship with the students other than what was required of her in her teaching job.

      If my 16 year old daughter was a whore and banging some 34 year old man I would be more pissed at my daughter. I expect men to be pigs (not all are) and if your throwing your vag at creepers then many will take the bait. I was 16 and had all kinds of older guys trying to get in my panties but I wasn’t a slut so I didn’t actually do anything other then flirt. I was flattered and tempted but at 16 I felt it was gross that these guys were trying to mess around with me.

      I would not feel that this man should go to prison for banging my slut daughter. I think that he should pay for it through community service or something that could benefit society. I would also proceed to beat the ever living crap out of my skanky daughter for bringing a creeper in my house to bang and punish her by sending her to volunteer with dying aids patients.

      I understand that by “law” students were underage and therefore not legally able to give consent. In a perfect world people wouldn’t be sexing up their students and kids would still be interested in toys and video games. In reality, however, boys that age will stick their appendages in anything warm and wet so it doesn’t surprise me that this happens. There should be punishment on both ends but prison is a bit much. I know many don’t agree with me but I think prison should be for violent offenders, rapists, murderers, molesters…etc. Not saying she should get away without some sort of punishment. Make her work it off :-D

      If the boys are not at the age of consent in that area, then they’re not at the age of consent. Some boys when I went to high school who were age 16/17 looked more like 30, but it doesn’t mean teachers should let them go balls deep. I’m sure they’re not the innocent victims some will portray them as, but it’s a slippery slope to argue this. Law is law and teachers should know better.

      I also find it interesting how society seems to consider grown women slobbering over Bieber’s hairless junk as “ok” and then go nuts when something like this happens.

      She took advantage of her position and should be punished accordingly. I’m a HS teacher and get hit on all of the time by my students and many of them are very attractive. Is it flattering? Yes, but that’s where it ends. I am their teacher and parents are trusting me with their children. What this woman did was wrong, a betrayal and an abuse of power and she should go to jail.

      I won’t even give my students access to my FB page after they graduate because they were my students. 

      I thought the sexual harassment in the restaurant industry was bad but nothing compares to what the male students say.

      Actually, that’s not true, necessarily.  See, a lot of society is quite okay with adult men dating/sleeping with teenage girls.  The only male teacher I knew caught boinking a female student got a slap on the wrist.  All the adult males I knew boinking under-aged girls never even saw the inside of a courtroom about it because everyone in their lives turned a blind eye.

      The decision to prosecute and, subsequently, sentencing considerations often depend on the nature of the crime, i.e. if force or manipulation was involved, not just gender.  If girls were travelling cross-county (if that part is true) to get it on with some attractive young teacher, I can practically guarantee that his sentence wouldn’t be any more harsh than her’s will be, since neither one was exactly putting a gun to the kids’ heads.

      I always think that women will get a 2 year sentence commuted to probation for Statutory Rape and men will get the book thrown at them whenever these storys pop up.  I guess it is a gender issue that seperates the sentence in my minds eye.

      I can’t argue with your experience and I’m only going by what I hear and read in the media.  Regardless of that, these laws are in place to protect kids now but more importantly how these crimes impact their future, and some people don’t realize that.

      Also a HS teacher here and yes, it is usually students who will usually flirt with you. However, I think most of them believe it is more of a way to try and get better grades or social status. They are experimenting with various pathways to power/manipulation. Normally I try to ignore it and hope it goes away. However, sometimes, you will have to talk to them about it. This is usually worse, since a part of them gets pissed off about being scorned.

      I do add students to my facebook but only after they graduate and usually of the same gender, unless they are family friends or something of that nature.

      Most teachers fight the morality clause in their contract but there is a good reason it is there. In the past, if there were any notable character flaws, then a person couldn’t be a teacher. It is nice method of prevention that has been rendered politically incorrect by our times.

      before I begin, let me state that A. I don’t believe that age of consent laws should be done away with. and B. I do not condone adults hooking up teens..the concept does gross me out…

      I think that sometimes age of consent laws are more rooted in a dislike of premarital sex than in the best interest of the teens. Far too often there have been cases where the parties were close in age and yet the older one gets charged and labeled a pedo because of it. While this case here is vastly different, think about the law from this aspect.  An eight-teen year old teen engages in sexual activity with mutual consent  with a six-teen year old, there are a few states where not only is that illegal but the older partner is labeled a sex offender (a term that using conjures images of pedophiles)  Now is the eight-teen year a sick fucker that preys upon the young and vulnerable?

      Also, I am always amazed at anger that some parents have when they learn that their teen is engaging is sexual activity. It almost comes across as if the parent honestly wants to control of a physical part of their life that is quite honestly none of their business. The choice to have sex or not to is a personal choice, one that all of us agree that we would not wish others to make for us..or punish us for our choice. It is a choice that is solely between the parties involved..that said, as a parent the best we can do educate and have open honest dialog to give as much information to our children so that they can make the [b]right choice for themselves…[/b]

      I think the main reason parents flip out to learn their children are having sex is because there is the possibility of having to raise a baby. They want their children to go to college, learn a trade, have a job, and be responsible before they start having babies.

      Recently, I came across a Dear Abby type of article from a mother whose 14 yo son and 16 yo gf had a baby. The gf said baby daddy gets the baby every weekend, which basically meant grandma would never have a free weekend. She stated she loves her grandchild, but as she is still working and as her young adult son was getting older, she and her husband were enjoying their freedom on the weekends. On the surface it seems very narcissistic, but I completely understand her point of view. 

      The point to this reply is that the sex life of your offspring is your business because you will become responsible for any little parasites.

      Glad to hear someone else has this kind of relationship with their kids. My son and daughter not only learned about sex (age appropriate) at different stages of their lives, but I also talked to them about emotional and physical responsibility. My son was taught about making sure a female is pleased and doesn’t have to fake it and I taught my daughter about asking for exactly what she wants and how she wants it so she gets as much out of it (if not more) as the guy does. That’s a Reader’s Digest version of the subject matter but I felt I owed it to them and thier future sexual partners. Life’s too short to settle for bad sex.

      They key to preventing that is to be open and honest about sex with your kids, and teach them about the wonders of birth control. The pregnant teens I knew were always the ones with parents who didn’t really talk to them about sex, except to say that it’s wrong and they weren’t “allowed” to do it. Yeah, good luck telling a teenager that! Those of us with more liberal parents were on birth control as teens, and consequently got to enjoy our teen years while our parents enjoy their middle-age. Win-win.
