Woman Who Bit Cop Claims She’s HIV Positive

Woman Who Bit Cop Claims Shes HIV PositiveCINCINNATI, OH – A woman has been charged with biting a police officer arresting her on domestic violence allegations.

That lovely young woman you are looking at (bigger picture if you dare) is 30-year-old Danielle Duncan. She was being taken into custody last week after allegedly beating her boyfriend with a picture frame and hitting him in the head with a coffee pot.

The Gavan O’Herlihy look-a-like wasn’t going to go willingly and during the struggle with the arresting police officers, Duncan reportedly bit Officer Yvonne Gutapfel on the arm. She also informed them that she was HIV-positive and has hepatitis.

No word on if her claims are actually true or not, but Duncan was charged with felonious assault, domestic violence and resisting arrest.

      If it’s any consolation, the chances of getting HIV through a human bite is very small (perhaps even minuscule.) 

      I am not sure about hepatitis though. I think there’s a vaccine for hep A so he doesn’t need o worry about that.

      I hope the officers okay. She’s probably shitting bricks right now! My mom used to work as a mental health officer for the sheriffs department, and she transferred one woman to a hospital, the woman grabbed my moms hand and bit down, she wouldn’t let go after being warned she was gonna get hit, so my mom grabbed her handcuffs and went to beating the woman in the head. Another officer pulled a superman stunt and flew on top of the woman to restrain her. My mom had to take a leave for awhile after that, her hand was in a brace, she had to get all kinds of shots and tests run. Thankfully tho this woman was clean.

      While working as a Loss Prevention agent for a Pharmacy chain last year in California I was bit by a hooker shoplifter who managed to break open skin in two separate places. Due to the laws in California they couldn’t test her for blood borne pathogens, and she had no medical history file on record. As such I got to play guinea pig for 6 months while the doctors ran test after test. Being a single father of two young boys and having to endure that really messed me up mentally, the what iffing and planning for the contingency of me testing positive was too much. Ended up triggering anxiety attacks and bad depression. In the end they dropped a felony assault charge against her and prosecuted her for a simple shoplifting incident as well as for a loitering with intent to solicit charge. B.S. As for me month 6 came and I test in the all clear. What a relief. So I feel for this cop and I hope this twat gets her brains bashed in by some butch lesbians while in jail.
